I ordered one mi speaker, poco f1 on mi flash sale on the website http://mi-flashstore.com/product/product10.html and 500 was charged for the speaker and 2500 for the phone. Then only i found out that the website is a scam and was trying to steal money from people. It will be helpful if this issue is sorted and the money is returned at the earliest. You can find the proof for the payment through the attachment

Even those with mi care are not able to give a satisfied answer. What do i do now sir help me i am very upset. Please help me sir. Sir i am going crazy again and again i go crazy. Due to all these troubles i am going into head depression.

      Bought mi band 3 from amazon on 24th of january. I started using it in april. It got charged once and stopped getting charged soon after that.
      First visit to mi center (Infotel salt lake kolkata) :i got it replaced fully and a new sealed box was given to me. I trusted and believed your company and brought it back home. The entire product was not working either it was damaged or your company creates products which work in fluke.
      Second visit to mi center : the guy there (I know who assisted me but i would not take his name) fooled me after showing the product and said it is getting charged. I though i am not able to do it and i still believed in your company (How foolish i was) and brought it back home.
      I showed to 4 5 people at home and office colleagues who confirmed that still the product doesn't work.
      Third visit to mi center : i literally got pissed off after the again trying to fool me by saying it is working. Then i yelled at them and showed how it is not taking charge on any other points or by any other charger. After which i said i need to speak to your manager. And you manager very conveniently said the product can only be replaced it cannot be reimbursed.
      Do you think i am fool to back to your center and waste my time on your unskilled and unmannered team?
      I paid 20 n=bucks for parking everytime i went. I had to leave early from office for this simple product which you cannot make correctly after 3 times of wrong service?
      My suggestion to your company is to shut it and first learn to make products correctly.
      The harassment which i have gone through can you repay to it? You cannot even repay my hard earned which i invested in this product and your company talks about customer satisfaction.
      Last time i visited your center was on 24 july after which i couldnt visit because i am not in the city.
      Your company only has the product with you if you can do something just give my money back because you have ample time to fool customers but i dont have time to waste on such a hopeless product and service.
      I will make sure that i pass on my feedback to as many people as possible and all the social platforms within my reach.

        I ordered shoes from mi store on[protected] but due to some technical problem it was not delivered. on[protected] I called the courier company they said that talk to mi then I called mi they said wait for 2 days your order will be delivered but on[protected] I called mi they said we have filed complaint your problem will be resolved and after some time I got a call they said your refund is initiated but today[protected] on mi store account refunded succeeded status is showing but in actual I have not got my refund and order id has also been changed.sir please take some action as the amount is not less.please take some action.

          Hi, i am abhishek s. Khapre from pune, maharshtra. I have poco f1 phone which has motherboard problem. I have submitted my phone in nearby mi servicr centre. But even after taking 2 weeks of period they told me motherboard part is pending and we dont know how much time it will take to receive that part from company. Everytimr i ask they say that part is on pending status.. Pls resolve my problem.
          My K20 pro AMOLED panel brocken internal panel only. Not any external damege. There is not any single scratch out side. But company not giving me warranty. Why? They planed to charge me about 8600
          Not any impact happened on the phone. Then how this happened?

            Tv was working regularly with hd set up box, suddenly the display of tv disappear, then i tried checking hdmi port 2 as it was connected to that port. But it did not work, then i connect the wire in hdmi port 1 and it is working. So hdmi 2 port is not working at present. Please send technician to solve the problem.

              I ordered redmi y2 with 3gb ram and 32gb storage on 22 jan 2019. The order total was of 8, 000 rs. Now from last few months, it use to get hanged lot of times. When phone is less charged, it neither makes calls and message appears "the system us not responding". Even if simple water droplet falls on screen, it get hanged. Either replace or refund my money.
              Amazon order number was[protected]. Kindly look into the matter.

                Regards with mi ordered on mi website for note 7 pro with exchange of mi note 4 g and informed about cannot exchange as it's damage handset as will tell it clearly it's 4 yr old handset and might be not as new as i was purchased 4 yes back still everything working in good condition without any dent or any software and hardware issue and still ekart has refused to take buyback of my handset i was very disappointed for such a service given from reputed company as agent says it should be like new ones
                If it was in great condition why would someone exchange old with new

                As i contact with mi service as they don't care about customer and make fun on fone as was laughing and hang the call
                Again i contact with another agent as if he says it should buy new phone and than exchange same how disgusting u customer services is

                I was totally disappointed with mi as seriously u don't care for customer poor customer service

                I know u can't help still i am writing on this as i was a huge fan of mi but this made me feel disappointed on service part i will seriously never recommend mi to any body

                    I have purchased a televison 4a pro 49 inches, via amazon on 17th august. Had registered the installation request on the following address:

                    I got a token number - k88376 and slot of 9am to 12pm on 21th august 2019.
                    The person didn't arrive/ there was no call registered as well.

                    On calling the customer care number, i was first told there isnt any installation request from the token number i told or the mobile number i am telling for the product as i informed and the call was disconnected without resolving the issue.

                    I rang up second time and it was another person who answered the call.. I again told her the same details and she told me the request was registered but somehow no one seems to be allotted the job so far...
                    She re-registered for installation and asked me to find the new token number for the reference in the message inbox. So far it has reached me either!!

                    The whole point here is... Xiaomi being such a big brand these days is so darn pathetic when it comes to service... Understand the urgency where in terms we buy your product, you are liable to look after the post sales issues as well.. And installation isnt much of a post sales as such!!

                    Do you think this is wise way to do the business? My money is stuck because i cant open the box!!!

                      Mohit: i purchased phone mi a2 on october 18 for my mother from amazon that bill attached with it. With in 7 days u can return if phone have prob so my mother checked phone totally except earphone bcos they don't use it so i think phone is perfectly working. After month or 2 month in december i think i used earphone through usb accessories which came with phone to play pubg but it not work so i think problem in usb accessories which is minor prob will get exchange later on bcs there is nothing doubt in mind that problem in its motherboard bcs phone is working perfectly fine after that jan or feb i try to exchange usb accessories to mi center but that time i hvnt bill bcs i asked the purchase phone from mine friend who is prime member that time so i arrange it and i got time on march i don't rem exact date i give it to gzb mi center for exchange the same accessories and phone getting heat use long time like play pubg for hr so i submit the phone n accessories they return phone after 4hr after say it's ok and for accessories will exchange after 1 week but they took to exchange it atleast 1 month neway when it came i checked it not working again so they said u hve to leave phone again to centre let it check what happened after 4 hr they said aapne bahar khulwaya hai kya i said me no, mein bahar kyo khulwauga jab i hv facility to show in mi center for 1 year and khulwaya hota to aapko ko pata chal jana chayiye bahar khula hai like before nokia wale bata dete the n dekhte hi bata dete khula hai phone we don't check or waranty khatam batana tha le jane se pehle in black room may be tum se hua ho demage bcs phone tum logo ne khola first time that i don't knw than so they said aisa nahi pata chalta yah ki bahar khula hai or nahi so we consider khula hai and u hav to trust on our emply we r so trained we will not demage n i said matlab jo khulwayaga or nahi khulwayaga sab barabar treat karte they said yes sir phone is demaged so u hve to repair u hve to pay n 9000 i asked y so it's warranty they say i asked reason what is physical demage my phone is new condition girta screen demage manta physical demage but nothing how can say physical demage they say vague answer again physical demage bas i said mere paas mi se aisa phone aaya hga so it's manufactured default from mi bcos ander kholje thodi dekha hota meine phone demage or not than they say mi se liya hota karte amazon se liya woh jane we don't know than i try to talk amazon they said we will help u by replace motherboard by manufacturer or return phone to amazon n they take atleast around 2 month after following regularly they said we don't know ask the manufacturer means mi than i talk to customer care of mi they said go to mi service center dubara check karwqye jobsheet banwye purani ho gyi new jobsheet banwaye so i go to gurgaon service center that time i am in gurgaon they refused to take again check phone after 1hr argument but they hvnt make job sheet again and checked phone physically n alok the person who service manager said ur genuine n there is no liquid demage but don't know how it demage i give u to 40 percent discount i asked again the reason behind he said same no liquid demage it's physical demage gira hga n i said if gira hga to screen dmage or kuch scratch hgw but there no scratch but he given no answer conclusions: i don't know what is the proof that i got gud phone may be phone is defected from mi or amazon send to me or when i given to mi center for check tab demage hua ho i am not there n they do all in room ne possiblity because demage on motherboard it happened after open phone r & d that is open hua jo first time mi center mein hua so wahi demage hua hga finally they making me plz help

But rather than solving the issue they restored my phone without my permission. Now i lost all my data from device... And it contained some very important documents. Now what should i do. Now what should i do?.. Mi service center staff saying sorry.. You can't get it back.. You tell me how is that possible. I want you to solve my problem as soon as possible or i will take sum action.

                          I bought MI TV in December 2018. The first problem occured in the month of May with the speakers, their was no volume in TV. I placed several complaints, and finally a technician and an Owner of the nearby showroom came to fix the problem and the problem was temporary sorted after two months in end of the July. By August first week a new problem occured, automatically a TV is turning off in every 5 minutes. Tried calling the customer care number given online [protected] the IVR options is not working even after selecting the options for TV repair and the call is getting disconnected. Tried 100 times since last three days. I think by December the warranty will be over and MI TV company will come back to me saying paid service and change the entire TV as the TV is faulty. I am really fed up following up with the customer care apart from my work

                            Ihave redmi note 7 pro phone, the back pannel has a crack accoured by an accident from me, i want the back pannel to be replaced by the new pannel as there is no stock of pannel the lady asks me to keep the phone 4 to 5 days in service center but i explained the situation for her sayin am a zomato delivery person i have a zomato delivery app in my phone with out it 5 days i wont be able to work so giggles on my face and says "zomato food i can prepare in my house"i have payed 17000 for premium phone by xiaomi i work hard for my money... Until i pay your money my profetion shouldnt be a problem for your guys nor i bought your phone to get insulted by service lady in authoried mi service dealer

                            and I even told am ready to pay for pannel in advance so that ones the pannel stock come I will keep my phone... she says it can't be done... so when I stated to walk out from the place she asked what am I gonna do I replied I will mail this the company.. she giggles again and says ok mail if you want

                              Redmi mobile phone belongs to mr bineesh ok has got complaint of bsnl sim card not detected and unable to make or receive call.

                              So mr bineesh contacted near by redmi service center for help.

                              Service rep did inspect the phone and said this type of complaint first time they are facing. Then told bineesh to wait for few hours.

                              On completion of few hours service rep told they could not solve the issue. So they need 2 days more to solve the problem. Service rep has promised bineesh that service rep would call back to bineesh after two days.

                              Four days passed and found no call back made by service center.

                              So mr bineesh has made a call to cervice center and the replay they made is not satisfactory but argument felt. Such reply was not excepted from service center. Mobile device problem not solved.

                              Three and half month only passed after purchase of said device. So it is requested to help me to get the device repaired or renewed as early as possible.

                              So Mr Bineesh contacted near by RedMi service center for help.

                                Change notification light circuit board under warranty, my handset age maximum 2/3 months. As per your service center conformed circuit board damaged by water issue.                                     I have received a Damaged Redmi Note 7 Pro. I tried to contact them multiple times after 8 days they sent me a mail to return the product to their Address. I paid an urgent delivery charge of Rs.650 and Shipped it through DTDC tracking V54685434. Now the Product delivered to their warehouse on 7th August. Company is Not refunding amount or not confirming status according to Company Policies, Refund will be initiated in 24 hours and will be credited in next 8-10 working days but Now more than 7 days passed and No Refund is initiated Company even not informing me about the status. They are confusing me One of Their customer care executive told me that refund has been initiated while other one told me no refund or update is done in this Complaint.                                       I purchased above mobile no. /xi4vcsi/mi, hsn85171290/[protected] on 13.06.2019.
                                      When i remove earphone the mobile is still in earphone mode and without earphone i can't use the phone as there is no sound without earphone.
                                      I went to mi service center, they rebooted the phone and it was ok.
                                      I came back, when i again used earphone and after removing earphone it remains in earphone mode. Again i have to reboot the phone.
                                      So when ever i use earphone, it remains in earphone mode after removing earphone mode and i have to reboot it. I have used 3 branded earphones, same

                                        I have poco f1 phone purchased 8 months back from vikhroli retail shop near station next to hdfc atm. 10 days back suddenly it was switch off and was not working. I visited mi service center in vikhroli next to railway station. They checked the phone and informed that little water particle have found near charging socket due to which mother board has damaged. I informed them my cell phone never being in water than how come water will insert inside the phone, on which they checked with their supervisor and informed they will replace the board under warranty but board was not available at that time so they asked me to come on monday 19th aug. Today again i visited store but again board was not available with them and asked to wait for more 3 days and submitted my phone with them. Have already waited for 1 week and now again asked to wait for 3 days more.in today's world without cell phone you understand how difficult is to manage every thing. My hubble request to mi team to get the part on priority replaced.
                                        My Redmi 6 mobile is 6month old. But it hang very much and swtch off after few minutes.Its happen more and more times.Asansol Court more service centre couldn't recover my Mobile problem. I'm so much disappointed. No work has been done by my mobile set.
