Guys please be careful while ordering from mi.com they have pathetic after sale service.
I purchased the recently launched redmi note 7 onyx black 4gb/64gb version from mi.com. As i was setting up the new device i noticed that the touchscreen won't work and that the product i received is defective. I raised the complaint on email on 1st april 2019. I was asked to send them videos and pictures of the defective phone over email which i obviously did. I was assured on call from mi on 3rd april 2019 that the replacement will be done in 24 hours. However, it's been 7 days since the call and i still haven't received the replacement. I called mi multiple times and also communicated the problem over multiple emails. However, i am only given fake assurances and nothing is been done in reality to process the replacement.

After 2 weeks of continuous emails and calls to their support team the defective phone was replaced. I also had to take help of social media sites like Facebook and Twitter so get my issue resolved. I continuously posted my complaint on their Twitter and also commented on their post on Facebook. This helped me get the replacement.

    I had ordered a redmi 6a 2gb/16gb on 8th of june at rs. 6000/- and it's almost 3months from buying all of sudden it's speaker stops working and after this i'll reached at lajpat nagar service centre only the speaker is not working although everything is working very smoothly they ask me to give them some time for checking it and return back to you after 25mins they call my name and saying sir your motherboard and your display has to be replaced... And as i above told you everything is working smoothly except the speaker... They give me the estimate of rs.6300/- including tax or as i bought the mobile at rs.6000/- only i'll ask them to give me back my phone, even in the period of warranty they do this to me... So i am complaing about that xiaomi is making fool to the customer... Please help me in this matter... Thanks

      I regret to inform you that i have baught a mobile phone of yours company there is a problem in display i have discussed with service centre and they have changed my ph display and after that same problem is coming in 1 month and today i visited that service centre and after submitting the ph and after 2hr he told me water comes under the phone and they denied to replace it and he has changed 118 from me for consulting charge. I am also attaching the bill will all details please look into it. Otherwise i will take further action.

          You guys sucks on your flash sale #. From last three weeks i am trying to buy redmi note 7 pro and you guys are coming with so limited stocks that the sale does not lasts for two seconds. You guys are manipulating the sales in your way and creating a hype in the market. It does not matter how good your phones are, if a person who is struggling to buy the phones from last one month even if he have the money then it sucks. If you don't have the stocks then come with these frequent sales, do something by which you can increase the sale duration. You guys are just playing with indian people's emotion.

            Suddenly my 43 inch 4a pro tv is not turning i had raised service request on 4th april and engineer was suppose to visit on 5th april but nobody has contacted me nor any one visited to repair our tv i am trying to contact engineer but he is not accepting my calls
            I have been using your devices from past 3 years but i had never expected this kind of treatment from such reputed company

              I am Mohammed siddiq Ali from Hyderabad I used Redmi Note 5. it's a fantastic phone. so few days back my phone was fall down so my phone is not start again and it's little bit bend from the back cover.I went to service center at abids Hyderabad so they check my invoice and they asked 120 rs, I said my phone is still in warranty why are you charging for they were starting arguing. I just keep quit at that time. after two hours they called me and asking me rs 12563.46 for repairing I said no need to repair then I went to again the service center then I asked for bill of 120 rs they deny to give me and they was very rude behavior on me. after that they give the bill but they won't stamp and sing on it they are deny to do it. then I called costumer care they deny to help me

              please rectify my problem tell me why they are taking money when my phone is in warranty. please take action and compensation ASAP or else I have to go to consumer court will take legal action I trust on india law.

              please find the attachment I am sending you inspection sheet its mention better have to change but my better is in good working and I don't know for they charging about Rs 12563.26.

                Repeatedly there is a booting problem in my handset redmi note5 pro. This is forth time i have been to the service center at (Saltlake, sector v, kolkata) because the handset is unable to complete the booting process. Each time the service center updates the handset i loose my entire data and moreover the handset updates its version at its own will hence it becomes a very big problem if i am on tour or travelling. Then i am like without a phone. I am facing this problem repeatedly and the service center is unable to give me a permanent solution. I have purchased the set on 7th oct, 2018. Please arrange to exchange the set with a new one immediately as it is within 6 months of purchase.
                Expecting quick and a positive response.

                  Sir i wish to buy redmi note 7 pro and was not able to get it from last 1 month, each time the staff tells me to come back as there is no stock and all have been sold.
                  The staff is black marketing the mobiles as they say that tokens are already been disbursd. Day 1 i reached at mi store at 11.30 they said they gave tokens before 9 am. 2nd sale day reached there 10. Still same reason said they disbursed tokens before 9 who were waiting in line since 5.30 am that is blatantly lies
                  Pls take action. Now im gonna wait over there since 7 let me see whos gonna be there at 9 am and record it.

                    Crowd funding 2 months back for 2499 INR .company asked for 1 month time.but after 2 months passed executive called and requested me to switch the color because blue color was not available. For same he offered me additional 500 discount so the shoe will now cost me 1999INR as a compensation for company's fault in delay. But today when i got the f code and 500 discount coupon the price on web site is changed to 2999. So after applying 500INR coupon the price is 2499 this is same price at which i booked my choice color shoe.
                    Now
                    1st took 2 months time
                    2nd changed my choice color
                    3rd convinced me by offering 500inr discount.
                    4th changed the deal
                    What kind of cheating game is mi india playing with us?

                      I have been trying to buy xiaomi, s new launch redmi note 7 pro since last three weeks but not able to book as the stock gets over within 5 seconds. They don't have sufficient stock to provide and hence play the game of flash sale which gets over within 5 seconds. The company is fooling general eople on the behest of selling hones through flas sale model which is not sufficient and hence you can find the same phones on amazon.in at elevated prices. Hence requesting you to take action against such flash sales which are propagating black market of these handsets. You can check the same complaints by other users on the official facebook page of mi.com/in
                      We want to play Amazon Prime videos and Netflix in the TV
                      but it doesn't support them.

                          I PURCHASED MI TV 4X PRO 55 INCHES ON 23rd MARCH,
                          I am very disappointed from you i raised installation request for 25th March (3 pm to 6 pm). The engineer came and opened TV BOX and installed, when he was trying to switch ON TV with Remote it was unable to SWITCH ON.

                          Later he tried multiple times doing same and conveyed me that there is a problem with Remote, you please raise a complaint to customer service. Later on 25th March i raised a complaint and another message came as Repair request has been registered for Mrach 27 2019 (9.00 AM to 12.00 PM). On 27th Service engineer came and checked TV and later said that problem is with TV sensor not working and he recorded Videos and took photos of TV and went away.

                          On 28th March i called Service Manager and he said that we have requested for exchange of TV, We will let you know once i get approval for new TV.

                          On April 1st i called customer care and they did not provided me the status of my issue or did not provided the solution for the issue.

                          I request XIAOMI India to refund my money and take your TV back as service is VERY VERY VERY BAD.

                          I think MI don't want to help customer after sales, they only believe in sales.
                          All redmis except redmi note 4 support BSNL 4G. Pl replace the set. Or recall all the products.

                            L recently bought a phone redminote 7 pro in red colour but after shipping they tell me the shipment has been canceled excepted delivery for the phone is 31 mar but it was not delivered till yet. Then i told to company pls reship my package which was canceled due to technical issue i face too much prblm form this act so i want pls reship my order as quick as possible because we are not able to order easily on sale days because it became out of stock within seconds. I ordered my phone by mi.com my orderid-[protected] so kindly solve my issue or throwout this cheater company out of lndia... Pls government of lndia
                            The recently launched BSNL 4g networks in Coimbatore, Tamil nadu, works on every redmi devices except redmi NOTE 4. This problem is due to missing of LTE BAND 1(2100mhz) bandwidth. I would like to get this problem cleared by introducing any SOFTWARE UPDATES or i would like a replacement or refund.

                                On what Base u rejected my order? 2) how can delivery boy decided the product is not acceptable? 3) how can u give authority to illiterate people right to verify the product? Product? 5) Last thing why you not refunded money immediately as u r denying the wrongly my product.                                   Hello, yesterday (27/3/2019) at 10.55 am, i gave mi 4a handset to service center at sreenivas electronics exclusive service center of mi in gulbarga, there was a broken glass display of handset, i took token and told them the complaint they asked to me to come after 4 hours but i went at 6, the handset was not ready i kept waiting till 6.45 finally i received the handset with same broken display and the lock button with volume button was not working when i got the handset n the engineer was talking in such inappropriate n rash manner, felt like visited some road side service center, i did not receive my handset in good condition further got the volume button broken n he pasted it with cello tape, such type of service is mi providing? Who is gonna pay the volume button amount and what about the rude person, sorry to say taking this issue furthermore in all way possible, this improper behavior is not acceptable, coming from lawyer family this behavior and improper service is unforgivable.
                                  My mind totally upset because of xiaomi.i purchase four months but complaint continued three months.i am going to visit service center in twenty times and ten times job sheet.not responsibilities customer care, service center all person's not clear my problem

                                    I ordered a mi note 7 on 13th march mistakenly and cancelled it immediately. But my refund hasn't come yet.

                                    I have already sent my bank statement via email and checked with my bank also.
                                    They say it will be back in 8-10 days. Its been over 15 days.

                                    I was a big fan of Xiaomi handsets and using Xiaomi mb only from long but my recent purchase of redmi note 5 pro disappointed me. Since I have purchased this model from Flipkart sale last year facing one and other problem with mobile.
                                    did you get your refund.. how many days it has taken.. plz plz reply.. i got exact same problem. i had ordered poco f1 on 21st march and cancelled it but no refund yet.. plz reply if you got it..

                                      I mr. Ravi mekala and i purchased redmi note 5 pro mobile from flipkart through online dated[protected] from the second week of purchase, the volume button does not work suddenly it's stopped. And i searched and learned via youtube video for the solution of the problem and i have done my mobile reboot then it works as usual but after doing it works only for a while and does not work the volume button again. So i've visited to the mi customer care in proddatur and i explained the problem briefly to the people. And they taken my mobile keep in their service point for an hour after they returned and said that your mobile repair is over. Then i left from them but the trouble came just 6 hours after the repair was over. And the customer care person says if this problem persists you should change your mobile software...! I do not understand!!! Why should the software change to this small problem? And it's deeply hurting and very sad for me. Please solve my problem.

                                        My pocohone f1 (3months old) was considered out of warranty, it was working fine only the camera is not working... I had visited mi service center they informed the phone is slightly bend (Keeping in pockets) it was not pressurized. As there are not dents no scratches or any openings for the phone. Internally there is dent beside the camera module but outside there is no dent or scratch. The phone costs ₹19, 999 and mi wants me to pay ₹16635 for the repair. I was question by mi that the phone was pressurized... But it was not pressurized.. There are no scratches or dents or any openings to the phone. The bend is also not noticeable until u place the phone on a flat surface. If keeping the phone in pockets bents it... The battery is bent, the display is bent, the motherboard is bent and there is dent beside the camera module internally but from outside there are no defects... And after all this also the phone is working absolutely fine like before. So either the quality of the product is not upto the mark or the device was faulty from before.
                                        Xiaomi India had launched redmi note 7 Pro and 7 and there flash sale was on 20 March and I am not able to buy the phone because there are no phones available please do something of this company because it gives false promises to their customers
