On 30 apr 19 three fraud transaction has been done using my debit card to order some mi product.
As it's done by some unknown person i don't have order i'd.
The transaction details are attached in the photo.
Kindly cancel the order as earliest as possible to help me get my money back.

    My order no is [protected] with the name sayali sanjay tambave, i have booked poco f1 mob on 19th mar 2019 but they didn't deliver mob till 25th mar 2019 (As its a birthday gift) and they have returned the produc n 25th may. Customer care informed me that refund will be processed within 8 days but still i have not received refund. I have called so many times to cust care but nobody is telling about refund.

    I want my cash as soon as possible s i have made payment through credit card and am getting interest for the amount.

    Such worst experience with mi.

      I am ordered redmi y3 on 30 th april 2019. But yet to be it cannot shipped. Only shows shipping shipping and they give wrong informations about the product tracking. I am totally confused and tensed. I must need the product before 7th may 2019. What irresponsible service. Very disappointed. What can i do? What wrong with them? What was the solution.. Please provide as them as fast reach the product on my hand

        Myself Pradeep Kumar from Dilshad Garden Delhi. Mi user from 10 years.

        Today i was gone your service centre for repairing my mi max prime. Issue in my handset is that my mi account is not login from 2 to 3 days and my handset is charging very slowly your mi store executive said that it should be repaired in 2 hours then after 7 hours they said sorry sir your handset has been dead i said what, what do you mean by sorry sir how easily u can say your handset has been dead without any warning without any written bond sign by me how u can say my phone has been dead. They said its our mistake we did not inform you in advance and written warning letter signed by you that's our mistake sorry sir. Without giving warning and conditional bond how can they dead my handset i am giving well conditional handset to your service centre. Please request you to resolve my problem i want my handset in well condition or refund my money asap. Take necessary action againt your mi store.

        Please note that if the request is not considered favourably, i lodge a police complaint against your store and may approach consumer forum and mrtpc for redressal.

          I ordered a poco f1 phone of mi. Got it delivered after 4 days. On checking the phone i saw that the seal was broken and the phone was not working.
          On talking to customer care, the company executive was not willing to help me. The executive told me that there is no refund available and the replacement is cancelled. This used phone is all ive got now with me.
          Please help me and take action against xiaomi india.

            Hello dear,

            I am MI user, purchased Pocco mobile, few months earlier but my experience is very bad, i am not fully satisfied i had experience so many hang issue yet even its only after few months your product shows me actual performance what you guranteed and myth about this phone that it is flag ship killer and all fakes now
            I purchased this phone with very excitement but all has gone now after use it and so many hang experience and other too on this . Fully dissatisfied,

            This is the service you provide to your customer?

            Refund my amount back..or do something else,

            I need urgent action from your side, otherwise in future i am not gonna purchase mi mobile, even also give actual negative experience what i faced yet to anyone who will ask me about your product and service.

              Xiaomi india is making fool of customers in name of flash sales. The product comes in stock at 12.00 pm and is out of stock at 12:00:00:00:01 pm. If you guys cant have enough supply, first increase the production and then try to sell the products! Cheats. I can't understand how indias number one brand can be ignorant of such a serious issue. They keep launching new phones but the products are never stocked enough to keep up with customer demand. Ex mi fan!!
              Sir, recently I have purchased Mi TV 4 X pro.they delivered it on 25 /04/19. In the morning. But installation is not done till now. When we are calling to installation service person, he is not answering properly.and he is not coming for installation. So please take action on this . thanking you sir.my mobile no .[protected]

                From last 2 days my mobile is having auto off problem. When i contacted service station (Pune) they told me that there is issue with battery you need to change it. I have explained them that i have purchased mobile on 28.04.2018 and battery backup is fine.
                They have told me that we have checked your mobile it is because of battery.
                I have paid rs 1355/- for the battery. And from the same day night it started giving same problem of auto off.

                I thing they have unnecessary changed the battery as there was no issue with the battery. And they have cheated me for above amount..

                  Hello, I'm Rahul Kumar from bokaro, jharkhand. Me buy my new mi note 6 pro in the month of January 2019, but after 2-3 months my phone battery getting drained very fast and doesn't give me backup, so i take it to Xiaomi(annapurna service) care which is situated in ranchi, after checking my phone, they said to me that sir you have to give a some of 1356 Rs. Because your battery is licked and it have some physical damage(but I'm never opened it before in any local service center), after hearing that I surprised because my phone is in warranty, then why they charged me. After discussing they didn't change my phone battery after I paid the Bill then they repair my phone. So please justice my problem.

                    Sir,
                    I purchased redmi y2 through flipkart on 19 feb 2019 after 2 month the display of this phone is not working the phone is in Worrenty so i search the customer care Centre i found one in ghatkoper and 2nd in CST Mumbai because my office is near to CST station so i went to customer care CST to resolve this problem after some procedure miss shally told me that the part of this phone is not available here then I asked if there is another customer care Centre having this part she replied yes in Ghatkoper east mumbai and she phoned in ghatkoper customer care Centre for confirming the part and they confirm that the part is there.
                    But i went ghatkoper customer care Centre the tell me there is no part in this Centre i told that CST customer center asked in morning and I came evening in same day bus the guy named MANISH JAISWAL behave me that i m telling lie and the behavior of this guy is very bad I asked tell me if tere is any other Centre is having that part or not and I don't know whether he is not able to tell or not telling purposely.
                    I asked please give in writing whatever you so that I m. Having proof that you actually not having the par but manish refuse to do that and said do whatever you want. After that I requested please do ASAP or tell me the other customer care Centre having the part.
                    Next day I called and ask for the same and they reply wait for 3-4 days means I have to waste my time for this I totally assumed these guy is waste my time so I google other service Centre and called one situated in prime mall vile parle and they are having the part and I went and thanks to this team they resolve my problem.
                    My concern is only that that manish jaiswal is waste my time he is non co-operarive and don't know to behave with Customer.

                        I have purchased mi led tv from amazon, received delivery yesterday and today i have raised my installation request. Tge guy have called me and he was talking very rudely to me. He was not listening me at all. He starts abusing me as well.

                        The guy name was amit dogra and he has no sense to talk with their customers.

                        Xiaomi you need to think about this guy. He is not beneficial for your business.

                          I wanna buy mi note7 pro in sale and when they started sale in mine store i immediately pressed buy option it showed that it is taking to the payment page and is still loading and then after a minute it showed out of stock. So my question is xiaomi giving proxy rights to mi. Stores or other mobile showrooms to opt in flash sales as users who are ready to buy it in the sale are not getting them. So is xiaomi trying to sell them in high price offline
                          I have a MI Redmi 6 mobile which is under warranty and its fingerprint sensor has stopped working without any reason.
                          The condition is totally in great condition but I have been facing this issue since yesterday.

                            This is second time, I am raising the complaint. I have been suffering with damaged OEM handset from one month. I purchased on 27 March 2019 and first day it was creating issue network and sound. I have to call customer care every day but they are making us fool and misguide. I also visited two times service center, they reset setting but not become successful then again went to service center and replace sound section part but problem is as before. I got job sheet and share with MI CC email but they are saying, please visit again and give us another job sheet. I am not able to receive or take call without helping of headphone. All person are irritating me.I have been mailing and contacting Mi CC online and service center since last one month. They ask to me to visit again and again Service centre

                            I have been facing this issue since first day. This is OEM defective piece.
                            They are irritating and force me to repair again and again. They are making the customer fool and perplex to send service center.

                            Kindly help us to get resolution asap.

                            They are deceiving the customer to send service center again and again.

                            Please help to changed defective piece or refund money.

                            There is no any shame to Xiaomi team to closed it without solution.
                            I have been suffering since 27th march, I had visited several time in service center but set is not repairs
                            First day I was telling to replace 10 day guaranty period but not replace and again n again force to go service center.They are not giving job worksheet against it although I have been talked to customer care centre manager.
                            Please take this set, we not replace or refund, It is useless for me.
                            Do not close this call. It is big deceiver with Indian people to sell Chinese item with foolish and stupid idea.It is robbered

                            I have been complaining since 5 months but issue not resolved after 14 times visited. They did not give us job sheet. Online support ask for job sheet for futher investigation, we do talked with service center person for job sheet then say us online support, there is no need for.

                            We have not been helped while mail and twitter to Mr.Leijun and Mr. Manu kumar jain.
                            Why are they doing so in this case.
                            We said, please take away this handset, no need replace or refund but not answering

                            Who will help me? Kindly suggest.

                              I have purchased 4xpro 55inch tv from mi.com, and it was delivered on tuesday 23/4/19 by 3:30pm and the online invoice was received by 9:30pm of the same day.

                              Because of this delay in communication installation slots on 24/4/19 were full. I contacted customer care, where i have been asking for installation on 23/4/19 it was denied by customer car person even i informed customer care that i will it sel[censored]npack by recording a video this was also denied, and they denied to share your mail id also saying it is not the process. Post which my slot was booked for 25/4/19 (6:00pm to 8:00pm) when i contacted the service person by 6:00pm he replied back today he cant visit, again i have called customer care the consider person said installation person will come by 8:30pm.

                              Installation person have not turned up even the above said time. Again thrice i ve contacted the customer care people are attending the call and said they will connect to supervisor i ve waited for about 3hour still supervisor didn't pick, again i ve contacted customer care the customer care person without informing me in the middle of the conversation my has bee put on hold for 45mins this is very pathetic even after saying which all products i ve bought earlier fro mi. I am very sorry to say that have been really disappointed with the response from mi customer support. I do have an audio proof for the all above said.

                              Note:

                              Customer care person said as a process installation will happen only as per the time slot now the installation time slot has been changed by mi without notifying customer. Now where is the process???

                                  I have recently purchased redmi note 7 pro and i have enabled face unlock, surprisingly it is even working for my sister (She is not my twin sister) if this is the case then how can we trust face unlock?? It might even work to the people who are little similar to me. If this is how it works then face unlock in redmi note 7 pro should be considered as a failure

Can you please replace my mobile?. I gave my mobile to the local service centre in madurai (West perumal mastri street). They checked and the didn't replace my mobile. They simply said there is no problem in the mobile. But still now i am having the same problem.

                                      It is a request regarding the redmi6
                                      I purchased this phone from amazon on 1st april, order was received on 5th april with broken seal, and there was no phone inside the delivery box.
                                      Complaint was logged at amazon services, however they refused to provide any assistance, post which we communicated with consumer court and they advised us to register a complaint with xiaomi in order to track the current location of the phone via imei numbers.

                                      Would be really appreciated if you can assist us in this matter.
