Xiaomi India — Refusal of warranty service

I was using Xiaomi Redmi1s.and it is under warranty .suddenly it started creating problem (Starting problem) then i submitted my phone XIL[protected] to service centre in Chennai (TVS Electronics Ashok nagar work order[protected] .after 3days of submitting the phone they told me over phone that the phone was locally opened and demanded Rs 7000/- for attending service. I strongly denied their contention and told that there was no necessity to open the mobile when it was under warranty. After two or three days they told that the phone IC port clamp found bend and asked to take up the matter to one Ravikanth Narasimhan his mail id [protected]@xiaomi.comfor approval for warranty service. There were several mails between us on the issue.This person instead of finding a solution to the issue repeatedly giving reply that the mobile could be repaired on paid service only. He did not give any valid reason for denying warranty service but told that the reason for the breakdown of the mobile could be best known to me only...!
