Xiaomi India — Redmi 4a late delivery

I bought redmi 4a on 27th april. 5 days to be shipped from booking date. I got shipments tracking details of fedex but when i enquired they told me that they hadnt recd the shipments even on 5th day. Again they hadnt mentioned that extra days apart from shipment days on mi site

I heard a lot if people are facing the same issue.

Updated by Krishnakavya My product was supposed to b delivered on 4th may . but when i asked fedex they say i have reschedule on next day which is totally lie. They updated the status on site as delivery exception . i had chat with sahil employee id 5230432
. See i had committed for the produxt to someone and if they are doing likethis . this is totally wrong
