    The phone is dilivered on 13 augest 2015 from snapdeal and after 10 days on 23 it shows a problem of Screen failure including no display/abnormal display. so i have contact your company many times but they don, t solve my matter . so, i request to replace or repair it otherwise i will take a legal action.please reply fast .

      I just bought mi4i 32 gb handset 2 weeks ago, overal the set is good in looks and display. But if you use internet for 5-6 minutes it heats up too much on uppermost part near earpiece and in between if you get any call than you wont be able to put it on your ear, It burns. I want to get it resolved, or take back the handset

          Sir, recently I brought a Redmi 2 from The Mobile Store in City Center 2, kolkata The phone was defective and I was called to get a replacement when I went to the store they asked me to take any other phone but none I would have liked when U asked for the same phone they asked me that I have to Weight till 5th september. I also asked them to refer me to another better outlet of the same chain but they denied, also when I called them the phone connected at first but from the next call they did not even pickup and reported it as faulty landline, I will be highly obliged if you either provide me my replacement by 28th august, 2015 or refer me to another Mobile store as I have Work issues.If not possible please generate a refund process.             Very disturbing and unprofessional attitude from both service center and very slow action from xiaomi head branch in India. Its been 2 weeks my redmi 2 is in service center for replacement of faulty mother board. I wonder jus replacement takes more than 2 weeks And doesn't seems to me that I will receive it soon looking at reply of Mi officials providing and pothetic service center's behaviour. Suggestion for xiaomi team- don't sell products make sure your reputation is not hampered.

              I’ve received damaged handset (Redmi2 Prime), received on 24th August’15. I’ve circled the damage area in the pic attached. They told me to email on service.[protected]@xiaomi.com..it shows delivery failed. I want new handset or refund. I had a online chat with Agent name Bhoomika, she explained that it will take 48 hrs to check.

                I purchased the redmi note 4g 2 months earlier and from approximately 5 days my phone swiches off automatically and most of the times network goes off and message shows is "sim card removed ". Also the "Applock application" is not working in my phone from 5th day of purchase, earlier I thought it's App's problem but then I realized it's default in phone...                   I have purchase Xiomi MI 4i last month from Flipkart via Invoice no. BLR_WFLD[protected] dated 20.07.2015 (invoice attached). Suddenly my phone speaker has stopped working due to which now audio is not working in songs, ring-tone, videos etc. Although, sound is coming through earphones.
                  I am unable to find any complaint mail id on official website of xiomi. Also, helpline no on the website viz. [protected] is not responding i.e call not transferring to their persons. I have tried lot of time. hope I can find some solution here. I expect them to replace my phone since this is an unacceptable problem for a new phone.

                        Last week I have visited today at Mi (XIAOMI) mobile phone service center M/s Famous computer, Novelty plaza in Bareilly and they checked my phone and told mother board had got faulty and will be replaced with new one. I was shocked how does a motherboard go bad within 2 months only. Now they will take 13-14 days for repairing and time being customer will be facing lot problem due to non-availability of mobile phone and lost contact due to sudden failure. I am not satisfied with your product and people behavior at service center, how anyone can run multi agencies under one roof i.e Lava, Videocon, Lenovo & Xiaomi. Also there is no response over landline phone mentioned on the website of Bareilly service center. I am requesting you please look into on top priority and try to give my phone back in 2 days. My trust and brand loyalty gone in negative due to bad experience and other competitor will eat your market definitely if you will not take action towards brand imaging. Have any your service executive visited over there for feedback or running like Ram Bharose. I was shifted from Samsung to xiaomi but it was one of the big mistake I have made in my life. When I have bought your product than spoken to 8-10 people to buy XIAOMI Phone only but now what I will speak to them? I have sent mail regarding the same subject but no reply from your side and still there is no satisfaction answer from customer care no. also. Eagerly waiting for your call and action.                                 Hi I Purchase a XIAOMI REDMI 2 phone on 2nd june 2015.After one month the phone is not working properly.It heats up very high & hang frequently.I am living in delhi so I tried all three service centers at delhi but not any response.Before some days i missed my phone charger somewhere, My phone is not charging through another charger.so i am sufering a lot from this problem.I tried to purchase REDMI 2 charger through online as well as through service centers in delhi.But there is not any charger avilable anywhere.The employes of service centers not picking up any call.please look this matter and take nessesry action.
                                I purchased my xiomi redmi 2 phone three months back. I am facing with charging problem. The charger point is troubling me. I went for repair but everytime the charging is in trouble. I am frequently going to the repaiur shop within 1 year. Please don't go for redmi2.

                                  I purchased Redmi Note 4G from Flipkart in January, 2015 and in the very first month of such purchase I had to replace the handset for some hardware failure. Now on 3rd August i.e. in the current month, again I got a problem in my handset. The problem which I faced was that my handset automatically got switched off and didn't turned on after that, it got stucked on the MI icon. I went to the service center on 4th August for the same and they told me that your handset has a software issue which will be solved by the following day by re-installing the software. The next day I called up the service center to check if it is done then they told me that its still not ok and the motherboard would be changed and it will take 7-10 days as the parts would be imported from Chennai. I called up several times to check if it is done or not and finally when I called on 13th August they told me that your handset is repaired and you may collect the same. I went to the service center to collect the same and when I checked the handset, it turned on but it was not detecting my sim card. I checked it several times but it wasn't detecting the same then they told me that again there is an issue with the motherboard and again the motherboard would be imported from Chennai and it will take 7-10 days more for the same. When I called up the service center on 21st august to know the status, they told me that it will take more 15 days for the same as the parts which they have ordered from Chennai are not coming. This was seriously frustrating for me. Now its 23rd August and till now they haven't received the parts(motherboard) from Chennai and I am struggling without my phone since so many days. From 4th to 23rd, its been so long and I haven't received my mobile. Is this the service which you are providing to your customers and is this a legible time period in which you repair a handset.. This is seriously shocking and disappointing for me and to others which are known to me. This is seriously creating a negative image of your company in my eyes. Is this the reason for which we purchase the handset of your brand? Is there any solution to my problem with you?

                                    I have bought Xiaomi redmi note 3g from flipkart around 7 months ago. Now a days i am facing issues like charging problem. so i decide to visit service center in nirman vihar, delhi . And they told it will take 7-10 days. I visited service center after one week. And they told that problem is not resolved now come after one week. Now its more than expected date.And till now my phone is not repaired. They are telling come after one week. But now its crossed the line. So i decided to take my phone back. But after that i faced another issue .. My phones loudspeaker not working.. Poor customers who buy xiaomi phones. I guess i will not buy any of xiaomi phones..

                                      I Purchase Mi 4i from FLIP KART vide Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected]on Dt- 25.05.2015. From starting it is abnormally heat. But from last month it give problem abnormally shut down automatically or hang.I have to restart again many time in a day. I have taken phone to noida sec 18 service centre. They told me there is moisture in sub-board. It take 1month time to repair & it cost is Rs1300 which is chargable. I already submit phone 10 days back in noida service centre. I want to know it's new phone how moisture can get it . It use 2 month only & give problem from starting day.But due to poor service i suggest no one to buy it. I already call customer care many times& sent a mail to customer care also.They suggest me to take phone to other service centre. I have no time to take phone to other service center. Sir/madam I purchased xiaomi redmi 1s ( IMEI serial no is [protected] or [protected] ) on invoice date[protected] from flipkart after 4 months I having charging problem in mobile so I take my mobile to your authorized service station in neta ji subhash place pitampura, Delhi north (Best services) and they open my mobile in front of me and they said the mobile okey but you have to leave this mobile for one day for checking the problem and another day they call me and they returned my mobile back but they didn't give any job sheet or any bill etc. And now my mobile is not working I call the Mi customer care and they told me about pick and drop service from your authorized gedetwood channel partner and they charge me 190 rupees for this service. They told me that my mobile is dead and the seal is broken and they ask me to get job sheet by your old authorized service center (best services) and today I want to be your old best services center and ask them for job sheet and they reply me that they open the seal of my mobile but didn't repair the mobile so that's why they said no to issue my job sheet and gedetwood is saying that we will not repair your mobile unless you don't show us job sheet of your mobile. So tell me what should I do ? Please reply me as soon as possible I'm facing lot of problems because of it.
