This is to inform you that, i am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a mi 4a pro tv from mi website.

On 6 aug 2019, i ordered mi led 4a pro tv and payment done by credit card on date 6 aug 2019. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. I got delivery details message then i called delivery boy he said i will deliver tomorrow morning then i called morning he said i will deliver your product in evening then i called evening he said i will deliver tomorrow morning and this false statement was been given by him for last two days. So that seems to be very irresponsible to wards the customer and that delivery boy had no manners to how to talk and he making me fool. Please take strict action on delivery service

The product was order as a gift to my sister on his occasion of birthday, so if the product which i have order doesn't meet the happiness and emotion of individual. Reaching this product after those moment will be not consider a value of customer
I paid rs.12, 898 for this item and i still want it,
My order number is [protected]. I expect to receive the product with no further delays. And please take action on delivery team. Please delivered my product otherwise refund my paid ammount.
Mi company has no value for customer and they not replying on mail.

    I have stored my important information like messages, gallery photos, recordings on mi cloud 2 days back to format my phone. But now when i want to retrieve my information to store or sync in my phone back.. The app is not providing any option and only asking to purchase more cloud space.. Y it was not informed previously that to restore your data back we need to purchase some plan.. It is a theft of my information by xiomi cloud fraudently

      Myself is a customer of your products. On 11/10/2018 I purchased a new note 5 pro mobile phone. After using, now a days I am facing some problems about the phone.
      1.It's over heating during the charging.
      2.The full phone structure is bending day by day.
      I contact with my nearest mi servicing centre (Akash Ganga Complex, Manjushree, Haldia, West Bengal.) but their opinion regarding my issue was not satisfactory and they could not solve my problem.
      My mobile is just 10 months old.
      Please do the needful. My phone under warranty period .

        I had purchased mi note 4 a year back.Even in less than 14 months the battery of my mobile start draining quickly.When I visited your service centre at Sagar complex Jamshedpur the receptionist told me that your display also needs to be changed which costs around 4200.I insisted her to change the battery of my mobile without changing the display she refused to do so siting about company policy.I don't feel any problem with the display of my mobile which is working fine.

          My poco phone network disconnected frequently and switch off also after they diagnosed my phone they tell me that ur something seal is broken, some employee vikas kumar in noida sector 18 service center and also don’t talk to me properly n not gave proper information i’m from army family and they doing like that its not acceptable. My phone is new and not broken i think they broke by mistake and blame on me

            My new handset model number is mi note 7s 3/32 variant..
            Only one week buy handset but this model is very high rating hanging issues and heating issues...
            Compare to note 7... Note 7 is better then note 7s...
            What is the solution?

              I bought mi model mei7s on 14/10/2018
              It is curving now automatically and yesterday screen closed automatically. You all know i have still warranty but when i visited service center, they said rudely that it will cost 4700 to fix.

              Fyi it has not fallen off, not cracked, not any physically damaged so how i am being charged to re-pair it. This is ridiculous. So i am posting this issue with your dirty service center details at chandigarh and all the pictures on social network so no one can experience the same in future.
              .a month ago I had peblem with ma ear piece spekaee problem.and gone to service center.they made it fix.and just after 33 days again I find a same problem so I gone again and made it correct and paid money.and I checked it there itself it was working .but after reaching home again the same problem..I fed up with there things

                I order this phone on aug 5. There was an offer that if i make the payment through icici credit card i will get 1000 rupee off.
                When i ordered it for first time, due to gateway error i couldn't place the order... So i place the order again.. This time order was successfully placed. But i didn't get the 1000 rupee off which i suppose to get.
                I raise a complaint regarding this so i got the mail from mi that you'll surely get cashback according to terms and conditions. Later on they denied to give me cashback by saying that you placed the order twise and it is one time use... I'm trying to explain them that first order got canceled.. So i should get it on second time.
                I'm asking for the money i deserve, please help me here.

                  It hasn't even been a month and there is a problem with the display of the phone, half of the screen gives black tint. The display is in the bad condition and the phone has no physical damages, not even major scratches as it is not even a month old.

                  I went to the mi service centre and they said that this problem is not included in the warranty and that the screen must have been pressed with force and they said nothing could be done about that, i will have to pay for the damages.

                  This handset is in a1 condition and is clearly a quality problem within the phone.

                  This phone should either be replaced, or given a refund of.
                  I have orderd a mobile handset Mi Note7 pro.
                  I have ordered a mobile handset from your website. I have paid money yesterday through http://redmi-sale.in/ website. How can I get refund ?

                    There are software related issues in the device which restricts the user to open any application. Security has stopped or maa has been stopped. Messages are displayed. The phone completely freezes and gets heated. Also the rear camera lens of the redmi note 6 pro bulges put. Owing to which there are frequent lens breaking issues. Even after lens replacement from the xiaomi authorised service centre, there is dust particles entering into camera lens. This results in colour fading of the camera lens. Loss of customers valuable time, money and data is not valued. Completely dissatisfied with this device and also with the customer after sales service.

                      I have purchased redmi note 7 pro online on 3 months before.
                      Suddenly yesterday screen of my handset started flashing. And gets off completely (Though it flashes sometimes in between when i press lock button or taps the screen).
                      I showed my handset to service centre as it is in warranty, they informed me that you need to change the display because it has damaged. They told me moisture is the reason for the damage.
                      Display will cost around 4600 to 5200 inr.
                      If your phones are getting damaged due to moisture then there is no reason to pay 15999 inr for this kind of product.
                      I am regular user of mi and big fan of mi products, looking forward to buy mi smart tv 42” size.
                      Please help me out with this.
                      Please note that, i have not made any water damage to the phone.

                        I bought Poco F1 last month. It was only 2 weeks old and suddenly phone got heated and switched off while charging. I went to service centre in D-3 2nd floor, Mata Mandir road, Chattarpur, New Delhi. They told me it was motherboard issue and ask me to come back in 3 days. I called up after 5 days as I did not get time to visit on said date. They told me due to rain parts have not arrive, I called again next day and have me same ### story. I was really mad at this point and visited the store directly and again, gave me another ### story and asked me to come back next day. This is really really disgusting and the most pathetic service care from XIAOMI. I'm wasting time and money for no reason. Not a single fault of mine. WORST SERVICE CARE by mobile company.

                          I bought a handset just two months ago. Today morning when i set it on charge for 2hours, i found that it's not working as it turned off. And also it bent literally. To find solutions, i went to mi service center near sevoke road. They told me that the charges to repair the handset is approximately 11385/-. As per my concern i know that a handset which is in warranty when damaged or other issues happened, it is companies duity to provide free service to customers. So, why should i pay for this???

                            My battery getting discharged in only 2-4 hrs
                            New phone bought below one month
                            I have already changed the newbattery in mi store but no change it is not even getting 8 hours it is a new phone bought from flipkart i am feeling very worst with this change my phone or repair it otherwise i get my full refund i can complaint in consumer forum if you're not

                            My phone is redmi note 7s I bought it from Flipkart before 20 days the battery backup is not coming for 4 hours it's a new phone I have already changed the battery in MI Store but no no improvement it so I request You To change my phone for refund my money otherwise I can complaint in consumer forum

                            Two times i submitted my mobile in mi service center in wakad because my mobile getting auto switch off .After 1 week o[censored]sing my mobile its getting same issue problem...i have taken my mobile 3 months back in thre months three times my mobile is not working properly...plz take action against it
                            It has been passes away four month. They are closing without solve issue.

                            Mi xiaomi are theft. My phone is not usable after 14 times repair, no also get jobsheet and they could not change phone on warranty period of 10 days. The force to me go again n again whenever you are tired of their stupid, fool service repairing process. A big robber and deceiver.

                              Dear xiaomi,
                              I faced a lot of problems due to your mobile phone and your service.
                              My handset isxiaomi redmi 6 pro. My handset is in warranty. I visited service centre 5-6 times for problem of half display not working. But i did not get any solution…this is very frustrating.. And worst service…the basic and main feature of any mobile is calling…and email if that feature is not working properly…then what is the use of your phone???
                              When today i am going there that he said we sent reports to xiome company and they said display is not in any services centre…means again you wasted my time…my mobile is in warranty else give a replacement for my mobile…. You just cannot solve such a small problem???
                              Don't try to make me fool. We are given you full money. Or give me a replacement for my mobile…. Really worst service from readme and worst product.. I cant trust now…
                              Else i m filling a complaint in, jago grahak jagao, consumer court and consumer foram.

                              In poco f1 we are getting only upto 1/1000 th of shutter speed as maximum in its manual mode. but in auto mode it takes photos with more than 1/2000th of shutter speed. many other phones offer upto 1/4000 of shutter speed. so please give atleast 1/2000 of shutter in manual mode. please..

                                Sir my phone is not properly work especially network. My phone's network automatically lost. Then after some time (10 to 20min) my phone is automatic restart then my phone is doing properly work. After sometime this condition again my phone (1 day 2 or 4 times)

                                  I ordered an mi neckb and bluetooth earphones using mi app on[protected] and received my product on[protected]. There was some problem in my received product so i submitted it to the service centre of mi located at rudrapur uttarakhand 263153 and applied for replacement. It's been 10 days since and i haven't received any replacement yet. Further the customer service representatives are of no help either they just say it is out of stock however they are selling it on site. This is just simple harassment by this brand.

                                    I purchased redmo note7 on 26th of may, and after couple of weeks i noticed battery backup of phone is not lasting even for 10 hours. I visited nearest mi service center thrice since july 13, on my first visit they said the issue is with software, and they updated the software, issue still persist then i again visited service center, this time they said we have changed fpc card, even after that battery backup didn't improve, on my third visit on 27th of july, they took my phone and kept it on monitoring for 4 days, and returned my phone saying there is no issue detected, hence we can't do much. But i am still facing the issue full charge mobile is lasting for 6-8 hours only.
                                    I m user of note7s and it had some issue about camera and system is also not responding, hang mobile, so going to satara mi care they said it requires update bt after 1month going continuously to mi care they said don't have update come after 15days next week worst service is given to the customers... Pliz help for this

                                      I ordered a handset redmi note 7pro of r's 13999 which was prepaid on 12 july 2019 but my ordered was cancelled as delivery guy rejected my exchange on 15 july 2019. I have made number of complaints to mi support team regarding my refund they keep on saying it will be coming to my account soon but till 4th aug 2019 i have not received my amount by mi. The support team tell me always that your refund has been raised early but i not yet get my refund back i always get the same answer from mi team.

Please

                                        Am using poco f1 suddenly headphone jack stop working after using mi headphone with in 25-30 days after that m visited care center thay dont even listening my problem thay say its your fault your headphone jack are loosed worst experience with mi care center nd even mi care helpline no not even working. And my phone is under warranty time of buy is jan 7 2019 and thay are asking for money for repair
