I was shoped a mi power bank on this site, but I was received a damaged n not in working product from bookmyoffer.com a online company. So I'm so upset about to make on believe on this company. I never buy any product on this. Please take further action on my complaint. I wish to return my money from the side of online company. Or replace it on uegent basis.Thank you ...

I have purchased xiaomi Note 4G IMEI NO . [protected] phone 1 months ago from ebay .I started the phone but it was not connecting to wifi and mobile data so, i complained about it to the ebay customer care but he refused to refund money and told me to submit my phone at mi authorized service center . I submitted my phone in mi service center They accepted my phone & after evaluating my phone they have told me that mother board of the phone needs to be replaced which would take around 2 weeks. I have submitted my phone on on 8 aug 2015 and it's been almost a month but still they are saying to wait for the next 10 days.. kindly look for this matter

Before i state about complain let me share that i have spent 500 rs for toughened glass and 200 rs for back cover so as phone should be safe.means i care about phone. one fine day at morning my phone was getting charge and suddenly i noticed screen is blinking and by after noon two green lines appeared vertically and horizontally and by eve minor internal scratch type lines appeared, then all of sudden screen become white some time green and started behaving abruptly, further while navigation and gaming over heating issues was there from day one. since i am was not familiar at pune so using the navigation and after this problem phone became so heated i could not even hold in my hand seems lie it is going to burst. I take half day leave and i approached xiaomi service center at shivaji nagar, to my surprise they refuse to cover the problem in warranty and said you have dropped eh phone and screen is cracked although there was not even small scratch on phone (even stickers was intact), later when argued they said this is internal crack and you might have sit on phone or pressure was applied and given 3800 rs estimate, ( to share further there were few more customer at center those are visting 4-5 time to get next date to get handset rectified.). i was so pissed off with teh response and way the problem was handled, xiaomi things with such approach they will last long, but i don't thing with the hard earned money of common indian these people will run away like this. i am working in organization with more than 20K workforce and going to put my instance on notice so as all should be aware for handling the warranty case by xiaomi and not to buy xiaomi. no one is ready to buy the handset regards,

I order a Mi Power Bank 10400mah on[protected] and i Receve defective Power Bank on[protected] but Problem is, Device Not Getting Full Charge or Discharge after 10 to 15 minute

After the updates my xiaomi redmi 1s started heating very much. I was shocked as the update mentioned it will resolve the heating problems and battery draining problem. I complained about it in one of near by xiaomi centers but u don't know what they did with my phone. They just made it worse. Heating problem is resolved upto 10% only but battery drains equally as before even now my handset had started malfunctioning. I don't why sometimes keypad doesn't opens at all because of which I am not able to send a single Hi also to anyone.. Music system is no more working correctly. When music is playing at back and I open a new app it suddenly stops and playing it again starts from the beginning.. I am annoyed by this as I cannot close the music screen and listen the songs. It's just 10 months around and this phone I guess seems exhausted. I am not getting help from any centre. Please tell me what can be done...

I have purchased a redmi 2 handset from mi.com Xiaomi's official website. From the first day it was delivered there was severe problems i have faced in it, there was something wrong with the battery and camera so i filed a return request for it.It was delivered on 1 aug 15 and i filed the request on 2 aug 15 as in 7 days after recieving the product as per company's policy but till now no return/refund is made neither any official took the handset for diagnose. So please i request you to look into the matter .

I bought a new xiaomi powerbank of 10400 mah power n got cheated with this site by getting a duplicate power bank... When i called the costumer care they didnt join my call n put me on hold for about half hour and the call got disconnected automatically and this happend about 2 times It was the first time i shopped with this site and got cheated Its a fraud site I want my money back or else change it with an original one with new acceories which i got Even those are duplicate

I am user of Redmi note a product of xiomi. First i would like to say its a baddest on phone only look attractive but product quality is cheap. suddenly touch of mobile phone stopped working i submitted phone to service center and asked when you will you inform after repairing. service person said that he was not sure due to unavailability of part . now 14 days passed but no any message or response come from there. i tried to contact customer service no but thats also not contactable. mailed to xiomi service team 7 days passed no any reply from there i have no other phone i am unable to contact anyone i have many work on phone but i cant do anything please help as soon as possible.

I ordered two power bank "OEM Xiaomi Mi 20800 mAh Power Bank With Flexible USB LED Lamp" from vender named "Circonia" but one is not working properly and its different in color in ordered white and received white. Please make it change and help me to find replacement.

I had buy redmi 2 in mar15, after two months i had update the phone it stuck on MI logo, i had gave this phone to redmi service center they told me you have to change MotherBoard of this phone, after two weeks i have recd. my handset, i thought problem get solved but no after changing motherboard my phone's WIFI was not connecting. with the same problem i had go to service center again on 17.08.15 but till date on 02.09.15 they not given any response about my phone. they did not pickup the phone. they did not have my phone status. i get very frustrated

Hi i hw purchased mi4.Its just 2.mnt used i hv the bill and everything. Seriously speaking i lvd the device a lot but ws extremely hurted by the service they provide. Two days ago ther ws my display faliur, so i approched the service center in wadala mumbai. They just say a single thing tht this cannot be fixed wittin warrenty and fr repairing it they asks me 9000 cash. I hv seen my friends micromax phone been repaired for free. My power bank was not working and in the service center they promised to send a replacement to my address before August 7. It's been so many days and there is no response and Xiaomi is not at all responding to my queries. They should not provide warranties else provide proper responses.

Abhinav Technologies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat is service center of Xiaomi India. I have visited service center twice this week to repair my Xiaomi phone under warranty. Today on Date:[protected], They have replied me that your phone is having motherboard problem and company is not providing motherboards. So, we will not repair it. My problem is that my warranty is going to expire on date:[protected]. I have only a week to submit the phone to repair under warranty. Please log my complain.

Sir, i have ordered a mobile power bank of 20800 mah capacity and same was delivered to me on 31 / 08 / 15. After charging it fully when i used it, the charge got drained within 15 mins of charging. Hence the power bank is not as per the specification. Kindly replace the product.

Hello, I bought one mobile from Mi India official website on 21st Aug, 2015. Within 10 mins I cancelled my order and bought same mobile in diff color. I have received that mobile but even after 12 days of cancelling the order, I haven't received any refund for my cancelled order. I wrote down to Mi India service and they said they are processing it. But now they have stopped replying. Can you guys do something regarding this. I will be very thankful for this.
