I purchesed MI REDMI2 handset on 4th May 2015 and right now i am having a problem in my handset, i have given a call to customer care center and a complain mail already send to MI customer cear but they are saying that you have to visist Kanpur, since they are not having any center in Lucknow.

My board got a problem and i hand overed it to Mi Authorised service center, Erode.They informed that they are going to change mother board. I got my mobile back after some two weeks . Again lound speaker didnt worked again i went to same service center they are doing the same they are not even attending phone calls! Shame on mi service center....

Hi, I have never came across such an awful customer service from a company. I had some issues with my Mi note 4g phone and submitted the handset in bangalore kalyan nagar service Center on 26/06/2015.They informed me that the motherboard is not working and it needs to be replaced. I bought a brand new Xiaomi Mi 4i from the company website on 7th of July. I got the delivery on 9th.When I opened the box, the phone had a broken screen. I had xiaomi mi4i but unfortunately its screen got cracked due to which its touch and display is gone as i bought it nearly one month ago so it is covered in warranty and it is broken nearly 10 - 15 days ago.
