I have purchased xiaomi Redmi2 in 19.04.2015 after few days this phone giving problem of battery low. Then the problem converted to not charging. One month ago i took the phone to the service centre they told me to solve the problem in 1 week. But now the time cross the limit of 1 month and my patience is too. Now i am going to complain of this to consumer court. .I Had given the phone for charging issue at sec-18 noida (SATYAM COMMUNICATION).He Had Replaced my Adapter After That Also The Problem Persist.Then Again On[protected] they told me my data cable is damaged and they invented the cable for replacement.and that phone is ok so i Gave my Cable to them.I will go far for fighting with xiaomi. I just want my refund amount of 6, 999/- onwards. I have purchased the phone from flipkart and the told me they are not responsible for this and they did not bear this. xiaomi mi note 3g touch problem

hi i'am santosh i have buy Redmi note on[protected] now recent my touch problems coming i have given service center in Hyderabad 2 times but same problems coming pls give me solution thanking you. 

delaying for repair

I have submitted my set a month ago they said to return after 25 days now after more than 25 days they are saying that they will repair my mobile when company will provide components.

      I had bought redmi 2 from flipkart on 31st march 2015.It is very painfull to bring to your knowledge that the battery performance has reduced drastically.It gets heated up and irritates the help out of me while I talk on the phone.I contacted the xiaomi personnel via the personal chat available in your website and the guy with the name aakash khandelwal follwed up with me and assured me to update miui to the latest version so as to solve the problem.But still the problem persists.

        Worst service ever from Xiaomi. Had bought MI Band more than a mointh ago but the product delivered was defective. It was not getting charged. Had raised a complaint with the XIaomi Servie Cente ( Complaint No. 268996). They said it will be resolved SOON. Dont know how soon is their SOON. I did a followup again but same response "action would be taken soon". Above all, there is no SLA for any issue raised. Its been more than a month now and there is still no update from their end.

              My MI4 was not getting charged.Service guy from shrusti services in rajajinagar bangalore said the mother board has to be replaced and asked me for weeks time.Now its almost more than 3 weeks but I have not received my phone.When I call up customer care they ask me to wait for some more time.They wont be specific about any time lines.Only word they utter is sorry sir you need to wait for some more time.We need to stop supporting these Chinese guys.My job sheet number is JS[protected].

              I own an Mi3 bearing IMEI#[protected] purchased form flipkart.com on 27/Aug/14.

              The power button has hardened over last couple of months and recently there is issue with screen sensitivity and device initiates calls automatically. Upon visiting Xiaomi service center at Cochin (TVS electronics ltd, Ravipuram) I was told that the devices needs to be replaced but the device is currently out of stock.

              I have been following up with them since last three weeks and I get the same response from them that Xiaomi has not send the replacement devices.

              I have been promoting Xiaomi within my friend circle, but after this experience I understand that after sales support is pathetic and I should share my experience on pathetic customer support.

              I'm looking forward to an immediately reply on when how my issue could be resolved.

              Xiaomi India — Charges are applied for data usage while on wifi

              I have been charged for data usage even if my data connection is switched off, and while wifi is switched on. Have changed several SIM, Have inserted my SIM with another Xiomi handset however in vain.

                Even im facing similar problem with the Xiomi Redme 1S I bought from Flipkart sale like others mentioned here.The Service Centre Executives are not communicating properly.Its been a month now and no updates regarding my product.Please take appropriate action against them.

                  Don't purchase MI(Xiaomi) products. The service is very bad (worst). Never prefer for this company. It just sells there mobile which is useless because of lack of warranty services. I submitted my mobile to service centre on 11th June. One month is going to pass and they are not providing solution. Sometimes they say you will be informed. Sometimes parts not available. And nowadays they say next week since 2 weeks. I am very upset because of service like this. Yesterday they told that they don't know how much time it will take to work my phone.                       I have ordered xiaomi Mi 4i grey color mobile on 16th of June. I got the mobile delivered on 22nd June, but the mobile delivered was faulty with no sim card tray in it. So without that mobile is useless. I sent the compliant regarding that on 23rd, they said it will be exchanged soon. But its already 16 days no details regarding the exchange. everytime i call customer care they will say it will be exchanged soon, but no details regarding the delivery, they are not responding properly.

                        i bought mobile from xiaomi model name mi4i but accidentally i broke its display.i submitted the mobile to the service Centre of xiaomi ie.netsol associates on 08 june 2105 and its almost a month now but still its not repaired. i have visited the service center almost 10 times till now and the same reply to me every time that the required spare part is not available.this is pathetic as spare parts of a newly launched phone is not available, its shameful being a big brand as the company claims it to be, this is the type of customer support. if spare parts is not available why is the company selling this phone and the worst part the company boosts about selling more than 40000 phones in one flash sale via flip-kart. its seems the company is focused on sale and sales support .waiting for month still no solution does the company cares a bit of customers. indrajit gupta [protected] jobsheet no: W/r[protected] service centre:netsol associates, guwahati, assam

                          I have submitted my mobile to MI service center 4 times & still it didn't get repaired yet.i bought my MI redmi note 4G phone in February since march it is in service center.each time I had submitted it to service center & each and every time they create a new problem in phone.1st time due to version update my phone got damaged & after submitting it, it had problem with airtel simcard & MIUI account.Airtel sim was not accepted by my phone & also MIUI account was not working after service center returned back my phone.Then again I submitted it to service center 2nd time.Then when they returned it back it was not starting only and was unable to recharge.Then again I submitted it to service center 3rd time.But still it is not working.They are still working over it.After buying this phone since 6 months, i had just used it for month.Even their response & behavior towards customer is not good.I feel mistaken by buying this phone.please help if you want to regain faith in your system & phone. :(

                          i purchased my xiaomi redmi note 4g on 9th jan 2014 .this september my phone"s imei number got corrupt and when i sent it to dhanbad customer care in November which is about 151 km from my house because its at the minimum distance from my house.They had promised it to get it repaired within a week but till date i.e 16/12 i have not got my phone back. Highly irresponsible people. It was all my mistake choosing Xiaomi over other cell phones.
                          I purchased Redmin note 3 after 11 days o[censored]se saw while dots on screen, went vashi MI service center they told we will repair this in 10 days, now it happen 25 days still no update from them they are waiting for part to come to center, vashi MI center never pick phone in reception, they behave like we done big mistake purchase MI device. its really disappointed, MI service sucks you after purchase there device. so pls think 100 times before purchase MI devices.

                            I am using Red MI. Day by day hand set is giving problems like battery backup is reducing day by day even 3-4 hrs only, set gets heated during calls. I am getting annoyed while calling because network gets off 15-20 times a day. Moreover it hangs many times a day. Sometimes I get incoming call without light and ring tone even tone and light is on enable mode(ringing profile). Kindly do the satisfactory needful. Ravinder [protected]

                              I have ordered the phone on 1 July 2015 from flipkart & has recieved it on 4 July 2015, rom the first time, the Google services are not working & no other browsers too. From the very first second i could not open any apps like Youtube, Facebook etc which were pre- installed in it & too could not install the apps as because play store was not opening inspite of the excellent internet connection. Further the Sim card of Airtel was there as a part of Promotional Offer from Airtel . This Sim is too is not getting registered as i had tried a lot but it's activation is not done. This is really disgusting. KINDLY REFER TO THIS PROBLEM AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE.

                                This is just to share my miserable experience of owning a Mi 4i that I ordered through Flipkart (Order no. OD[protected] on 7th May, 2015. The touch screen stopped responding on 22nd June, 2015. The customer service advised a procedure for cleaning the cache which did not help. I am living 150 Kms away from the nearest service centre in Bangalore and I gave it for repair (Work Order no.[protected] on 24th June at the Mi exclusive service centre (TVS Electronics Ltd) on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. Apart from the stock answer that they do not have spares, I have not been able to elicit any further response from the personnel at the customer service centre. They have mentioned that they do not have any spares stocked with them and they have informed ‘the concerned’ and are unable to even guess when the unit will get repaired. Further, I was directed to call the customer care number of Mi India. On date[protected], I have spoken to the customer care personnel of MiIndia and apart from giving me a complaint number (335893) they are not able to say anything further than to say that they will look into the matter and resolve it soon. There is absolutely no mechanism for escalating your grievance. The early product failure and the crude and miserable experience with the customer service center and Mi customer care personnel have left me with a feeling of being left in the lurch after selling me the product. My advice would be to stay safely away from such cheap Chinese products unless their customer care improves and Mi service centres equip themselves with the necessary spares to attend to service requests promptly. Thank god that I have not yet disposed off my old handset!

                                  HI I bought Redmi 2 from Flipkart on 13 June 2015, and I have realized that the microphone just doesn't work well. I have speak real loud to make myself heard The problem worsens when I use a hands-free or earphone. I seek a replacement.

                                    I purchased Xiaomi Mi4i mobile through Flipkart on 30th April 2015. Since the date of purchase, its' google applications (Gmail, Google Play Store, Chrome etc) are not working and also the sound is too slow. I raised a complaint to the Xiaomi, they transferred my complaint to their Delhi customer care, M/s Gadgetwood eServices Private Limited. They took my phone on 04th July and gave it back to me today i.e. on 06th July 2015. However after checking the phone, i found that the problems are intact. I enquired again to the Gadgetwood and they first transferred my call to 6 different people and then suggest another option to do a factory reset. Even after doing this, the problem remained intact. I then called again to the Xiaomi helpline no. [protected] but not getting any solution. My mobile must be replaced and Xiaomi must hire some good company to repair the mobile. The present company is just giving the product without doing its quality check. It's PATHETIC

                                      I have bought a redmi 2 handset 2 months back and when i put my 16bg memory card its get heated up and battery drains alot.. Withput memory card its running good. When i went to mi xclusive service centre @ delhi. They took my phone for some 20 days n said we are waiting for required accesory. After that repair my phone still have a same issue. I want my handset to be replaced. Please think bout the customers too only selling wont let you guys anywhere its after sale service that let u stay in ppls heart. Learn from apple i[censored] have to beat them.

                                        Hi, I have purchased Mi 4i mobile from Flipkart before some days. I am facing problem in sound quality. It is very low sound. When i start song that time sound is good but after that give low and low. I have checked with all song in default sound player and also in Google Play music. Same thing checked in video song but quality is very poor. Also facing problem in calls. Sound is listening very low during calls. I am running on latest os version and it is upto date and installed all latest paches. Is it bug or hardware problem or manufacture defect? Please tell me now what to do. You are going to call back the mobile and send the replacement or issue the upgrade package.
