Hi, i have received a faulty device from mi. Complaint no-1700570. It has been a week time now but no one came to pick up the faulty device for replacement. I am following up with customer care in daily basis but they are not responding and always ask for "wait for sometime". I am living in a metro city - mumbai. Still i am getting this type of service. I cannot expect service of xiomi in small towns. I have buy device with additional warranty which costs me 26000+. I don't want xiomi now and want my money back. Please help me

    My compliant against xiaomi india‎ as i buy mi5 handset from this company but facing heating problem and for the same i got one time replacement but new handset also have same issue so its seem it product issue, i ask self-declaration certification form regarding hardware and software test result but they refuse.

    In normal condition mobile body heat its fine but this phone have different issue its heat on earpiece so i am not able to talk with any one, also due to heating issue i am facing network issue.

    So via this complain i requesting you to ask certificate of test result of hardware of this particular handset and if they have this certificate than how output product is different than certificate.

    I want my money back because replacement not a solution for this particular handset.

      Hello,


      I am abhishek joshi from nagpur. I bought xiaomi mi4 in july 2015 through amazon.In (Invoice no. Ka-blrs[protected]. On march 21st 2016, there is a display problem arises in my handset. I went to the local service centre for repairing. They made the job sheet (Js [protected]) and told me to take it after 10 days. Upon asking for the 10 days long time. Excuse was given that the spares are not available.

      I contacted service centre on 1st april for the handset. The extremely unprofessional staff said that "your handset is not ready, if you want you can take it as it is". Then i asked for the failure in commitment. They said your handset is under warranty and service centre gives first preference to without warranty handsets. Then they said if your handset is not repaired with one month of submission, company will take immediate action and provide you with the solution.

      On 2nd may, i got the call from service centre that your handset get repaired and you can collect it. After reaching there they said the problem is still not rectified and you will have to wait for 2 more days. After 2 days they make the new job sheet (Js [protected]) saying that there is a new problem arises in handset
      And we don't know how much time it will take to get repaired, and if you have any query you can call on toll free no.

      Is this the way xiaomi works all over the globe. Shame on you if you provide this type of service to your clients. Any local chinese company is better then your service.

      Kindly provide me with the immediate solution for my problem.

        I was purchased a red mi 2 prime white mobile thru flip kart on nov2015, i got problem "camera couldn't connect"" and sim slot not working contacted thru phone to mi service centre, they were given some ideas to resolve the issue like, finally factory reset.
        But no use. One fine day i spoken with flip kart customer care and given a complaint and they transferred the issue to mi service centre. Finally my mobile was picked up on 14/05/16 FedEx track no:[protected], my inq no:[protected].

        Till date i have not received my item
        I spoke several time to [protected] but not good response.

        Please give a solution to resolve my issue at earliest.
        1] Please repair and give my mobile within a week.
        2] Please take back defective product and give a new same model product.
        3] Please give other model new item the difference amount will

          As USB port in y phone (Mi4i) is burnt I gave my phone for servicing at MI store anna nagar, chennai. I gave my phone on 9th may, But I haven't recived my phone yet. I tried to call them. But they aren't attending the call. I mailed them. But their reply is not satisfactory. They said the part isn't available yet. So, How long will these guys take to just replace USB port ??

            I had ordered a redmi note 3 and recieved it on the 10th of this month. I found the piece to be defective and requested for a replacement. They said the phone will be picked up for replacement in a couple of days and no one has arrived. Today, it has been a 11 days. Now, I ask for the refund and they say its not in their policy to refund the money. I don't know what to do now. They have tested my patience enough.

              Dear sir/madam i have submitted my mi4i 16 gb white colour phone on 9th of may 2016, issue was charging not increasing, battery drain very fast, slow charging, no headset audio. Service center guy said that we have to change the parts and at this time it is not available with us said you have to submit your phone for 15 days, they gave me 24th may of 2016 tat, now its been more than 10 days and i keep visiting there service center which is located at xiaomi exclusive - noida f-2, f-3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant sector 18 noida (Up). And they are saying that still part is not available. Now i don't know what kind of company this is (Xiaomi) they can't understand that in these days people they can't be able to work without phone and they keep saying just wait just wait. Seriously i am very disappointed with there services. I saw at there service center there are lots of people they are facing the same problem as i am facing now. So it's my humble advice to find the solution asap.

              I am amazed now its been more than 18 hours and no response now it shows that what kind of company Xiaomi is. I will never ever suggest anyone to take there products.

                I have requested for the MI Band replacement against the order # [protected] on May 2nd 2016. I have sent the package through professional couriers (Tracking idMAA[protected] and it got delivered to their bangalore warehouse on May 3rd 2016.

                After this, I was talking to their call centre, customer representative through chats with the incident #[protected] for the past 17 days. I m extremely frustrated as none of their team is able to tell exactly the problem or give any idea on when the product will be replaced as they are always give an answer " Our team will call" and I m not sure when this call will happen,
                As per their policy with in 2 days of receiving the device, they will send the replacement device. But nothing of this sort has happened as it is now 14 business days.
                I had never had such a frustrating experience with any other provided so far both with customer service representatives as well call center agents.
                Though their products are decent, their service is pathetic. Your only hope is get the product in good shape otherwise your money and time gone.

                  I buy a mi redmi note 3 on may 4 2016 whose barcode is[protected]and the tax invoice no. Is[protected] and in that imei no is not metioned. So how could i prove in warrant. Or in any services. And it is extended warraty phone but no extended warranty no. is mentioned. So help me out..and the phone also get slow while ussing 3-4 application....

                  I had purchased a redmi prime2 mobile from snapdeal at 21- Nov -2015, Its adaptor has been faulty.

                  I visited the Gwalior service Centre today 19-may-16 (ITDCL Tech Support S-5 2nd floor Golden estate nr SBI bank Jayendra Ganj Lashkar Gwalior M.P 474001) for replacement, but they refused to change or serviced by it, as they told me wiring smell is getting from adopter so we can’t replace or service it.

                  Again I called to customer care support service hotline number([protected]) for complaint the same, He contact with Gwalior customer care to ask why they refuse after 2 minutes hold he told me as confirmed by Gwalior service Centre your adopter is physically damaged, I told him again my adopter is not physically damaged there feedback is completely wrong then he told me put the adopter images on mail.
                  After that I told him please registered my complaint as your Gwalior service Centre feedback is wrong and provide me a complaint ID, still he refused to logged a complaint.

                  I request to you please take necessary action against your Gwalior service centre or customer care support for same, Need your urgent support as only 2 days remaining in accessory warranty.

                  I had given my mi4i for service.My phone is in the service center for more than 15 days.There is no positive replay regarding the status of the service and the dispatching date.I don't know how much more time needed for just replacing a screen.

                  When the speaker phone of the Xiaomi mi4i is switched on the other person cannot hear my voice. In fact there is a lot of inaudible sounds occurring.
                  Also when the memory of the data exceeds 45%, there is a lot of hanging.
                  Kindly arrange to replace this mobile or exchange it for another one for which I will pay the difference.

                    I have purchased MI note 3 from Amazon last month, after few days i was facing hang problem with device, after a month the phone stuck on MI logo, i have tried a lot but phone didn't ON, i visited MI service center in my city Hisar Haryana, i have submit my MI note 3 over there, They provide me a Job sheet dated on 14-May-2016. and told me to take mobile after 2-3 days, On Tuesday i have visited the service center and asked them that phone software is updated or not, they said sory but we had not special cable to update the software of your phone, Please make call next day 18-May-2016 to confirm the status, On 18-May-2016 i have called them approximate 20 times but i did not get any response from there side, Round about 2:00 Pm on the same day i have visited the service center, and asked about my phone, on the reception the guy who was sitted there told Sir this is lunch time, Please come after 3:00pm. i said why you guys were not recieving the call, he didn't answer to me. After too much conversation they said sir your phone software will be update till 12:00 Pm on 19-May-2016, and we will inform your to take your handset from here, Today i called them at 12:30 Pm. they recieved the call and said what was the problem with your handset, and they were telling sir we have downloaded the file but its not working.

                    i wanna ask you Sir/Mam if your authorised service center behave like this, and they dont have proper cables and equipments, how could you survive in market, As per my opinion MI service center service is worst service. If MI authorised service center taking more than 5 days "Only for the software updation" then to repair that mobile they will take a month or may be above. Now tell me what to do

                    Firstly I want you to know that I have received a defected phone.i came to know abt this when i went to service center to repair it.
                    When I handed over my phone to service center executive for repair, they came back saying I have repaired my phone outside, as some kind of Seal is broken .so it will not come under warranty.
                    My question is according to me, my phone is under warranty, so why I need to go outside for repair, There was not any physical damage either.

                    Now these people forced my to pay service charges, without repairing it, when I denied, they kept my phone and misbehaved.
                    How a person can check a product from inside at the time of delivery.i trusted ur brand and now suffering.

                    I have filled a complaint with consumer forum to track this, now will wait for answers on this.

                      A very bad phone... It started giving me problem within next 8 day of buying date. I bought the mobile from amazon india in flash sale. On 6th of may it gave me a problem named as other handsfree fault. I went to service centre at ghatkopar they told me that there is issue with mother board and it needs to be replaced. They said me it will take 10 to 12 working days. I handed my mobile to them. On the 6th day i called them for status information of my mobile and now they said me it will take more 15 to 20 days from now (6th day) as the parts are not available.
                      I just want to say that people spend 10k to buy a new phone and the proble arrives in nxt 12 to 15 days from the purchase date and for service or repair issues does it takes 15 to 20 days to repair or replace a phone? Also people over there in service centre are very rude to you. How can a person believe of living without a brand new mobile purchased recently for next 30 to 40 days. Xiaomi is very bad and poor company with real chinese touch and flavour to its mobile's. Bad bad

                        I've submitted my phone in working condition mi4 64gb worth rs.20.000 on 29th feb 2016 for repair only hang icon issue

                        1. Only hang and display problem was there, then on 10th march they told me motherboard will change and part is not available/ arrived yet

                        2. My phone is under warranty till june 2016, it took 1 month, after whole m/o march they sent a motherboard on april, which was faulty (Not working), which went back to bangalore, on 2nd week of april, they sent a 16gb motherboard in a 64gb box, and installed it and called me on 16th april to collect my mi4 64gb

                        3. I checked the phone and asked the technician, how can he install a 16gb instead of 64gb, he tried to convince me to take 16gb board as now it will take 25 days delay more if not. (Made a fool out of me in customer service center in front of other customers)

                        4. I checked the phone body and found that the back cover is also not familiar that means it was not my phone body, i asked the person at counter he said, smiling we have changed your back cover also may be) i refused to take it and they provided me a new job sheet and closed the old job sheet which was not even acceptable. (Totally not my set at all)

                        I asked so many time regarding the reason for delay of my motherboard and requested to speak with or arrange a phone calls from amit and atul, which they refused and never called me back

                        Each time i call them, they all say same thing we have forwarded your request and they refuse to tell any details, puts my call on hold come back with same reason that seniors are busy amit/atul is busy they will call back which i want like, they ask me to call service center/ or arrange a call for them to service center (Irresponsible behaviors)

                        1. Will my warranty gets extended (Refused by amit and atul / not possible)

                        2. Whats the status of my motherboard and phone. Kindly contact your sales team, im on hold (They said they cant tell that) cant contact sales team

                        3. Why faulty or why did 16gb sent instead of 64gb (No answer/ sorry for the inconvenience caused)

                        4. I asked them if display changed/ and motherboard will also change/ entire phone is dead already..Instead is there any way they can give me a new phone, or any authorized person whom they can discuss if the warranty can be extended as this is the big mistake from there side, (Refused again to provide me any details)

                        5. Requested phone call from tech support team so many times (Never called me)

                        6. Service center (Kamla nagar [protected]) they do not pic calls, when they do they tell me/ order me do not call us, we will call you, refuse to provide status update for my phone.

                        I have all the phone calls recordings as a proof.
                        I request a total refund of my money / or a new phone, they tried to fool me after installing a 16gb board and thought i will not know it, may be not a technical guy who can easily be fooled, they refused to have proper conversation and refuse to give any details for my submitted product, which i found unfair and fraud.

                          I had canceled my order no 5th may 2016 till yet i have not received my refund into my credit card. My order number is [protected] many time i spoke with customer care but they even don't know what is the bank transaction number such a careless team of mi. If a merchant canceled the order within 4-5 working days the amount get credited into the particular customer's account. I don't know why there is a delay in refund.

                              I am rahul sadhukhan, i bought a mi 4 in the month of march, 2016. After 1 month i got an issue of charging that it was not storing charge for some ic failure. I submitted it in saltlake, kolkata service center (Infinity benchmark building). They told it for 7-10 days (As usual) resolution. It is 22nd day i am writing this complain, they are saying the parts are available but there is no reason for delay service from them. I request to take necessary actions so that i get my phone asap.

                                I'm afraid that the redmi note3 doesn't work. It is the third one i've had to complain for the replacement since i got this courier on may 02, 2016.

                                The complain nos are as follows

                                But there is no response towards replacement. The executives are again and again asking the same question, when did you bought this phone, from where you bought. Its my first time i bought from this company and feeling cheated.

                                Please resolve my issue or else i will have to go for consumer forum as there is the only option i left with.

And the phone is reched to ear side the phone light is off and when am take back the set from ear side the phone back light not lighting. I want to press lock button to. Work the back light. The compliant is happening 1st time i think. The screen card problem so i removed autherised screen card of xiaomi redmi not 3. But still the problem is happening. What to do. I am feeling very sad. Just 2nd half weeks only the hand set is purchaised. And am alredy updated the softwere also.

                                    Xioami is setting benchmarks in irritating customers in India. They have no clue on how to efficiently handle customer complaints. Perhaps they should send there service center team to nearest grocery shop to undergo training, there top management should be trained at Samsung service center, if it still does not work then, Xioami India should wind up there India operations and oblige.

                                    I had purchased Xiaomi MAX Gold 32G online from MI store and received the same on 29.10.16< After using few minutes the power has gone. I had called customer care and as per their advice advice I had visited your Xiaomi Mi Service Centre Contact Details as given below on 02.11.2016. After waiting from 12.00noon to 16.00 hours my device had been examined and in absence of me they had opened it in a closed chamber and bring it out and told me that I had damaged it and the battery has been damaged. I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to open the device and I had brought to you in intact. But they refute and force me to accept that the battery has been damaged by myself. This type of lackadaisical attitude cannot be expected from MI store.
                                    As I was very much need for use of my 4G sim and under extremely compulsive situation I had accepted the false allegation of damaging the battery by myself and change the same with a cost of Rs 985/-

                                    Reference to the above with pain and anguish I Sri Goutam Roy want to put on record that the service & product of Mi Max Gold 32G is the worst in INDIA. They are nothing but cheater and use the service centre also how to cheat the customer

                                    The statement of resolve the complaint is totally false. They have neither refund the cost of battery which I have to replaced forcefully by service centre, neither they have told anything about replacement. Its a totally fraud company. Only they have told sorry over telephone. The call received by me on 05.11.16 vide no: [protected].& on 08.11.16 from no: [protected] and also told they have no replacement policy.

                                    Its a great cheating for me of Rs15000/- as cost of the phone .
