Extremely irresponsible of Mi India to have deleted my MI account [protected] making it difficult for me to retrieve my Invoice ID!! This is a serious legal infringement for not providing me with Invoice for my purchase! I had made a purchase of (redmi note 5 pro + mi protect) of order ID: [protected] on May 2018, which is not showing in my account (mi account ID: [protected]). It is showing in some arbitrary mi account: [protected] which was automatically created using my email and mobile number during purchase. Now Mi India has deleted that account when I created my account [protected] using my email and mobile. I urgently require the invoice of order: [protected]. I've already sent snapshot of the box and IMEI numbers to Mi India customer case email. The Support Desk is completely clueless after three complaints lodged: WO:ISIN[protected]-4B84, WO:ISIN[protected]-778B, WO:ISIN[protected]-74A8 . I URGENTLY require the Invoice Bill.

I purchased mi led smart tv 4a 43inch on oct 13th 2018.
After 1year 4month the tv panel is having problems like white dot and blue vertical lines in between the screen.
I called customer service. But no use. My tv panel is under warranty.

I believe that mi tv wil be resolved by support. After my purchase i suggested my friends to purchase the same, but now...

I request mi india to replace the tv under warranty.

My brother has bought a mobile (Redmi K20 Carbon black) from an offline store named "Unbox Gadget Pvt Ltd" in Pune dated 14 June 2020. Now it's been only one and a half a month and the mobile isn't working
properly. There is a problem with touch. The touch works when the mobile is on charging but fails when we remove it from charging. He tried to contact to your service
center and people there checked the mobile. They said my brother tried to open the mobile from outside (from another shop). But that is not the case. Just a logical
thing if your device has a warranty period what type of person will try to take the device to another shop. The point is they refused to help him saying that the seal that shows whether mobile is opened from other shops is not there. So please give us the proof that the mobile phones have such seals in there and my brother's
mobile had one. We want to get the exchange of the device or please service it cause it's within the warranty period. Please let us know if you can't help we will try to take other actions.
I just wanted to know where the mobile has manufactured and whether it already has a seal or not.

Facing ghost touch issue on device and the service centre is delaying the resolving process. Since 3 days i have been facing the issue and i went to mi service centre rajahmundry and they said to me to come after 4 days. They won't know the exact issue but they are telling me that firstly they will change the display and then will test it's working or not but it takes them 4 days to do that. Taking too much time for resolving issue

Very disappointed with mi services

As subjected its complaint number of xiaomi it regarding defective received 5 days back and they are refusing to replace it while its under 10 days replacement warranty.
I escalated this complaint many time but no one help me out neither customer support nor service centre thats why I'm complaining here seeking for help and to replace my faulty phone.

I have collected this coins daily, if it doesn't get to me it's have been a big loss to me. I need my coupon compulsory. So many days i have been waiting for this headset. I was submitted my redmi y2 to v care infomatics mi authorised service centre on 24 feb 2020 for the headphone jack issue which is not supported for mic with volume control buttons and then they given my cellphone back to me same day but my problem was not resolved that time and they also apologize for that. But when they give me my cellphone back, my cellphone's lock button was not working properly and they didn't took the responsibility of that thing and even now not resolving the problem too.

I had bought a xiaomi redmi 7 pro in october 2019
It went dead on 23rd january 2020
When i went to the service centre at v-care at vt station mumbai
They bluntly denied the warranty service and took rs.118 as service charge.
They have denied me the warranty and gave me a estimate repair cost of rs.14000/-
Kindly help me get warranty of the set and replaced it free of cost

Warranty ; 2 years on panel

We've been using our new 32 inch"mi 4c pro tv (32 inch) for 1 year 4 months, all of the sudden while my wife watching tv a loud noise comes out of it and a line starts appearing on the screen. It turned out to be a crack on the panel,

The inside of my tv is cracked. You can see it’s cracked from the inside because you can only see the crack when the tv is on. There is no visible damage to the outside. Nothing has come into contact with the screen

I raised the mi ticket job number tvin[protected]. I have already been in contact with the"executive"line and they stated the same:"mi does not cover physical damage", which is unacceptable as my wife was watching tv, when it happened; we would not go through this trouble if we had broken the tv, it's a matter of principles.

And all they wanted was a picture and that's how they can tell there was physical damage? When there are no scratches, no external damage, nothing, so basically i am being called a liar.

We did not cause physical damage to the tv and only ask for fair treatment. I hope they can reconsider the decision.

I would appreciate anything you can do to help, i have seen the same case online for other people.

If my issue is not resolved i will raised the case in customer forum.

I have a 2 months old redmi note 5 pro which i purchased from amazon. It was working fine untill i noticed a bug. While i was watching youtube, suddenly the video got stopped and no sound was coming. I went to gallery and i couldn't view any video there also.

My name is gourab nayak. I am from balimela, malkangiri, odisha. I bought a redmi note 8 phone from redmi store in raibabu street, jeypore, koraput, odisha on 11 february 2020. After a few days, some problem appeared in the display of my phone. I went to the mi service center with my phone. The problem that was coming in my display was not coming all the time and it used to come in some time.
Then those people updated the software in mobile and gave the phone back to me. Then after some time the same problem appeared again to me.
Then i took the mobile and go to the service center and tell them, sir, there is a problem in my mobile again, you do something. He said that i do not see the problem. You leave the phone with me for 2 days for the test. I had spoken with mi customer care before giving service center. After talking with the customer care, the test i had done in the phone and the phone failed in the test, then he said that you go and give the phone to the mi care.in the second day, i called the mi care and asked that sir, do found something about my phone. He said that some problem is not visible in your phone. He said that replace the display of your phone and give it to you. I said that my phone is not even 7 days old. I told him that if you really want to help me, then get my phone replaced. I do not want repair in the phone. I need a phone replacement. I am a student and i am having a problem with frequent visits.
Who will give my money by spending money that i am going to again and again? Those people are saying that the phone is fine. I need a replacement for the phone. Why was the problem within 7 days?
