Dear sir,
I had purchased poco f1 on 26/12/2018 through flip kart online shopping site. I got serviced two times in warranty for yellow patches on display on june 2019 and september2019 within a span of 3 months. Why this is happening. If i got the same problem after the warranty it will cost a higher side to replace a display. And warranty will not cover the date from the replacement instead it takes from the date purchasing. Kindly replace the mobile with new one and do the needful. The mobile has no good review from anyone which i know. The serviced copy and purchased inviloice is attached for your reference

    Dear xiaomi team,
    I am a senior citizen living in pune.

    My mobile redmi y1 given to sofia services (Iris spectra) in august 2019, for 'sound not working' problem was diagnosed by them as 'water damage'. They charged me rs.5115/- & said they changed 3 parts (Mother board, charging socket board & charging strip). They said there is a 3 month warranty.
    It did not work even 1 week. (Stopped charging, flash continuous on)
    When taken to the same center again, they are again saying water damage & say repairs will be on similar chargeable basis.
    The phone has not gone out of the house even!!
    Maybe defective parts were used or claimed parts were not changed.

    I have now lost confidence in this center.

    I would like you to refund rs.5115/- charged to me, following which i can get my phone rectified elsewhere.

Customer care ne mujhe service order job sheet per likh kar diya do not format data or unhone mere phone ka mother board dead kar diya or mera phone bhi return nhi kiya ab mai mi company per legal action/ consumer court me lene ja rha hu

        I ORDERED MI A3 on 7th sept a prepaid order which was expected to be delivered on 11th and oromised delivery date was 12th but after 8th there was no change in order status they couldn't deliver it even on13th i filed a complaint and was promised for a solution within 2 days and yet til today i have no solution with me
        Even after so many calls and text they just assured me and asked me to keep waiting it had been 12 days today but MI had no responsibility towards it customers...
        So many tweets so many calls i think their executives are trained just to lie they have their own policy according to them but if the customer faces problems suffers they harras and they have no policy for that insted they cancelled my order on their very own even without my consent and they won't refund the money till 10 days as told to me by the supervisorthe didn't even try toarrange necessary arrangements for me

          Redmi note 7 pro mobile, i bought 2 months ago, sudden hanging of touch was the main issue with the mobile at the time of hanging, went to sevice centre 4 times for same issue but they register the complaint two times. The service centre is not cleary telling the problem, once they changed finger print part and took the phone for a week, now they are telling its display issue and till now they din't return phone till now. I am deeply disappointed with mi servie centre in brodipet, guntur. So i request you to please consider the issue and solve it quickly.

            Subject : Complaint of ‘YELLOW PATCH AT RIGHT SIDE TOP CORNER OF DISPLAY Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB)

            Dear Sir,
            I have purchased a hand set of Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) [IMEI/Serial No: [protected], [protected] ], Invoice Number # FABAUC[protected], Invoice Date:[protected]
            I have faced a complaint of ‘YELLOW PATCH AT RIGHT SIDE TOP CORNER OF DISPLAY ’ after 9 months . Given the hand set for servicing at mi service center ‘Ravipuram Cochin – TVSE, Service center code : XMIN1268 on 23/05/2019.
            As per service information they have changed the display unit.
            “Repair method : 205 Change Front Cover Display module.
            Parts Usage :[protected]After sale Front cover Display Module – Redmi Note5-black)”
            But the same problem (Yellow patch) restarted now at same place, same manner, same shape after 3 months. I have again checked with the service center. They have informed that it was due to display complaint and need to replace the display.
            I was not convinced on the reply from your service center. The problem I have raised on 23/05/2019 (On guarantee period) is not sorted out properly and your service agent failed to find out the route cause of the complaint. Same complaint of Yellow patch at right side top corner repeats after 3 months after your service. I believe the complaint was not only with the display module but also with other internal hardware.
            It is required a proper corrective service or replacement of the unit with free of cost. The one-year guaranty period over by 09/08/2019. I request a solution with proper justice in this matter.

              Just 2 hours before my tv was not worked. The lines was appearing on the screen. Then immediately i have made a complaint and technician called me within half an hour. He asked me to send a snapshot and i did the same. Again he called me and said it was a physical damage so you have to pay for screen cost. Then what i replied, first you visit and see physically then make a report. He was arguing with me like no need to come. Simply he closed the request. Without seeing physically how could close a complaint. I had a bad experience with mi staff.
              I have a poco f1 which i bought march, 2019. At first is was very good but now a days its battery drains faster . if its a software issue then please solve it quickly.
              I too face similar issue now with Radiant Serve (Mi Exclusive Service Centre) in Tambaram at Chennai. The service personnel or the Manager concluded the root cause of the issue, without even seeing the product (Redmi Note 6Pro).

                My name is arshpreet kaur belongs to mohali. I have bought k20 pro from flipkart on 7th september 2019. But it has voice issues during calls i want to replace it. Your customer care is also very poor response there 4 no. Is not working which is working as file a complaint. Please replace my phone otherwise mi is not trustful. I hope you can't spoil your brand name so please solve it fast.
                I ordered mi A3 on mi store I got it on 13 SEP when I received it it has a less scratch on mobile so I called the cust care plz I want replacement

                    @xiaomiindia there is some yellow tint in my display, when i goes to kalka ji service center they said due to one scratch at bootle corner of my screen we did not cover your warranty, my display is not broken but they said due to scratch in my left bottom corner we did solve this. Seriously all they want to earn money because they don't want to replace my screen in warranty period.
                    I have purchased a TV Mi sale on27th August and I paid amount of rupees 5000/- transaction no72552 still not received any information about the TV so please tell me what I will do

                        I bought xiaomi note 7 pro from flipkart about 10 days back.

                        When i am on a call, below are the scenarios:
                        1. I am on the calling screen.in this case, when i bring the phone near to my ear, the display goes off. And it works fine.

                        2. I am on some other screen than the calling screen. When i bring the phone near to my ear the screen does not go off and other apps/ functions are triggered because the screens come in touch with ear and/ or cheek

                        I reported this to flipkart and asked for a replacement but flipkart said that its a feature not a bug and rejected my replacement request.

                        Need help.

                        Sir, Customers are overwhelmed with useless terms in MI service center. If a spare is damaged we want to put our mobile in your stores to give it another spare part Why?
                        If we buy spare then we are paying for it Why put our phone in your store. You have another phone to use if you keep it for a week. Have your phone plugged in and get in trouble?
                        I have purchased mi redmi note 7 pro black 4, 64 after 2.5 month I have facing software related problems my mobile is hang many times I have visited service center and they update the software but after sometime I have again and again facing same problem. I want to replace mobile phone but the denied.

                          I have oredered a black color power bank on order no [protected]. On 3sep they send me the white color power bank.. When i request them to change mi team member says this is a duplicate product.. We will investigate this.. They took 9 days in investigation and finally close the ticket without replacing the product. Team is not supportable

                            I purchased mi band 3 in january '19. It worked not so bad from the beginning. Battery didn't used to last long even after i remained to minimum usages of functions. Then in june '19 display of it started to malfunction. Screen doesn't show anything properly. Then in august '19 strap of band started to wear of and it broke completely within a week.
                            My redmi 6A phone fell down water, then not working.I went service centre, they told me board need to be changed. It's warranty period is not over.
                            Redmi phone glass easily damaged
                            It's usless phone?

                              My phone has problem since when I bought. Firstly I lost my contact suddenly. Then touch screen stop working. Then I suddenly lost photo from album. I did not delete at all. Still my photos were missing. I called helpdesk but he did not help me. Rather he argued. Very bad support from helpdesk . His name was mr Trivedi. I asked to give his manager number or email id but he cut the phone. Very very bad support and mobile

                                  They (Flipkart) provide defective product and after sales and repair by xiomi (Mi) again they trying to cheat me like i purchased tv with 8 gb internal storage but after repairing they give me only 4.7 gb internal storage and also the system not responding for update. Please do something. Everything i attached with this complaint like snapshot of purchase bill and internal storage and description on flipkart about mi tv which clearly mention 8gb internal storage. Faulty device they (Truecomretail via flipkart) sold me. Xiaomi also trying to cheat me like they taken back 8gb internal storage when doing repair and give me only 4.7 gb internal storage after repair and the device is too faulty not taking any update after repair

                                    I had order redmi note 7 pro phone thru the mi store on 7th August 2019 along with full payment. They never called me nor delivered the phone. When I asked for a refund they promises that the moment phone reaches their warehouse, refund will be initiated. It's been 25 days from the date of complain for refund. I am still struggling to get the money. Pathetic service offer by mi. Useless people, least customer satisfaction. When enquired today they are saying you shouldn't chat with the customer care. As per records you spoke to us on 22nd August 2019. I didn't expect just disgusting behaviour from this company. I am still waiting for the refund for another day. The next step will be going to the consumer court for justice.

                                      I have replaced the battery in authorized mi service centre on 26/3/19... Due to swelling of battery on my mi max phone.. But the replaced battery has again is not working properly and the battery gets dead in 2 hrs... If i go to service centre they are rejecting the replacement... Hence i request mi india to take necessary action and replace the battery or else i will lodge complaint in the consumer court.
