Xiaomi India — Manufacturing defect on Camera

I purchased Xiaomi Note 4g Camera on dated 6 January, 2015 to gift my wife. After some days she started operating it there was a problem with it Camera. It was not working satisfactorily. I went to the Xiaomi Service Centre (Technocare Soulutions Pvt. Ltd) on 24th February, 2015, where they informed me that there is a manufacturing defect in Camera and assured me that they well replace it. After 20 days they replaced but problem is not solved. Now you are requested to refued my money or provide me a New One, otherwise i will be compelled to go to the Court. pl look my matter very seriously.

Redmi 1s Customer Support

My Redmi 1s stopped booting so I have given it in service center and now they are saying it will take 2 months for the repair. Complaint number and detail is attached in the image.
