I have ordered a mi product with exchange of my old phone on dt-04.09 2019 from mi online store. During delivery my old phone was rejected by delivery partner and my order was cancelled on dt-07.09.2019. But now they are delaying to refund my payment. When i complaint to xiaomi customer support they are not co-operate and showing rude behavior.
