    My tv has stopped working. I took it from flipkart. I complaint many times in mi service care but they didn't give a damn. Just fooled us.

      Dear team,

      Same has ordered mobile redmi note 9 pro max glacier white via order no [protected] (Invoice attached). As soon as, i got the delivery, inside that trimmer was there but not mobile. Invoice walue was approx 18k and delivered material was 1.5k.

      Immediately i contacted xiaomi customer care via online text and raised a complaint regarding the same. Complaint no is woin[protected] (Against wrong delivery of material).

      Finally xiaomi send an email and refused to do the refund or replace the trimmer with order mobile. This is very bad and not acceptable.

        I have brought a MI TV on (09/09/2018). It was running fine since last week. Last week I have encountered a problem with my MI TV the screen turned blank white screen. As soon I reached customer care of MI they have scheduled an appointment for technician doorstep service to my home. After inspection the service people reported that TV board has been damaged due to power fluctuation issue and it could not be covered under warranty. During the time of purchase I have been noticed that MI would cover me 2years of warranty for the TV .now when I spoke regarding the issue to customer care the reply I get is they only provide 2 years warranty for panel and the board inside TV would cover only 1 years warranty. Apart from this
        1. Am residing outside industrial area so power fluctuation will nearly less
        2. I have installed power fluctuation stabilization unit in my main MC box
        3. Apart from that I have installed a separate stabilizer for my TV too.
        Now I could not understand how power fluctuation would affect my TV across all this .MI service person is quoting around 6500 for change of board in TV. MI is really disappointing their customers when it comes to service and warranty claim issues.so I request you to please go through this issue and change my TV board under warranty

          It's been 2days, i have given a complaint, but there is no response, i will never refer this company again for any product to any one, such a waste one, you not taking complaints also, they saw that they can't take my complaint, the display it's self got sopilt, there is no physical problem

            My mi 32 inch 4a led tv is stopped so i complaint in mi costomer care.
            So one day service engineer's helper visit and check tv but not physically only check normally and contact with his service engineer and say problem in mother board.
            And he says repairing charge is 4200 and gone.
            So the next day i on tv and it will be start normally without any repair but after 2 day o[censored]se tv is automatically off and not working.
            So i complaint in costumer care but they not properly reply and not repair tv and charge is too high

              Then fer complaint register karvayi to maine inginer ko kha ki mujhe mera product replacement kro or unhone meri nhi suni or mother board chage kr ke chale gye but fir se vo hi problem aayi or fer complaint register ki to fer inginer aaya or usne bhi meri nhi suni or vo panel change kr ke chla gya or.... Ab fer vo hi problem aa rhi. H to mujhe mere product ki replacement chaiye.. Mai first' time se bolta aa rha hu replacement ke liye but aapke inginer nhi maan rhe thay.. To mujhe ab repair nhi krvana h mujhe ab sirf replacement krvana h. Apna tv.. To plz aap replace krva dijiye nhi to mai fer google reviews nd mail likhu aage.. Ke liye.. Or... I hope meri baat smjh gye honge..

                  I'm using redmi note 7s. My mob having issues on my display white shades and line marks. My warranty period ends on sunday i request mi to give me a warranty extension on monday because sunday is mi service centre leave mi also send mail to me to claim your warranty if applicable. But service centre declined my request to claim my warranty and i showed the mail i got from mi and then they told they have to verify the mail and get information from xiaomi next day i waited but no response wednesday they called me and told that they have offer 50% it charges on display change on my mob. I need full warrenty claiming for my mobile

                  Hi sir i purchase redmi note 7s last year same date 26.7.19... Today 26.7.20 my mobile went something wrong on display... It was blinking and some line on the display... No damages on my display... But it's blinking... I don't know. Why... But today is my last day on warrenty claiming. I think so... But today sunday no service centre open.. Full lockdown in tamilnadu... So. Please kindly ensure the warrenty of my mobile... Please help me... Thank you

                    I ordered redmi note 9 pro max from mi.com on 15th july 2020. After the RTO Lock on 23 rd July, I was informed that I will receive my refund within 7 - 8 days, but still I have not received it. My order ID is .[protected]. Even on taking with Mi representative I have not received any promising answer. Please do the need full on time...

                      I have been following up with on the email with the service. Xiaomi.com for helping me getting the slot booked before 5th of august 2020, as the phone is still under warranty and i am not getting any slot available,

                      The display of my phone suddenly went blank, but the mobile is working in backend, i wanted to book the service centre slot but i am not able to get any slot, i raised a complaint regarding the same and asked them to help me booking a slot or help me with an email approval if i go after 5th then too my warranty will be considered, but on of your csr (Aparna) responded that we cannot assure you without looking at the headset, so i ask them to book a slot before 5th of august, now from 3 days i am not getting any response,

                      Please get this sorted or else help me with the escalation email id, i want to raise a complaint against this lady

                            I ordered a product from xiaomi on 3rd july 2020 and was dispatched through bluedart. The estimated date of delivery was on the 13th of july, they have failed to deliver me on the 13th, i registered a complaint about it on 17th july - to which they told me, it will be delivered in the next 72 hours. After the product fails to reach me, i registered a complaint on 21st july, again they told me to wait for 3 days. The product has not reached till now (28th july). The tracking details shows that the product has not moved from the point it was on the 8th of july - it says to contact customer service. I asked them why it has shown that they never gave me a reply about it!!!
                            I want my refund of the money because they have failed me many times and just keeps on postponing the matter.

                              My headphones not working after one month used, as my appointment time and date i was visit (24/7/2020) service center (Sagun infotech) chinsurah 712102,
                              After 15-20min they called me and open my job card, and start processing for warranty claim, after 50 minutes later they told product are not available in the store, you have to came another day to collect your product. They do not have any idea value of customer's time.
                              When i said why did you take the appointment when there is no product, the answer is shocking for me they told me "we have no idea about our stock"!.
                              Till now i have not receive my product.
                              It is my 1st time experience and ints very very bad.

                                Hii, my name is Udit
                                I had purchased a mi band 4, for almost 4_5 months ago, after 3 months, I was getting some problems in it, then I had gone to mi service center, to replace it, but they are refusing to replace it, because there are some scratches in it, as I use it 24×7, so it got some scratches, what is my fault in it, why I'm not getting proper service?

                                  I had ordered a wifi router from mi.com. Due to some reason, the package was not delivered. After few days they mailed me that 'your refund has initiated' on 15th of July. It's been more than 10 days since then, haven't received my refund yet. It has been more than 5-7 working days.

                                    On 07/05/2019, bill invoice no. 3121 from khanna radios, lahurabeer varanasi - 221001.
                                    After a year as regular day when i switch on it on 14th april 2020 morning its not being on, & their is line is showing in the corner of screen, but due to lockdown, i couldn't drop a complaint on mi portal because all the services was barred due to lockdown, & when i was drop a complaint mail in june, their was an engineer has come inspect the issue, made a video & send it to mi services, but they called after 2 days of that service boy came, & told that we have to pay 22, 000/- for screen for breakage issue. But the point is when last year mi service engineer installed the screen on the wall & we haven't moved it any where, only hanging on a wall under 1 year how it damaged? Its a quality issue & now they are harassingly pressurize for changing screen while we are under warranty period, they must replace itself, why we should have to pay again in a year? The same issue has been done with mr pankaj pandey from mehmoorganj & company replaced the screen without any payment then why this partiality is happening between 2 customers.? We need your intervention on this.
                                    We are your regular customer & using many home appliances & accessories of mi in our daily uses, but by this issue we are so dissapoint & mentally harassed, we are kindly requested to please consider my complain heartily.

                                      I have purchased an mi tv 65 inch with the order id :[protected], the tv was delivered on 12th june 2020, it was not working and it was replaced on 19th june 2020.

                                      The new tv which was delivered even has an issue with the display, attached the screenshots for your reference. I informed the support team and mi service center immediately on 19th june 2020. But there was no action taken. The support given by mi service center was the worst and on june 24th, the service center informed that this issue is common and exists in all the tv's.

                                      When the issue is common, why was the tv manufactured? This is not acceptable, i have contacted mi support on [protected] 4 times on june 24th and all the agents disconnected the call, worst customer service, disconnected the call on my face.

                                      I have reached twitter support and twitter team informed me to fill a form after which they informed me that a new device is being procured and will be informed after it arrives. I was told the same information from the past 2 weeks and yesterday, they informed that the issue is common and tv cannot be replaced. The worst support from twitter team. I have provided all the screenshots below. Please see that screenshots so that you can understand the service provided by mi customer support, service center and twitter team.

                                      I was informed to raise a new ticket again, i don't know why but i agreed and raised it. I was informed that technician will visit my home, but no one visited. I bought a 65 inch tv and was suffering from day1 of the order.

                                      I request you to kindly look into the matter to help a customer suffering with the mi support and mi service center. My tv is not working as intended.

                                      Out of all the tickets i raised, no case was transferred to a survey, without a survey, how can the support team be gazed? All the people who i contacted informed that i will be receiving a survey but no survey was sent so far.
