I purchased the xiaomi box 4 on 13th may and it got delivered on 15th may around 12 pm and i get the device set up by 3 pm.

I noticed that the prime video is not playing audio and no video is visible, i tried 3-4 times and it has a similar experience.

I contacted xiaomi on the email around 3:30 pm the same day, i got a response on monday that you have to contact us within 24 hours of the delivery.
I guess...

I am a tech savvy person.
I have purchased redmi k20 pro last month.
As my earlier phone was also mi so i was many things were same.
So in the start only i went through all options and discovered a new permissions manager in android 10. I restricted almost all xiomi internal apps and denied permissions to all inbuilt but not required apps.
But still my miui browser automatically assigns location permission to itself.br...

I bought Redmi K20 Pro 2 months ago, this mobile is no longer charging. Yesterday i gave this mobile customer service for repair, but the mobile has not been repaired yet....

I purchased a 43inch mi tv worth (₹21999) and sound bar worth (₹4999) which is delivered but the tv is not delivered yet.
I placed the order on 6may 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 may2020 but sound bar is delivered on 8 may 2020.
The tv is come till mumbai, mankoli maharashtra at delivery hub from 9 may 2020 till today 18 may 2020.

I would really like to draw your attention to the following matter i'm referring to: that i, bhavana kabra, bought redmi note 8 pro on 20th of january, 2020 from online platform called amazon, but then on 7th of march, 2020 it started automatically switching off and switching on, and later on it stopped working and not turning on since then... I am wondering what remedies do i have being a customer and loyal user...

I ordered an item on 21st march 2020.Due to covid they delayed the delibery i agree and i waited.then they restarted the delivery for only new orders the old order and the customer becomes fool.pre paid order of 16000 ruppees and i didint get the item and no updates at all....

Following up with local service center & toll free number service since 11 dec'19 still they were not able to solve it and after continuous follow up on 21st dec'19 they asked me to buy new all three filter and one extra filter to be put externally. I placed order for a xiaomi phone on[protected], on the same date i canceled the order because of an issue, but i didn't received the refund still, i talked to customer care twice and they didn't gave me the answer i needed just told me i will receive refund soon. But still i didn't received, how long will it take to receive the refund? How can a renowned company do this to their customer.

I order a xiaomi phone on 20 april 2020. After that day due to some issue i cancelled my order on 21 april. My refund has initiated on 22 april. But on the mi official app it's still stuck on refund processing status. After the 10 working days over on 5 may they said me to hold 2 days. Due to covid-19 lockdown my order is in problem of warehouse. But my order hasn't dispatched from warehouse as the representative so that i haven't face that...

I have ordered a redmi note 9 pro device in a flash sale through paytm upi but the order is not placed and money got deducted from my account. I have contacted to paytm and my bank and they said that the transction is succefull but their a delay in confirmation and i have contacted to mi coustomer care and they said that they have not recieved any amount but the bank and paytm confirmed that the amount has been succesfully transferd to recievers...
