I purchased Xiaomi Mi4i mobile through Flipkart on 30th April 2015. Since the date of purchase, its' google applications (Gmail, Google Play Store, Chrome etc) are not working and also the sound is too slow.
I raised a complaint to the Xiaomi, they transferred my complaint to their Delhi customer care, M/s Gadgetwood eServices Private Limited. They took my phone on 04th July and gave it back to me today i.e. on 06th July 2015.
However after checking the phone, i found that the problems are intact. I enquired again to the Gadgetwood and they first transferred my call to 6 different people and then suggest another option to do a factory reset. Even after doing this, the problem remained intact.
I then called again to the Xiaomi helpline no. [protected] but not getting any solution.
My mobile must be replaced and Xiaomi must hire some good company to repair the mobile. The present company is just giving the product without doing its quality check.

I have submitted my set a month ago they said to return after 25 days now after more than 25 days they are saying that they will repair my mobile when company will provide components.
