I had bought a MI4i Phone on 25th of May'15. from last 15 days i am getting a abnormal problem as phone key buttons are not working, screen waffling and some time screen display totally disappeared But After some hours its automatically working . I was submitted my handset at Xiaomi service center but after service the phone issue still as it
i have purched Red Mi1s in23 september2014 . yesterday reboot option shown on display and my cell automatically switch off . i have gone to shivajinagar HCL ASP service center but are not ready to repair it in warranty . they said water inserted in cell phone but actually it was not happened deu to water . i know nothing inserted a single drop in cell.
i ask to other mobile shoppe then he said it is software problem
there is very poor service from xiomi

    I gave ccom thane Xiaomi Service center my mi 3 for repair while within warranty because the volume keys were not working properly. There was also a black dot on the screen. After 3 weeks and two visits i got the phone only to find out when i got back home that my IMEI number was different. The headphone jack has been spolit and there's a terribly loud cracking sound coming out of any attached earphone. Furthermore, i used to be able to use the phone for 2 days before needing to charge again and now the charge doesn't last for even a single day. I suspect they have switched parts from another phone thus commiting fraud and resulting in such issues with my phone. My phone was so well maintained and fine and now i simply regret i gave it to the service center. I have purchased for people and recommended Xiaomi phones to my family and friends but now I'm afraid they might curse me should they experience such fraudulent activities.

      I just ordered the MI power bank few mins ago but after seeing the reviews and complaints against it i just decided to cancel it asap as it is claimed by (you) company itself that they are facing the problem with the device so plz dont deliver the product at my given adress as it is low quality product and i dont want to waste my money on this .order no -[protected]Kindly dont despatch your product . Please cancel it asap . Thank you

        I purchased one Redmi Mi 1s through Flipcart. Since I got this phone some problems related to battery back up I noticed and after 3 month I communicated recognized Mi service center and they told me the problem arose because of software issue and they solved it. then after 10 or 15 days of this repair the same problem I faced and now when I went to service center, they are telling like my device shows liquid damage and also charging Rs 850 for it. But I told them if it had been there, then you people would have told me much time before, when I first came here with the issue. Finally no support from there end I got and also I tried to communicate the Mi customer service by dropping a complaint mail and repeated call, but no response till date also I get.

          I gave my Mi4i mobile on 20th Jul'15 to the Koramangala service center for a speaker issue vide work order[protected]. It's been 25 days that i have given for repair and I have still not got my mobile.Every time I get the same response "Work in Progress". No body picks-up the phone at this service center. The people sitting at the service center does not have any clue why they are sitting there. They will call you saying it will be ready next day. And when you go there it won't be ready. I have never come across such a lousy service center. If Xiaomi is serious about business in India, then they should look into improving the service center's.

            This is FAKE MI PRODUCT. PLEASE RETURN MY Rs 580. this old one. and damaged near power button and near USB socket. this product not working properly. this power bank discharge only in 5 mins, and mobile charges only 5 to 8 percent mobile battery. waste of money. please refund my 580 Rupees to me.

              I gave Xiaomi Redmi 2 mobile in Bannerghatta Road Service Center on 31-July-2015 as there was no display on the phone, this phone was bought on FLIPKART and is still under warranty. I was promised by the service center that the phone would be returned after 10 days, which really a very long time for a Mi Exclusive Service Center to fix an issue. I visited the store on Monday (10-Aug) to get the phone, but the Service center team informed phone wasn't ready and wanted me to come on the next day, which is ridiculous as your team had asked for 10 days’ time to fix the issue, I was kind enough to give 2 more days as graces and gone on 13th day and still the phone is not ready. On visiting the Store on Wednesday (12-Aug) the above said issue repeats again. Please note the Phone number mentioned in the bill for contacting the service center is incorrect which proves and shows the attitude of customer Service by the Bannerghatta Road service center team.                 This is with regards to the Xiaomi Red MI Note - 4G which I had purchased from Airtel Showroom on 11th July 2015. TIN No: [protected] which is under one year warranty. On 31st July 2015 I faced an issue with the phone where after removing the headphone from the device, the device was still displaying the headphone symbol and I was able to take calls only while the headphone is connected. I took it back to the Airtel Showroom in Triplicane from where I purchased it and was told that it is a small software issue and can be fixed easily. I was given the service center address of HCL Services LTD., 196 Ground Floor, Habeeb Towers, Vasan Avenue, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600002, who initially said the same, but later said that they need 7 to 10 working days to sort this issue (Service Order No: J[protected]. I called the HCL Touch service center exactly on the 10th day (10th August 2015) only to understand that the devise has a problem with the mother board and HCL Touch has placed a replacement order for the mother board with Xiaomi which has still not been delivered. I was asked to lodge a complaint with Xiaomi customer care on this case which was done on 11th August (Complaint No: 457867) and was told by Xiaomi customer care that within 48 hours TAT the defective part will be delivered to the HCL Touch Service Center. Today is 13th August and I still get to hear the same repeated statements from HCL Service Center that Xiaomi has still not delivered the defective mother board to be replaced and they want me to follow-up with Xiaomi customer care on the registered complaint. I'm not happy with the service that is being provided by either XIaomi nor HCL Touch Service Center and they are not agreeing to replace the devise. Have gone through a lot of mental stress following-up and chasing and would like some strong action being taken to get this issue sorted out. Happy to provide more details if required.

                  I buy mi powerbank on 12 August.. Its very detective after full charging the powerbank when I charge my phone after 20 minutes its not charging and all the powerbank down.. And not more charging... And automatically become off.. And I m calling customer care no bt no one recieve my call... Pls take a legal action... And give my money back

                    I bought a xiaomi redmi note 4g mobile worth 10000rs on 21 apr 2015 4 days back the touch had gone. warranty period for 1 year for my mobile. when i met service center he said that dis touch screen totally collapsed because of a water drop..i[censored] want replace the touch u will pay nearly 6000 arround... seriously i was shocked... 10, 000 rs mobile for just 3 months..??? i contact xiaomi service center 100 times and i leave a message too.but there is no responce to me..

                            After Installing the software following problems are occurring:-
                            1. It hangs all of a sudden.
                            2. It restarts on its own.
                            3. Videos are not playing.
                            4. Slow Internet Access
                            5. Not allowing yo install games n Apps from Play Store.
                            6. Music Play List deletes on its own.
                            Etc etc..
                            Kindly resolve all above mentioned issues.

                                First product of XIAOMI and bad taste. I bought 4iMi phone just 8-10 days back and within 2days front camera went faulty . The image coming is very blurred. This is my first purchase of XIAOMI product and the experince has been really very bad. Making it more worse now handset is kept by service center and repair time is 8-10 days. What is this ? Are you not aware this is smart phone . Why would have i invested in this ? All my offical work which i use to carryout while travelling or from home is stuck . I should have been provided a new handset immediately. Here the fault is not mine but that of XIAOMI who is compromising on product quality. I am requesting you to plesae share mail id's of top bosses of Xioami to esclate my problem . Else i have no way except to tell friends not to go ahead for purchasing any product from XIAOMI.                                   I was using Xiaomi Redmi1s.and it is under warranty .suddenly it started creating problem (Starting problem) then i submitted my phone XIL[protected] to service centre in Chennai (TVS Electronics Ashok nagar work order[protected] .after 3days of submitting the phone they told me over phone that the phone was locally opened and demanded Rs 7000/- for attending service. I strongly denied their contention and told that there was no necessity to open the mobile when it was under warranty. After two or three days they told that the phone IC port clamp found bend and asked to take up the matter to one Ravikanth Narasimhan his mail id [protected]@xiaomi.comfor approval for warranty service. There were several mails between us on the issue.This person instead of finding a solution to the issue repeatedly giving reply that the mobile could be repaired on paid service only. He did not give any valid reason for denying warranty service but told that the reason for the breakdown of the mobile could be best known to me only...!                                   Xiaomi is earning through spare sell and not giving the service under warranty. Every damage if happens only because o[censored]ser as Xiomi think.
                                  This is THE WORST PHONE ever created. Cheap Chinese phone made to dupe India!! It broke just by keeping in the pocket. Fully scratched and refused to work. This stupid phone costs Rs. 10 K and then needs 4K to repair!!! Whole company should be taken to the consumer court. This is a warning to everyone even CONSIDERING the Xiaomi phones. Stick to the good brands, don't get duped. I just lost 10K for nothing!!

                                  I'm planning to raise one complaint via consumer court, where my uncle is sr lawer. then they have to pay me what I demand. now they making me to run here and there. Soon I will make them to run if they fail to solve my issue.
                                  I submitted my Mi4 2 months back in June 2016. The service center told me that the mother board got damaged & they don't have enough hardware to replace. They are unable to solve the issue. When I call customer care, those useless people ask me to wait for more time. They are simply waste of human being. When I go to service center, thy tell me that they still don't have hardware. This is a pure harassment & politics run from Xiaomi. It's a cheater company.

                                  Can anyone please suggest me how to get them roped in legal case. I have already lost 14000 for my mobile. I now need compensation. Please suggest how to proceed so that I get compensation.

                                    I purchased Xiaomi note last year December, after some days I saw dead pixels on screen, I tried to contact Service center in Goa mentioned on mi official website but it was not valid service center. I even tried for online assistance from mi official website, even those people are always unavailable. Now I don't understand whom to complain.

                                      My handset(redmi note 4g) is under warrenty as i had purchased it on 21/3/2015 n due some issued in the handset like 1.Viberation stopped 2.Yellow patches on screen & 3.Camera hangs when operated in sunlight these were the three issues when i subbmitted my handset at xiomi service center in thane eternity mall ccom telecommunication on 17th of july they my phone will be repaired & ready with in 10 days n when after 10 days i called the executive to ask abut my hand set they said the parts are not yet recived i said ok these incicent happend 5 to 6 times n atlast after 3 weeks on saturday ie.8th they called me n told me to dispatch my handset when i took my handset to check the main issue of my handset 'the viberation' was still not working again they took 1 day for that issue when i came back home i found that the 'flash light' was not working is this the service of xiomi company n this is how u manage the services n today i went to the service center @eternity mall for the same they said phone will be returned to you today itself but till now no callor message has been arrived by them i am not at all satisfyied with the xiomi service
