I bought this mob around 5 months back, from the beginning itself, my phone used to get auto off, even while using internet or at the time of calls also.just four days before on 9/8/2019, evening while i was on a call, my phone got switched off and it doesn't got ON anymore, on 10/8/2019, I have taken the mobile to Redmi Service Centre at MP Nagar, Bhopal, MP.They checked and informed the complaint is on "Motherboard' and it will costs around Rs.5510/- for the repair.I agreed for the same and given for the repair.They had confirmed, it will be ready and delivered on 13/8/2019 morning.I made a call on 11 am to the service centre and the reply i got was highly irresponsible and ignoring.They were yelling at me that, it will take another 6 days for the repair.I directly gone to the service centre and taken back my handset.
Is this the way a customer should be treated?
Is this the so called "Service" is meant for?
Is this the way a brand is treating their customer?
How pathetic it is? No value for time?
Ultimately, i lost Rs. 16500/-(B coz i purchased Redmi Note 5 Pro)
Those who are reading this, please be informed, never ever go for this brand.In the service centre itself, I have noticed - Around 25 Customers are coming within 1 hour and about 85% of the customers are having the motherboard issues.This brand and there services are all useless.It's a great lesson for me as a customer.
