This is to inform you that I being a regular Customer of Xiaomi products failed to judge a latest product this time.

On 18th May I placed an order for "Redmi Note 3" from the Mi store and the product was shipped and was received on 22 May around 6:00 in the afternoon.

I unboxed it, switched on the phone to have a look. Later switched off and kept it on charge with the charger provided. Allowed it to charge it...

My mobile Mi4 got damaged it was insured and had deposited at the Mi service centre in bhopal on 19 Apr 16 . They asked for Rs 3000 as advance which was deposited it was promised that set will be repaired in 10 -15 days its more then a month now the set is not repaired, every time i call they give silly excuses tried calling hotline service there response was again unprofessional and pity full...
