I have booked redmi note 8 pro with exchange my old redmi 3s prime, but here ekart delivery boy denied even after no damage on my phone.
I have done this order through my credit card. Please do the needful, if any query call me on below contact.
Xiaomi costner care said sent the screen shot i have sent screen but sill revert and no response no refund my debited ammount.. As a costumer suffaring and.. Offer was gone and. Problem i don't have amount purchase other phone. Ekart person is saying as per rules xiaomi we are not accepted this phone... My question is to sales you are not why are give innocent costumers this like of offer

The used item of supply by suppler seller thru flipkart company, item not working properly quality of worst of product supply, defective device delivered, not as well as new item received.

We raised product return and refund request on portal as per company police terms product return or refund request resolve with in 10 days i. E. 10 january 2020. We requested more then three time for product return and refund request on portal but company rejected that request as well we called serval times and many mails with my govt id card to customer support team but still my issue not resolve. Humble request you to kindly look inti this online crime fraud issue and resolve mine query.

I am manoj gupta from indore (Madhya pradesh) iam very disappointed buy mi product mi 6 pro smartphone on 26.1.19. But last few days ago suddenly my phone voice is not working properly so i visit service centre at yashwant plaza.

They are told your handset voice pls repairable but give 2 days time but after few hr. They call to me your handset monther board is not working properly sine liquid is lecase in ph. They told me about 5500 /- to replace it but

My handset is working properly this time no any problem no hangout, whatsapp, games

My phone is in warranty how can it not repairable it is manufacturing defect
I am very disappointing to buy this product your servers ([protected]) center exe. Also told me its is manufacturing problem its not cover in warranty??? How it is possible

Please replace my handset. Otherwise i complaint is consumer court replay me as soos as possible

I purchsied new redmi 7a mobile. When we doing call it's automatically on hold.
I visited many times in local support they do format but it's not resolved. I have 2 3 service record and complaint no. But it's not resolved.
Local service center move to online support and online support move to local service support.

My poco f1 phone started showing error on 14th jan 2020 and stopped working on 15th jan 2020. It was bought on 15th jan 2019. Unfortunately due to pongal holidays of 15th jan 2020 and 16th jan 2020, mi service center was shut down and they were not working. I took the phone to them on 17th jan in the erode authorised service center called aerosrar enterprise. The service center told that my mothr board is not working and needs replacement. But mi company is reluctant to replace the motherboard free of cost telling silly reasons. I am angry with their service policy as i bought a premium phone sold by them and feel cheated by the company. My sn number is 19736/88vj04061

My redmi note 8 pro exchange order get failed. Product was not delivered.
And mi.com says it will take 5 to 6 day to come at warehouse. Then 1-2 days to initiate the refund process and then 8-10 days to refund it take more than half of month. And my money is trapped in it.

On 15 january 2020, i bought a power bank from mi store with. This power bank price is 1000. But after buying, i noticed that it's lower power mode is not working. After that i called customer care of mi, on this number [protected]. So they asked me to go to the mi service center and get this power bank replaced. After that, i went to mi service center in 17 january 2020 but they did not replaced my power bank. Mi company cheated on me. Please help me for replacing this power bank.

After some time display getting dim and hard to see on daylight
So i decided to go service center and tell this display problem
They said we have to change module and its take long time to arrive

After that till now my watch not arrived.

But i am not agree than i call to mr sumit ji than he creat my job sheet after appox 35min and in the last he says ab thume pue pase dene honge and he do misbehave and we attach new video and photos and i hope plz repair my handset

My screen is burnt on the top left. I've contacted all the service centers in bangalore. None of them have poco lcd screen available. I'm fed up. It's only been 3 months since i bought this device. This is so frustrating. Should have never bought a xiaomi device. I want the screen replaced immediately. I will be staying here for only this week. I want it done now.

Hey i recently bought a redmi 8 mobile phone and in that im not able to access to snapchat videos please resolve this snapchat glitch in redmi 8 im not able to record and save videos from snapchat in redmi 8 i tried everything like i reinstalled my snapchat, cleared all cache and data and restarted my phone too but still im not able to save post or watch any snapchat videos in my redmi 8.

Mí tv 4 still not get the latest update and the coustmer care saying we are working on it 3 years passed and mi tv 4a both launched same time and it gets the update. I'm frustrated that still they don't have any update and saying we are sorry from past two years if they don't want to work on it why did they sell that product. I need my money back as soon as possible.

You can help to me in appreciate and gives my coins. This coin collected in 7 months so i waste in time to collect the coin

Display has vertical and horizontal lines issue. Though i have 2 years warranty on display panel, customer service is asking me to pay for panel replacement. I admire mi products. I have bought so many products from mi (Cell phones, mi band, power bank,. Etc) this is so frustrating. If mi can't give replacement for free of cost, it should not claim, they are providing 2 years warranty. Here is my service request no tvin[protected]

Hello i have purchased mi 32 inch tv from Flipkart. During installation time it worked well and Chromecast also worked well but after updating the software Chromecast is not working with mobile hotspot. It is getting stuck. I asked to replace tv with new one but they rejected and suggested to use wifi not mobile hotspot. And they refused to replace it. While other brand tv as working really good with Chromecast mi tvs are not working take action against them.

Mi LED TV in warranty suddenly stopped showing pictures, but had the sound working. Contacted service and they without visiting or checking the TV declared that the panel is faulty and needs replacement. After 1 week, they informed that panel is not available do we'll give you a replacement TV.

After 2 months of waiting finally they came to replace the TV. They switched ON the old TV and observed few lines on the bottom left corner and declared that the TV is physically damaged and denied replacement. TV was kept switched off after the complaint was created 2 months ago and im sure there was no sign of damage at the time of complaining. Being an engineer myself, i can swear that you'll find the hardware panel fault If you perform a troubleshooting. I'm so disappointed with Mi service no TV to watch for 2 months and replacement denied at the end, attaching support tickets below:

Hi mi india team. I have purchased a new mi tv 4x 50cm at mi home coimbatore on 21.12.2019 vide sales order no: sa[protected] and tv serial# no: 22154/[protected]. From the day1 of the installation tv picture is shaking intermittently which leads head ache.
To the viewers. I raised a complaint on 24.12.2019 vide ticket no: r296559. One service engineer came and just informed that mi 4x tv models are having common problem of shaking picture when they are normal channels and adviced to change all hd channels.
How could it possible to have 1000s of channels in hd quality? The similar model in nearby house is working fine. I already requested to replace the faulty tv but the service engineer came was having less knowledge.
Instead of analysing problem he tried to convinence us to change all hd channels. It is regret to say that being a world wide branded mi having such very poor service engineers placed at coimbatore.
Today also i raised a complaint again to replace the unit after due analyse by a qualify engineer. Complaint no: r307991 date[protected]. Pls take a necessary steps to address the video/picture shaking issue or replace it by a new unit.
