Dear sir / mam,

I have complaint against xiaomi mobiles, i have xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile imei [protected] which purchased on 27th apr.16.

Now after 3 yrs, 7 months, & 23 days facing issue in software due to which not able to use any functions due to some bug.

I think it is bug generated by xiaomi itself, wherein i have been forced to buy new mobile otherwise i have to do servicing by payingbr...

I have placed the exchange order by paying the remaining amount through online for the order id: [protected] which was not given to me and when i call to customer care they say only delivery boy is the final decision maker. But there is no problem with the device and this i can strongly say because the same mobile has been exchanged for the same value with the same mi people in another exchange order which is a cod payment mode. br...

Recently i have brought within 3 months it's dead and i go mi service in (Gobichettipalayam) they "motherboard" is dead, they told manufactured defeat so i claimed new phone said no sir but kindly replace your motherboard okay, they told we ordered your motherboard sir within 1 week but, now one mother later sir kindly take your phone to other mi service centre...

This is mail regarding the order which i purchased on mi.com on 29-11-19 & the order id is [protected] of worth rs15999/- the transaction was successful and transaction id is[protected] but the order was not placed. After complaining about this for mi they told me to wait for 3 days for enquiry and at 4th day they told me payment not received kindly co-ordinate with bank. November 14th, 2019 i purchased redmi 8 pro mobile. I update version 11.0.1 after that i am facing lot of issues so i went service center 3 times and they did factory reset and flash my mobile. But still i'm facing same problem which below mentioned.

1. I'm not able to receive any incoming calls.
2. Phone hanging
3. Battrey issue
4. Recent apps check button not working
5. Back...

My mi a2 is snatched by two person near area mancheswar, bhubaneswar, odisha at around 10:20pm to 10:30pm, 14th december, 2019. Attached herewith the imei1 and imei2.

Website is also showing page under maintenance how many days do they need for maintenance???.. I wondering this is a fake website.. And there are looting people money.. Then i contacted bank they investigated and provide me proof for transaction being successful and merchant has received at their end.

I had placed an order for redmi note 7 pro. Product wasn't delivered and was taken back as replacement wasn't what they wanted.
I have been following up with then since many days. They are promising different date for refund everytime. And next time other executive apologises on previous one's behalf for lying. They are not even ready to take the complaint. They are lying every time i contact them.

I have bought this mobile phone on 7/9/2019 for rs. 31267/- but i feel that some bad experiences to this camera when i capturing a photo or video in low light showing a little flame from that frames, that photos attached below that lense is complaint and three times this mobile is hardly hanged..
