Mi service center always claim for very less service time.
But i visited bangalore yehalanka service center just to unlock my mi account and they told it will be done after 3-4 hours. As my house was in quite distance. I plan to wait till that and get the mobile and go back.
From 12 pm to 4 pm i waited there. I asked them at 4:20 pm. They said wait 30-40 min.
I waited again i asked they keep saying the same. Night 7 pm they said. We could do today come after 2 days. They don't care about the customer time.
My worst experience with them. Never visit to this service center.
I am going to complain this to consumer form also. My one day time they should be the responsibility.
They should not repeat this with anybody else.

They asked me to come after 2-3 days.
Please dont mark this as resolved. It's not yet resolved yet.
I want people to know about this service center. So others should not be in problem like me.

Never visit this service center
Iam using Mi Y2 from last one year. Now the mobile body was bended and display was broken automatically. Till now the phone didn't have any of the outer body damage . The phone has been automatically bended . The Mi company should provide better solution .please provide a replacement for me. [protected]

    Mobile network issue, suddenly mobile network getting flushed, even though we are on call, then only the option to restart the mobile then network are coming.

    While performing multitasking the mobile getting slow and hang sometimes.

    Clicking photos at that time device getting hanged.

    So many issues are there comparatively if we see the mobile specifications.
    The other files were occupies around 3gb
    I'm not able to delete those space occupied in my device, so I need to know the deletion of other files in my mobile .
    I order one mi phone in mi store through Google I didn't get the prouduct and I'd also and I debit in my bank account

      Dear sir,
      Somedays ago when my phone was in my pocket, the phone started heating when i took it out the phone was extremely heated, then i threw it on the ground it started burning and in a few seconds, it was all burned. This could have injured me in a very serious way. This is not expected to happen in such a way for company like xiaomi.
      Then after i went to authorised service center, firstly they refuse to accept it, after my request they accepted but till now the they are not able to solve my problem, instead of solving my problem they are demading money approx (40 to 50)% price of my phone and i can't able to pay. How can i pay for two times for same handset. A fews days later i also tweeted but nothing happend there too. It has been 18 days since it was submitted, but there is no response yet.
      I require quick resolution to this. This is my only phone and without this lots of work is my still pending. I request you to resolve my issue immediately.

        Since i purchased the mi tv on 19th july 2019 (Almost a month) after so many reviews and trust among them. Yesterday all in a sudden it stopped working.

        I've raised a complaint. Mi tv - token - r177346 wo:isin[protected]-75f6 - raised on 29.8.19 and booked a slot today at 9 am to 12 which i didn't get any response from any one.

        Again i contacted chat support and advised me to wait till 3 pm ist. No response yet.

        Again i contact chat support and advised me to raise another complaint against engineer which was done (Woin[protected] complaint number - raised today as advised by chat support.)

        I didn't get any solution yet which may be worried about their service.

          Have order mi tv on 26th jul’19 (Product model: l49m5-an) from amazon and it got delivered on 27th jul’19 at address. Tv was installed on 28th jul’19 and it was working perfectly fine till 10th aug’19.

          While watching tv on 10th aug, the inner screen of the tv cracked automatically. We logged a compliant at mi service center on 10th aug’19 and the engineer visited on 11th aug. As per him, it is a physical damage and will get repaired by paying inr 26, 000/-

          Since this tv has some internal issues and doesn’t work for more than 10 days, why should i pay for its repair. This has been informed to mi service center as well. I need immediate replacement or refund for this product.

          Greetings from mi india customer support sharing the snapshots with us. I am manish and your concern is regarding the mi tv repair issue which is physically damaged.
          As already informed you in the previous email. The decision taken by the service engineer is based on certain criterions, which helps them determine whether the problem has happened due to an accident or it is a defect in the device. If it is diagnosed as a physical, it'll not be covered under warranty. Hence, you've to pay to get the mi tv repaired.
          Also, the service engineer has given10% discount. Hence i would request you to coordinate with the service engineer.

            My phone (Redmi note 7 pro 6gb ram, 64gb internal memory) after service. It's problems are not at all over. So kindly exchange my mobile phone. And i also emailed before with some video clips but there is no proper reply from your side. So please do exchange my mobile phone. Below i has mentioned the email which i emailed before.
            (On (03/08/2019) i bought a note 7 pro (6gb ram, 64gb rom) in chennai, ambathur at rr mobiles.
            Unfortunatly your product has not performed well due to some malfunctioning like hanging, display not working well, i went to your service center but they didn't respond well to me. So, i prefer to exchange that mobile to your esteemed company, this i have used only 10 days. So, please you need to exchange my product).

              I am Bhuvan Sharma of Dehradun. On 26th August i ordered Redmi 7(3GB+32GB) at Rupees 8, 500 but help of MI Exchange(a lovely facility) it cost me Rupees 5, 200. So i entered the IMEI code of my old device Redmi Note 4 and i got a coupon and i ordered the phone. On 29th August the product got out for delivery and at 11:45AM the personnel of Ekart delivery service reached at mine house and i was currently at mine job so mine wife handed him the old device and asked him to check it. He than opened the box and switched ON the old device and he took out the tempered glass and just saw the device and than saw speakers and without testing it nor playing any song on device he said dust is inside it and its not working than he saw the Charger point and without charging phone with help of charger he said its not right. Than on his own he declared the phone to be failed and was about to go than my wife contacted me and said him to talk but he refused and after very much insisting by mine wife he talked and said to me device is failed. I told the personnel that i will be back by 1:00 PM so can he come at that time to mine house and he answered Yes and had gone in hurry. At 1:00 PM i called him but he didn't picked up phone and after 10 missed calls he picked and said he's not coming and he has told his Senior Sir that device is failed and you can complain wherever you want i am not afraid and i asked him to make a talk between me and his senior so he said he is busy and he cut the phone and i tried him many times he didn't picked it up and he didn't came back and at 7:12PM your website shown ordered cancel due to failure of replaced model.
              Sir/Madam i have ordered about 15 phone of your company in past and i advice mine friends to take yours company's phones because i know they are best and i believe in MI Redmi phones service but these kind of things are not tolerable. I request you to fix this problem and let me get my new phone as soon as possible in exchange of old phone and to take strict actions against that misbehaved personnel.It would be very much grateful if you help me.

                The phone bend down form middle (Snap shot enclosed). On saturday 24-aug-19. I went to service center for repair, and they has refuse to repair the same under warranty.

                This is not from human mistake that the phone is bend down from middle, this is manufacturing mistake which company should take responsibility.

                This is very bad service offered by mi.com by denying that this is not covered under warranty.

                Please help in this case.

                  Hi all i am totally dissatisfied with the service what mi given me, this is just a 3rd class company with 0 star reviews they are making fool to the customar their excutives even not sure about there products what they are going to sale i purchase a 49 inch led online from mi.com first i got a problem after 6 months only it gives a kind of blue line error on the screen i put complaint for the same as this is within warrenty then someone came and did the panel change foc and same time i asked them if in furture i ll get the same problem what i have to do they said you need to put complaint again and we will change again with no cost i was satisfied after that very 3rd day i got the same problem i follow the same process and now mi customar service is saying mam you have to pay for the same which make my upset whole day... I want this should be slove asap otherwise i ll go for cosumer court

                    I was expend 12000
                    But unfortunately. I'm not getting products from store because every time i was going there his not providing mu choice products.
                    And that is the condition of company
                    यहा दिखाया कुछ जाता है और दिया कुछ और जता है
                    बताया जाता है 12000 की खरीदी करो और लेने जाओ तो वो ही सामान दिया जाता है जो वो चाहते है
                    ये monopaly member बनाने के बाद सामने आती है
                    Please ye bussiness वो ही करे जो खुद का faith बेच कर अमीर बन सकते हो
                    वरना आप यहा असफल ही होंगे
                    यहा product नही faith बिकता है!

                      I'm using Note 5 pro for the past few months and it's started showing yellow patches on display overnight after usage of just 4 months. I visited the service Centre in Kannur of State Kerala and they says I need to keep the phone their for Seven days. How is it possible.?? This is very bad. And my warranty will finish with in two days. What do I do.?? I really appreciate if you help me.. I googled about the issue and there I can see a lot off people facing the same issue I did. This makes me started loosing faith on Mi brands. I'll never recommended an Mi brand to anyone here after.. I'm really look forward for your reply.

                        My new phone Mi note pro 7 which I had bought a month ago suddenly went into headphone mode and is not functioning properly without a headphone attachment. I cannot speak on the phone without my headphone attached to it. This phone cost me 18k and is just a month old. This is ridiculous. My older mi phone note 3 also went into headphone mode a month back. When I tried to fix the same, Mi service centre people blatantly told me it would cost me 5k to fix it. They asked me to buy a new phone instead and were least bothered to resolve my problem.

                          I have ordered redmi note 7s before two months.
                          It was working fine rather good, but in last week it automatically got shut down and it did not started yet. I tried chaging it too but it didnt worked.
                          Since my phone is in warrenty i went to the mi gallery at dadar (W), mumbai
                          But there they said there is a promble m with some strip and we have to change it and they are asking me to pay money though it is ot a physical damage.
                          Please, i request you to see into the problem and kindly intialte the reqquest for the same.
                          Your help will be great.
                          The name of the mobile is mi A2, which I bought on 24 February 2019 and the problem is being created in it which is not being solved by the service center and even after calling many times the problem is not being solved, due to which my mobile Running problem is coming in front camera processor is very problematic

                          We love redmi phones. But redmi is not releasing phones with Dolby Atmos installed. I request this suggestion to reach top official. For all the mobiles I request to preinstall Dolby Atmos. This would further enhance sales of your brand phones.

                            I purchased the tv on sunday an appt was booked for mondat evening between 6-8pm. Today is wed till no 1 has yet responded or called or checked for the installation. What kind of services you provide very unhappy with the services. I will make sure i spread tehse words that your services are sad and not upto the mark on every social media possible site.
                            The left speaker of the phone suddenly seems to not be working.
                            Phone was purchased less than a month ago.
                            Right speaker seems to be working fine.
                            We love redmi phones. But redmi is not releasing phones with Dolby Atmos installed. I request this suggestion to reach top official. For all the mobiles I request to preinstall Dolby Atmos. This would further enhance sales of your brand phones.

                              I ordered red note7s on 13 aug 2019 with an exchange option. The delivery agent rejected to take old device due to a small crack on the corner of the screen. Now it's been 15 days i havent received my refund, i requested them i am ready to pay the remaining amount to deliver the mobile with by taking full payment but mi india not accepted my request. I tried a lot of things i requested mi care about my refund he says it will take 8 to 10 days to refund the amount back nd refund will be issued after returning the product back to the warehouse. It's already 12 days from the date the device is returned i haven't got my refund. Now order status displaying return rejected. What the # is the service. Stilling customers money. Fraud mi india.

                              Using Redmi note 4 since last 2 years with jio sim, every thing was fine but from last couple of days its not receiving VOLTE, its only showing a 4G symbol and by which the call ends as soon i dial a number. tried everythiglng that i can but failed. Neither it connect calls nor receives. suggest any solution

                                I'm facing auto brightness issue in no light condition . Actually this issue has started right after a new version of software update & I visited the nearest authorized xiaomi service centre for fixing the issue. But they failed to fix it. And they tried to cheat me by saying rubbish reasons. Actually the problem is the brightness level goes to such a minimum level so that it's very difficult to see or read anything for which I have to adjust the brightness manually repeatedly in auto brightness mode. It should be stick on that minimum level in no light condition once you adjust it in that condition & should fluctuate between minimum adjusted level to maximum level according to the lighting conditions.

                                  Today i went to Baba service center located at bhelupur varanasi uttar pradesh india. I booked my token with token no A016 and then i got msg of my number that its your turn at counter number 2. I went to counter number 2 but the agent did not show any interest. He refused to deal me and asked me to come later. He continued dealing other customers instead of me. And when i asked again he told me to sit down and wait. They were not taking the token system seriously.

                                    I'm deepak patel ([protected]). I had purchased redmi a2 handset from amazon on 24th february 2019 imei no [protected]. After few months some technical problem created with jio network. After all troubleshooting by mi care this problem was not resolved. After that i had visited mi service center (Jyoti complex near by). But service center executive declared my handset out of warranty for the reason of water damage but this was not the truth that was the conspiracy of mi service center executive and mi customer care. After that i had called customer care but customer care executive didn't help me. He was also with favour of service center. So please help to resolve this matter. After that i'm very frustrated. If you will not take any action for this i will claim for rs. 2, 00000/- in consumer court with all mi handsets of our family and friends.

                                      I was ordered an Mi phone Redmi Y3 in blue color on 16.08.19. The order id is [protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs. 8999/- online at the time of order. But i still didn't receive my order. I was raised an complaint against this (complaint no.-WOIN[protected] on 19.08.19.

                                      I was contact to Mi customer care, chat support & care no. so many times, but still i didn't receive any response. It was really very disappointing and harassment for customer. Nobody is take care of it.

                                      They themselves close my complaint, then i raised a new complaint(complaint no.- WOIN[protected]. I have contact so many times but each and every time they give us a waiting time for another 24 hrs. They themselves close the complaint which shows how they are harassing the customers.
                                      I have all the proofs of their chat& calls and others. please solve our problem on urgent & priority basis.

                                        Am using poco f1 suddenly headphone jack stop working after using mi headphone with in 25-30 days after that m visited care center [M/S Jhon & Jary, B10, Hamirpur Main Market, Opposite Kapil General Store, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, 177001] thay dont even listening my problem thay say its your fault your headphone jack are loosed worst experience with mi care center nd even mi care helpline no not even working. And my phone is under warranty time of buy is jan 7 2019 and thay are asking for money for repair .
                                        If anything happens to tha phone i will go for clam 24, 000
                                        I have ordered redmi note 7 pro from mi store on 8 aug 19 and payment deducted from my credit card. But still while tracking my shipment it is showing under shipped. It's not acceptable that your costumer has to wait for to many days for delivery.
                                        It's kind request to u to do need full.
