I have submitted by Mi4i mobile for repair on 23rd July morning with job sheet no. JS[protected] at your soo called service center at janakpuri New Delhi.
Story of Heights of negligence:
1) They dont know how to talk to customers,
2) No one bothers to pick the phone ever, (I dont why you have kept phone number please remove, when no one ever want to pick it up)
3) trying to call since 24th July but till date not even by luck by chancve no one picked in your so called working hours.
4) tried to resolve the issue by calling Mi hotline number, called last week, explained all issue, they given me complaint number 410157 said they resolve issue in 2-3 days positively.
5) haha that was joke...
6) Called today also so called mi hotline number[protected] till date they dont know what my problem is
7) I regret to buy Mi brand, will never buy again
Customer service executive Ravikanth Narasimhan just tells you to go pay it up, no questions asked!

I'm planning to raise one complaint via consumer court, where my uncle is sr lawer. then they have to pay me what I demand. now they making me to run here and there. Soon I will make them to run if they fail to solve my issue.
Can anyone please suggest me how to get them roped in legal case. I have already lost 14000 for my mobile. I now need compensation. Please suggest how to proceed so that I get compensation.
