Dear Sir/mam, I have purchased Redmi 1s 6 month ago. My mobile has stopped charging 1 month ago. I gave him to authorised service center of Mi India at Rewa. The Staff of Service center has put their my mobile 25 days and finally they was unable to Repair him. It was First difficult facing problem about mobile of my life. So Plz help me what to I do for get my mobile Completely Fresh. I have Apllied 5 Redmi 1s mobile at the time of Purchase bt finally unsatisfied from your Service..     My new Redmi 2 handset (just after 2 months is use), suddenly one fine day stops responding to touch sensation. (ie touch screen gone). Since the product was still under warranty, handed over the phone to its Koramangla Branch (in Bangalore) service centre on 13th July 2015.
    Since then, till today (ie 19th August 2015) have not received my phone back, in spite of several visits to the service centre. And there nobody attends to the phone call at the service centre, hence each time personal visit is required.
    Absolute IRRESPONSIBLE behavior. Dont know what to do.
    Can somebody help. I need my phone back. I bought the phone to USE it, not to keep it in service centre.

    Koramangala branch service center is pathetic, they never ever respond to any of the customer calls.
    My touch screen was not working as the display is broken, they insisted me to pay the service charges to replace the display, I am ready to pay for the hardware but not for the service as it is under warranty. They took out the new display and gave back the phone to me with the old display after that the phone is rebooting continuously.

      I bought a mobile through online booking and it was delivered on[protected].For the past 4 or 5 days the display of the mobile is not bright.I have checked all my settings but it doesn't work out.within 5 or 4 seconds after started using the mobile the brightness of the mobile dims off and it s very difficult for us to use the mobile.The drainage of battery is very often and the production of heat during charging is very heavy.And frequently I find some problems like the screen being paused, and not responding to the user.I don't know why these kinds of problems are arising within this much short period after buying.So please i really request to meet my needs as soon as possible.Please reply to my complaint at your early times ..I also wish to exchange my mobile of the same model if so possible. order ID: OD[protected]fe

        I have a very small issue, which is more than enough to lift the veil on this companies unethical policies and con practices. I have purchased MI3 last year in 12.08.2014, which was functioning well until July 2015. The phone has a developed a minor vibrator issue, wherein the vibrator started making rattling sound on the top left corner of the mobile phone. Curious to get it repaired, I went to this MI Exclusive Authorised Service Centre (which is TVS Electronics located at Kothari Milestone, Shop No. 114, 1st floor, 46, S. V. Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064) on 01.08.2015 and informed the personnel accordingly. I gave the instrument to the front desk person, which he accepted and started preparing job sheet, without even inspecting the instrument of the vibrator problem. They removed my SIM card, have the form signed by me and asked me to wait. After repeated follow up with them, they called me after two hours, stating that the instrument had to be deposited for repairs. They gave me printed copy of job sheet (Work Order No.[protected] dated 01.08.2015), wherein they have not bothered to write the problem faced, inspection status and signature on the job sheet. On insistence, they told me that this is standard template they give to every customers. Please note they gave standard job sheet templates to all without even understanding the problems and issues raised. They promised me verbally to give me the instrument repaired on 05.08.2015 (without writing on the job sheet of estimated date of repair and delivery). However, I went there on 07.08.2015 for collecting the instrument. As a standard procedure, they told that your instrument is still under repairs, and shall be delivered only on 10.08.2015. On 10.08.2015, when I again went to collect the instrument, they gave me the instrument asked me check. The found that the vibrator was functioning fine but I noted an inside out dent on the back panel of the instrument which was protruding very much. Hurriedly, they told me sign the delivery job sheet. I asked them that the job sheet does not mentions of any work done. In reply they told me that my instrument was repaired urgently, so there is no mention of work done in the job sheet !! (what exaggeration). On my firm insistence they told me that job sheet is prepared by their boss (so called), who is authorised to enter the job sheet data, and is unavailable at that time. They verbally informed me that the vibrator is changed to which I replied that please log the serial number of the component replaced in the job sheet. For which they had no answer to this. Further, I shown them the dent on my instrument, which was caused by the service engineer from their side. They shown no remorse to this. I told them firmly get the back panel replaced as I am not going to accept the instrument, unless they prepare a proper job sheet showing work performed and they replace my back panel. This started to get on my nerves. After much deliberation, they told me that they will do the needful and again called me on 12.08.2015. On 12.08.2015, inspite of promising me verbally to replace the back panel, they undid the dent and were trying to convince me they made the repairs of the back panel. On inspection, I showed and demonstrated to them the back panel body is still protruding and was looking in a very shabby condition. I reminded them of the promise they made to replace, and against this promise, what they were delivering is pathetic. These guys were not even honouring their words. This added fire to my already existing agony. On much deliberation, they called this Mr. Bobby (as he introduced him at a very much later date, and I found his name on True Caller app as Gurdit Singh based on his number provided to me on 17.08.2015, his photo attached for reference). I also learnt from this guy that they just opened the vibrator and refitted it to solve the problem. I explained to him that they should have done this even on my first visit or first inspection, which they never did. This guy Mr. Bobby (or Gurdit Singh) convinced me that he will deliver the product without much delay and without much waiting time on 17.08.2015. On my apprehensions of timing, delivery, my impending outdoor personal visit and my office hours constraint, , he promised me that the workshop is open till 10 pm; I can come any time to collect the instrument and instrument shall be delivered to you in flat 5 mins. I had no choice but to wait and watch. On 17.08.2015, when I reached their service centre, I found that their shop was closed and I found this guy Mr. Bobby (Gurdit Singh) hiding in lobby area of the building, hiding from me. My frustration increased, as I caught him and reminded of his fool-proof committment of delivery on 17.08.2015. This guy had no remorse as was the case with the other staff members. He told me that instrument is ready, but as the shop is closed and has to go to the airport for urgent matter, he cannot give me the instrument. I told him to honour his committment and this does not speak well of the Company and MI brand. I explained to him that this is not the way to take their customers for granted. This guy was hell bent to give weird reason, that he does not have the keys of the shop, he is going to the airport urgently, his employees cannot deliver the product to me, his staff has left the office, and so on. I explained him how many times should I visit On my further insistence, he hurriedly told me that the instrument will be delivered to you at my office in Bandra on 18.08.2015 at 1 pm. He exchanged his numbers and was off in a flash in the crowded area. I dropped by office address to his given number, which he is not even acknowledging receipt. Repeated calls to him went unanswered. I had also pinged him on whatsapp and blue ticks indicates that he has received by message. But he is still not replying and ignoring my messages and pings. Today as I write this narrative on 18.08.2015, I have neither received my instrument, nor any satisfactory replies from this so called MI Exclusive Service Centre. I want to raise poor service standards with Xiaomi's officials. Request others to share this narrative to all others, so that they don't fall on the hollow words of the Company. I have many questions on the Company Xiaomi, but I guess this is not the forum to raise questions. Can somebody please bother to answer or reply

          Dear Mi Team, I have purchased Redmi Note 4G Mobile phone on dt. 03.02.2015 but after 6 month I am facing some issue in Mobile, like charging problem & head phone not supported after that I am submitted the Mobile in your authorised service center on dt. 27.07.2015. After checking by your Executive, he told me that motherboard will be change of the Mobile. According to him Mobile will be repaired in 10 days. After 10 days I am visit at your service center at many time but mobile did not repaired till dt. 17.08.2015. So kindly take the action about my complain. Note.               Dear Sir, I purchased a mobile phone Redmi Note 4G through flipkart.com vide Order No. OD[protected] dated 13/01/2015, IMEI/Serial No.[protected] for Rs.9999/-. The same is not functioning well and every often calls are neither made from the handset nor received as it shows that only EMERGENCY SERVICES available. I have made calls to Customer Care No. of the phone company but no one is picking the phone or phone gets disconnected as soon as rings gets started. Please solve the matter.                 Issue is Regarding Xiaomi MI Piston headphone Submitted to Authorized Service Centre: HCL Touch (West) Janakpuri, New Delhi on 22 July 2015. As directed by Service Center, I will get replacement of Headphones at Correspondence Address. After 25 days of Submission, I haven’t Received any sort of Replacement nor any Information Regarding my product.                   We have purchased Redmi Note from Flipkart before 4 months. After two months o[censored]sage phone socket is not working. So given to the nearest service centre, on 11th July, 2015. Today its 18th August, 2015 phone is not yet repaired. When asked to Service centre they told that this part is not available. And on asking back the phone, they asked for Rs.112 of charges. Why should I pay any amount if my phone is as it is? They are not giving me my Phone Back.

                      I purchased a Mi4i phone at the first launch from Flipkart. After some days o[censored]sing the phone, the software automatically asked for a MI update. As soon as I made the update I realized that my front camera has gone blurred. The pictures are coming very grainy with lots of dots in them. The problem was than reported to customer care helpline, after which they asked me to take it to service center to fix the issue. I live in a remote place and the nearest service center is 12 hours from my place. After 1 month I had some business work in Kolkata and I manged to visit the service center. I mentioned the whole problem to the service center representative to which he told me that the front camera cannot be fixed any more. In the whole where am I responsible!!! For the company faulty software update we have to bear the pain and for which the company has no solution too.. Want the company to replace the phone. I was big fan of Xiaomi but after this incident I am badly disappointed. Never going to suggest or buy Xiaomi afterwards.

                        i ask to other mobile shoppe then he said it is software problem

                          I gave ccom thane Xiaomi Service center my mi 3 for repair while within warranty because the volume keys were not working properly. There was also a black dot on the screen. After 3 weeks and two visits i got the phone only to find out when i got back home that my IMEI number was different. The headphone jack has been spolit and there's a terribly loud cracking sound coming out of any attached earphone. Furthermore, i used to be able to use the phone for 2 days before needing to charge again and now the charge doesn't last for even a single day. I suspect they have switched parts from another phone thus commiting fraud and resulting in such issues with my phone. My phone was so well maintained and fine and now i simply regret i gave it to the service center. I have purchased for people and recommended Xiaomi phones to my family and friends but now I'm afraid they might curse me should they experience such fraudulent activities.

                            I just ordered the MI power bank few mins ago but after seeing the reviews and complaints against it i just decided to cancel it asap as it is claimed by (you) company itself that they are facing the problem with the device so plz dont deliver the product at my given adress as it is low quality product and i dont want to waste my money on this .order no -[protected]Kindly dont despatch your product .                               I purchased one Redmi Mi 1s through Flipcart. Since I got this phone some problems related to battery back up I noticed and after 3 month I communicated recognized Mi service center and they told me the problem arose because of software issue and they solved it. then after 10 or 15 days of this repair the same problem I faced and now when I went to service center, they are telling like my device shows liquid damage and also charging Rs 850 for it. But I told them if it had been there, then you people would have told me much time before, when I first came here with the issue. Finally no support from there end I got and also I tried to communicate the Mi customer service by dropping a complaint mail and repeated call, but no response till date also I get.

                                I gave my Mi4i mobile on 20th Jul'15 to the Koramangala service center for a speaker issue vide work order[protected]. It's been 25 days that i have given for repair and I have still not got my mobile.Every time I get the same response "Work in Progress". No body picks-up the phone at this service center. The people sitting at the service center does not have any clue why they are sitting there. They will call you saying it will be ready next day. And when you go there it won't be ready. I have never come across such a lousy service center. If Xiaomi is serious about business in India, then they should look into improving the service center's.

                                  This is FAKE MI PRODUCT. PLEASE RETURN MY Rs 580. this old one. and damaged near power button and near USB socket. this product not working properly. this power bank discharge only in 5 mins, and mobile charges only 5 to 8 percent mobile battery. waste of money. please refund my 580 Rupees to me.

                                    I gave Xiaomi Redmi 2 mobile in Bannerghatta Road Service Center on 31-July-2015 as there was no display on the phone, this phone was bought on FLIPKART and is still under warranty. I was promised by the service center that the phone would be returned after 10 days, which really a very long time for a Mi Exclusive Service Center to fix an issue. I visited the store on Monday (10-Aug) to get the phone, but the Service center team informed phone wasn't ready and wanted me to come on the next day, which is ridiculous as your team had asked for 10 days’ time to fix the issue, I was kind enough to give 2 more days as graces and gone on 13th day and still the phone is not ready. On visiting the Store on Wednesday (12-Aug) the above said issue repeats again. Please note the Phone number mentioned in the bill for contacting the service center is incorrect which proves and shows the attitude of customer Service by the Bannerghatta Road service center team.                                       This is with regards to the Xiaomi Red MI Note - 4G which I had purchased from Airtel Showroom on 11th July 2015. TIN No: [protected] which is under one year warranty. On 31st July 2015 I faced an issue with the phone where after removing the headphone from the device, the device was still displaying the headphone symbol and I was able to take calls only while the headphone is connected. I took it back to the Airtel Showroom in Triplicane from where I purchased it and was told that it is a small software issue and can be fixed easily. I was given the service center address of HCL Services LTD., 196 Ground Floor, Habeeb Towers, Vasan Avenue, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600002, who initially said the same, but later said that they need 7 to 10 working days to sort this issue (Service Order No: J[protected]. I called the HCL Touch service center exactly on the 10th day (10th August 2015) only to understand that the devise has a problem with the mother board and HCL Touch has placed a replacement order for the mother board with Xiaomi which has still not been delivered. I was asked to lodge a complaint with Xiaomi customer care on this case which was done on 11th August (Complaint No: 457867) and was told by Xiaomi customer care that within 48 hours TAT the defective part will be delivered to the HCL Touch Service Center. Today is 13th August and I still get to hear the same repeated statements from HCL Service Center that Xiaomi has still not delivered the defective mother board to be replaced and they want me to follow-up with Xiaomi customer care on the registered complaint. I'm not happy with the service that is being provided by either XIaomi nor HCL Touch Service Center and they are not agreeing to replace the devise. Have gone through a lot of mental stress following-up and chasing and would like some strong action being taken to get this issue sorted out. Happy to provide more details if required.

                                        I buy mi powerbank on 12 August.. Its very detective after full charging the powerbank when I charge my phone after 20 minutes its not charging and all the powerbank down.. And not more charging... And automatically become off.. And I m calling customer care no bt no one recieve my call... Pls take a legal action... And give my money back
