I bought a redmi note 7 pro on 10th january 2020 6 to 7 days it worked properly after that it is not at all working...

I bought from sangeetha mobile they are guiding us not to buy mi redmi phones 99% problem occurs... They are miss guiding us in a wrong way... I am die hard fan of mi redmi but sangeetha mobile is the 1st 1 to misguiding about the brand...

I visited twice to mi service center radiant placed in kadaperi near tambaram... They did nothing and telling sim fault... I changed 3 sims but still not working...

Mi should help us and replace the phone we are walking here and there to sangeetha and service station for 10th day... None helping me...

Mi please help and resolve my problem please exchange...

    Unable to increase or decrease the media volume ;i've visited to the service center around 7 to 8 times regarding the same issue and 3 timesâ they have given same solution by doing software and never provides jobsheet for every issueâ how many times ever i visit to svc, when i submitted my handset in the miâ service center, they did not provide jobsheet when visited 2nd time, when i demandedfor jobsheet the service center people said sorry we wont give jobsheet for repeated issuebecause they will loose their tat itseems, they have done 4 times software, 1 time checked byâ replacing speaker again issue reproduced again visited to service center, then replaced motherboard again issue repeated in a couple of days and also visited to service center immediatelybut in return they have done nothing except again the same software and since till todaymy handset is at service center and they are using it for their personal useâ and service center people saying if issue again reproduced again submit the handset, again theywill make bug report again share to their team again software again re visit the process goeson untill my warranty expires then over, never saw such a # service, feeling ashamedfor being the mi user and suffered alot for choosing this worst brand, hope none of myâ surrounding people use mi, i promptly say that this brand is worstest brand service ever i seeneven after several visit to service center and several call mi care and raisingâ several complaints no solution i gotâ i kindly need handset replacement

    Purchased Mi A3 on[protected] through amazon.
    It started showing internet connectivity problem. when showed in Mi service centre Pune (Hadapsar), the issue is with motherboard. I want replacement of phone not the motherboard as I can not visit service centre again and again.

      Redmi 4 mobile power not getting on 29 Jan same is reported to vasundhra ghaziabad service center.they changed battery and subboard assy and charged 1646 rupees.but after 1weak same problem persist again reported at same center this time they told me that problem is due to moisture.again today on 11feb same problem persist and this time they told problem is due to short circuiting.if the problem was due to moisture and short circuiting then why they changed battery and charging port when I asked then they don't have answer.agian they some how switch on my phone but after two hour again problem persist. I have wasted lots of time and money.please reply.

        My phone had some issue with the camera and i had given that to nearest service center in mangalore, they told me that the camera need to be replaced and that will take about 4-5 days. Its been 8 days for now and the job sheet says the phone is already been collected by the customer.
        I tried contacting mi customer service which was of no use.

        Third party apps keep crashing. It's been three days since this issue of instagram in my MI phone that dm's aren't opening. It also has been three days since I complained about the issue in miui services and feedback and no action has been taken, nor there is any reply.

          Why android 10 update for poco f1 despite of costlier mobile. All low range update given by you. Kindly rollout update for poco f1. Also when i mobile bought it was near about 24000.             I have purchased the mi earphones on 22nd jan 2020 from one of your franchise located in gokulpeth nagpur. But they still haven't mailed me the invoice nor they have given me the hard copy. It's been very disappointing experience for me.
            I haven't seen such an irresponsible staff of any brand
            I suggest mi that you should look after standardising your service aspects
            It's been more than 14 days and i haven't got my invoice of purchase
            Being one of the loyal customer this was an unexpected behaviour from your staff.
            Also i would like to suggest you that those earphones aren't much comfortable to wear so you people should come up with some redesign for this product
            Sound issue, 3rd time it is, pls arrange technician visit

              I had brought this Redmi 8 Mobile from MI Store Online and received the same on 2nd January 2020.

              I started using the Mobile and recently when brought a Headset from one of the Authorised MI Store he said there is a slight bent of the Mobile and told to get it replaced.

              I went to MI Exclusive Service centre at Omkala Building, Opp Pace Hospital, Beside Andhra Bank, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016 Ph. No.[protected]. Email: xiaomi.begumpet.[protected]@tvs-e.in vide token No B021 and met Mr Samuel the Store Incharge and he says the Mobile is bent and need to change the Display Panel and need to pay for the Spare replaced.

              I had informed as this is under warranty and as there is no physical damage and even the touch and display is also working fine but since it was a recent purchase and asking to resolve it I visited the store. But the Service Incharge didnot even bothered to do the proper introspection of the mobile and simply says need to replace it on chargeable basis only.

              I had called the customer care on the number[protected] and spoken to Ms Akansha and explained her the issue and she had spoken to Mr Samuel and later she also says to pay for the Spare.

              I was addressing it as a Product Quality Issue and they simply deny and also least bothered for the Customers.

              I request to seek Justice at the earliest.

              Its a Very bad response and I understand no regards for the consumer as days are passing on
              I bought a battery approx one month ago the warranty period is 6 months, the battery is not working, I want the replacement against 6 months warranty. The battery was bought from Amazon.

                We would like to inform you that we have purchased MI 55 inch Smart TV on 14/06/2019 .The particulars of the same TV is as under:

                For last 3 days (since 05/01/2020) the TV is not functioning. So, we called your representative to rectify the defect. But your representative refused to carry out the necessary rectification, stating that the same defect is not covered under the warranty.

                Today once again your technician visited and I showed him that there was no scratch on the both sides the body of the Tv. He has also acknowledged from the position of the Tv set installed that there is no possibilities of being thirst by any object.

                So it appears that the fault is internal of the Tv set, where nobody have any access of the sealed and compact unit. The necessary video and still photos have been taken in the presence of your representative. These will be forwarded to you, if required by you.

                I further like to inform you that I had already complained regarding some misfunctioning of the set earlier, your person thereafter visited but could not rectify. The earlier problem of misfunctioning has now aggravated on account of no- rectifying the same.

                We would also like to state that, on account of your reputation, we have purchased many more appliances from .MI, inclusive of another one smart TV.

                However, we would request you to please either properly rectify the defect of the TV or replace the same within a week. In the event of your failure to take necessary action within a week, we will be compelled to approach the Consumer court for necessary action under the consumer law.

                    But tv stop functioning once again since 27/12/2019, earlier also we had face similar issue but the same has been resolve on 23/12/2019, but again same thing happen on 27/12/2019.

                      I ordered a mi tv 43x which was delivered a day before and today when technician came to install it, the technician opened the box & found that tv has manufacturing defect.
                      First, tv didn't started but after same time when tv starts, the background light was very dim, nothing was clearly visible. Technician said the tv set has a manufacturing defect. He took the photos of tv, package & invoice number & he told replacement will take time but i want replacement of the tv as soon as possible.

                                This is madhu from hyderabad. I purchased redmi 8a on[protected]. Since i purchased this mobile i am facing network issue. First i raise a complaint on my sim networks they told no problem in sim cards. Today[protected] i visit the nearest redmi service center at mehdipatnam (Hyderabad). Service center name is kalpana enterprises. That employees are don't know the how to treat a customer, don't have time punctually.
                                And service center manager says network chip and mother board issue. I will replace the part with in 4 days. I don't want the mobile repair i want new mobile at any cost urgent basis. Find the below purchase bill and service bill copy.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  I had purchased a k20 mobile phone from mi authorised showroom in coimbatore under no cost emi 6 months option.

                                  I have so far paid all the 6 emi instalments. But so far not received the cash back.

                                  I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with xiaomi. Authorised showroom promised me that i will get the cash back of rs 919.16 after 3 months of the emi dues paid. But now 6 months of elapsed and still i have not received the cash due as promised by mi company.

                                  I have contacted the authorised showroom by visit in person more than a month back and i met the store manager - mr kadhirvel. He said the matter will be taken up. Its of no use and i could not get any help from the authorised show room.

                                  I request that the issue needs to be taken up on priority with finance team and the cash back be arranged to be credited to my citibank credit card account. I used this card for purchase of the k 20 phone.

                                  I am giving below the citibank card statement details of deduction for the emi.

                                  1st month - 14.08.2019 - rs 4032 + gst rs 25.04
                                  2nd month - 01.10.2019 - rs 4153 + gst rs 39.22
                                  3rd month - 30.10.2019 - rs 4153 + gst rs 31.54
                                  4th month - 01.12.2019 - rs 4153 + gst rs 23.80
                                  5th month - 01.01.2020 - rs 4153 + gst rs 15.96
                                  6th month - 21.01.2010 - rs 4153 + gst rs 8.02

                                  Total amount paid without the gst is rs 24797 + gst paid rs 143.62
                                  Total amont paid including gst rs 24940.62

                                  I have paid extra rs 940 over a period of 6 months. I have to get cash back rs 919 as per your bill. I am extremely disapointed. Being a senior citizen above 65, i had to visit your authorised showroom several times.

                                  This subject matter is not being resolved by authosied showroom. Please take it up with your finance team and help me.

                                    We have purchased mi 49 pro mi tv on 20th december 2018 and after couple of months there was a issue of wifi connectivity, which we did not noticed. Later stage the issue started getting more hence we raised complaint on 10th december 2019. Service engineer has visited our place and checked the tv and stated it is the problem of wifi router and it need to be changed. And also restored the tv by removing all the updates so far.

                                    Further he stated that there is a new update is going to come at the end of december 2019 and upon the update the issue of wifi connectivity will not be the there. However he insisted to change the router and we have changed also. Now again we started facing the same issue and this time the tv is started getting restarted automatically. We have called him and he shared few videos of tv getting restarted. He again visited and changed the mother board of tv. However the issue is not resolved and same problem continued. We have tried to contact him several times and there was no response from him. We have even asked him to provide the contact details of back end team so that we can coordinate the with them. However he never responded.

                                    Further we have raised complaint to customer service and we received call from back end team of mi (Ms. Vanita). She informed that the issue is escalated and they are working on it and we insisted to replace the tv as there was already mother board of tv was replaced and still the problem was exist. After few day she call us back and informed that the replacement has been approved and we would receive a new peace within 4 working days. (This is as on 19th december 2019). After which there is no response from her ever after calling plenty of times. Further we have raised complaint to customer service and still following with them for revert but no one is responding with proper timeline. Every time we mail them they are reverting that the issue has been escalated and team is working on it, but not providing us any sort of timeline on the same. We have written more than 7-8 times to customer service but no proper response from them either.

                                    We have really tired following with these people who are such unprofessionals and without any ethics of resolving the customer issues.

                                      Hi there,

                                      I have purchased mi 4x 49" tv from amazon. (Please see attached bill)

                                      I have received that box product, so for installation i contacted to mi.

                                      Service engineer came to my home on 12th jan. 2020 for installation.

                                      But while unboxing by service engineer, he got to know that this product has manufacturing defect.

                                      There is gap between plastic body and screen. (Please see attached video)

                                      So i put request to amazon for replacement, but they said that they have only 10 days replacement warranty and the last day of replacement was 9th jan. 2020. And tv unbox on 12th jan 2020, so they suggested me to contact mi because it's manufacturing defect.

                                      Hence mi is responsible for replacement of product.

                                      The service engineer came to fit tv he also suggested and raised the ticket to mi and said it will get replaced in coming 7 days but now they are saying it won't happen asap and i have to wait more...

                                      Please look into this asap as already i spent enough time on this and it should get resolved asap.
