I had Purchased a MI LED Smart TV 4A PRO 80 cm with Android from flipkart online on 25.08.2019 (Invoice Attached). I Raised a Complaint regarding display problem (shows half screen, linening and automatic switch off screen) to MI company and Flipkart Company both in the month of May 2020 dated 04th, 12th, 13th vide Query/ Complaint No. XQ00033938, XQ00036891, IN[protected], TVIN[protected] respectively and i again registered a complaint in MI on 03.06.2020 complaint no.tv00853019 and also same to flipkart vide Complaint No. IN[protected] dated 03.06.2020. and regulat follow up at their customer care no. but there is no response received regarding my complaint. Only one day i.e. 22.05.2020 a Engineer or executive visited at my place against the TV Complaint. He Observe it take the picture of the same and tv invoice but does not answered my question regarding the replacement of My TV. They only harrassed me in the warranty period and i also have purchased a complete protection insurance against a TV at the time of Purchase. but its occurs a problem and facing difficulties at this time for get a replace a tv for me. i am continuous writing them by Email also which is attached below.
This is totally Fed up and no responsive enviornment which is not good for consumer, who believes in warranty or any other offer which is offered by the company for the motive of selling only not to provide services after sale.
I requested you to kindly lodge my complaint and resolve the issue as earlier as possible. at last i only want my tv replaced from the company.
