Sir, i took a phone 8 august 2019, i did 7 months now, after that a lot of problems started coming in as the phone starts to heat, these 5 minutes of display were gone and sometimes the volume button did not work and the battery started getting down very quickly and sometimes the error seems to be telling on the camera open i requested you to sir please exchange my phone because it has lots of problem so i can't handle it.

I brought redmi3s prime phone one by all the features are not working.1st calendar stopped working then messages like that all the features are not working. Redmi is worst phone in the market.Highly recommend every one not to buy Redmi phpnes.Nothing will ever work even basic call won't work in the phone.

I had ordered from mi India, a smart phone- Redmi note 8 of id-10994 on dt-17/04/2020 by net banking of rs -9999 and i had refunded it later after two days . But the money is still not recovered.
I am very depressed due to my financial status.

I have orderd redmi 8 (4+64) about 15 april, the delivery date was 17 april, but till now i have not received any product, confirmation mail and massage,
two times i have confirmed on chat but they can not give any satisfactory reply.
pls tell what can i do now.

Mi headset one side is not working and want to replace as it is in the warranty period

I had my mi a3 phone in january, because of its android one program and fast updates. And i had watched mr. Manu kumar jain video on mi india channel regarding this phone where he promised that these devices going to have fastest android updates. But now situation is totally opposite, company failed to provide fast updates and worse for all when they provide update at last it roll back for three times. Now imagine three months old phone need to restart more than 10 times day, im not gamer at all and my phone heatup to the point of it will blast, not able to do my studies (Stop working inbetween, slow processing). I have report this problem again and again but no solution.

Dear Mi group,

I was purchased Redmi note 8 Phone and found inside sencer problem and also reg that I've called customer care and they sent me Service centre I was visited so many times but they didn't resolve my problem.
And now I'm suffering due to that problem in my new phone, which is not good.
Kindly register my complen and provide me new phone against this otherwise my next step will be move for Consumer court.

I reedem my 4500 coons for mi usb cable but when i check it on my i account it didn't appear there, no coupon is showing

On April 10 I used my phone regularly and suddenly my phone started to hang and touch is not works... I restarted my phone and fully resets... But still my phone is not ready to work normally...

On[protected] while updating (Miui v11. Xxxxx version) my mobile phone redmi note 7, i saw after some time that the screen is blank, i picked up my phone and press lock button and after few seconds it started to show "your system has been destroyed. Press the power button to shut down". The only thing i can do now is to go in fastboot mode and nothing else.
I tried to resolve this problem and went through with every possible solution and at last, i freaked out because my bootloader is lock and i can't flash the rom in the locked state. I checked all possible method to unlock the bootloader officially, downloaded the mi_flash unlock and all drivers, but the problem is that it all requires some prerequisite settings done already in the device (Mobile phone) and this situation when i can't open my phone i can't do all the required settings.
When i tried through miui unlock flash it didn't work and was showing "add your account in miui's settings developer options mi unlock status".
Now how can i do it all while my phone is off and i can't do anything right now. I tried with some commands also to unlock it but it also failed.
I'm a student and due to lockdown all my studies are depended on the internet and mobile phone and all service center are also closed.
Please, i request to somehow 'unlock my device bootloader asap' because this is the only way i can flash the rom and my phone will started to work again. I will be highly obliged to you.
