Hello,
My name is ashish i'm doing job at the wireless cafe as a store manager
My concern is that. Our distributor and all the mi pp distributor's have same word for billing.
I'm1 talking about all the xiaomi hot models. Like a xiaomi note7 pro to shoes every thing but the main question is that
All the people's/customer's come to our store they have same questions for the stock?
It's like note 7 pro 4gb/gb, pen, shoes etc
But why?
I know companies always doing this type of strategies for goodwill and also gain boundation with customer's but for limited time. But i see several time's and year's they provide me same irresponsible services

I want all the xiaomi products on my store with no issue's gurantee as well as i want all the xiaomi phones like note 7 pro and pen's and all the whole things. Which is needed in market.
That's my opinion

    I purchased redmi note 5 pro mobile 10 months back. Now i am facing issue with mobile as getting switch off everytime even battery is above 50 %. When i visited mi service center in koramangala, bangalore, i have been waited for 2hr 30 min and they are not cooperative in answering m yquestions. Finally they are saying that it's a mother board problem. We cant do anything. I requested them for replacement. Then they said that, we cant do from our end, please contact customer care. And they charged 120 rs for addressing my mobile issues.
    I gave my mobile at Normal Service center, i told the problem what iam facing issue with RedMI Note 5 Pro mobile. He checked the mobile completely and asked for 350 Rs to repair my phone problem. And i asked, what exactly the issue is, he told liquid damage happen to mother board, so due to that phone getting switched Off continuously. Not a big problem, i will make it workable. The same problem told by RedMI Service Center and asked for 8000Rs to repair it. But a normal service center guy did it for 350 Rs and finished it 2 Hrs. After that 1 day i am observing my phone, whether i am facing the same problem. But its not. Its in good condition.

    Now tell me, why stupid RedMI Service center Technicians asked for 8000rs?? That to they took 2 Hrs to inspect about phone condition, i, e mother board problem. But here a small service center guy is telling within 5 Mnts?

    This is how RedMI Service Center service to the customers.. RedMI is a Worst Service center.

      I purchased a mi 4 tv of 49 inch and a wall mount for same tv, while ordering i entered my pin code and it shown me the tv will be deliver with in 3 to 7 working day, so i ordered and paid for it. After payment my order got divided into 2 sub order and started showing my address is not serviceable for tv. When i contacted there service center they told it is some technical issue so don't worry your tv will be delivered with in 7 days and tv will be out of warehouse within 48 hour. After 48 hr when i got same status i called them they told your issue is high priority give 4 hr, and that 4 hr now became another 48 hr. I called them several time and every time they are saying wait for another 4 hr our backend team will contact you. Its almost 7 day they are not giving any update always same ans wait for 4 hr. And they delivered the wall mount to me, so what i will do with that wall mount without tv, and if i am saying cancel my order and refund me that also they are not doing.
      My orderid is [protected], the worst service i ever got.
      Does not get the update on time me and my friend are using same model Poco F1 but he is running 10.3.4 miui stable version and I am running 10.2.3.0 as be when I check for system update it shows no update available

        Sir, i have given the mobile for repairing to mi service centre at vidhyadhar nagar jaipur. Mobile problem is that it blinks continuosly in every 2 min. And then it switch off automatically.
        They said firstly it is display problem. New display is inserted, then after 3 days the same problem arise. Now this time they say motherboard is damaged and now they insert new motherboard.
        After this, now it creates a problem of charging. Charging is very slow, i noticed yesterday it got only 55% in 3 hours.
        Now they aren't attend the call. I think they replaced this mobile battery with a older one.

        Please do as soon as possible.
        Please do something as soon as possible.

          Hello sir, i had been waiting for a long time eagerly to buy the new redmi note 7 pro. So i reached the official mi store before 12 and as soon as the sale began i participated in it but randomly it was showing you are in process. And just after a minute it showed out of stock. It's feeling my heart with full of grievance as i waited for a long time. Please sir do something with it. Please instead of flash sale start open sale for redmi note 7 pro. It's not only mine but also a humble request from the mi lovers of all over the world.
          I have redmi note 7 pro it's voice recover during call it is damaged voice is coming slow and damagable it's cheated with customers

            Hello sir, this is with such a sorrow to inform you that after waiting for your so hyped product mi note 7 pro... I encountered a very mad behaviour given by your staff... The incident is of mi store ti mall... I was in a line to buy the mobile... And a kid happened to enquire about the variant of the phone... And as soon as i answered it.. Your store manager started misbehaving and shouting.. Also he created the scene at the place... I dont know if he cares about the dignity of the brand or the store... But i do care about mine... Please look in to it.. Also they prioritized a vip over a waiting crowd of 100s... Is this the way to treat your loyal customer... Because of which the brand is standing today...

              My redmi 5 running on a warranty period and headphone jack stopped working automatically, the mi service center said that your jack is damage if you want to fix it then you will pay money for it and i don't understand that why you giving 1 yearof warranty if we paid money for it to fix the problems and also remove tempered glass from it. If you can not give anything, do not even harm it. Why do you harm when you do not have money to pay for it?

                I got a call from unknown number ([protected]). Other side one female were there. She said that "i am talking from xiaomi company and you are a lucky winner you won a redmi note 5 pro. You can get this phone in 3500 rs only". I ask her procedure to get this phone then she replied you will get your parcel to your nearest post office in few days. I said ok i want this phone. After few days the parcel received by post office. I went to post office i paid 3500 rs to post office and got my parcel. When i opened my parcel instead of getting redmi note 5 pro i received two gents wallet. Then i called to same number from which i had received the call. She replied "you will get your actual parcel by 10th may, it was mistakenly placed". But i didn't receive any. When i called her and i asked her about the parcel she cut the call and switched off her phone.

                  I am dr. P. K. Ahuja, kullu, who has purchased note 3, from m/s swiss times, ab, kullu - 175101 (Himachal, india,) vide inv - 7164 dated 19/08/2016. My set developed sudden defect of not getting charged, despite a good data cabel
                  I took the set to m/s v v creations, gandhinagar kullu for paid service to correct the defect on 08/05/2019. They changed the battery and handed me over the set, saying it shall work properly.
                  On reaching home, i tried to recharge the set throughout the night, but was unable. Once switched off it iwas not getting in on mode also.
                  I again contacted them yesterday with the complaints, they changed the charging port and said that the things are ok. On re examining i found that the set was responding to the commands very slowly, which i demonstrated to the service team. Now they daid that its software needs to be reinstalled. They advised me to get my data backed up somewhere else and bring the set to them again.
                  Today when i went to a vendor for getting the backup stored in external drive, the vendor told me that the charging port installed by the service team has been removed by them, hence no charging, therefore he can not get the data stored.
                  This kind of service and behaviour of the service team is deplorable. Thery need to reimburse my expenses as well as should be made accountable for damages. Kindly advise what to do next?

                    The android device which i am using is poco f1.
                    There is bad speakers sound quality when streaming amazon prime video even after bringing the volume upto maximum extent. The video in prime video is not fit to the whole screen as youtube and its weird to watch any movie in that app while in other mind devices are awesome with the video quality and sound quality of speakers even. We are unable to take screenshots while streaming it (primevideo). And not even screen recorder is working. I compared with note 5 and note 6 and pro. They are able take screenshots and even can use the screen recorder. But is not working with the poco f1.

                      I have purchased an mi mix 2 (6gb/128gb) on january 2019 currently my display is not working since 3 days as my mobile is still under warranty and I went to mira rdvas well as borivali service center there ### people sitting are saying that i have to now pay for display around 10500 to get it solve after several request n convincing they deny that if mobile fall down it doesn't contains warranty the total cost ibpurchase the mobile is 35000 through emi now I have stopped the emi with the finance company what should i do now I have down payment to the finance company around 10000 and since January to April i paid emi 3000 per month

                        I purchased a redmi 6pro on 10 october 2018 and hardly not veen 7 months, when visited ashok nagar mi branch as my mobile touch not working, inspite of calls receiving and able to attend the calls. They booked a complaint as water lock hence there is a display issue. However i have expalined that no reason on water lock, which they never rady to listen on customer views, with height of arrogance they have argued with my husband. If this is the service after sales why the hell you people claiming one year warranty. Redmi phones doesnt have any shelf life it seems none should buy redmi, where their brand is not value as they propose nether their sales service. All the above, through ear phone water went saying, where my phone doesnt have any crack, or scratch covered with tempered which looks new. Also a biigest fun saying its not someone need to pur water for water lock, even sweat can enough for water lock.

                        Wat in the hell human who use shouldnt sweat or wat who use redmi, the biggest brand they claim. Dont underestimate the power of customers, i want my mobile to be serviced under warranty.

                          I purchased a mi 6a on 30 november 2018 and despite o[censored]sing it sparingly, it bended and service centre employees are considering themselves irresponsible for that and are asking me to pay a sum of 4000 rupees to repair its display which is in excellent condition
                          Also, the original amount is 6000 rupees and they are asking 4000 for thing which is perfectly working
                          I want a quick response or else i would file a case in court
                          After updating the Redmi Note 4 mobile software showing the headphone is plugged. The exact issue is headphone symbol is showing on mobile notification bar. So, everytime I am using headphone and this issue facing from last 20 - 25 days. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                          I purchase mi note 5 pro on 1 nov. 2018 during one time replecement period but when i visit the service centre for damge screen they will charge 710 rs. The service centre name is milan mobile care fahad complex varanasi. I hope the co. Solve my problem soon.

                              I have visited twice in a mi customer service care for technical issue in my phone speaker. They have changed speaker twice i have visited. But the speaker after working 7-8 days damages. Don't know either they are fixing local speaker in my phone. Please help me regarding this. My phone is in warranty and warranty is going to out next month that's why they were fooling me.

                                I have completed 2month purchase my tv but not installed yet now. I want tell you i have also complaint before some days ago. But your service provider is not responsible for us.. Because they are not complete his responsibility and not good behaviour from us. So please help us if you are not help me. So i never purchased you product and not interested any product.
                                I had purchased the above product wide invoice no.FAB 8AZ[protected] dt.17.1.19. I had requested for Chromecast support recently since last 2 days but every now and then I am fooled that the executive is coming.
                                Why should we purchase such a costly TV without any support?
                                If within a day I don't get due support this complain will go on air.

                                  I accidentally dropped my one month old redmi note 7 in pool and iimmediately switched off and dried it for 24 hours. On 6th march 2019, i switched on the mobile phone. The mobile got switched on and i was able to navigate to different screens. But the mobile was getting rebooted frequently and water was detectable in the screen. I immediately took it to service center. I showed the complaint and surrendered mobile for them to check. They told me mobile might be flashed and data might be lost. I said okay. Evening i got a call from service center saying that it will cost 11300 to fix the issue. Actual cost of mobile is 12000. So i told them not to repair and i will come to service next day. So today (7th march 2019) i visited the service center and they told me mother board, battery, display etc is gone. When i checked the mobile, it was not even booting now. When i surrendered the phone it was working and i believe even battery was fine because i was able to reboot the phone even after 24 hours of time spend for drying. The service center technician has completely destroyed my phone. I admit it was having issues. But now the phone is completed dead. I am totally disappointed and frustrated with the service.

                                  Sir my mi a1 mobail is very high heat bt one time his blast so i can help mi on my refund on money ..

                                    Handset was for repair under insurance with a small issue of mic in the handset due to spillage of some water on handset phone was functioning properly except for mic in the phone but when i gave it for repairs under insurance they are saying mother board is damaged. There is no chances that water would have got inside mother board as my phone had scratch guard and some water droplets were there on scratch guard.

                                      Only 2months old mi phone, atrandom began auto switch off. As per best of my knowledge there should not be any problem in phone due to water but they told me your phone is out of warranty due to water damage. But it was not like that everything was not going well because he took my phone inside the room and came out after 10mins and showing me water damage.
                                      At last when i urge him to repair my mi phone, he told me your motherboard is dead and it would cost rs5300.
                                      However my phone is working properly except when i use internet, it gets auto switch off.
                                      Then service centre employee was asking me for extraa money for repairing and he told me your phone will be in warranty again.
                                      Actually my phone motherboard is not dead but mi service centre employee are enforcing me to make me understand that my phone motherboard was dead.
                                      Now my complain is that mi service centre employee has intentionally uploaded on internet about my phone that motherboard is dead and now the situation is that other mi service centre employee are not accepting my phone without that issue. They assume that my phone motherboard is dead.
                                      Therefore i request you to please help me.. Sir

And the expected date of delievery is 7th may 2019. But shipping still not processing. What was the wrong. Please make it fast as possible. I need my product on 7th may 2018.
