The company is looting, had sold a very bad phone mi a3 with lots of bugs and had not yet fixed it. It is android one phone (Android one means promise of faster updates). There is no android 10 update yet (Feb 2020). They are lying publicly on twitter regarding update. Making fool of public. I am adding adding a tweet of mr. Manu jain ceo of xiaomi lying publicly.

    I had purchase mi tv through amazon as on 30/11/2019, against order no:[protected].

    But tv stop functioning once again since 27/12/2019, earlier also we had face similar issue but the same has been resolve on 23/12/2019, but again same thing happen on 27/12/2019.

    And i am daily making complain in mi since 27/12/2019, but yet it has not been solve.

      I ordered a mi tv 43x which was delivered a day before and today when technician came to install it, the technician opened the box & found that tv has manufacturing defect.
      First, tv didn't started but after same time when tv starts, the background light was very dim, nothing was clearly visible. Technician said the tv set has a manufacturing defect. He took the photos of tv, package & invoice number & he told replacement will take time but i want replacement of the tv as soon as possible.

        I have purchased a mobile from mi store with order id [protected] and bad luck used my old phone for exchange. I thought exchange policies are good with mi not like flip-kart or amazon. But surprised me its same like flipkart and ekart person who doesn't know background of mobile phone came for evaluation. He simply rejected and phone and nothing progressing from mi or ekart.

        Kindly help me on the same.

          I have handed over my mi 5 phone due to network issue to redmi service center on 20-01-20, mathikere, till now i am not received[protected], daily i visited the center and they are telling like come at 9to 9.30pm but they are not giving they are arguing like any thing. Finally i asked to return back as it is than also they are telling today not possible come on tomorrow.

            I ordered wireless mouse. the product is delivered but missed receiver inside the box and the mouse also used one. i have contacted the customer care of Xiaomi. but they replied that they send the product as described. and they are not going to helpful.
            I am the loyal customer to Xiaomi from last 4yrs and purchased many products. but this is the only case where I received defective product.

              I purchased mi 4a pro 43 inch smart tv on nov-2019 and now it not working, seems to be some update required or software issue. I raised the complaint on jan-24-2020 through website & requested to visit the engineer in my place but till now i didn't get any update.

              I called customer care but still no update. May i know why there is an delay in the process.

                This is madhu from hyderabad. I purchased redmi 8a on[protected]. Since i purchased this mobile i am facing network issue. First i raise a complaint on my sim networks they told no problem in sim cards. Today[protected] i visit the nearest redmi service center at mehdipatnam (Hyderabad). Service center name is kalpana enterprises. That employees are don't know the how to treat a customer, don't have time punctually.
                And service center manager says network chip and mother board issue. I will replace the part with in 4 days. I don't want the mobile repair i want new mobile at any cost urgent basis. Find the below purchase bill and service bill copy.

                  Sir/madam,

                  I had purchased a k20 mobile phone from mi authorised showroom in coimbatore under no cost emi 6 months option.

                  I have so far paid all the 6 emi instalments. But so far not received the cash back.

                  I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with xiaomi. Authorised showroom promised me that i will get the cash back of rs 919.16 after 3 months of the emi dues paid. But now 6 months of elapsed and still i have not received the cash due as promised by mi company.

                  I have contacted the authorised showroom by visit in person more than a month back and i met the store manager - mr kadhirvel. He said the matter will be taken up. Its of no use and i could not get any help from the authorised show room.

                  I request that the issue needs to be taken up on priority with finance team and the cash back be arranged to be credited to my citibank credit card account. I used this card for purchase of the k 20 phone.

                  I am giving below the citibank card statement details of deduction for the emi.

                  1st month - 14.08.2019 - rs 4032 + gst rs 25.04
                  2nd month - 01.10.2019 - rs 4153 + gst rs 39.22
                  3rd month - 30.10.2019 - rs 4153 + gst rs 31.54
                  4th month - 01.12.2019 - rs 4153 + gst rs 23.80
                  5th month - 01.01.2020 - rs 4153 + gst rs 15.96
                  6th month - 21.01.2010 - rs 4153 + gst rs 8.02

                  Total amount paid without the gst is rs 24797 + gst paid rs 143.62
                  Total amont paid including gst rs 24940.62

                  I have paid extra rs 940 over a period of 6 months. I have to get cash back rs 919 as per your bill. I am extremely disapointed. Being a senior citizen above 65, i had to visit your authorised showroom several times.

                  This subject matter is not being resolved by authosied showroom. Please take it up with your finance team and help me.

                    We have purchased mi 49 pro mi tv on 20th december 2018 and after couple of months there was a issue of wifi connectivity, which we did not noticed. Later stage the issue started getting more hence we raised complaint on 10th december 2019. Service engineer has visited our place and checked the tv and stated it is the problem of wifi router and it need to be changed. And also restored the tv by removing all the updates so far.

                    Further he stated that there is a new update is going to come at the end of december 2019 and upon the update the issue of wifi connectivity will not be the there. However he insisted to change the router and we have changed also. Now again we started facing the same issue and this time the tv is started getting restarted automatically. We have called him and he shared few videos of tv getting restarted. He again visited and changed the mother board of tv. However the issue is not resolved and same problem continued. We have tried to contact him several times and there was no response from him. We have even asked him to provide the contact details of back end team so that we can coordinate the with them. However he never responded.

                    Further we have raised complaint to customer service and we received call from back end team of mi (Ms. Vanita). She informed that the issue is escalated and they are working on it and we insisted to replace the tv as there was already mother board of tv was replaced and still the problem was exist. After few day she call us back and informed that the replacement has been approved and we would receive a new peace within 4 working days. (This is as on 19th december 2019). After which there is no response from her ever after calling plenty of times. Further we have raised complaint to customer service and still following with them for revert but no one is responding with proper timeline. Every time we mail them they are reverting that the issue has been escalated and team is working on it, but not providing us any sort of timeline on the same. We have written more than 7-8 times to customer service but no proper response from them either.

                    We have really tired following with these people who are such unprofessionals and without any ethics of resolving the customer issues.

                      I have purchased mi 4x 49" tv from amazon. (Please see attached bill)

                      I have received that box product, so for installation i contacted to mi.

                      Service engineer came to my home on 12th jan. 2020 for installation.

                      But while unboxing by service engineer, he got to know that this product has manufacturing defect.

                      There is gap between plastic body and screen. (Please see attached video)

                      So i put request to amazon for replacement, but they said that they have only 10 days replacement warranty and the last day of replacement was 9th jan. 2020. And tv unbox on 12th jan 2020, so they suggested me to contact mi because it's manufacturing defect.

                      Hence mi is responsible for replacement of product.

                      The service engineer came to fit tv he also suggested and raised the ticket to mi and said it will get replaced in coming 7 days but now they are saying it won't happen asap and i have to wait more...

                      Please look into this asap as already i spent enough time on this and it should get resolved asap.

                          I have booked redmi note 8 pro with exchange my old redmi 3s prime, but here ekart delivery boy denied even after no damage on my phone.
                          I have done this order through my credit card. Please do the needful, if any query call me on below contact.
                          Xiaomi costner care said sent the screen shot i have sent screen but sill revert and no response no refund my debited ammount.. As a costumer suffaring and.. Offer was gone and. Problem i don't have amount purchase other phone. Ekart person is saying as per rules xiaomi we are not accepted this phone...                               The used item of supply by suppler seller thru flipkart company, item not working properly quality of worst of product supply, defective device delivered, not as well as new item received.

                              We raised product return and refund request on portal as per company police terms product return or refund request resolve with in 10 days i. E. 10 january 2020. We requested more then three time for product return and refund request on portal but company rejected that request as well we called serval times and many mails with my govt id card to customer support team but still my issue not resolve. Humble request you to kindly look inti this online crime fraud issue and resolve mine query.

                                I am manoj gupta from indore (Madhya pradesh) iam very disappointed buy mi product mi 6 pro smartphone on 26.1.19. But last few days ago suddenly my phone voice is not working properly so i visit service centre at yashwant plaza.

                                They are told your handset voice pls repairable but give 2 days time but after few hr. They call to me your handset monther board is not working properly sine liquid is lecase in ph. They told me about 5500 /- to replace it but

                                My handset is working properly this time no any problem no hangout, whatsapp, games

                                My phone is in warranty how can it not repairable it is manufacturing defect
                                I am very disappointing to buy this product your servers ([protected]) center exe. Also told me its is manufacturing problem its not cover in warranty??? How it is possible

                                    My poco f1 phone started showing error on 14th jan 2020 and stopped working on 15th jan 2020. It was bought on 15th jan 2019. Unfortunately due to pongal holidays of 15th jan 2020 and 16th jan 2020, mi service center was shut down and they were not working. I took the phone to them on 17th jan in the erode authorised service center called aerosrar enterprise. The service center told that my mothr board is not working and needs replacement. But mi company is reluctant to replace the motherboard free of cost telling silly reasons. I am angry with their service policy as i bought a premium phone sold by them and feel cheated by the company. My sn number is 19736/88vj04061

                                      My redmi note 8 pro exchange order get failed. Product was not delivered.
                                      And mi.com says it will take 5 to 6 day to come at warehouse. Then 1-2 days to initiate the refund process and then 8-10 days to refund it take more than half of month. And my money is trapped in it.

                                        On 15 january 2020, i bought a power bank from mi store with. This power bank price is 1000. But after buying, i noticed that it's lower power mode is not working. After that i called customer care of mi, on this number [protected].
