Sir, till today date 9 sept. 2020 i didn't receive my money (7499rs) from your side in my bank account for redmi 8a dual order id: [protected] which i cancelled on 23 june prepaid{7499}, now i'm fed up with this, reference no. Which mi.com provided me [protected] is time waste for me. Coz it was not showing any record in my bank sbi., i want my money from mi.com for this whole messedup situation created.

    I bought a redmi 8 2 months ago. The device went totally dead on the 6th day after i tried to restart. I got the device repaired at the nearest mi service center for the fourth time in a row for the same problem. The device keeps on crashing on restarting. It is confirmed that the device is defective but still i have been refused replacement by the service center manager. It is against xiaomi's policies of replacement.

      I purchase, , mobile red 9pro, in 24 hour it started troubling, after three days it totally stop working, retailer asked to go service center. What is liability of manufacturers. It should be replace instantly . I feeels that i have been looted. Next time jow can people relaid on red me.

        I bought a redmi note 9 pro max on 9 th aug. From amazon.even from the starting the phones battery was not lasting enough.but now it doesn't last for even 18 hrs in battery saver mode and without watching movies or playing games or doing anything that consumes battery.the phone seems to loose battery on idle itself.i bought this phone with high expectations.please direct me to replace the phone or rectify this error. I bought the 6 gb /128 gb varient.

            Actually I had bought a new redmi 5A model from the online sale more than a year back.It was working very well till yesterday.But all of a sudden the sim lost the networks and what i did was ..I restarted the phone, , changed the sim, changed the sim tray.but all in vein..Ultimately i had to go to mi service centre..They told me the warranty is out..So i decided to get it repaired from best repair shop of my city..But as soon as i showed him the phone, he had a smile on his face and told me this problem has no solution.Even if it has any solution, it would cost more than the resale value of the phone..
            So i left his shop, went to other shops, , they tried their level best but could not solve my problem..
            I m so shocked that how did it happen..and even i know what excuses u would give me that sir it must be water damage bla bla..
            But I m an iphone user..I have been using iphones since 2012..I always carry the lastest model..and it has never given me any problem like that..But i had to but redmi bcz i wanted second sim, since iphone only supports single sim..
            Believe me my redmi 5a is scratchless phone, , Its just next to new..It works well even now but the problem is, it doesnot show the network..
            Kindly i[censored] can help me in this regard..I shall be thankfull..

              Ordered K20 pro on 21Aug2020 thru MI.com/in (Offical online store) Invoice No. 7977603, order no. [protected] received the product on 22Aug 2020 via courier Shawdowfax tracking no. SF[protected]XIA, on opening the phone box, what was received was an soap bar instead of phone, immediately raised an complaint to the company (Complaint no. WOIN[protected], after 5 days they concluded their investigation and replied the matter is closed from their side as the product delivered was intact. No doubt the product box was intact and not tampered with, but it contained a soap bar also sim ejector tool and phone manuals were missing the photo was shared but no avail, they have washed their hand from the matter, request help, phone cost me Rs. 25, 000/-

                My headphone earpad cushion got damaged which was physically damaged ... So that I want to repair it..and I want a replacement cushion for my headphone which I not even used it for 1 month but warranty period is over.I visited service center and even they not touched the product when I told it was physically damaged...worst service I ever got with any other service center... They not even asked me what happened to it.. when I told warranty is over and physical damaged they saw me like who are you...it hurts lot when I wasted my money on buying on MI . I feel very bad to bought this product

                  My redmi mobile is getting overheated and the battery drainage is too much. I have visited local service center several times but they are unable to repair it. They are not ready to change the battery also. I have complained to customer care also but no use of that. I need an immediate solution to this problem.

                      I have redmi note 4 since 2018 i went to mi service center for ask tuffon glass but they say we don't have any glass i went there two times and they insulted every customers.

                        Xiaomi sells home security camera. Before sale xiaomi does not disclose that it is mandatory to create a mi.com account to use the camera. Even the mi.com website does not mention this. Nor does the box have this instruction.

                        Only after the buyer has opened and used the camera does it become clear that the camera is useless without a mi.com account.

                        To get a mi.com account, you have to provide your phone number or email id or facebook id. Xiaomi verifies that the entered contact details are accurate first, and only then is the account created.

                        I have previously used cameras of other manufacturers and there is no need to create an account to operate the camera. So i know there is no relation between creating an account at mi.com and using the camera. But for xiaomi this is a mandatory step.

                        I am not comfortable sharing my contact details with xiaomi. For 2 reasons:
                        1. It allows xiaomi to know exactly who is using which camera. This is an invasion of privacy
                        2. If the database is hacked, i dont expect xiaomi to be prompt to admit to the hacking because it is based in china, and we have seen how china delayed sharing information about the start of the corona infection.

                        Xiaomi is not transparent in this regard.
                        I have asked for a refund, but they do not offer refunds at all.

                        Had i been informed that i will have to share my phone number or other details with xiaomi to use their camera, i would not have bought it.

                        I know there are many other who are in the same boat. After buying the camera we feel helpless and frustrated and cheated.
                        Xiaomi is indulging in unfair trade practice, and also cheating and is extracting data under coercion and deception.

                        We should collectively complain to the ministry of company affairs (Regarding the deception and cheating), the ministry of information technology (Regarding the breach of privacy and security issues), and the ministry of consumer affairs regarding the unfair trade practice.

                                  Dear xiaomi,
                                  I gopi bhargav, purchased a redmi note 8 phone, invoice no. Na/19-20/28127 from nirmal agencies, ramgarh on date 08.01.2020. And while the phone was still in warranty it started giving me troubles and stopped working. On contacting to nearest mi care, i was informed that somehow the phone's imei no. Got removed and for which i wont be given any compensation as the phone was still in warranty. I was very much depressed and taken aback hearing that i need to pay rs. 6901/- (Invoice no. Xmin2547/20-21/002) which stated main board charges around rs. 6488/- along with a service charge of rs 413/- which i shouldn't have been charged keeping in mind that my phone was still in warranty period. May be there was a manufacturing defect that persisted in that phone.
                                  Therefore, i kindly urge the concerning authorities that i should be given a reimbursment of the amount i had to pay and for this i am ready for any investigation from your end. Your speedy response will be highly apprecieated.

                                    My redmi k20 pro have amoled display so solour burn in amoled display is a common issue.. But my phone is in under warranty i visited the service centre and they are telling me to pay the charges in order to fix my display... And they have assumed that my display is physically damaged... There is no sign of physical damage... And colour burn in amoled display is a common issue... So please look into this matter... Please i need your help... They told me that the screen will cost 9.5k.

                                        I'm facing screen issue on my redmi k20 pro. While scrolling through images and text i'm getting ghosting effect.in february 3rd week i visited mi service center complained about my issue they didn't even tried to understand my issue it took me 5 days to make them understand my issue. They said they will change the display and tried new display but issue didn't solved so they returned my mobile with old display (Recently i came to know that they reported to the complany that the issue is solved by changing new display customer care executives are saying that your mobile display is changed but i reality they didn't changed my display god know what happened to that display). They said we will try mother board this time but i said it is a screen issue please forward it to your company they will solve it but they didn't agreed to that and tried mother board issue still didn't solved. They just mentioned problem is solved by flashing software and closed jobsheet. They returned my mobile in a damaged condition. Scratches on screen and he forget to insert copper cooling coil. I asked him to open my mobile he opened it and found it is missing then he took it from another mobile and inserted it in my mobile even that is also damaged. Behaved rudely and said do whatever you want to do. I complained about it to xiaomi but they just registere complaint and tells you it will be solved in 3 days our backend team will call you but no one called me.in july i got a mail stating please submit your mobile and share your jobsheet number. I submitted my mobile and shared jobsheet number it with them. Still i didn't got any call from backend team. On july 30th service guy called and told me we checked your mobile display is same right it is common in every mobile but i have checked in my friends k20 pro it is not there in that mobile. I said i'll talk to mi please keep the jobsheet open but they closed it and mentioned it as delivered on same day. I thought jobsheet is still open so again complained abut this issue they repeted the same please wait for 3 day your problem will be solved. On 14th august i came to know about my mobile is marked as delivered on 30th july. Again i complained about it to xiaomi they are not solving my issue. I have all the video evidences how they deceived me and how they damaged my mobile.in 1st and 2nd jobsheet service center guy mentioned good appearance beside cosmetics in my jobsheet and in 3rd jobsheet it is mentioned as scratches. Now he is saying customer damaged his mobile i have video proofs to prove that he is completely lying.
