Dear xiaomi team,
I am a senior citizen living in pune.
My mobile redmi y1 given to sofia services (Iris spectra) in august 2019, for 'sound not working' problem was diagnosed by them as 'water damage'. They charged me rs.5115/- & said they changed 3 parts (Mother board, charging socket board & charging strip). They said there is a 3 month warranty.
It did not work even 1 week. (Stopped charging, flash continuous on)
When taken to the same center again, they are again saying water damage & say repairs will be on similar chargeable basis.
The phone has not gone out of the house even!!
Maybe defective parts were used or claimed parts were not changed.
I have now lost confidence in this center.
I would like you to refund rs.5115/- charged to me, following which i can get my phone rectified elsewhere.
