I have ordered Redmi2 Prime mobile phone on 24th August, 2015 in FlipKart and the mobile delivered on 27th August, 2015.
There are two types of problems, I am facing.
1) If I reboot my mobile, maximum time it shows some kind of error massage(picture attached) and few options to select. If I go for any of these options, it will not reboot properly.
Same problems happen, when I switch off my mobile and then switch on.
2) The mobile displays full battery length, when I go for sleep in night. But when I wake up in morning, mobile switch off automatically and it shows battery length zero.
I have requested for return on 29th Aug, 2015 but I did not get any call from technician.Today 30th August, product specialist team should call me around 3:41 PM but I did not receive any call.
I want to case file against flipkart to do return request smoothly and provide me a same handset model but good quality.

I recive this product mi 20800 mah power bank was damaged i requesting you to please exchang order as soon as possible.
And consumer officer asked to send your account detail i won't give my detail but i already face this kind of fraund...
