I bought this xiaomi mi a3 phone one week ago and there was some heating and lagging issues with it so i contacted the xiaomi customer service and asked them for a replacement they sent a pickup agent who checked my phone of any physical damage and took it and the package reached their warehouse now suddenly they are calling me and saying that your camera lens is cracked and we can't accept the phone, tell me whose responsibility was it i gave you the phone in very good condition now somehow it was a mistake from your a side and you are blaming me for it... Very bad experience guys i suggest you all to never trust xiaomi... Never buy anything from them very pathetic after sales service..

As I bought phone I never used speaker .but, as I observed yesturday it's not giving any perfect sound .it hears like when u keep phone in closed container.no clarity and no perfectness .

I frequently facing the problem of NETWORK ISSUE in my mobile which is REDMI NOTE 7 PRO.
So please resolve this as soon as possible.
My phone not charging though it is showing charging.it takes 9 hours to charge 10 percent .i am charging with mi charger.I am wating for quich reply.

    Suddenly my redmi note 4 mobile battery gets bulge out in turns display is also come out.
    I purchased my same mobile on 06 july 17 from flipkart. I contacted customer care he guide me nearst service center in sion, mumbai. They told me that battery is faulty needs to be changed & repair cost is 1356 for battery only.
    How suddenly battery gets bulge out?
    If it happens & u re costing 1356 rs charge that is not reasonable.
    Kindly look into matter.

      I have taken redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart on 06 july 17. Today suddenly battery gets bulge out in turn display also came out. I contacted customer care, further to mi service center in sion. They confirmed that battery gets bulge needs to change. They are charging 1356 rs.
      How suddenly battery gets bulge out, if this type of things happening, how people have faith on company.
      Kindly look into matter.

        I bought redmi note 6 pro in nov'18. It's not even a year and the handset is not functioning properly. Maximum the call lasts for 1-2 mins as the other person and myself can't hear the voice so forcefully disconnect the call. And visiting service centre the solution was formatting which definitely didn't help as the issue still persists. I have been using other handset and is working well but dissatisfied with this product and i expect from mi to replace the handset at the earliest.

            I've ordered a new mi 10000mah powerbank that cost rs.1499 and order no. [protected]
            From mi.com website on 16/07/2019 and paid rs.1499 through my sbi debit card but got it cancelled before it's shipment but even after one complete month the refund is not yet received in my bank account. Whenever i try to contact the company they say they have initiated the process of refund from their side. Now i am confused about what to do to get my money back asap.

                Dear sir,

                It is closed every time without inform me.
                They have not shame to do it. They are deceiving all customer, we see in service center.

                They are totally made fool and robbed.

                I have been complaining since 5 months but issue not resolved after 14 times visited. They did not give us job sheet. Online support ask for job sheet for futher investigation, we do talked with service center person for job sheet then say us online support, there is no need for.

                We have not been helped while mail and twitter to mr. Leijun and mr. Manu kumar jain.
                Why are they doing so in this case.
                We said, please take away this handset, no need replace or refund but not answering

                Who will help me? Kindly suggest.

                  I ordered mi a3 yesterday at 7.15pm but due to bad internet connection transaction could not be performed and showed transaction failed but still amount got deducted so i change my order for mi a3 to cod and still i have not got my refund back. I contact my bank but they said contact to mi.com for further details.

                    Am using poco f1 suddenly headphone jack stop working after using mi headphone with in 25-30 days after that m visited care center [m/s jhon & jary, b10, hamirpur main market, opposite kapil general store, hamirpur, himachal pradesh, 177001] thay dont even listening my problem thay say its your fault your headphone jack are loosed worst experience with mi care center nd even mi care helpline no not even working. And my phone is under warranty time of buy is jan 7 2019 and thay are asking for money for repair.
                    If anything happens to tha phone i will go for clam 24, 000 thats my 3 complaint

                            I purchased Mi 6 phone in February 2019. It's have a problem. It's automatically reboots.

                            So, I given it to Mi Authorized centre at Patil Estates, Near Swarget, Pune, Maharashtra (India) shop named Universal Enterprises, Swarget.

                            On 17th August, 2019, 14:28 p.m. Token no. 039. Customer Executive said that, will get it on 20th August 2019. But still I didn't get it back.

                            I took follow up of my phone so many times. Still I didn't get my handset.

                              I got the post of xiaomi flash sell and I had booked mi k20 at the rate of 1999 and the payment is done by paytm and now the 7 days has passed but now only I didn't got any message form the link as I had mentioned all details only after the payment is done by paytm it shows the order id - [protected] I had booked that phone on 26 August 2019. I just want refund of rupees 1999 i had proof of it.

                                  I just got a call from service engineer and he told that spares are still not available.

                                  No eta for fix, this is quite series which i want to escalate to your management.

                                  Please do reach me asap or provide the escalation matrix. Nothing is move towards the fix.

                                  I am really wondering that no spares are available and don't know when those spares will be available.

                                  Being a customer, we are not expecting this reply from your end.

                                  Can someone explain me the situation that how xiaomi is running this business without any stock and no update from anyone about the eta.

                                  Had a bad experience with customer service, no proper channel for escalation. No contact person or follow up emails.

                                  Such a worst customer service from mi (Xiaomi).

                                        I have ordered mi a3 on 23rd august 2019 same as received 26th august 2019, when am checking phone it's taking longer time to complete the charge for this issue i have raised a concern to mi with this request number (Woin[protected] but without my knowledge they have closed this request, when i called mi again that time only they confirmed that that request is closed then they re-create the request today and told me to share the few screenshots i have shared already.

                                        Now they confirmed that they are going to replace my product it will take another 4 days of time, before replacing the product they are asking me to return the product which am not able to do, because i don't have alternate mobile to use.

                                        Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.
