    Hello i have purchased mi 32 inch tv from Flipkart. During installation time it worked well and Chromecast also worked well but after updating the software Chromecast is not working with mobile hotspot. It is getting stuck. I asked to replace tv with new one but they rejected and suggested to use wifi not mobile hotspot. And they refused to replace it. While other brand tv as working really good with Chromecast mi tvs are not working take action against them.

    One month ago I bought REDMI NOTE 7 PRO 6/128 from your mobile store located in balapur x roads, Hyderabad. After a week, my phone's battery is draining so rapidly that it is hardly working for 3 hours.I think the fault is in the battery. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.       Mi LED TV in warranty suddenly stopped showing pictures, but had the sound working. Contacted service and they without visiting or checking the TV declared that the panel is faulty and needs replacement. After 1 week, they informed that panel is not available do we'll give you a replacement TV.

      After 2 months of waiting finally they came to replace the TV. They switched ON the old TV and observed few lines on the bottom left corner and declared that the TV is physically damaged and denied replacement. TV was kept switched off after the complaint was created 2 months ago and im sure there was no sign of damage at the time of complaining. Being an engineer myself, i can swear that you'll find the hardware panel fault If you perform a troubleshooting. I'm so disappointed with Mi service no TV to watch for 2 months and replacement denied at the end, attaching support tickets below:

        Hi mi india team. I have purchased a new mi tv 4x 50cm at mi home coimbatore on 21.12.2019 vide sales order no: sa[protected] and tv serial# no: 22154/[protected]. From the day1 of the installation tv picture is shaking intermittently which leads head ache.
        To the viewers. I raised a complaint on 24.12.2019 vide ticket no: r296559. One service engineer came and just informed that mi 4x tv models are having common problem of shaking picture when they are normal channels and adviced to change all hd channels.
        How could it possible to have 1000s of channels in hd quality? The similar model in nearby house is working fine. I already requested to replace the faulty tv but the service engineer came was having less knowledge.
        Instead of analysing problem he tried to convinence us to change all hd channels. It is regret to say that being a world wide branded mi having such very poor service engineers placed at coimbatore.
        Today also i raised a complaint again to replace the unit after due analyse by a qualify engineer. Complaint no: r307991 date[protected]. Pls take a necessary steps to address the video/picture shaking issue or replace it by a new unit.
        Also pls share me the next high level contact details to escalate further. Thanks in advance. Am happy to share further more details should you require

          How can you say That's not a problem with my TV, Mr. Himanshu and one of the other engineers were first installed my TV on 19/12/2019. And the second time on 02/01/2020 they are both came at my home, and try to connected my 2 mobile and his Mobile with TV but cannot connected. and Sri Himanshubhai (c: [protected], [protected]) said are a problem with my TV. so we will come with our senior manager for that because this problem are available in this products from beginning but not resolve that by company, and many customer are raised this complain to us. then i was called him on next day his mobile [protected] for that, so he told me that today it will not come to me and tomorrow me and my manager will come. then after i try to contact him many times but he has not pickup my phone. OK i understood your bad intention. you don't not solve my problem. and i will complain to consumer court.

            Hello mi,

            Really disappointed about your service, seems the courier service guy denied my phone for exchange due to the reason some dot appear on back side of my mobile, those dots are back case paints removed from the mobile. He said we mi instructed us like we can't pick the mobile if some scratch on back side also.

            Here my doubt is how you guys expect from user end mobile without any scratch? If without scratch mean only new mobile can will do a exchange, do you guys think people are fool? If the device having any physical damage mean i totally agree and accept the denied but working wise my mobile is pretty good. I thing the ekart service folks purposely denied my mobile.

            This is not really fair, please don't cheat people for money.

            I have 3 mi mobile, mi 42apro smart tv, 3 no. Mi camera, 2 no. Mi fit band. From the heart i'm says here after i won't buy any product from mi also i don't recommend mi product to my friend.

            Note : also i want highlight mi bonded with a very poor persons/vendor for delivery service. Very rude behavior

            Do you guys i'm going think i'm going to leave this matter as simply???. Wait and see, you guys nicely get something from my end..

              I had made a purchase of mi note 8 pro smartphone on mi.com (Order id [protected]) on 29/11/19 of worths rs 15999/- through online payment which was successful. But the order was not placed due to technical issues so i asked for a refund after some days of conversation they agreed to refund by confirming through mail.
              But now they are saying that refund has been done but i haven't received any kind of amount. When i contacted them they asked me to send the account statement and i sent it. They haven't refunded any amount they are not even giving the transaction details also, so i thought of go for consumer court

                It's been one month of continuous complaining to mi but with no solution.
                Mi is so irresponsible towards their after sales service. I lodged multiple complaints related to my mi 49" tv but they are not able to resolve it in more than 25 days.

                I will suggest not to buy mi tv to anyone as seeing their not so professional behavior. Their customer care support is of no use at all.
                Battery of my Redmi 4 blast today. Luckily no one injured. I hope you will help me.
                Its been just week after new MI TV installation. The next itself TV s automatic power off.. Tried to reboot but of no use.. Problem s continuing.plz resolve it asap.
                I have Redmi note 7 pro on 29th November 2019. My phone have battery problem . And after 20 days it dropped into water for 2 second and it defects to sound decreased volume so much. How is it phone? How does is it?
                I redeem a usb data cable in mi apps but ididn't get the coupon code in my account

                  I ordered a 10000 mah mi power bank 2i black on 28 december 2019 of order id [protected]. It's already 7 days but even though the order is not delivered yet and i had called the customer care service and raised a complaint about the same but i didn't received a better response and still they told that the order is not processed at the wearhouse and it has been processed after 5 days after when i placed a complaint. The customer service representative told that according to my location pincode it takes maximum of 2 days to deliver the order but still i didn't received the order yet. So i kindly request you to look into the issue and to resolve this soon. I kindly request you to take action against them and resolve the matter.

Till date tv is in same condition. Now when I call customer care they don't pick my call. My father lives alone and it is very lethargic attitude of reputed company to doing this.                         Really felt bad about this i'm using redmi a3 mobile recently purchased it's google android mobile i'm happy about it but below are the application which is not there in the redmi a3 phone

                        *call recording
                        *gallery
                        *dual app
                        *app lock
                        *compass
                        So far i found so much only

                        Please give a mobile update and kindly add above applications seriously i'm not at all happy without this apps, by investing 16000/- for mobile and if don't have this features it's not good seriously i told my friends not to buy this phone because of this negative things, previously i used to use redmi phones all was good but pls give a update and increase your customers,

                          I'm shankar, i’m facing a fast battery draining issue on my mobile. I’ve approached the mi service centre (Add: radiant e serve, plot no.01, vijetha classic empire, beside icici bank, chaitanyapuri, saroornagar, r. R dist, telangana-36) in the morning on[protected]. They’ve suggested to me for a software update, so i said yes. I’ve submitted my phone to them. The afternoon i’ve got a call from them that in the process o[censored]pdating the software imei’s has been lost, they want me to take back my phone. I denied taking back my phone in that condition. I’ve asked for repair or replacement or compensation. From that day onwards i’m visiting the service centre daily twice to know the status of my phone as they’ve said to me they’ll try other software on the phone to recover the imei’s. The technician's name is srikanth. The imei’s of my phone imei 1: [protected] and imei 2: [protected]. The approximate value of my phone is rs.12999/-. So i request you to kindly register a complaint and i shall be obliged if you kindly take action and kindly do the needful

                            I purchase phone 14.06.2019
                            4-5 times visit service center panvel mumbai
                            1st time software update
                            2nd time format
                            3rd time antina change & also change sim card
                            4th time software upgrade to latest software 11
                            5th time service center not solve my problem.
                            But problem still today 29.12.2019
                            There are network issues in redmi note 7 pro, it happens 3-4 times a day, whenever i try to call someone the call cannot connects to fix this everytime i have to reboot my phone.
                            Another issue is no sim card issue, i have both the sim in my phone but it shows no sim card automatically sometimes, and i have to reboot my phone to fix this issue.
                            Another issue is sometimes anyone who is calling says that my phone was switched off, but it doesn't.
                            Speaker problem - voice is not clear
                            I am having redmj note 3 and its battery is in warranty but the service ceneter is not replacing the battery with new one why so i need an answer and i want my to be replaced as soon as possible

                              Pathetic phone and pathetic service i ever recieved. I bought my redmi note 7 pro in june. After 3 to 4 months problems started in it. First time phone signal suddenly getting out n hanging problem started. Few days later it became dead suddenly. I changed its motherboard as your service center told me. I received my phone after 10 days after replacing its motherboard. Few days later again its signal started getting off. Suddenly signal came and suddenly went out. When signal came i could not make video call (New problem started).
                              Again i went to your service center he said your phone need software upgradation and i left my phone there. I came after 3 hours and he told me your phone again demands mother board replacement.

                              What the heck it is!
                              This phone and ur service harassed me mentally physically and economically.

                              What was done with first time mother baord replacement?
                              I am having redmj note 3 and its battery is in warranty but the service ceneter is not replacing the battery with new one why so i need an answer and i want my to be replaced as soon as possible

                                My order number: [protected] is yet to be out from their warehouse, i want to cancel the order and get my refund but there is no way to cancel the order. Cancel option in mi site is locked and customer representative informed that they dont have the permission to cancel an order. Looks like a scam.
                                Please get my order cancelled and refund as soon as possible.

                                  I have purchased 43"4a pro tv in mi store. But when technician came for installation he opened and found that screen is totally damaged. Till 20 days they are saying that will be replaced but till today no information about replacement. I want my money back or give me direct replacement from store. Service center technician is talking very irresponsible and rude. I can't face it anymore. I want to replacement directly from store otherwise give my money back

                                    My order number: [protected], is yet to be out from their warehouse, i want to cancel the order and get my refund but there is no way to cancel the order. This mi company is doing a big scam. They are saying to wait and deny the order when its come to delivery (It's is rejecting the order but not cancelling),
                                    But i have seen 1000's of twitter complaints where their refunds are not yet initiated from months, now i am really worried about the refund. I want to cancel my order now, i should have the right to do it, the product is not even out from there warehouse. I want my order to be cancelled now, and refund must be initiated as fast as possible

                                      I'm using mi a3 which was an android one device. All the other companies has given android 10 update except xiaomi phones. So i request xiaomi to give the update asap. I'm so much disappointed by this so as many. I advise xiaomi to resolve the issue. I request xiaomi to look into the issue and give it minimum priority as they are giving stock android updates😡😡
