    I ordered a product from xiaomi on 3rd july 2020 and was dispatched through bluedart. The estimated date of delivery was on the 13th of july, they have failed to deliver me on the 13th, i registered a complaint about it on 17th july - to which they told me, it will be delivered in the next 72 hours. After the product fails to reach me, i registered a complaint on 21st july, again they told me to wait for 3 days. The product has not reached till now (28th july). The tracking details shows that the product has not moved from the point it was on the 8th of july - it says to contact customer service. I asked them why it has shown that they never gave me a reply about it!!!
    I want my refund of the money because they have failed me many times and just keeps on postponing the matter.

      My headphones not working after one month used, as my appointment time and date i was visit (24/7/2020) service center (Sagun infotech) chinsurah 712102,
      After 15-20min they called me and open my job card, and start processing for warranty claim, after 50 minutes later they told product are not available in the store, you have to came another day to collect your product. They do not have any idea value of customer's time.
      When i said why did you take the appointment when there is no product, the answer is shocking for me they told me "we have no idea about our stock"!.
      Till now i have not receive my product.
      It is my 1st time experience and ints very very bad.

        Hii, my name is Udit
        I had purchased a mi band 4, for almost 4_5 months ago, after 3 months, I was getting some problems in it, then I had gone to mi service center, to replace it, but they are refusing to replace it, because there are some scratches in it, as I use it 24×7, so it got some scratches, what is my fault in it, why I'm not getting proper service?
        I request you, to please replace it .

          I had ordered a wifi router from mi.com. Due to some reason, the package was not delivered. After few days they mailed me that 'your refund has initiated' on 15th of July. It's been more than 10 days since then, haven't received my refund yet. It has been more than 5-7 working days.

            I have purchased mi 49 inch led smart tv (Pro-4a)

            On 07/05/2019, bill invoice no. 3121 from khanna radios, lahurabeer varanasi - 221001.
            After a year as regular day when i switch on it on 14th april 2020 morning its not being on, & their is line is showing in the corner of screen, but due to lockdown, i couldn't drop a complaint on mi portal because all the services was barred due to lockdown, & when i was drop a complaint mail in june, their was an engineer has come inspect the issue, made a video & send it to mi services, but they called after 2 days of that service boy came, & told that we have to pay 22, 000/- for screen for breakage issue. But the point is when last year mi service engineer installed the screen on the wall & we haven't moved it any where, only hanging on a wall under 1 year how it damaged? Its a quality issue & now they are harassingly pressurize for changing screen while we are under warranty period, they must replace itself, why we should have to pay again in a year? The same issue has been done with mr pankaj pandey from mehmoorganj & company replaced the screen without any payment then why this partiality is happening between 2 customers.? We need your intervention on this.
            We are your regular customer & using many home appliances & accessories of mi in our daily uses, but by this issue we are so dissapoint & mentally harassed, we are kindly requested to please consider my complain heartily.

              I have purchased an mi tv 65 inch with the order id :[protected], the tv was delivered on 12th june 2020, it was not working and it was replaced on 19th june 2020.

              The new tv which was delivered even has an issue with the display, attached the screenshots for your reference. I informed the support team and mi service center immediately on 19th june 2020. But there was no action taken. The support given by mi service center was the worst and on june 24th, the service center informed that this issue is common and exists in all the tv's.

              When the issue is common, why was the tv manufactured? This is not acceptable, i have contacted mi support on [protected] 4 times on june 24th and all the agents disconnected the call, worst customer service, disconnected the call on my face.

              I have reached twitter support and twitter team informed me to fill a form after which they informed me that a new device is being procured and will be informed after it arrives. I was told the same information from the past 2 weeks and yesterday, they informed that the issue is common and tv cannot be replaced. The worst support from twitter team. I have provided all the screenshots below. Please see that screenshots so that you can understand the service provided by mi customer support, service center and twitter team.

              I was informed to raise a new ticket again, i don't know why but i agreed and raised it. I was informed that technician will visit my home, but no one visited. I bought a 65 inch tv and was suffering from day1 of the order.

              I request you to kindly look into the matter to help a customer suffering with the mi support and mi service center. My tv is not working as intended.

              Out of all the tickets i raised, no case was transferred to a survey, without a survey, how can the support team be gazed? All the people who i contacted informed that i will be receiving a survey but no survey was sent so far.

                  Redmi y1 mobile exploded. It was not connected to a charger and was fully charged. Sudden smoke caught our attention and when we reached to the spot, the phone has already exploded and it even burned our tablemat. Most of our family members use redmi mobiles and this has caused a real big crack in our trust with redmi. We expect a valid reason soon.

                      Few days ago suddenly my mobile (Redmi Note 8 pro) stop charging the device.
                      Then i went to the service center (MI AUTHORIZE SERVICE CENTER NANDURBAR :- 425412, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA) with valid bill ( mobile is under warranty). The they will successfully solve the problem.
                      But they damege the Scree. And not get a good service.

                      I have discovered that the phone has the following problem
                      1) screen colour are some what yellow
                      2) Automatically Power off the device
                      3) the packaging of mobile is not proper

                      The [Consumer Rights Act / Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
                      As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded] and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.

                      I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                        I have purchased K20pro phone in Jan'20 my screen has shown some colour distortion. When I visited MI service center they are not ready to cover in warranty while the set has not damaged/dropped. Even when they returned the mobile after checking fingerprint sensor is not working.

                          Redmi Service Center did not replace the corrupted part even though my phone was under warranty.

                          The back camera of My K20 Pro could not take photos due to fault in the inside lens.

                          The K20 Pro has three cameras but only the top camera from above does not come up with sharp photos.

                          The camera is corrupted from the inside and not from the outside.

                          It did not replace the bad parts in the service center while my phone is under warranty.
                          The technician and receptionist there said that the camera was worse than yours
                          How can I spoil the camera from the inside?

                          I Buy this phone for special photography But I didn't get enough service from the Xaiomi Service Center that I should have.

                          I am very annoyed with such a service.

                            I have ordered a Men’s Sports Shoes 2 Grey 10 from mi.com on 24th June 2020, which was delivered on 26th June 2020. Order number [protected]. I have size issue with this product and I asked customer support, they didn't provide online replacement and told me to visit the service centre. I went to mi service centre Malleswaram Bangalore branch (Appointment Number - MT[protected], they have taken my shoes and told me to wait 2 days and after 2 days they again told me to wait 7 days and then after 7 days they again told me it will take 15 days.
                            I have complained about these things to mi customer support but they are not providing any resolution.

                              Raised complaint with mi online chat complaint reference number : woin[protected]

                              Issues:-
                              1) received with seal broken. However, mi india is not responding.

                              2) separate invoice provided for notebook and backpack. Ordered in bundled, single invoice required.

                              3) looks, it has been used before. Excel showing validity upto 22 july 2020. How it is possible when laptop received to me on 18th july 2020 company announcing of one month trial version of office.

                              4) provided invoice of rs 55814 instead charged rs 59999 for mi notebook horizon i&. Cheating in invoice cheating.

                              It is requested to take necessary action against mi inida.
                              Till date, No resolution provided by MI india. May please take up suitably.

                                      I bought Redmi Note 8, 2 months back but My phone has issues with overheating and unwanted dust on my camera, I have been at the customer care once they cleaned it but I can see dust again, this has reduced the quality of the camera, I want to replace my phone. Enough of cleansing.
