I would really like to draw your attention to the following matter i'm referring to: that i, bhavana kabra, bought redmi note 8 pro on 20th of january, 2020 from online platform called amazon, but then on 7th of march, 2020 it started automatically switching off and switching on, and later on it stopped working and not turning on since then... I am wondering what remedies do i have being a customer and loyal user of xiaomi also due to this covid-19, i'm unable to visit the nearest service center, but would really like to use the warranty service which is available for one year since buying date.
