        I purchased a 43inch mi tv worth (₹21999) and sound bar worth (₹4999) which is delivered but the tv is not delivered yet.
        I placed the order on 6may 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 may2020 but sound bar is delivered on 8 may 2020.
        The tv is come till mumbai, mankoli maharashtra at delivery hub from 9 may 2020 till today 18 may 2020.

          Respected authority,
          I would really like to draw your attention to the following matter i'm referring to: that i, bhavana kabra, bought redmi note 8 pro on 20th of january, 2020 from online platform called amazon, but then on 7th of march, 2020 it started automatically switching off and switching on, and later on it stopped working and not turning on since then... I am wondering what remedies do i have being a customer and loyal user of xiaomi also due to this covid-19, i'm unable to visit the nearest service center, but would really like to use the warranty service which is available for one year since buying date.

              I ordered an item on 21st march 2020.Due to covid they delayed the delibery i agree and i waited.then they restarted the delivery for only new orders the old order and the customer becomes fool.pre paid order of 16000 ruppees and i didint get the item and no updates at all.

                I purchased a xiaomi mi smart water purifier in oct'19 which stopped working within 2 months. Following up with local service center & toll free number service since 11 dec'19 still they were not able to solve it and after continuous follow up on 21st dec'19 they asked me to buy new all three filter and one extra filter to be put externally. I purchased drinking from outside for minimum 15 days. After a lot of follow up with them somehow i got the filters changed. Again after 1 month it stopped working and the same procedure was been followed by me like filling their online forms with complete details, than calling their customer care and again narrating them the entire story and providing them the same complete details. Again for 20 days i purchased drinking water from outside. At last they asked me to buy one more extra external filter. Since i had no other way i paid them and purchased the external filter. It did not end there again just before lockdown it stopped working and till date i. E 14th may'2020 i purchased water from outside and again all same long procedure of 7 days to file a complain to them was initiated by me and today i. E 14th may'2020 the service person came to me with one filter and asked me to pay rs 2000/ again. Having no other way i need pay them. When i asked their service person is this happening with me only, the frustrated service guy told me that all xiaomi mi smart purifier users are facing this problem and he is also fed up of listening to complain everyday and the company is not helping in any way. The xiaomi people has made a recurring income business by providing all these low quality product and selling the parts to their customers again and again.

                      I placed order for a xiaomi phone on[protected], on the same date i canceled the order because of an issue, but i didn't received the refund still, i talked to customer care twice and they didn't gave me the answer i needed just told me i will receive refund soon. But still i didn't received, how long will it take to receive the refund? How can a renowned company do this to their customer.

                      Really pathetic service from mi.com waiting for so long never received refund cant wait so long inspite of waiting so long still they ask us to wait again do you guys think it is fare cant wait again none of online site ask us to wait so long untill now do u guys think we customers are fools its already 1 month stilll cant wait they ask us to wait again and again i no more cant wait i need my hard earned money pls take sevrre action against them eating others hard earned money nver in my life will refer any of my frndz of relatives for such a weird worst service by mi inspite of checking with bank these people are just giving blunders that they are intiated really they have not takn any action from there side i will not live this matter simply i want my money back

But on the mi official app it's still stuck on refund processing status. After the 10 working days over on 5 may they said me to hold 2 days. Due to covid-19 lockdown my order is in problem of warehouse. But my order hasn't dispatched from warehouse as the representative so that i haven't face that type of issue. I wait 2 days and now 10 may (16 days). Everyday i lodge a new complaint and they closed it. How a renowned company is so irresponsible about this.

                              I have ordered a redmi note 9 pro device in a flash sale through paytm upi but the order is not placed and money got deducted from my account. I have contacted to paytm and my bank and they said that the transction is succefull but their a delay in confirmation and i have contacted to mi coustomer care and they said that they have not recieved any amount but the bank and paytm confirmed that the amount has been succesfully transferd to recievers account

                                      Purchased mi tv 2019-may-14 from april 20 2020 tv display showing blank home page. Not able to watch tv. Please take my complaint and resolve asap.

                                      We are having problem with display one fine morning switched on the tv but displayed black blank page. Mi android smart tv 32 inch. Nit even one year completed for the tv. I spoke with tv installation person he said that we need to raise the complaint in mi portal then only they can resolve the problem.
