Hi, Its vishal Bhande, recently i ordered Redmi Note 7, from Mi.com official website and i received this product on 8th april at My home town which is Kannad, Aurangabad-431103.

as i ordered this product for my sister to gift her on her birthday which is on 18th Apr 2019. so i requested my friend to not open parcel to keep it untouchable .
and as long as i knew genuineness of Mi.com i didn't care about product.

so my friend take my product at my home and i decided to create video o[censored]n-boxing redmi note 7. i shoot video and after unboxing the parcel i was shocked because first time Mi.com send me "product which was not ordered by me"

so today i raised complaint i know Mi.com will take action on this and give me replacement on product. below i attached video and also product details .

My Xiaomi redmi 6 pro is not working, it's just 3 months used.yesrteday night no problem but today morning the phone was off.I switched it on but it just shows the Xiaomi symbol and doesn't work, what should I do i buoyed it from India but now I am at Saudi what should I do?

    I had purchase a 43" mi 4a pro led tv, the installation of which was to be completed between 12.00 - 3:00 p. M today (I. E 15 april, 2019)

    When i tried contacting the technician, the technician initially ignored my calls and when i contacted him from other phone no., he behaved very rudely, unethically and said he is not required to answer all my questions and installation will be done when he feels suitable to do it!! He talked in a very inappropriate manner and his language was not that of a civilized person.

    I request to kindly do the needful in this regard so that dignity of a customer is taken care of by the company

      Hi, i am using poco f1 from last two month's, recently a new update comes and i updated my phone into new miui verson after updating the device i am suffering lot of problems
      1: from left hand side my phone display is burning too much as i play pubg or i chat on whatsapp
      2: when i call someone or while recieving call nothing is happening and automatically my smartphone stop working and automatically it reboot, or while opening some other apps this same problem is being occurred, i'm too much fedup by this problem
      3: my phone is not working smoothly as it used to be before.
      I have done all reset work and deleting cached data of all apps but the prob is same. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible or less replace my device

Because the videos on this set are not being played on the notch screen.. And camera is also not working on notch screen.. I would like u to take this problem a serious one...             I have been using mi phone for atleast a year and my mobile is redmi 3s. The last system update on my mobile came about 3-4 months ago now i am having a problem in storage as my internal storage device is nearly full and i am unable to free space in my system due to no system update and it is being continued for nearly 4 months now.. Please give new system update soon as the latest update on my system was version 10.2... Please provide with new updates as soon as possible..

              I am getting "for better photo clear the lens showing on the screen". Its been only 4 days since i purchased and i am not getting replacement when i went to service center they just reinstall the software. This how you treat your customers by giving them fauly mobiles. Please check my issue its only comming some times. So while if i keep it like this the 7 days will over you will not give any replacement. I purchased mobile from kerala and i am in bangalore now
              Software update m kya phone Ko Khola gya kya...??? Batana same issue

                Hi,

                Regret to inform you that I have bought Poco F1 on 5th Sep 2018 through Flip kart Flash sale, after 4 months the screen started burning from Top right side of the phone, beside notch. immediately I went to MI service center at Marathalli Branch, sad to say this they rejected to take my Phone.

                Really felt bad. decided not to buy any Mi models in future, also will not suggest any of my friends to go for Mi Models.

                Let me know what is solution here? I know that I am complaining after warranty period, expecting positive response here.

                  From last three weeks i am trying to buy redmi note 7 pro and you guys are coming with so limited stocks that the sale does not lasts for two seconds. You guys are manipulating the sales in your way and creating a hype in the market. It does not matter how good your phones are, if a person who is struggling to buy the phones from last one month even if he have the money then it sucks. If you don't have the stocks then don't come with these frequent sales,
                  First complete your stocks than bring the phone in market. You guys are just playing with indian people's emotion. I was using mi products from past 4 years but from now i will be not wasting my time and money on mi. You lost me as your customer.

                    On 8th apr-19 i received ordered xioami sports bluetooth headset. But the same is not working. No responce from the earphone, no visible light, tried to charge it but not charged & was unable to connect to any phone.
                    I registered complain through customer service number & every time they came up with same answer that "our executive will call within 3 to 4 hour's time & will take care further" but till now i have not received any call.
                    They are saying refund is not possible but they will replace the item but no action taken till now

                      I'm having redmi note 5 pro, which i bought on 4th august 2018.
                      I want to log a complaint regarding cellphone bending.
                      As my cellphone is bended.
                      It is in working manner but it is bended and i'm not sure that this would be a problem situation for me or not as i'm still using it.
                      It is in guarantee period.
                      As my cellphone is in guarantee period is it replacable.

                        Actually i gave my redmi headset to the customer center in pathnamthitta which is near my hometown, which was not working properly and that product was in warranty period also. (I had given all valid bills and invoice as proof)
                        So i demanded a replacement of the same product, but till now they didn't contact me and not picking my call also.
                        What would i do with this poor service

                          I have purchased Mi Note 5 pro, since then for every 2 months I'm getting internal display problem. My screen is automatically getting a white spot at the edge. I continuously changed my display for every 2 months. I complained Mi customer care about this issue. They clearly said it is an internal problem.
                          They said they will change the display and will not get the problem again. But this is repeated continuously since one year. I have changed the display 3 times in a row for every 80days. I have all the details, that the store people accepted and changed the display. This is not going to be happen anymore, I cannot change my display continuously.

                          I trusted and believed but nothing went right, Now I need a proper solution for this. I will not leave this issue. You people cannot simply bluf[censored]s.

                            Guys please be careful while ordering from mi.com they have pathetic after sale service.
                            I purchased the recently launched redmi note 7 onyx black 4gb/64gb version from mi.com. As i was setting up the new device i noticed that the touchscreen won't work and that the product i received is defective. I raised the complaint on email on 1st april 2019. I was asked to send them videos and pictures of the defective phone over email which i obviously did. I was assured on call from mi on 3rd april 2019 that the replacement will be done in 24 hours. However, it's been 7 days since the call and i still haven't received the replacement. I called mi multiple times and also communicated the problem over multiple emails. However, i am only given fake assurances and nothing is been done in reality to process the replacement.

                            After 2 weeks of continuous emails and calls to their support team the defective phone was replaced. I also had to take help of social media sites like Facebook and Twitter so get my issue resolved. I continuously posted my complaint on their Twitter and also commented on their post on Facebook. This helped me get the replacement.

                              I had ordered a redmi 6a 2gb/16gb on 8th of june at rs. 6000/- and it's almost 3months from buying all of sudden it's speaker stops working and after this i'll reached at lajpat nagar service centre only the speaker is not working although everything is working very smoothly they ask me to give them some time for checking it and return back to you after 25mins they call my name and saying sir your motherboard and your display has to be replaced... And as i above told you everything is working smoothly except the speaker... They give me the estimate of rs.6300/- including tax or as i bought the mobile at rs.6000/- only i'll ask them to give me back my phone, even in the period of warranty they do this to me... So i am complaing about that xiaomi is making fool to the customer... Please help me in this matter... Thanks

                                I regret to inform you that i have baught a mobile phone of yours company there is a problem in display i have discussed with service centre and they have changed my ph display and after that same problem is coming in 1 month and today i visited that service centre and after submitting the ph and after 2hr he told me water comes under the phone and they denied to replace it and he has changed 118 from me for consulting charge. I am also attaching the bill will all details please look into it. Otherwise i will take further action.

                                      Suddenly my 43 inch 4a pro tv is not turning i had raised service request on 4th april and engineer was suppose to visit on 5th april but nobody has contacted me nor any one visited to repair our tv i am trying to contact engineer but he is not accepting my calls
                                      I have been using your devices from past 3 years but i had never expected this kind of treatment from such reputed company

                                        I am Mohammed siddiq Ali from Hyderabad I used Redmi Note 5. it's a fantastic phone. so few days back my phone was fall down so my phone is not start again and it's little bit bend from the back cover.I went to service center at abids Hyderabad so they check my invoice and they asked 120 rs, I said my phone is still in warranty why are you charging for they were starting arguing. I just keep quit at that time. after two hours they called me and asking me rs 12563.46 for repairing I said no need to repair then I went to again the service center then I asked for bill of 120 rs they deny to give me and they was very rude behavior on me. after that they give the bill but they won't stamp and sing on it they are deny to do it. then I called costumer care they deny to help me

                                        please rectify my problem tell me why they are taking money when my phone is in warranty. please take action and compensation ASAP or else I have to go to consumer court will take legal action I trust on india law.

                                        please find the attachment I am sending you inspection sheet its mention better have to change but my better is in good working and I don't know for they charging about Rs 12563.26.
