I have purchased the Mi note 3, and due to reason my screen broke and i visited the service centere at "MI Exclusive Service Center, , R-1.88, Regional District Centre, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad 201002" for the repair.

1. They don't have part for repair.
2. They are asking to leave phone for 10-20 day.
3. They will only request for the part if customer deposit the phone.

    Do these people HV work ethics? I don't know whether its mistake of xiomi or service provider HCL. But they should take care of that...I have some yellow spot on my mobile so I asked them how much time will you take to repair..they replied one week...so I go back home and recover my data n reached there next day...so they told it ll take 15 days ..I though its fyn..not a big issue...but when I reached 15 days they said we ll call u when it get repaired...I dint receive till next 7 days..so I went there and asked again..they gave me number n told u should asked on this number then come here...so again I called they told one week... After one week they told 20 days...after 20 days they said again one week...I don't know when they ll return my mobile

      My self vipul jogi from ahmedabad, gujarat (Mobile-[protected]). I have purchase new mi note-3 gold 16gb on 25/05/2016 wide invoice no.[protected], sr no.[protected] and ime1 no.[protected] by online mi site. Yesterday suddenly mobile was not working. I just called to your customer care number for replacement, but no any reply and answer me.

      Today i went to your nearest service station (Maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat) and handover phone to service person, he check the instrument and told me problem in the “mother board”. He give a job sheet no-wxin[protected] dt-10/06/2016, it will be take 10 or 12 days. Now i don’t have any other instrument for use. So i request to you please replace or repair my phone urgent basis.

      Some other company are given 1 month facility for replacement, but your company given only 10 days.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        I purchased one Redmi Prime2 handset by dated 14/Dec/2015 and lost it but I lost it. One day I got a call from your customer care regarding some information collection and she let me clear that if I purchase new Redmi hand set they will get transferred my insurance old to new one.

        After this commitment I purchased new Redmi Prime 2 handset by dated 11/Feb/2016 and called them for the same but its very very shameful that you people are denying for this and walk out from your words.

        I am not single bother for this insurance but the way you are trying to making fool to the customer is very very cheap way. Please don't do these kind of bad marketing activity because you may get achieve your short term goal by this way but in long term you will not be succeed .

        All the viewer also suggested please see all the expect before going to purchase this company mobile because feature is only not sufficient for the consumer.

        Some other brands are there in the market who are fulfilling there words. You are advised to stop your marketing as well as sales after service employee to make this kind of FAKE commitment along with customer to increase the sale.

        But this was very very bad activity done by you. Its my extremely request to top management of Xiaomi India to see and stop this kind of repetition in future as its not good enough for your brand image, rest you are quite intelligent.

          Due to physical damage in screen i contacted customers care they asked avail pickme service . I have send handset through pick me service on 29.05.16 and i got qutation of Rs.3050 on 3.06.16 sane day payment done. To date 11.06.16 i am not getting response from pickme service or customer care . I am very much worried. Xiaomi service centre not having any updation about the mobile . pickme service not having cc no. Not responding to mail. No contact No. For mobile service

When i got delivered it had mic issue and regarding this i have raised a complaint and they called me after 6 days and askd me to semd the product on my cost back to company by courier. As i travel. They are like not professional. And narrating only the same thing. And doesnt hear to customers..

              I had purchased a smartphone which is xiaomi mi 4i on[protected]
              I submitted my phone at service centre on[protected]Job sheet number js[protected]) there was a problem in its audio jack and it was not working fine on[protected] i recieved a call from service centre that my phone has been repaired when i reached there (After traveling for about 160km as i am living in ajmer rajasthan and service centre is in jaipur rajasthan) i found that my cellphone was not been repaired they again submitted my phone (Job sheet number js[protected]) and till now[protected] phone has not been repired

                My self Manoj sharma From New delhi, i have purchased a mobile phone handset Mi4i on dated 28th of oct 2015 via flipcart after purchased phone will working well but after 4 or 5 months it has a technical issue of charging after facing problem the handset repaired by service centre. it will some batter and working normal but after 1 month again fault of networking dropping problem and i am not satisfied with cust care or service centre ! am so tired from daily wise this hell phone problem. finally i am filed a RIT against Xiomi redmi with consumer forum. i am not satisfied with your company.

                  I bought a brand new Redmi 2 prime from Flipkart, and from 1st day onwards, both the sim slots in the phone were not working.. I went to the service center at Park Street, Kolkata.. Informed them about my problem.. They took the ph for servicing and informed me that the sim slot will get changed within 14 working days.. 20 days gone, but still no feedback.

                    I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi2 Prime during Oct15 and recently faced mobile camera issue and hence handed over to xiaomi service centre on 23rd May 15. In which they informed it as board issue and take a week time but till now there is no response and mobile is with me for morethan 15days.

                    Not expected this kind of service from this growing company xiaomi. Very much frustrated and now planned to get back without issue fixation

                          I have purchased the xiaomi mi4i phone through amazon india as on 15.10.2015 that is received by me last week of october 2015. Second half of the feb 2016, it make minor curve in my phone and phone was working properly and in this regard i already convey the mi company through my mi account. And after 15-20 days ie march 2016 screen of my phone get cracked without any external force wherever the company provided the ogs glass and in this regard i contact with mi and amazon customer care. As per instruction of mi customer care i approach with mi service center located at ludhiana (Punjab) and they refuse to repair it within warranty and in this regard we again contact with customer care but my problem is remain as it.
                          Now please replace my mobile set or refund the money.

                            I have purchased redmi note 3 in mi website on 1st june 2016 regarding that product i am facing finger print sensor problem for that i have raised one request for replacement of the product,. But they are not responding properly. They are clearly mention in their faq's for the replacement and cancellation there is option in my order page but there is no such options in their website. For every thing have to consult customer care and they are not having clear information and not responding properly.
                            Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            please guys don't buy your products with mi websites its not worthy and user friendly.
                            I have also bad experience with Xiaomi India. There customer service is also very brust

                              Mi 5 phone did not meet the quality parameters. Xiaomi is doing false promotions of the product. Quoting the display quality from Mi5 website “Premium 3D glass body, curved at the edges to blend seamlessly into a metal frame. Toughened with Gorilla Glass 4 for durability and strength. ”
                              My Invoice date is 2 May and on 3rd June my gorilla glass 4 got broke without even falling. I was carrying my phone(with MI original cover) in my hand and my hand flicked the wall from back. There was not a single bruise on my hand the gorilla glass 4 broke.
                              Service of the company has also gone for toss. Customer service executing did not respond well and kept saying that we dont know anything please visit the centre.
                              MI centre guys said the display is not covered and we do not know about quality. One agent even said that gorilla glass 4 is for promotion only. Over and above that phone needs to be deposited for 15 days even i go for buying the screen which will cost 8200/- .

                                I had purchase this MI4I mobile through flipcard online option in m/o Jan2016. Since that time I ma facing the problem of internet network, it is shown very very poor and not connected maximum time. even in main cities it is also create such issues. I am very frustrate with is issue as not connect the internet properly.
                                I am also using the another set Samsung 7562, and in comparison the good internet connection and speed in such mobile but in MI4I its is not connected and shown bad network.

                                I am very irritate with such issues and requested to please attend my call, So the faith should be there with your company.

                                  I bought a mi4i phone in nov 2015 from their official website http://www.mi.com/in/ early april 2016, i found there was a crack on the screen where i was told by service center in vashi, navi mumbai that this is not covered in warranty as its accidental damage and they need to replace the screen plus panel. I agreed to pay for the repair charges rs. 4500 for rs. 10, 500 phone. I finally got the phone after 10 days and multiple follows ups. On the very same day while taking delivery of the phone, i bought an accidental cover based on the company personnel's advice for additional rs. 500 so even for any accidental damage my phone is covered under warranty.
                                  Next day we discovered that phone screen had same issue where display was not coming up even after them changing the screen so we resubmitted the phone on 2nd may, 2016 where i was told it will take another 7 days to fix it as there as looks like an issue with motherboard. I didn’t hear anything from them so i called the service center on 11th may who said it will take another 4 days as mi india as a company doesn’t supplies parts which delays the delivery. I called them again on 13th may and they said they can’t give me a timelines as the part has still not been received and rudely said that i should call their customer support and not the service center.
                                  On 13th may i finally wrote to their customer support team, they asked me for the necessary details which was shared on 15th may, when i follow up with them they just say we are looking into the issue and have escalated your issue. There is even a lag in the response time and you have to chase them 2-3 times before they respond. I have written to them at least 15 times, called them 3 times plus i again went to service center but still haven't received the phone nor a date by when they fix the phone. I even wrote to people in their senior management including the ceo - mr. Manu kumar jain on [protected]@xiaomi.com after finding his details online but no response till date. Management email id’s to whom email are sent are all valid as there was no email failure delivery notification.
                                  I have been without a phone for last 2 months now and xiaomi i. E. Mi india just doesn’t bother to call, respond or fix the issue. They have stopped responding to me since the time i told them that any further delay will make me initiate legal proceedings against them.

                                    My job sheet no js[protected] of bhubaneswar service centre on dt 18_05_2016. Expected date of return was 01_06_2016. Till date job is not completed. I lodged complaint on 04_06_2016. Again it found no response from the company to give me service. I had purchased mi4i to get better performance. It was my only mobile to use. After using one month i found mobile over heated and fast battery drainage. Job was accepted at service centre to change the mother board and the battery. Job could not completed due to non receiving of above spare parts from company as informed by service center. It is nothing but deficiency of service. Pl. Render me service as quick as possible to over come from heavy financial loss and mental agony. Expecting a quick response. Thanking you

                                      Never ever buy a phone from mi.com!!! You guys have disappointed me big time, purchased an mi 5 order number [protected], heating issue was big time and then auto rotate option was not working, you guys asked me to visit the service centre and even the service centre could not fix the problem and finally you guys replaced the product and now it’s been 10 days, m yet to receive the replacement.

                                      Customer service sucks! Nor you guys know how to speak nor you guys understand what m trying to tell, to retrieve the issue that’s been reported from so many days you guys put me on hold for about 10 min and my every calls goes for about min 30 mins with you people. It’s so disgusting.

                                      Hope to get a resolution asap!

                                        Mi fraud service center at kolkata parkstreet, they are not there for solving customer problem.Yesterday i visited the care because of my phone was booting issue and thats y, i submit the phone, they told me come after 2 hrs, as they said i went there and after that they told there is no software problem motherboard problem, you hv to chng that board and u have to pay 4000 .I told you no need, give my ph back and that phone i repair for local shop of mine that cost only 300..The mi center looting the people.Other incident was a boy from somewhere also cm from the centre for his phone even they also said to him that change motherboard due to liquid issue, out of blue the boy question there is no liquid fell on my phone.How could it be?
