I have purchased redmi note 1 mobile hand set four years back.
Recently when i plugged in for charging, it is getting discharged.

It is always charging when has been getting completely discharged.

Kindly solve the problem.

I am having around four redmi handsets in my home.

Very big fan of company due to providing cheaper products with higher end services and fantastic product.

      I got my mi a3 screen replaced (Got new) from xiaomi service center asc. And yes, now i'm facing problem with fingerprint sensor. It just don't work properly the way it used to work before. It don't scan properly 😡. It's really a bad service i got from asc seriously noob mistake been done from engineers handling the seat. It's still under warranty i need this mistake to be handled with severe care and get this mistake properly done-solved under supervised instructions.

        It will be delivered and ur all contacts are not working. Vijaysaless is very renowned company.. Was not expecting this from this company. Please deliver my product as soon as possible.

            Sir, i bought mi TV 80 cm from Agartala store on 13/05/2020, after 4 to 5 days i had noticed the lower part of the screen is different from the upper half, i talk to xiami local customer care they said due to covid 19 you can complain it into xiami online customer care number, i tried several times but didnt able to talk with customer care excecutive its number comes always busy. So help me how to solve my problem.

              Mi Earphone Basic with Ultra deep bass and mic (Blue)

              I brought this product from Amazon .
              This product stopped working in the month of April . It has warranty of 6 months . This rediculus if product within year stops working

                My phone is showing screen issues from last week. Whenever i try touching the screen to scroll or view something the middle button gets pressed by itself several times. I am not been able to open any application since it automatically shuts it down and even if i don't touch the phone it still keeps on pressing. I tried updating the software but the issue still persists. Its not even been 6 months since i have purchased this phone.

                  I have received damaged product from xiaomi india (Mi box 4k) and on the same day i raised a complaint to them for returning the product. But they didn't respond till date and it's almost a week now. Surprisingly i also found that they have send me the fake product, its not the 4k version which i purchased but it's an older version with damaged product.

                  Now they are not even responding to my query and not refunding my money.

                    I ordered mi 4x 43 inch tv tracking id is[protected] the product reached my nearest city, but without my permission one of your staff canceled my order, i'm totally disappointed because im waited long time for that product at last moment he said they can delivered hat product my area but that place very close to my hometown however i'm ready to collect the tv from their convinced place then also he dis agree and canceled himself, i'm going to complained i felt like cheated me, the mi company break their promises. This kind of staffs members spoil company credibility and lose their business, i hope u consider my case seriously, also i'm going to move next step.

                        I bought a poco x2 on 20/03/2020. After 2 month o[censored]se there is a touch problem (Auto touching). I went to service center after took an appointment between 12-2pm. They took some pictures and sent to their head office. After 4-5hrs of waiting they said my phone was not under warranty in lockdown situation i was harvested badly. And also charged me an amount of 118 rupees. Please help me sir...

                        After 1 year 2 months My poco x3 pro mobile got switched off automatically while it was in my hand and when I gave for repair at local repairer (gadag-karnataka) but didnt work. After that i got news that handset is being replacing in mi showroom (Hubli) but they rejected due of repairing done before by tried replacing IC in mother board. But I requested them (mi) please do replace it though it's not useful to me and even them also but didnt accept it. I request you take this serious note that i would not given to repairer if didn't get switched off on its own, it's company manufacture defaults and they should bare the cast of it or replacement with other handset. I request you kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                          This is regarding a delay in delivery of an order, order id: [protected], for over 2 months. It has been 2 weeks since the relaxation of lockdown, yet there seems to be no signs of the delivery. I had lodhed a complaint on 19th may, and i was promised for the issue to be resolved within 5-7 days, yet here i am on 29th may. I visited the warehouse where the shipment was last tracked, and they said they cannot deliver because of a technical issue from the logistics. 2 complaints were filed, id: wo:osin[protected]-2c0f and woin[protected] respectively, still there has been no attempt at the issue.
                          I still have no update regarding the delivery. Pathetic service from Mi

                            I buy tv 4 month back and within 2 month motherboard stop working have been reaching mi agents since 2 months to repair mi mother board talked to team leader anjali’s she talked rudely to us and threatened us to call cops as no engineer came to fix mi tv so we decided to sue your company xiomi and compensate us with 40, 000 inr or replace it with xiomi anroid brand new tv kindly send legel notice to mi people.

                                As i bought on 23.05.20. I got schedule on 27th.3pm. To 6pm... But mi reached home on 4.30pm. And i gave wall mount which i have but he refused. And he forced me to buy his stand. I told i am not interested do demo and installation on table mounting...
                                But he repack the tv in box and went off.. Customer don't have rights... Even i raised complaint to his service center.. He also not responding well.. Challenging me to do complaint.. No issue for him..

                                      My order got cancelled before delivery due to covid 19 and was waiting for refund. I called customer service and they said they have refunded the money on last month and after submitting a complain here i didn, t recieved any calls. I called them and they are saying please contact with the bank for the same we have initiated a refund from our emd. I called my bank they are saying they haven't received any refund and they said please provide me the transaction i'd amd the mode of payment how they transfered the amount by neft or imps. When i asked the same thing from mi cistomer care they said they don't have any trancrion details for this please check your bank.
                                      One of them said the money has been refunded on 19th may.
                                      What is going on, they don't even know the date, they are giving me a transaction id which is useless. I need my money back, it's been more than 2 months. I am getting no response.
                                      I do not think i am going to get my refund, please help.
