Dear sir/madam,

I have ordered a mi product with exchange of my old phone on dt-01.09 2019 from mi online store. During delivery my old phone was rejected by delivery partner and my order was cancelled on dt-05.09.2019. But now they are delaying to refund my payment. When i complaint to xiaomi customer support they are not co-operate and showing rude behavior.

    @xiaomiindia there is some yellow tint in my display, when i goes to kalka ji service center they said due to one scratch at bootle corner of my screen we did not cover your warranty, my display is not broken but they said due to scratch in my left bottom corner we did solve this. Seriously all they want to earn money because they don't want to replace my screen in warranty period.

      I dont like that... Why xiaomi disnt give 27w... That very crazy. Also. Have some problems
      You can see many where tharw complaint why didnt give 27w charger in phone box k20 pro
      Guys.. Now our wish box phone with 27w charger... And solved problems
      I know its good nice phone k20 pro... But i sad to see 18w charger... Wish that your guys. Change and box with 27w charger

        I bought xiaomi note 7 pro from flipkart about 10 days back.

        When i am on a call, below are the scenarios:
        1. I am on the calling screen.in this case, when i bring the phone near to my ear, the display goes off. And it works fine.

        2. I am on some other screen than the calling screen. When i bring the phone near to my ear the screen does not go off and other apps/ functions are triggered because the screens come in touch with ear and/ or cheek

        I reported this to flipkart and asked for a replacement but flipkart said that its a feature not a bug and rejected my replacement request.

        Need help.

        Sir, Customers are overwhelmed with useless terms in MI service center. If a spare is damaged we want to put our mobile in your stores to give it another spare part Why?
        If we buy spare then we are paying for it Why put our phone in your store. You have another phone to use if you keep it for a week. Have your phone plugged in and get in trouble?
        I have purchased mi redmi note 7 pro black 4, 64 after 2.5 month I have facing software related problems my mobile is hang many times I have visited service center and they update the software but after sometime I have again and again facing same problem. I want to replace mobile phone but the denied.

          I have oredered a black color power bank on order no [protected]. On 3sep they send me the white color power bank.. When i request them to change mi team member says this is a duplicate product.. We will investigate this.. They took 9 days in investigation and finally close the ticket without replacing the product. Team is not supportable

            I purchased mi band 3 in january '19. It worked not so bad from the beginning. Battery didn't used to last long even after i remained to minimum usages of functions. Then in june '19 display of it started to malfunction. Screen doesn't show anything properly. Then in august '19 strap of band started to wear of and it broke completely within a week....

            My phone has problem since when I bought. Firstly I lost my contact suddenly. Then touch screen stop working. Then I suddenly lost photo from album. I did not delete at all. Still my photos were missing. I called helpdesk but he did not help me. Rather he argued. Very bad support from helpdesk . His name was mr Trivedi. I asked to give his manager number or email id but he cut the phone. Very very bad support and mobile

              Hi I have purchased mi wireless earphone and paired with my iPhone 6s Plus but sound quality is not as expected against the money charged INR 1599. So I don’t need this product any more and I would like to return the product and refund my money.

                They (Flipkart) provide defective product and after sales and repair by xiomi (Mi) again they trying to cheat me like i purchased tv with 8 gb internal storage but after repairing they give me only 4.7 gb internal storage and also the system not responding for update. Please do something. Everything i attached with this complaint like snapshot of purchase bill and internal storage and description on flipkart about mi tv which clearly mention 8gb internal storage. Faulty device they (Truecomretail via flipkart) sold me. Xiaomi also trying to cheat me like they taken back 8gb internal storage when doing repair and give me only 4.7 gb internal storage after repair and the device is too faulty not taking any update after repair

                  I had order redmi note 7 pro phone thru the mi store on 7th August 2019 along with full payment. They never called me nor delivered the phone. When I asked for a refund they promises that the moment phone reaches their warehouse, refund will be initiated. It's been 25 days from the date of complain for refund. I am still struggling to get the money. Pathetic service offer by mi. Useless people, least customer satisfaction. When enquired today they are saying you shouldn't chat with the customer care. As per records you spoke to us on 22nd August 2019. I didn't expect just disgusting behaviour from this company. I am still waiting for the refund for another day. The next step will be going to the consumer court for justice.

                    I have replaced the battery in authorized mi service centre on 26/3/19... Due to swelling of battery on my mi max phone.. But the replaced battery has again is not working properly and the battery gets dead in 2 hrs... If i go to service centre they are rejecting the replacement... Hence i request mi india to take necessary action and replace the battery or else i will lodge complaint in the consumer court.

                        mi tv 43 inch 4a restarting problems.

                        Mi tv 43 inch 4a frequently restarted. Already two times complaints registered with you. This problem was coming continuously from tv purchase date.
                        Kindly take necessary action to replace the tv in under warranty.
                        I do not have any stand by tv for watching entertainment.
                        Please immediately replace the tv by new one. Herewith attached video for your reference.

                        Purchased redmi pro 6 on july-4-2019 from official mi site. From day one i'm complaining about the product quality and even told that i've been given second handed mobile. I'm told product will be replaced but took too much time intentionally and no replacement done.
                        This mobile is have very much screen touch sense problem. It will sense thumb finger only and that also not much proper. Very much irritated with the mobile and xiaomi service.
                        Hereby i would like to escalate this issue to the higher end and i'll try my level best to tell everyone not to buy xiaomi mobiles.

                          Sir This is regarding my bad experience with MI service Center . see I was purchased Redmi Note 6 Pro in last year In Nov. 18. there is yellow spot on my phone. after huge chase with company in last they are refused to do service under warranty . even this is genuine company failure of the product . photo attached by me and service center accepted even they have refused this just another small issue on my phone. after this I chased with company around 20 days. Pls help to replace the phone or repair under warranty. thanks.

                            Sir actually i purchase a brand new phone mi a3 on 29 aug 2019 by mi.com with exchange but when delivery boy of ekart logistics come they say ur phone is not eligible for exhange so i request him to cancel my order and initiate refund on 2 sep 2019, but now the ekart logistics taking to much time to return the product to warehouse so i don't get my money back easily

                                I have a redmi note 5 pro cell phone. My phone was slow and hence i thought of factory resetting the phone from the boot menu. The data was wiped successfully but i am unable to use my phone as it says i need to sign in to the mi account. I have registered my e-mail address and phone no. With the mi account but i am not getting any verification code on my e-mail to complete my sign in. On checking on the support forums i see that there are other customers who are facing the same exact issue. Apparently there is a bug in their system.
                                If the customer has a gmail account the recovery link/code never goes to gmail. This is declining the customer's right to access a device that they have purchased it. Redmi is making customer's life hell by creating such non-sense. They should be punished for making customer life difficult.

                                  My complaint with you not resolved up to my satisfactory. Every time telling me some different stories, daily they were opening a new complaint and telling me need some time 24 - 48 hrs. But there intention is not to accept the fault phone. Because these defected phone cannot be sold on other channel sales. Mi - store there official own policy store. So they are selling these unsafety products with us.

                                  I bought it just a month before it has following problems 1. One side speaker is not working 2.over heat during video call or high net usage 3. Sometimes it's hang for 4-5 sec then come back to normal.
                                  I had network issue in my redmi 5 phone, i gave it to the mi service centre near my location.he didnt fixed it and damaged my fingerprint sencer of the phone.i need quick action.

                                    Dear sir

                                    I ordered a mi shoe from there official website on 06-sep-2019 09:28 pm

                                    The site is cheating customers by selling a shoe which looks nothing like its photo as described over the website.

                                    When i asked them to refund, they say its not our company policy. I question what about the consumer rights where they are showing and different shoe and sending a different one but they say they cant help and they wont help.

                                    Please let me know the next course of action

                                    I have entered coupon code but when I going to enter verification code then coupon is not going to redeem
                                    I had ordered one Bluetooth earphone but there is some problem with the mic. I had visited the service centre thrice regarding this matter but they are providing me replacement for my product and dodging my problem. Please look into this matter. I had called the customer care 10 times but still my issue is not being resolved
