I was using Xiaomi Redmi1s.and it is under warranty .suddenly it started creating problem (Starting problem) then i submitted my phone XIL[protected] to service centre in Chennai (TVS Electronics Ashok nagar work order[protected] .after 3days of submitting the phone they told me over phone that the phone was locally opened and demanded Rs 7000/- for attending service. I strongly denied their contention and told that there was no necessity...

I purchased Xiaomi note last year December, after some days I saw dead pixels on screen, I tried to contact Service center in Goa mentioned on mi official website but it was not valid service center. I even tried for online assistance from mi official website, even those people are always unavailable. Now I don't understand whom to complain....
