I bought a new redmi note 3 on 28 by online service from miui account.
There is a issue with the network in note 3. I call 8 to 10 times in service center
And ask about the solution but they said me that its a update issue once you update the phone it will get resolve but no the issue is still not resolve by the service team. When i said them that please replace the phone so that i can used my phone for which i had paid but no they said no they cant replace the phone its not in their policy. You have to wait for new update.
Its a very bad service given by service team and service callcenter team.
I want my money back.

    Hi,

    I had placed an order on 1st of June for mi 4i drak grey, actually i want to palace an order for redmi note 3 but mistakely mi 4i slected and payment were deducted from my credit card.

    I cancelled that within half an hour but received a msg from that it is not possible to cancel now as it has been shipped so called and request them to cancel the order they informed me that within an hour they will cancel this order, but again i rcvd a msg that it has been shipped so i called you guys again for this as you can check my call records he informed me that he will update to back end and will cancel the order. Otherwise i have to decline this order but as i requested my mother is uneducated and we have 3 order for the redmi note 3 so request them to cancel form their hand.

    And after one day again called and confirmed from your one of your executive that order has been cancelled and staus is also showing as return rejected but don't why u guys delivered that product today and my mother mistakely take this as she thought about other one.

    Please do the needful as i don't want this or replace this with redmi note 3 i am ready accept that product is seal packed.

      On 23rd May 2016 I ordered for MI ear phone, I received my order on May 25th, after 4 days mic in ear phone is not working and call answer and reject button is also not working .I called customer care on 30th May and raised a complaint .They told one of our executive will call you in 24hrs to collect your ear phone, after that no response. Again I called customer care they told wait for some more days they will pick my ear phone.it passed 4 days still no response, again I called 3rd June they told they will check so they will hold my call for sometime, but it was more then 30 mins after they put my call on hold no response they just paly some music I got irritated and disconnected call this happed for 3 times .Finally I shouted at customer care representative at 3 o'l .I got call at 5PM saying we won't provide pick up service for ear phone if you want replacement you can send through courier .This is how they respond to customer .I recommend all my frnds not to purchase any MI products, they don't the how to speak with customer .And they say hassle free replacement with in 10days .Worst customer satisfaction brand .

        My phone was liquid damaged hence i went to one of your service center in navi mumbai in haware towers. I paid 5000 rs got the phone repaired wherin an insurance was also given to me. After i got the phone i realised that the back camera is not working i again went to the service centre who told me to get in touch with the insurance department.

        I did that and after a very long time and end number if follow ups my phone was picked up by your staff.

        Finally i got the delivery of my phone on the 6th of may and once i got the phone i noticed that u am unable to switch on the phone i called one assist for the same.

        One o[censored]r colleague told me that may be out of battery and asked me to keep it in charge for some time.

        I tried everything but it dint turn on.

        I again called n they confirmed the repickup for my phone however nobody called me

        I again called me for more than 10 times
        Finally i spoke to one of your managers lokesh and told him the entire story and he confirmed that the phone will be picked up in next two day after that it's more than 20 days nobody came to repickup the phone.

        Then u spoke to savita on 27th n she confirmed the phone will be picked up in 3days which didn't happen

        Finally yesterday i spoke to priyanka who was dead rude in her talks confirmed that it will be picked up by today.
        However another colleague ms snehal when i called today confirmed it's rejected for what nobody knows.

        My phone was all fine when it was picked up by u guys except for the back camera however when i got the delivery it's non usable as i am unable to switch on the phone

        This is a horrendous behavior anyone can expect.

        I have spent hours and hours speaking to you guys to get it sorted.

        However you do not have even a single well trained employee to look after it

        It's 01st june now still unresolved.

          I bought my phone last month. Now it stop working. I went to service center. Its been 10 days they are repairing my phone. I tried to ask them whats the problem they said they can't tell me. And they are waiting for parts then they repair my phone.

          This is pathetic service from this chinese company.
          I want to sue them for making customer fool.
          I tried to contact customer care they said. We cant do anything.
          They mentally harassing customer by their pathetic service.

          Just got a call for refund.After that number is switch off.I can't understand what they seeking for.

            Dear sir

            I have redmi note 4g and few days back doter board got damaged and i approached your service centers in chennai and reply no parts and it will take 15-20 days and it has to come from china. There are four service centers two are run by tvs electronics in chennai and other two private - one velachery and other anna nagar always ph does not function,

            I spoke to your service centres in bangalore and hyderabad there also no parts.

            I really surprised without spare parts availability how phones are sold in india. This is not only case of redmi note, mi4 also.

            I had decided in future not buy your products since, you do not manufacture in india and availability of spares - nil. Even charger is not available.

            Please launch your product with sufficient part availability

              I had purchased Xaiomi MI5 on 9th of May 2016 through MI directly from the website www.mi.com and was delivered by rocket kommerce llp. The mobile started getting heated very badly while charging and while being used for 5-10 mins continuously . I wrote a mail to the Xaiomi and got a response to visit the service centre for diagnosis. The service Centre guy told there is a motherboard issue after checking for 72 hours (Job sheet no: (JS[protected]) . Then I registered a complaint with the customer care and they told me it would be replaced with in 5 days (complaint id[protected] after this nobody turned up for pick up and i have been following up on a daily basis . Till date (2/6/2016) I have not got any resolution.

              I request if my phone be replaced at the earliest or let my hard earned money be refunded on an immediate basis as i have lost trust in the company

                I have given my phone twice to the service centre.
                1st time there was only a software problem as my phone was not updating its software by itself...i went to service centre ..they told me that ur motherboard will get changed(which i dont think the problem is ). so i gave my phone to them and they asked me to wait for 8-10 days and which i did as i have no option left . after 10 days they provide me my phone which again after coming to my house started giving problem which i haven't encountered before (display problem, hanging etc )
                i went there again(2nd time ) and told them them the problem. they again repaired it ..made me wait a whole day ...some how it worked fine ...i took it and came back home...after 2-3 days it again giving problems (new problems ) like display flickering, getting blacked out, hanging etc .
                so 3rd time i again took it there and they again asked me to leave it and tell me that it will take around 8-10 days more . its been 12 days and still no reply from them so i called them and they told me that it will take around 1 month more ...
                i have already wasted my 20-25 days and still they want more time !!
                i fell like killing them
                plzz sir help me

                  I give my mobile on 2/5/2016 today it take 1 month but they not repair my phone and do not give time how much time taken, my job sheet is i give them and they did not return it me back, there lots of phones of miss by then there no system follow on MI service bodak dev.

                  please give proper solution they are lots unrespect customer and staff have less knowlagr and give unuseless ans when we ask them

                    I ordered REDMI NOTE 3 (32GB) Gold varient mobile from MI android app on 25th may 2016 sale. After placing the order successfully xiaomi ships the product in my shipping address. On 30th may 2016, I recieved the product threw the courier delivery. when i opened it there was a wrong product in that, it was a REDMI 2 (white) phone. I immediately called the service center on the no. [protected]. They told me to send the mail & pics of the delivered product. I mailed them on 30th may 2016 & they reply with an incident no.[protected]
                    After that I called them many times but they didn't gave me any satisfactory reply regarding product replacement. 2 working days are gone after the complain registered, still they are doing nothing & I'm waiting for problem solution. It's a blunder mistake that they send me a REDMI 2 (5, 999Rs) phone in the place of REDMI NOTE 3 (11, 999Rs).
                    Please do needful at earliest.

                      I purchased Mi redmi prime 2 which was sent faulty as its slim slots were not working. They said they will replace it but no puckup has been done since 20 days. They are not even entertaining my calls at customer care and just ask me to wait for pickup. The executives unnecessarily keep my calls on hold for 20-30 mins just to ignore the call as they have no answer to give. They say that they do not have a refund policy and what about the policy in which they write that the replacement will be done in 10 days. Such a fake company and worst experience with this company.
                      I have faced the same wth my red mi note 3 phone...
                      no response and on top of that they make us feel it is our mistake..

                          Reference mi india order number [protected] dated 19th may 2016.
                          I had ordered mi4i from mi india. The order status shows that order was shipped by fedex on 21st may. When you go to track on fedex tracking, it shows that only the label is created.
                          I have tried to contact mi customer service multiple times. Without looking at the facts of the case, they ask customers to be patient and say that delivery will be done in 5-7 days. Also, wrong information is provided over email saying that the item is out of warehouse and customer needs to follow up with the courier, whereas courier has still not received the item for delivery. Its now more than 12 days but still the item is not out from the warehouse.
                          Mi senior executive has confirmed about this but to no avail and the status of the order still is the same.
                          Also, mi does not give option to cancel the order in such situation saying that the order is shipped. This is wrong information provided and just a mechanism to use the customers money already received.
                          A internal complaint number 1759330 has been created since last 4 days and it still is without any updates.
                          I request mi to ship this item and if they are not competent for the same then atleast to cancel the order and refund the money illegally withheld.
                          I was promised that delivery will happen by 2nd June but there has been no update. Again officials gave false promises of delivery which were never completed. I have asked to cancel the order and refund the money. Yet to get response from MI .

                            My Xiaomi Mi 4i Phone's Touch screen broke on 16th of April, 2016.

                            I initially went to a local Mi service center in my city, Patna which is at Kankarbagh Main Road (in front of Rajendra Nagar Railway station) Patna, where the representative said that the screen would need replacement and would charge around Rs. 4100.00 (Rupees Four thousand one hundred only), but cannot take the handset for service right now as the touch screen is not available in India for sometime.

                            I took the service center's number, but that number never connected if I called to check on the availability of the screen. Rather, the entire list of service center numbers available on Xiaomi Mi web site http://www.mi.com/in/ for the Delhi city is either not functional or is never answered. Even their Hot-line number,[protected] available on their website never connected.

                            Then I connected to Mi through their Online Chat Support, and informed that the screen of my handset is broken and then I was informed that they have a service as PickMi, in which they will pick and drop the handset from and to my place and also do the needful repair on payment basis. Like this whole service of pick and drop and repair is paid. Also said the entire process will take around 10-15 days. I agreed to the terms and conditions of the service and initiated the process of pick-up by FedEx Express by making the initial payment of Rs. 189.00 (Rupees One hundred and Eighty-nine only) on 11th of May, 2016. After the payment, the FedEx guy came and picked my handset. Then the Xiaomi Mi people mailed on 17th May, 2016 me to pay Rs. 4540.00 for the repair required (with the below given breakup detail for payment)

                            I contacted them for the status of my handset via mail, I never received any revert. I then contacted Xiaomi Mi on their Online Chat Support service around 26th May 2016 and the representative said that I will receive a mail on the status, which I never did till date (31st May 2016). I have been contacting them on Chat support everyday miserably but they just reply me to wait for some more time. I am not given any exact date and time. I am being mentally harassed. As for work purpose I travel, it is getting really difficult for me to travel without a phone. All my work related important data were in phone (I cannot create back-up as the screen went non-functional). I am without a phone since almost one and a half month (45 days) now. And, Xiaomi Mi people are still non-responsive about it.

                            Xiaomi Mi is not providing any information. Their after sales service is pathetic. If the screen is not available, they should internally transfer all data from my phone and provide me with a new handset at least. Why should I suffer if their product buy-plan and logistics are not proper. Xiaomi Mi has made me feel miserable and this is a case of mental harassment.

                              Still i didn't get my mobile from service center. Its already 1 months 10 days.
                              It is very worst service provided by xiaomi.

                              And i didn't get any reply from your side.


                              As you mentioned above that as per your company their is no replacement policy for mobile. Can you tell me about your company policy regarding the repaired mobile??

                              Mobile cost: 13000rs.
                              Repairing cost:4300 rs.

                              After repairing also if mobile is not working properly in that case what will you do???

                              As per me your company's first policy will be satisfaction of customer. If your customer is not satisfied than no use of your other policies.

I have given the mobile for service on 11 th may 2016 in infotel services, 1a andul raj road, hazra, kolkata-700026, which is an authorized mi care. But after 19 days of keeping the phone with them they are still telling that the parts is not available even if during receiving the phone they told it will be given within 15-20 days maximum.                                   This is to inform that from the last 21 days i have submitted my phone to mi service centre in thane eternity mall work order number pkd/xm/16/00916 and pkd/xm/16/00963. I was told on 9th may that i will get my phone in 5 working days but after 21 days as well i am still not getting reply from anyone i called service centre and they told me that it is pending for some parts and they told me to get in touch with mi and after calling numerous times on mi number [protected] i am not getting any satisfactory answers and everytime they say the same thing that i will have to wait but they are not able to give me the timeframe for how many days i will have to wait. They says that xiaomi doesnt work on timeframe. On 30th may when i called this number again i spoke to one of the agent mithlesh pal and after 17 mins he disconnected the phone without even informing me and than i called again and now the agent shreya was on call with me and than she transferred my call to a supervisor amit and to my surprise mr amit also disconnected my phone when i told him that i need a manager on call. So i called agan and now i was on call with someone named pradeep and everyone knows whats going on but they still wnts me to repeat the whole procedure again so i told pradeep that i want ur manager on call and he told me that u will be getting the same reply again so i said i want to hear the same reply from ur manager and again i was put on hold for 30 minutes and to my surprise there was no manager on line after 30 minutes as well. So i want to know from someone responsible from xiaomi india that whats going on?? Is this the service u provide to ur customers?? And if still i dont get any reply from u guys then surely we will meet with this matter in court. You people just cannot take ur customers for granted. Check ll the details my number is [protected].

                                      Hello, i own a mi4 64gb white smart phone which got damaged due to a fall from the table. The damaged part is the broken screen and hence the touch function is not working. The mobile handset bearing imie no.                                       It has been 25 days but i have not received the product back after complete repairing. Everytime i call them, they reply that parts are not available.
                                      The registered mobile number of the customer is 983*77 and the name is tanoy bose.
                                      Kindly escalate the issue so that the product can be repaired and delivered fast.

                                        I had purchased MI4i, invoice no.[protected] dated 05 nov 2015 through Mi Sale. In January 2016 faced moisture issue and refused to give warranty and took 2000 Rs. But Sim tray misplaced by him. Again waited to give but not received till March hence said to put your phone with job ticket it will come early. So given to service center on 15 March 2016 with job ticket complaint no.JS[protected](During Job ticket your service center person also misnamed complaint also my name shailesh mavadiya but mistakely made ticket of Piyush Kahar-very poor responce) but not coming so long. So i complaint on Toll free no also many times. Then i m take back my phone from your service center on 14 May 16 checked and fount not working, ask the your service center person but he again said no body working here at technicaly so you put your phone. I check phone outside he said that your belt not in your phone.

                                        As your fraud service person in service center, first time my sim trya misplace and took 2000 rs, second time belt removed by your service center.
                                        All are fraud in your baroda service center.

                                        First your service center person take money by anyway.
                                        Secondly thief mobile parts.
                                        Even for simtray which misplaced by your service center i cant get even after 2.5 months!!!

                                        How can anybody trust on your brand when such cases...I cant use my Mi4i since Jan 2016...parts are romved by your service center people.

                                        Hope you improve your service center for valuable customer.

                                        Now i am afrait to put my phone in your service center as again any parts misplaced or thief by your service center.

                                        Very very poor service of Mi service in our city.

                                        I dont expect anything but i lost my money behind yur Mi4i but you should improve your after sale service with trustfull service. I put my phone at home. I may got repair it outside but afraid to give in your service center.

                                        Hope your service center will trustworthy soon for customer.
