My phone is in service center from 75 days. They don't even give the contact details of the person in charge for the same. Customer care just tells that he can't help me with anything. They just repeat the things which I know ( like my mobile number, the date of submitting my phone, inquiry no, etc). And most of the time, they just hang up the phone.
The service operates through a biker runner model in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai; and through Fedex in the rest of India. The company says that the total time taken for picking up a device, having it repaired and being delivered back to the customer is 24 hours for metros and 7-10 days for the rest of India. Also, users will be updated on the stages of service via SMS and e-mail.

    I gave my mi4i for service to a service center on 4th July 2016. The charging jack was to be replaced. They told that the part was not available. They were no ready to tell when the part will arrive. After some discussion, they told that it'll take maximum one week. After a week, they say that it'll take another week The part is not available. Now after another one week, they say that it'll take another one week and that too they are not so sure. I've been suffering huge losses because of the irresponsible behavior of the service center. My phone is under warranty and that is the reason i had to give it to the service center. I even asked to talk to some senior person so that i can file a complaint. But they told me that they do not have any information regarding this.

      Dear sir,

      I started using mi note 3 handset from the last 15 days. I am using bsnl 3g sim, west bengal circle and i cannot access mobile data pack from the handset even after proper apn settings. The sim works fine when i used it in a different handset. When i contacted the customer helpline i was bluntly told to switch to a separate sim (Network provider other than bsnl). But this is not a proper solution for me. I would like you to kindly look into the matter and sort it out at the earliest.

        I had submitted my 'redmi 4g note' handset at your service center new tech solution vashi navi mumbai on 8.12.2015 regarding display problem and lock /unlock key problem. Till date (For more than six month) the problem has not been solved. Your call center and service center told me wait for some days. Sir i waited for last six month, now it is very difficult to wait further. Look into this matter and give your feedback at earliest. I have taken redmi 4g note as good handset but your services are not upto the mark. Every time you taken the feedback on toll free number regarding services of your call centers and service centers but i say they useless for me for last six month.

          This is my second complaint. I had bought a redmi note 4g a year ago. My doter board is not working properly and i approached their service centre in chennai-run by tvs electronics. Two are run by them. Both said parts not avalilable, kindly leave the mobile ph and it will take min 10days to replace the board as they do not have stock. They everything has to come from china to blr and to chennai. I asked for charger - stock not available. It will take 8 working days is the reply. Two other service center's ph not working at all. I called the service center in bangalore, same reply. I do not why they are having service center's without parts. This is the problem with chinese companies-same with lenovo. Chinese do not trust indians, but wants to do business

            Redmi note 3 purchased from Amazon & received on 9th May 2016. Set problem started from 11th day of receiving. Amazon escaped saying return policy restriction. Mi pickup service responded on 23rd May 2016, but no one yet came to pick the set for servicing.

            The problem with the set was MIUI version : 7.1.3.0(LHOMICL) which is having so many problems(No network, not upgrading to higher version, hanging, etc., after rebooting). Followed instructions as recommended by u, but lost lot of data due to not responding by set. After completion of downloading new version exiting by saying "could not found source..." Lost lot of money till.

            Experiencing worst service by Mi service center & Amazon.

            Amazon/Xiaomi selling old version hand sets to customers & cheating to valuable customers.

              I purchased the mi 4i phone six months back from amazon.com. Since i purchased this phone it was getting hitting problem. I thought it was new phone so might be having this issue. After month sometime phone get hang-up and sometime phone restart automatically. Last week suddenly screen was not working. I reached out to the service center and explain the same to them. They opened up the phone. There is some leakage issue from battery. They blamed me that its liquid damaged from your side. I tried to explain them if it is liquid damage than whole phone body gets damage and wet from inside. But they are not trying understand me. They told me to contact online service team and send email to them. I emailed to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com and asked for help but they replied to me to visit service center.

              If for the 13000 rupees i have to pay this kind of problems and face this kind of pathetic service than i would suggest all the customer not to purchase any products from xiaomi.

              If xiaomi diagnosis my device with any lab than they will get perfect picture. Worst experience with xiaomi. As common man i suggest not to purchase any phone from xiaomi.

                Sir,
                With due respect, this is to inform you that on 29/12/2015, i (Amit kumar das) bought a redmi note prime phone (Imei no.:[protected]) from www.mi.com.

                However, i would like to draw your attention to the fact that your product has not performed well because the flash light of the phone always on when the phone is turn off. I am disappointed because, the product does not work properly.

                So, i take your pick up service. The pick up of my phone held on 03/05/2016 by the avijit saha (Ph. No.:[protected]). The pick up company name is infotel & now my phone is your service center (Kolkata mi exclusive service center, arya regency building, no 1, andul raj road, near hazra crossing, behind jatindas park metro station, kolkata – 700026). But my phone not return till date i. E. 14/06/2016. My phone job sheet no. Is mi[protected]m.In this regard i tried to contact with the service center again and again but the said service center paid no heed at all.
                I would appreciate if you resolve my problem immediately or replace my phone. I am also enclosing the copies of my records (Include receipts, guarantees, warranties, contracts, model and serial numbers, etc).

                  Hello team,

                  I purchased a phone of redmi note 2 on www.mi.com. When i received a phone its working but after 10 days phone is not working. I already cross checked phone with other battery and also charged it to 1 hour but still it is not working no led light blinking. I register compliant on your website service.[protected]@xiaomi.com he suggested me to pick me services. He give me time to 24 to 48 hours to reverse pick up phone at your location but still 72 to 96 hour but anyone isn't coming. I suffering from last 10 days and i called on your call center 20 times but no resolution given, all of your employee says your complaint will be forwarded but no such solution till yet. Now time is over i am start publishing against your's at social media. Hope you are understand my problem and contact me as soon as possible.

                    I want to registered complaint against customer care of xiaomi mobile company. I purchased mobile phone on 8th march 2016. There is problem held from 1st day regarding camera error. After one month i have submit that phone to care center of xiaomi. They changed camera & also motherboard. But camera problem not solved by them. I have already complained to the customer care toll free number. From last 10 days they are only giving me only excuses. They are not solve my problem. I am a employee in a company & i have not enough time to call daily to customer care. So please take some serious action on xiaomi. I am very frustrated from this.

                      My phone had a display problems under warranty duration. It was a manufacturing defect. It didnt resolve so they decided to replace the phone. i gave it to the service center in nov 2015 and since then no one is up to taking the responsibility or to give me a date when will i get my phone or till what date will get it or should get it. And last update was they have my replaced phone but still they are not upto the details when will i get it or when should i get it when ever i ask then they either some one is on leave or the server is down or they are waiting to extend the warranty from server.

                        Hello guys.. I have given my redmi note 3 in mi exclusive service center on 21/05/2016 which is located at velachery. They promised that they would return it within a week or so. But then i went there and asked them if it was ready. But there anser was no. And still i didnt get my phone. They always told me that they didnt get the parts. And its been nearly a month. I request the company to take severe action on this issue. And this is true that this will be the last and final product which i will use in my life.

                          I have given my mi4i phone a month back at indiranagar MI service center, they gave me 10 days time for its recovery since then i keep calling to them regarding my phone got repaired or not and they keep on telling me that the mother board stock is out of stock and they extend the date every time. Still i have not received my phone and if you keep asking them why import of motherboard is getting delayed then they cut the phone.

                          This is really ridiculous service given by MI, I will make sure in future that neither i buy this company phone nor will advice anyone else.

They changed my MotherBoard and after 3 month MotherBoard stopped working...they are not taking there responsibility. Because My warranty has been over.. and they are saying that it is an electronic product it can be stop working at any time ...

                              Thats 45 minutes.. 45 minutes i have been waiting that someone would attend the call and respond me,,, finally i gave up and disconnect the call,,, what was that supposed to be,


                              What the hell is exactly happening,,, you guys are making me feel very bad,,, your customer care service is one of the worst service i have ever faced...

                              ? Already it has been 15 days, still your so called the "worst pathetic lamentable piteous tender feeble woeful meager pitiable useless miserable distressing worthless pitiful heart trending paltry puny wretched poignant" service..
                              Every one of the time they would reply me with, and i quote, "humbly wait for couple of days sir".

                              So far the purshase and service from mi.com is a pathetic crummy lousy cheap contemptible crappy grotty inferior miserable pathetic poor rotten shabby sub-par useless worthless one.?

                                Since the day i received in November'15, the mic performance is low and i have to keep one palm on my mouth and speak to others else, it will be audible on other side.

                                It was getting overheated at times when we put for charging but i thought might be due to hot outside climate. When it started overheating on cold day with temperatures exceeding 44/45C, i had given it to service centre in Jayanagar during ~Apr'16 to rectify the above two problems.

                                After keeping 5 to 6 days, they have given it back saying that problems rectified. However, again, it started overheating from last one week and when we keep charging for 1 hour, it is heating up to 48 C which is alarming. Even battery is getting drained fast and everyday morning it is 0 charging left out. At times, getting overheated while speaking for 15 to 20 minutes which is lot of inconvenience.

                                Please let me know how to rectify the problems. This may be unsafe for me to use such phone. Please provide me solution or replace the phone. I have bought the phone through Flipcart.

                                  I have ordered the mi band on 8th june 2016 morning and cancelled the same in the evening before the tracking id is generated, which means the product has not been shipped yet. This was confirmed by an mail and an sms. The same was reconfirmed with the customer care on 9th morning. But they have delivered the material on 11th june 2016, which is not required and the company is denying that they cant refund my money back. I have even spoken to the supervisor, which he had checked and trying to deny in giving my money back.

                                    I had purchased MI4i mobile last October. Since then I have faced some or the other issue with this mobile. The problem ranged from heating, to yellow mark on the screen, then getting struck frequently and finally not getting charged.

                                    My mobile is under warranty and I had submitted at one of the authorized MI service center. Below are the details of job sheet :-

                                    I was informed that the issue was with mobile charging port and that they would try to resolve immediately. Later when stressed on exact date, I was told that the store was under-stocked. They would be receiving the port Max by 6th of June and my phone would be serviced by 8th June.

                                    I never received update from the service center after that. I called back on 10 -Jun to check the status. It was a hercules task to connect to the service center number[protected]. My line got connected after close to 50 continues attempts(Have call log proof). When it finally got connected, I was shocked to hear that it would take another 7 days to service my mobile.

                                    The most appalling part was yet to follow. I somehow managed to get the Service center manager number(Name - VISHNU). I had a talk with him at around 11 AM and had conveyed my grievances. He promised that he would revert back to me by 1:30 PM. This never happened. I tried reaching his number several times between 5:00 to 7:00(Have call log proof) but the line was busy. At 8:00 PM I received message that he was driving, I requested him to show minimum courtesy and call back. This did not happen.

                                    I made a complaint with regards to this to MI customer care. My ticket details - 1835234. Even customer care don't provide specific timelines, unless asked for. I had a talk with floor manager Ravi Shanker, who informed to revert back within 48hrs. As promised, I got a call from customer care person (Mohit) on 11 Jun morning at 10:00 AM. But this call was useless, as he didn't bother to give me any timelines. He just said, he would reach out to the service center and try getting it resolved at the earliest. I have no idea what "EARLIEST" means to them. He left lot of open question - When would he talk with Service center team? When would he call back? What action would be taken with respect to service center? Call was complete waste of my time.

                                    Meanwhile I tried reaching the MI Service Center Kukatpally manager (VISHNU). He was repeatedly cancelling my call. I reached at the service center store in person and made one of the representative to reach him. The conversation with him made me regret my decision to buy MI4i mobile.

                                    VISHNU conveyed me that they have issue with stock and to add to my horror, service cant be possible before 20th Jun. Two things I would like to bring forward here.

                                    First one, VISHNU never bothered to apologize for the inconvenience caused to me by not reverting and picking my call. Next he behaved as if he was servicing mobile for a social cause. Also TVS electronic is different entity and has no ownership over Xiaomi's customer problems. He showed no signs of having morale responsibility.

                                    Second one, VISHNU informed that he tried reaching the concerned team for stocks. Stock dispatch had been continuously delayed, even after raising the issue. Also he informed that there are people waiting from April with regards to issue. I would want to know, what kind of company Xiaomi is running. Why is a product been made, when it cant be serviced?.

                                    It has already taken 2 weeks and I feel it would take an eternity to service my mobile. Pathetic service and an equally aweful Manager in-charge of it.

                                    Somehow I feel MI customer service is lot messed up than I thought. Below are the contents of your scripted mail :-

                                    I have highlighted the contents where I have problem. First of all, you extending apology is going to do no good to me. Had Xiaomi cared for its customer, service time won't be as long as 2 weeks. I am not sure how long the company would survive with this sort of pathetic service.

                                    Second you stated, you understand the urgency of the issue - Total crap. What action item have you planned to take? Have you figured out what is issue and why this issue happened at first place. Did you even bother to connect with the customer or the service team?

                                    Third you stated, you have escalated to concerned team to get resolution on priority - Completely Vague. Which team are we talking about? Who is Sr Manager in-charge of this issue? I cant go on expressing my problems repeatedly to all. Who is the single point of contact - His personal mail or contact number.

                                    Fourth you stated, you would ensure a prompt resolution - Biggest Problem. What do you mean by prompt resolution? Be specific. Is there a problem mentioning timelines? You neither convey as to when I could expect a call from you nor a timeline on when I would receive my device.

                                    Lastly, Taking ownership of the problem - Never say this, when you don't mean it. Ownership doesn't imply sending scripted mail, but to make sure things are resolved at the earliest. Also keeping customer in loop regarding the status of the service.

                                    Today(13th June), I had a tele-conversation with Mr Devendar(Assistant Manager). We discussed on varied points, below are the things we agreed on :-

                                    1) My MI4I Phone would be serviced and handed over to me by 18th June, 2016(Saturday). No further delay would happen. I would be receiving confirmation mail for the same by EOD today.

                                    2) Appropriate action would be taken against the Service center Managar(Mr VISHNU) for not treating customers properly.

                                    3) I would be routed to grievance department once the issue is resolved, to discuss regarding compensation for making me undergo this arduous pain.

                                    Expecting a mail from your end at the earliest. Please feel free to reach me in case of any concerns.

                                    Today is 18th June, I did not receive any communication regarding my phone service. I have sent below mail and hoping to get a response from their end.

                                    Intended Mail Recipient - Sandeep(Manager), Devendar(Assistant Manager), Swapnil & Yogesh(Online Customer Support)

                                    First of all I would like to highlight the trouble I had to undergo last week. On Monday(13th June), I called Devendar to drop me a confirmation mail regarding estimated time of delivery. He informed it would be done by 5 PM the very same evening. This did not happen. Subsequently I spoke with Sandeep after an hour long delay in reaching him. Sandeep informed he would drop in a mail within 15 mins. I didn't receive mail for the next 15 hrs.

                                    I called back on Tuesday(14th June) morning. After another call of more than 1hr with Devendar, I subsequently received a confirmation mail from MI Team. It is very difficult to understand how MI Customer service team works. They commit one thing and never stay on to that. Also I would like to bring to your attention that, I didn't receive "MI India Satisfaction Survey" for the last two call. It ended abruptly.

                                    I had requested for a call back from Sandeep, which I never received.

                                    Meanwhile I checked with Spare Manager at the store(on 15th June), he informed that customers are waiting from April. MI have spare part issue for a long time from now. Pathetic way of treating your customers, making them wait for months

                                    As on today(18th June), I have received no communication from MI after 14th June Mail. Below are the contents of the mail.

                                    "I would like to inform you that approximate 18th June 2016 your device will be repaired, as your complaint has been already escalated to our concerned authority and they are working on it. Till the time, your kind patience is humbly requested in this regard.

                                    If in case it get delayed will make sure to revert you with the proper update."

                                    As per last mail, I assume that my mobile is serviced and I could collect the same from the service center.

                                    I would also request you to connect my call with Sandeep(Customer Care Manager) and Vishnu(Service Center Manager).

                                      I purchased my phone mi4 in october but since then its started hanging. Post that the screen flicked a lot. So today i got the cell phone to the xiomi service center. After 3 hours when my turn came my patience was at peak. Though i submitted and they told to take it in 20 mins. Post that they are saying that the little 1 mm scratch in the dispay outside has broken the LCD. It charge 8400 rs.
