This is regarding a delay in delivery of an order, order id: [protected], for over 2 months. It has been 2 weeks since the relaxation of lockdown, yet there seems to be no signs of the delivery. I had lodhed a complaint on 19th may, and i was promised for the issue to be resolved within 5-7 days, yet here i am on 29th may. I visited the warehouse where the shipment was last tracked, and they said they cannot deliver because of a technical issue from the logistics. 2 complaints were filed, id: wo:osin[protected]-2c0f and woin[protected] respectively, still there has been no attempt at the issue.

    I buy tv 4 month back and within 2 month motherboard stop working have been reaching mi agents since 2 months to repair mi mother board talked to team leader anjali’s she talked rudely to us and threatened us to call cops as no engineer came to fix mi tv so we decided to sue your company xiomi and compensate us with 40, 000 inr or replace it with xiomi anroid brand new tv kindly send legel notice to mi people.

      My order has not reached me yet and the people of this company are not even sending me. If i do not get the solution by 30/05/2020, i will do a police complaint for which i have strong proof. I'm being fraudulent with me.

        As i bought on 23.05.20. I got schedule on 27th.3pm. To 6pm... But mi reached home on 4.30pm. And i gave wall mount which i have but he refused. And he forced me to buy his stand. I told i am not interested do demo and installation on table mounting...
        But he repack the tv in box and went off.. Customer don't have rights... Even i raised complaint to his service center.. He also not responding well.. Challenging me to do complaint.. No issue for him..

              My order nunber is: [protected]
              My order got cancelled before delivery due to covid 19 and was waiting for refund. I called customer service and they said they have refunded the money on last month and after submitting a complain here i didn, t recieved any calls. I called them and they are saying please contact with the bank for the same we have initiated a refund from our emd. I called my bank they are saying they haven't received any refund and they said please provide me the transaction i'd amd the mode of payment how they transfered the amount by neft or imps. When i asked the same thing from mi cistomer care they said they don't have any trancrion details for this please check your bank.
              One of them said the money has been refunded on 19th may.
              What is going on, they don't even know the date, they are giving me a transaction id which is useless. I need my money back, it's been more than 2 months. I am getting no response.
              I do not think i am going to get my refund, please help.

                  I ordered a MI earphone on amazon on 18/05/2020. The product was delivered on 20/05/2020. It has just been 5 days since i started using this product and the left side has already stopped working. Now, i checked that mi earphones come with a 6 month warranty and i need to visit an mi store to get my product replaced. But with this pandemic situation going on, my area is obviously under complete lockdown and i don't see how i can go to an mi store in person right now. And i don't think that I'll wait indefinitely for my earphone to be replaced or be foolish enough to buy another mi earphone. I am expecting a replacement from my door step. I used to have a high regard for this brand but now I'm having second thoughts. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the order details below, I'll be waiting for a prompt reply and i am also open to any suggestion on how to get the product replaced

                    I purchased a new handset redmi 8a dual on 21 may 2020 @ 8000/- from vijaya sales kalkaji, new delhi. From the day one i am getting issue on calls while incoming/outgoing. I visited the kalkaji service station, but appointment given me 30 may 2020.

                    Service centre not ready to listen, as per come on appointment day. I need to replace this handset but mahesh person service centre denied to listen.
                    Now what i do, a defective piece of phone i have.
                    Its my fault if your service center slots of appointments is full.

                    Please replace my handset. Who will provide du letter after 7 days passed.

                      Water purifier stopped working. Motor keeps running but water doesnt fill inside the tank. Xiaomi promised to repair within 10 days, but has not sent a repairman for 21 days now. They have also denied me the right to repair it myself and said that doing so will void the warranty. Device was sold with the promise of being "diy" (Do it yourself), where you can replace the parts yourself. But there is no manual provided nor given when asked.

                        On 22.05.2020 i had purchased new xiaomi redminote 9 pro, immediately i fount that it has some cencor problem, and some other functions also not working properly, immediately on 23.05.2020 i had visited mi sevice centre, there they also found mobile has some cencor and function issue, they told me after software installation problem will some, but after new sotfware installation the same problem was found, they told me that i have to wait for long time as some other software was not available and new phone are also not available, my point is one day before i have purchased new mobile phone within 24 hours problem was deducted so why should i have to wait, company should immediately prove me new phone.. Why should i have to wait for many days, and people over there cannot give me satisfactory answer overall very poor and worst service. At the end it's my humble request you to please take some immediate action..

                            I bought the so called flagship tv from mi a couple of years back and they promised that they would roll out android tv update (Which is not available at the time of puchase) for the same by q1 2019. After waiting for an year they just announced that they won't be able to provide the update and trying to sell their mi tv box taking this as an advantage. This is worst kind of customer satisfaction that i ever received from a product.

                            It's like we're waiting for 2 years and they took this covid'19 as an advantage (As ppl won't bother about updates now) and posted silently in their mi tv india fb page.

                            What kind of company would do that?

                            If they really care for their customers they have to provide the mi tv box for free.

                            How do they expect a customer to pay 55k for a stupid tv which won't support even youtube and pay another 2.5k for the android box. Cheap marketing tactics

                              I have place order but due to cash crunch i have cancelled the order. But till not the order is still held at the bluedart center and xiaomi is saying they cannot refund until they get the shipment back. Bludart is saying they have no information to sent back the parcel to the origin. Please help to get refund.

                                  I purchased the xiaomi box 4 on 13th may and it got delivered on 15th may around 12 pm and i get the device set up by 3 pm.

                                  I noticed that the prime video is not playing audio and no video is visible, i tried 3-4 times and it has a similar experience.

                                  I contacted xiaomi on the email around 3:30 pm the same day, i got a response on monday that you have to contact us within 24 hours of the delivery.
                                  I guess sending emails after 3:30 hrs is under the 24 hours time period.

                                  After 3 days, they're saying i have to go to the service center to get the device checked but need to take a prior appointment.

                                  We have corona all around and the company is forcing me to visit the service center, the police are hard-hitting people if they're going out of these non-urgent concerns.
                                  But still, i asked officials for the approval but now i am not seeing the option to book an appointment for the mi box 4 product on the website in my area.

                                  This is the second time i am having issues with the xiaomi product and the response from the company.

                                  Now, i want to return back the product and need a full refund for this.

                                  I cannot get myself hit by the police officials where the company doesn't provide a better service to their customers.

                                    I am a tech savvy person.
                                    I have purchased redmi k20 pro last month.
                                    As my earlier phone was also mi so i was many things were same.
                                    So in the start only i went through all options and discovered a new permissions manager in android 10. I restricted almost all xiomi internal apps and denied permissions to all inbuilt but not required apps.
                                    But still my miui browser automatically assigns location permission to itself.
                                    I disabled it nealry 20 times and even i have stopped mobile data access from both sim cards, even i dnt use wifi still miui browser use 50-60kb data each day, it means it is not switched off. Xiomi is collecting my location data from miui browser and i dnt even use that once since i purchased and always clear all data and cache when i deny permissions.
                                    The same vies for xiomi cleaner, it is a way of tracking people, my all permissions are given to cleaner and i cannot demy them. I mean what is the meaning that i cannot deny the permission, i think we are exposing ourself, next time i wont recommend ever a xiomi phone to anyone.

                                    I cant deny any permission to security app as image attached
