I purchased Redmi Note 4G from Flipkart in January, 2015 and in the very first month of such purchase I had to replace the handset for some hardware failure. Now on 3rd August i.e. in the current month, again I got a problem in my handset. The problem which I faced was that my handset automatically got switched off and didn't turned on after that, it got stucked on the MI icon. I went to the service center on 4th August for the same and they told me that your handset has a software issue which will be solved by the following day by re-installing the software. The next day I called up the service center to check if it is done then they told me that its still not ok and the motherboard would be changed and it will take 7-10 days as the parts would be imported from Chennai. I called up several times to check if it is done or not and finally when I called on 13th August they told me that your handset is repaired and you may collect the same. I went to the service center to collect the same and when I checked the handset, it turned on but it was not detecting my sim card. I checked it several times but it wasn't detecting the same then they told me that again there is an issue with the motherboard and again the motherboard would be imported from Chennai and it will take 7-10 days more for the same. When I called up the service center on 21st august to know the status, they told me that it will take more 15 days for the same as the parts which they have ordered from Chennai are not coming. This was seriously frustrating for me. Now its 23rd August and till now they haven't received the parts(motherboard) from Chennai and I am struggling without my phone since so many days. From 4th to 23rd, its been so long and I haven't received my mobile. Is this the service which you are providing to your customers and is this a legible time period in which you repair a handset.. This is seriously shocking and disappointing for me and to others which are known to me. This is seriously creating a negative image of your company in my eyes. Is this the reason for which we purchase the handset of your brand? Is there any solution to my problem with you?

    I have bought Xiaomi redmi note 3g from flipkart around 7 months ago. Now a days i am facing issues like charging problem. so i decide to visit service center in nirman vihar, delhi . And they told it will take 7-10 days. I visited service center after one week. And they told that problem is not resolved now come after one week. Now its more than expected date.And till now my phone is not repaired. They are telling come after one week. But now its crossed the line. So i decided to take my phone back. But after that i faced another issue .. My phones loudspeaker not working.. Poor customers who buy xiaomi phones. I guess i will not buy any of xiaomi phones..

      I Purchase Mi 4i from FLIP KART vide Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected]on Dt- 25.05.2015. From starting it is abnormally heat. But from last month it give problem abnormally shut down automatically or hang.I have to restart again many time in a day. I have taken phone to noida sec 18 service centre. They told me there is moisture in sub-board. It take 1month time to repair & it cost is Rs1300 which is chargable. I already submit phone 10 days back in noida service centre. I want to know it's new phone how moisture can get it . It use 2 month only & give problem from starting day.But due to poor service i suggest no one to buy it. I already call customer care many times& sent a mail to customer care also.They suggest me to take phone to other service centre. I have no time to take phone to other service center. Sir/madam I purchased xiaomi redmi 1s ( IMEI serial no is [protected] or [protected] ) on invoice date[protected] from flipkart after 4 months I having charging problem in mobile so I take my mobile to your authorized service station in neta ji subhash place pitampura, Delhi north (Best services) and they open my mobile in front of me and they said the mobile okey but you have to leave this mobile for one day for checking the problem and another day they call me and they returned my mobile back but they didn't give any job sheet or any bill etc. And now my mobile is not working I call the Mi customer care and they told me about pick and drop service from your authorized gedetwood channel partner and they charge me 190 rupees for this service. They told me that my mobile is dead and the seal is broken and they ask me to get job sheet by your old authorized service center (best services) and today I want to be your old best services center and ask them for job sheet and they reply me that they open the seal of my mobile but didn't repair the mobile so that's why they said no to issue my job sheet and gedetwood is saying that we will not repair your mobile unless you don't show us job sheet of your mobile. So tell me what should I do ? Please reply me as soon as possible I'm facing lot of problems because of it.           I purchase power bank from xiaomi website on 9th july 2015 but it's not working. i complaint to customer care ([protected]) and my complaint no. is 422718 he say to me they replace my power bank with in 7 days. after 7 days i call back to customer care again he says same words "replace with in 7 days" but upto today they cannot replace my powr bank. I many time complaint it to customer care but they could not response it . please request to you solve my problem thankingyou

            This chinese company is fraud company, they sell defective sets and cheat the indian consumers by selling defective pieces, only hype is created for their products otherwise they are chetaer, i bought anew phone mi4i on 28h july 2015 which is not working, no response to email, nobody picks up the phone, toll free no is always busy, i am repenting my decision to buy xiaomi product

              I bought this phone on flipkart portal. After one month my touchscreen stopped working. So I went to service center they told me it will take 10 day. I gave it to them to replace the screen at the own cost.
              Firstly they told the screen will take Rs 10000, so I told them the cost of phone is 13000 how can they charge 10000.
              Then after 5 days they told cost will be 4000 I agreed said it will be available in 10 days.
              After 2 month still I dont have the phone. Now I got a call that they dont have parts. will take another 20 day.
              Will recommend not to buy the phone.

                  I have purchased a Redmi2 phone from amazon on[protected]. phone was working fine till[protected], but suddenly display goes black & nothing was visible on screen. i contacted service center, they took the phone & asked me to wait for 4-5 days to get it repaired. after 5 days i got a phone call stating that phone is liquid damaged & it will be repaired on chargeable basis and it will cost 3648. i told them that there was no water damage done to phone & still it is working only the display is not coming. they refused to repair without charges. kindly help me out to sort out the matter

                    I was using Redmi 2 (8 GB) from last April 2015 and I am very satisfied with your phone, but on 13/08/2015 I am again purchase Redmi 2 Prime, your Ad at online company says that Sharp/AUO 4.7" IPS fully laminated display is provided with Redmi 2/ Redmi 2 Prime, but when I checked my Redmi 2 Prime's LCD I was shocked that it is "otm1285a-otp-720p-video-EBBG" the picture quality is not good. I am really very dissatisfied with it. IMEI Nos of my new Redmi 2 Prime:[protected] / [protected]. Today when I am going to Park Street Xiaomi Service Center, Service Center employees demanded my purchase Bill, when I show my Purchase bill, there was no IMEI nos at all!!! very shocking. Problems: 1. Battery Drains very fast. 2.LCD is not as per your commitment. 3.No IMEI no available on your bill 4.In your Mobile Box the date of manufacturing is different from original, plz see it "September 2015". what is this Xiaomi??? what you want from the people of India, want to cheat us?? from my REDMI 2 PRIME I am 1000000% not satisfied. today i am calling at[protected] at 4:46 pm, & my Complain no is 477458.

                        Sir, I bought one Redmi Note 4G (White)(IMEI No-[protected]) mobile phone from Amazon under Invoice No.HR-DEL[protected] in June first week for Rs.7999.After 5 days of purchase its touch screen stopped working for which i contacted the nearest Xiaomi service centre (Doctor Fone Services 2nd Floor Mulavana Building GS Road Kottayam Kerala 686001. They took the phone and said that it will take another two weeks to get it repaired.After two weeks they gave the mobile saying that they had changed its board and my IMEI no has changed.I started using it and on the third day when i kept it for charging its not charging properly.so again i had to take it to same service center on 13th August and till now the phone is with them.. I contacted both Amazon and Xiaomi Service centers and both are saying that they are not responsible for it..Saying that I should contact the other and they will not do anything to get it replaced or giving my money back. After I bought the phone I could not use it for almost one month due to the mistake of the manufacturer or the seller.                           Sim 1 Slot in my Red me 1s phone was not detecting the sim. I went to Service center on below address: Booth No.109, Near ICICI Bank, Sector - 16, Old Faridabad-Haryana I have submitted my phone on 10-Aug-2015. I went after that on service center. I asked for my phone status then Executive in Service Center was treating me like i am begging him and said that we do not have status for your phone. when your phone will repaired by company you will get a call, we cannot track. I went on next day again, i got same response. I went today (19-AUG-2015). Then again they are saying that i need to wait yet. I am facing many problems just because i don't have my phone.                               My new Redmi 2 handset (just after 2 months is use), suddenly one fine day stops responding to touch sensation. (ie touch screen gone). Since the product was still under warranty, handed over the phone to its Koramangla Branch (in Bangalore) service centre on 13th July 2015.
                              Since then, till today (ie 19th August 2015) have not received my phone back, in spite of several visits to the service centre. And there nobody attends to the phone call at the service centre, hence each time personal visit is required.
                              Absolute IRRESPONSIBLE behavior. Dont know what to do.
                              Can somebody help. I need my phone back. I bought the phone to USE it, not to keep it in service centre.

                                I bought a mobile through online booking and it was delivered on[protected].For the past 4 or 5 days the display of the mobile is not bright.I have checked all my settings but it doesn't work out.within 5 or 4 seconds after started using the mobile the brightness of the mobile dims off and it s very difficult for us to use the mobile.The drainage of battery is very often and the production of heat during charging is very heavy.And frequently I find some problems like the screen being paused, and not responding to the user.I don't know why these kinds of problems are arising within this much short period after buying.So please i really request to meet my needs as soon as possible.Please reply to my complaint at your early times ..I also wish to exchange my mobile of the same model if so possible. order ID: OD[protected]fe

                                  I have a very small issue, which is more than enough to lift the veil on this companies unethical policies and con practices. I have purchased MI3 last year in 12.08.2014, which was functioning well until July 2015. The phone has a developed a minor vibrator issue, wherein the vibrator started making rattling sound on the top left corner of the mobile phone. Curious to get it repaired, I went to this MI Exclusive Authorised Service Centre (which is TVS Electronics located at Kothari Milestone, Shop No. 114, 1st floor, 46, S. V. Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064) on 01.08.2015 and informed the personnel accordingly. I gave the instrument to the front desk person, which he accepted and started preparing job sheet, without even inspecting the instrument of the vibrator problem. They removed my SIM card, have the form signed by me and asked me to wait. After repeated follow up with them, they called me after two hours, stating that the instrument had to be deposited for repairs. They gave me printed copy of job sheet (Work Order No.[protected] dated 01.08.2015), wherein they have not bothered to write the problem faced, inspection status and signature on the job sheet. On insistence, they told me that this is standard template they give to every customers. Please note they gave standard job sheet templates to all without even understanding the problems and issues raised. They promised me verbally to give me the instrument repaired on 05.08.2015 (without writing on the job sheet of estimated date of repair and delivery). However, I went there on 07.08.2015 for collecting the instrument. As a standard procedure, they told that your instrument is still under repairs, and shall be delivered only on 10.08.2015. On 10.08.2015, when I again went to collect the instrument, they gave me the instrument asked me check. The found that the vibrator was functioning fine but I noted an inside out dent on the back panel of the instrument which was protruding very much. Hurriedly, they told me sign the delivery job sheet. I asked them that the job sheet does not mentions of any work done. In reply they told me that my instrument was repaired urgently, so there is no mention of work done in the job sheet !! (what exaggeration). On my firm insistence they told me that job sheet is prepared by their boss (so called), who is authorised to enter the job sheet data, and is unavailable at that time. They verbally informed me that the vibrator is changed to which I replied that please log the serial number of the component replaced in the job sheet. For which they had no answer to this. Further, I shown them the dent on my instrument, which was caused by the service engineer from their side. They shown no remorse to this. I told them firmly get the back panel replaced as I am not going to accept the instrument, unless they prepare a proper job sheet showing work performed and they replace my back panel. This started to get on my nerves. After much deliberation, they told me that they will do the needful and again called me on 12.08.2015. On 12.08.2015, inspite of promising me verbally to replace the back panel, they undid the dent and were trying to convince me they made the repairs of the back panel. On inspection, I showed and demonstrated to them the back panel body is still protruding and was looking in a very shabby condition. I reminded them of the promise they made to replace, and against this promise, what they were delivering is pathetic. These guys were not even honouring their words. This added fire to my already existing agony. On much deliberation, they called this Mr. Bobby (as he introduced him at a very much later date, and I found his name on True Caller app as Gurdit Singh based on his number provided to me on 17.08.2015, his photo attached for reference). I also learnt from this guy that they just opened the vibrator and refitted it to solve the problem. I explained to him that they should have done this even on my first visit or first inspection, which they never did. This guy Mr. Bobby (or Gurdit Singh) convinced me that he will deliver the product without much delay and without much waiting time on 17.08.2015. On my apprehensions of timing, delivery, my impending outdoor personal visit and my office hours constraint, , he promised me that the workshop is open till 10 pm; I can come any time to collect the instrument and instrument shall be delivered to you in flat 5 mins. I had no choice but to wait and watch. On 17.08.2015, when I reached their service centre, I found that their shop was closed and I found this guy Mr. Bobby (Gurdit Singh) hiding in lobby area of the building, hiding from me. My frustration increased, as I caught him and reminded of his fool-proof committment of delivery on 17.08.2015. This guy had no remorse as was the case with the other staff members. He told me that instrument is ready, but as the shop is closed and has to go to the airport for urgent matter, he cannot give me the instrument. I told him to honour his committment and this does not speak well of the Company and MI brand. I explained to him that this is not the way to take their customers for granted. This guy was hell bent to give weird reason, that he does not have the keys of the shop, he is going to the airport urgently, his employees cannot deliver the product to me, his staff has left the office, and so on. I explained him how many times should I visit On my further insistence, he hurriedly told me that the instrument will be delivered to you at my office in Bandra on 18.08.2015 at 1 pm. He exchanged his numbers and was off in a flash in the crowded area. I dropped by office address to his given number, which he is not even acknowledging receipt. Repeated calls to him went unanswered. I had also pinged him on whatsapp and blue ticks indicates that he has received by message. But he is still not replying and ignoring my messages and pings. Today as I write this narrative on 18.08.2015, I have neither received my instrument, nor any satisfactory replies from this so called MI Exclusive Service Centre. I want to raise poor service standards with Xiaomi's officials. Request others to share this narrative to all others, so that they don't fall on the hollow words of the Company. I have many questions on the Company Xiaomi, but I guess this is not the forum to raise questions. Can somebody please bother to answer or reply

                                    Dear Mi Team, I have purchased Redmi Note 4G Mobile phone on dt. 03.02.2015 but after 6 month I am facing some issue in Mobile, like charging problem & head phone not supported after that I am submitted the Mobile in your authorised service center on dt. 27.07.2015. After checking by your Executive, he told me that motherboard will be change of the Mobile. According to him Mobile will be repaired in 10 days. After 10 days I am visit at your service center at many time but mobile did not repaired till dt. 17.08.2015. So kindly take the action about my complain. Note.                                         Dear Sir, I purchased a mobile phone Redmi Note 4G through flipkart.com vide Order No. OD[protected] dated 13/01/2015, IMEI/Serial No.[protected] for Rs.9999/-. The same is not functioning well and every often calls are neither made from the handset nor received as it shows that only EMERGENCY SERVICES available. I have made calls to Customer Care No. of the phone company but no one is picking the phone or phone gets disconnected as soon as rings gets started. Please solve the matter.
