    My mi account associated mobile number is [protected]. My this account was active in 2015. There is a referral program in mi store of xiaomi that if i purchase any product and 10% value of the product will be given to me as a mi token. An upon collecting mi tokens i can purchase coupons or f codes which are available in there online store. But recently i came to know that my tokens were blocked. Upon contacting the customer care they told me that our system has blocked you upon asking them the reason why the system has blocked me they had no answer. They just misbehaving with a customer. I told him that i am an genuine mi fan and showed all the products i had of mi. Like tds meter, mi pen, mi backpack, bluetooth speaker, power bank 2in 1 cable and many more. It also told him that i had so much purchase in my id because i order the product for my society members. Everyone knows that xiaomi products are too hard to get in a sale so elders people are not able to grab them. I order the product from my id for them, it benefits then, xiaomi also get benefited and i get mi tokens. I have given more then 13 mobile phone to my society members and i have 4 of then in my family member. I have given them a valid reason why i have so much purchase but yet they haven't un block my account and they had no valid reason in fact they had no reason as well. At last i would like xiaomi to respect their mi fans and unblock my account.

      My redmi 4 is not working correctly. I have 4 redmi phones including mine but in my redmi 4 malfunctioning is occuring. It get shut down without any reason and the main problem is dust in the camera lense. I send my redmi 4 to service centre four times but it still not working correctly and there is still dust in camera lense. I upload one pic and one video. You can see in the video that, dust is collected inside the camera lense. I need final solution this time. Please. Help me fast

          I have purchased mi y1 lite phone, on 29th of november on second day my audio aux stop working, i visited to the store the just said its a software problems visit to service center, i request them to replace the the phone the said now you will not get any more issue. Now this is the second time i got the same issue and this time i also get charging issue and while charging the phone getting reboting,,. Its in the service center malvia nagar new delhi.. The person who is handling my phone case his name is sumit he is now trying to hiding the truth from me its being more than 10 days now no action is taken and i also called to customer care thousand time no action is been taken till now. Mi service sis one of the world waste service.. Trust me.. Please do not even buy any more phones..

            I have purchased my phone in november. A day before yesterday i got hanged and nothing was happening. After 24 hr it has started reboot and then touch screen was not working. I went to redmi store and they told me that i wll take 6000 rupee for repair. Can you imagine 6000 repair coast which cost of my mobile bilef and too in a service period..
            It is just one month old phone and purchased for my parents. It is his first smart phone and got issue like this. I ha e confused them to buy as they were telling it is very costly phone.

              I purchased redmi not 4 4/64 gb online by mi.com on 23/12/2017 but i got defective handset by company. I generate replacement complaint within a week but no positive response from customer service. Every day i complaining but they responding we will follow the protocol but no any response. I paid rs 10, 999/- i m so disappointed. Please help me.

                I ordered mi a1 1 january 2018. The package was delivered on 5 january. When i opened the package i was scared because in the packet only boxes like mobile and weight also like phone. I did not receive mobile only blank package. I complained this issue to customer service. They tell me wait. I'm very worried about this please help me. I believe mi.com but i am wrong.

                  When i call someone or someone call me, screen gets black and we can't do loud speaker or any other changes. And if i click power button, call gets cancelled.

                  Please give me another phone, because this is second time my phone has been working very poor.

                  Or else i will give it's worst review and never buy another phone.

                  Please solve this problem soon as i have been facing this from long time.
                  Last week i had given my mobile to one of the mi authorized service center in Baner, Pune for the problem of Charging slot .And after one week they told me that display has gone and mobile is of no use .

                  They are not ready to repair mobile although they damaged my mobile completely.
                  Your resmi note 4 screen is easily brokeable. I m very much frustrated with this phone

                    In sneaky santa game i collected all the fragments of 5a, but they did not give me mobile by saying you have'nt collected all the fragment after several days of try they are saying you are not eligible for phone. But ii got a fcode of 5a, this fcode when i try to redeemed it was of 4a, then i talk to cc they provided my fcode after several days and that was used too..
                    I got an fcode, but when i tried to use it, its saying it is used. So i contacted the customer care he provided me fcode after 2 days and that fcode again showing used, after i contact customer care they are saying we provided you unused fcode we are sorry.

                      Sir i have mi a1 mobile on december 22nd 2017... Imei number is [protected]... And it is not working due to hardware problem and i bought it in ebay... When reached to mi service centre... Care employee are saying we do not provide warranty service for you due to you bought it in ebay and when i contacted to ebay customer they are asking for doa regarding my issue but mi care employee are saying we don't provide the letter for you because you bought it in ebay and.. They checked the problem of my mobile and said it is hardware problem and should change motherboard and charging me 10000 rupees... Mi care is helping me regarding this issue what should i do now...

                        I have complained about the issue in my phn on 7 dec and the incident id:[protected], the problem in mobile still exist it gets completely blank while using certain applications i. E. Whatsapp, snapchat etc... The keyboards stucks and either you need to turn the mobile off which doesnot happens quickly or we need to wait till the it automatically gets off... I need replacement of this mobile immediately. I've waited for 1 month hoping that it might be some software glitches but the same has not been resolved.. Need immediate action on this.

                        Panorma mode is not working it closes the app as soon as I open it. Also I can't find portrait mode- there is no human icon on top. Please reply asap. I bought it online.                         Sir I have buy d redmi y1 lite phone on 27 December nd frm sam day itself it will switch off automatically..
                        Even on next day also around 8-9 times it got switch off automatically nd the same senerio continued today also.u people provide me the new phone or else i wil do complain against u people.

                          Purcahsed mi a1 online from mi.com.. There was camera defect issue it was not solved online so we lodged a complaint for same on 25th december but since then we were told that we will get a call back but no one ever has given a call back to get the replacement done. Customer care executives pankaj, shubham have just given fake promises that we will get a call from backend regarding replacement.. But no one is helping kindly help.

                            My mobile redmi 3s prime(IMEI [protected], [protected]) can't power on, I visited hubli MI service center and they can't respond, they told it is not covered the warranty the repair price told 6500 rupees but my mobile warranty period expired on 16th January 2018. Your mobile product life is almost below one year. my friends mobile all most so many problems suffering here. So please kindly solve my mobile problem. Thanking you.

                            Yesterday I went to begumpet serviceing center and my token was b007 I called after l hour check the phone and told speaker to change RS 800 l told speaker is ok then he said software problem Data will be erased and it take two days time then I went to a shop 50 meters from the service center who solved the problem in 10 minutes

                              I was bought a redmi note 4 on 20th december 2017 from mi.com. And i got it on 25th december. The received product is faulty. I complained my device faults on same day, and i want replacement.
                              Device every time automatically power off. I can't use the device. Because the device not stay on standby.
                              I tried 18th time in mi team. No one respond for me. Still now 8 days gone. I can't use my device. My money is gone. I want compensation and replace my device.

                                My phone's charging port got damaged due to water insertions. I got it repaired from a mi service centre paying the amount they asked. Later, i came to know that new port is just charging and not data syncing. I asked them over call and they asked me to visit a service centre to get my port replaced. However, i could not visit them at that point of time. This was all in mi goa service centre. Later, i came back to my home in barnala, punjab. Here, they are saying that your data will be lost if we repair your port. Which is definitely an excuse as when problem is in your charging port why, your data will be erased? I asked them they said we will change your software which is again a excuse. As updating software donot erase your data and if it is how come they replace my port in first time in goa. This is useless. I talked them over phone and they are just defending there useless service centre, please, help me as i cant survive without data syncing capability in my phone. I have tried everything from my side. My data is really important for me. Please help me. I will never buy mi again. The executive i talked to was sachi who didnt provide her id number. I can provide partially recorded call,. Please help me.

                                  Dear sir, 3 months ago i brought a redminote4 gold colour mobile from flipkart through online. Now i am facing problem with the mobile. As the back pouch of the mobile is slightly bending towards battery. As i am panicking it may results towards a ballast as the pressure increase in the battery when the pouch touches. And also bending my phone in between volume key and power button. Solease exchange my mobile with the new mobile or check my mobile throughly and ensure me that mobile is in safe condition

                                  I must admit that the body is kind of weak, I just took the phone out of my back pocket and found that it looked like Lg flex :)
                                  I sat on it in the car. The good news is that it is pretty easy to unbend it back. Still, I hope that xiaomi will improve the body with some reinforcement in the future model. I realize that this is the reason why the screen keeps cracking without apparent smacking or dropping accidents. So make sure you are using a reinforcing case with note 4, otherwise this is a great phone!

                                    Hello team this is sohan patil, i am your mi note 4 user, few days back i was facing display problem it goes dark blank, so i visited your ghatkopar service center for the same on 20 dec 17, they took phone and did software update and gave me back saying it was software problem which is solved after few hours it was again going blank

                                    On my second visit they took my 3 hrs and changed display and said it was display issue so we changed it, i took phone came back and after few hours it again gone blank

                                    On my third visit they asked me for 2 minutes and took 2.30 hours and told you need to keep phone with us for 2 days for under observation and told me to come after 2 days.

                                    I came after 2 days it was my forth visit to the service center
                                    I came after 2 days on 30 they said sir we have again changed your display and it was side button problem, i was thinking that they have already changed it before so why it is been changed again, i just came out from the service center and found same problem again i visited store told to manager that it is not working he said give me 2 minutes and in front of me only he told to his engineer to change motherboard and again took 2 hours and asked me more 2 days and said after that you will not found any problem and told me to come on monday any time

                                    I did my night shift as i have night shift only and all the days i have visited i came from my shift only it's gets over at 7 am and i use to wait till 10.30 as my home is bit far, came on monday and swa service center is closed i asked security guard he told it will remain closed only, i called your hotline number and got to know it's closed today and he suggested me that you should call and come when service center manager told me to come on monday, is it compulsory to call hotline number and ask?

                                    When manager knows that they will be closed on 1.1.18 then why he called me on a same say to take my mobile?

                                    Interesting thing to share with you, i did complaint to hotline and they told i will forward it to higher authority and you will get call from them, when i receive call i told the problem, at that time i got to know that i have visited service centre on 20.12.17 for the display problem and they did software update and it is delivered on the same day, when my phone is still in the service center only, as per her information i have visited once only when it's my 5th visit, they haven't changed your display when it is changed twice as per service centre manager, i am sure they are doing some fraud as i got information from bangalore customer care that display is around worth rs.3000 and without any updation they cannot do it, when my display is been changed twice how they did it? Which display is been used for my mobile? They are making fool to all people and mi as well, my phone is still in the service center as i didn't got time to go today.

                                    I trust i will get reply soon and phone as well in a good condition.

                                        I've try to call your redmi store but i haven't been answered all is happened ringing but no one pick up there.

                                        Once redmi employee pick up my call after trying 12 times later and i asked him to let me know about the opening time of store he told me that at 11:00 am our store will open. I reached there at sharp 11:00 but the product i wanted to purchase has been sold out because store has been opened at 10:30. I report regarding this issue which made me very disappointed.

                                        Since then my calls were never answered.

                                        I would take every step to explore this disappointment caused.
