Dear Consumer Complaints Team,

This is second time, I am raising the complaint. I have been suffering with damaged OEM handset from one month. I purchased on 27 March 2019 and first day it was creating issue network and sound. I have to call customer care every day but they are making us fool and misguide. I also visited two times service center, they reset setting but not become successful then again went to service center and replace sound section part but problem is as before. I got job sheet and share with MI CC email but they are saying, please visit again and give us another job sheet. I am not able to receive or take call without helping of headphone. All person are irritating me.I have been mailing and contacting Mi CC online and service center since last one month. They ask to me to visit again and again Service centre

I have been facing this issue since first day. This is OEM defective piece.
They are irritating and force me to repair again and again. They are making the customer fool and perplex to send service center.

Kindly help us to get resolution asap.

Do not close it, it is pending and will be onward pending. Company is not want to resolve issue. They are deceiving me only. Please do resolve issue or refund my money. Mi Xiaomi are theft. Not resolved, It is making fool only. They have to harassed the customer only send service center.Please stop to making fool and refund my money. Set is not ok after several repair.

You are not followup your policy. Why not changed OEM defective piece?

Why forced me to take out job sheet, let me know the reason for not given me job sheet.

Your company is suprimo to make public fool.

My handset is not working after several repair. This is OEM defect piece. Network stuck and make and received all calls the helping of head phone due to rough sound.

They are deceiving the customer to send service center again and again.

Please help to changed defective piece or refund money.

There is no any shame to Xiaomi team to closed it without solution.
I have been suffering since 27th march, I had visited several time in service center but set is not repairs
First day I was telling to replace 10 day guaranty period but not replace and again n again force to go service center.They are not giving job worksheet against it although I have been talked to customer care centre manager.
Please take this set, we not replace or refund, It is useless for me.
Do not close this call. It is big deceiver with Indian people to sell Chinese item with foolish and stupid idea.It is robbered

I have been complaining since 5 months but issue not resolved after 14 times visited. They did not give us job sheet. Online support ask for job sheet for futher investigation, we do talked with service center person for job sheet then say us online support, there is no need for.

We have not been helped while mail and twitter to Mr.Leijun and Mr. Manu kumar jain.
Why are they doing so in this case.
We said, please take away this handset, no need replace or refund but not answering

Who will help me? Kindly suggest.

    I have purchased 4xpro 55inch tv from mi.com, and it was delivered on tuesday 23/4/19 by 3:30pm and the online invoice was received by 9:30pm of the same day.

    Because of this delay in communication installation slots on 24/4/19 were full. I contacted customer care, where i have been asking for installation on 23/4/19 it was denied by customer car person even i informed customer care that i will it sel[censored]npack by recording a video this was also denied, and they denied to share your mail id also saying it is not the process. Post which my slot was booked for 25/4/19 (6:00pm to 8:00pm) when i contacted the service person by 6:00pm he replied back today he cant visit, again i have called customer care the consider person said installation person will come by 8:30pm.

    Installation person have not turned up even the above said time. Again thrice i ve contacted the customer care people are attending the call and said they will connect to supervisor i ve waited for about 3hour still supervisor didn't pick, again i ve contacted customer care the customer care person without informing me in the middle of the conversation my has bee put on hold for 45mins this is very pathetic even after saying which all products i ve bought earlier fro mi. I am very sorry to say that have been really disappointed with the response from mi customer support. I do have an audio proof for the all above said.

    Note:

    Customer care person said as a process installation will happen only as per the time slot now the installation time slot has been changed by mi without notifying customer. Now where is the process???

      Sir, I purchased mi43 inch tv on mi. Com and fill online installation form in today's date in timing slot 3to6 pm. but mi technician not come and not install tv I call in your customer care center 5 times my complaint no. WOIN[protected] sir your company desturb me and waste my valuable time if in today's date not install tv. this is misbehave of customer by mi. My token no G91457.

        I have recently purchased redmi note 7 pro and i have enabled face unlock, surprisingly it is even working for my sister (She is not my twin sister) if this is the case then how can we trust face unlock?? It might even work to the people who are little similar to me. If this is how it works then face unlock in redmi note 7 pro should be considered as a failure

          I bought my redmi note7 pro mobile before 15 days on local mobile shop at madurai. Continuously i am having auto touch problem while using outside. Can you please replace my mobile?. I gave my mobile to the local service centre in madurai (West perumal mastri street). They checked and the didn't replace my mobile. They simply said there is no problem in the mobile. But still now i am having the same problem.

            It is a request regarding the redmi6
            I purchased this phone from amazon on 1st april, order was received on 5th april with broken seal, and there was no phone inside the delivery box.
            Complaint was logged at amazon services, however they refused to provide any assistance, post which we communicated with consumer court and they advised us to register a complaint with xiaomi in order to track the current location of the phone via imei numbers.

            Would be really appreciated if you can assist us in this matter.

              Sir please stop this flash sale thing.. No one gets the phone.. The sale is gone with seconds.. People have to buy the phone from other mobile shoppe which are selling it for 15, 800.. And earning a great profit.. Please sir i request u.. I have been trying to get this phone since march.. Everytime this happens... There is not a good connection in our side if city and due to that i cant even buy the phone in time.. And the other mobile shop are selling your devices without any permission.. How can this be possible give the phone who really needs it.. Not to those who want to earn money..

                1-while clicking normal photos it generating heat, showing message of over heating.
                Mobile getting hang after over heating.
                2-pictures taking too much time to save if you press back while saving then you will losse picture.
                3-some time while recording videos showing error, needs restart mobile to fixx that.

                Mobile generating that much of heat, so we can make omlet on gorila glass5.
                Major issue is over heating
                Mi servicing center stolen my phone headfone jack and demand me servicing charge.They are not resolve my speaker problem and display problem.
                I have ordered a Mobile from Mi.com using MI app it shows the order will be delivered by today but I didn't get any call or message from Ekart delivery agent. make a call to my contact number or share me Ekart delivery agent number so that I will guide him to reach my address.

                  I bought the redmi note 5 pro 7 months back.in december, i witnessed this issue - suddenly screen goes off multiple times without even touching on screen. Then i contacted the service centre, they just updated it, it worked.
                  Now, the same problem has arrived. I again contacted the service centre, they again updated it... But the problem is still there!!
                  Seeking for help!!

                    I had purchased Xiaomi Poco F1 mobile in February.
                    But after purchase within few days the phone started to crash. So contacted Customer Care of Xiaomi for help and was asked to install Diagnostic app to check for errors, But was unable to resolve the issue.
                    I took the phone to the service center and the Phone was returned saying that we need to wait till the next Update.
                    Though new update have been released was not updated in the service center.
                    I installed the latest update but still the issue was not resolved. Contacted Flipkart Customer Care for refund,
                    but they denied refund and wanted me to contact Xiaomi service center for further assistant. But at the Xiaomi Service Center the issue was not cleared nor was a refund processing initiated.
                    I have been with a Defective Mobile Phone from the day of purchase and unable to get it resolved or get a refund for the same. As a process,
                    Flipkart had asked me to hand over the device in the service center (Xiaomi) and was handed over on 4th of April. I am without the device for the past week without any update also. I have lost trust and hope from Xiaomi and not interested to continue with replaced Xiaomi product. For the past 2 months i have been moving to and fro the Customer service center

                    TILL NO JUSTICE FOR THE PROBLEM.FINALLY BLAMED ME AND NOT PROVIDING THE DEVICE DETAILS OR REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT.

                        I dont know how seriously does mi takes these complaints coz i don't see much of a difference in their services.. I bought redmi note 6 pro on 1st jan 2019 and its hardly been 4 months and the mother board of the phone is gone as claimed by the service centre! They say liquid damage.. What on earth is a warranty for if you cant cover a few drops of water entering into the phone.. It was not that i dipped this phone into water or get wet in rain!! It was just held with wet hands.. Now how sensitive can these phones get that they r not even fit to be used in a regular world,! Its no perfect world where the phone wont come in contact with water for even once in its life time!! You guys are good with taking all of our hard earned money and being least bothered to help out the customer!! How can u claim the price of repair to be as much as the cost of the. Phone itsel[censored] How does that even make sense!! 8k for a repair where the phone was bought for 12k!!! U think everyone owns a business like u to spend such obnoxious amounts on phone repair and that that too in a period of just less than 4 months of purchase!!! Truly heart breaking.. And with the way u respond to any of the customer's requirement u should really have some heart for the ppl u sell it to!!!
                        I agree with you. But every single company charges extra for water damage. That’s why some companies offer insurance. And that’s why the better phones these days are water resistant, but even they don’t give service if you get water damage.

                          ... Toooooo bad service...

                          I have never been purchased your cell phone or other product in future due to tooooo bad service of xiaomi. Coz recently i have purchase a phone which is redmi note 6 pro. And i have received that phone on 08/04/2019 but there display issue in my that display is toooo dull as compare ur another redmi note 6 pro. And regarding this issue i made call to your service centre on dated 18/04/2019. Your customers care executive told me that my phone is under replacement warranty. And ur backend team will call me tomorrow till 12 '0' clock. But no has call me. But when i called him they told me that ur request we received on 19/04/2019 and our backend team will call you or tell you that ur ph is going to replace or not. But no is bothered to call me.

                          And when i again call ur customer care to talk to some senior person they put my ph on hold for half an hour or 1 hour and then ph is automatically going cut..
                          I have recording of all the conversation.

                          My complaint no:- woin[protected] which was raised in 18/0/2019 on 8:45 pm.

                          Your customers care is mis guiding the customer

                          Tell me who is responsible of my ph.

                          And is this a way to treat a customer...

                          Xiaomi customer care is harassing me..

                          Tell me what we do now

                              I buy online mi store phone redmi note 6 pro on 27 march 2019. It was problem in network and sound. I call several times to customer care, they tested hardware and diagnose online and suggest to rest your phone. I did so, but problem same persist. I went to two times service center. They reset phone and second time replace hardware, but problem was same. They told me the this phone has this standard. It will not be compare with another one. The behavior of receptionist person was rude when i asked for replace the part.
                              She told me, you may charged for open phone and parts charge, i argue this is new one, not old than one month. Then she agreed to replace part but unfortunately my luck was not with me.

                              It is totaly making fool, I visited several time but not repair success. They are deceiving customer till tired of servicing.
                              It is big scam with Indian people to sold chines set with chinese promise term n condition.

                              Is there our consumer form is not responding matter.

                              Why it is closed case without ask the customer?

                              Can I get reason to cause the close it to consumer forum?

                                Mera redmi y2 phone poori trah se dead ho chuka hai but abhi uski 7 month ki warranty baki hai hai. Maine service centre amritsar visit kiya tha but unho ne bola ke iska mother board damage hai aur je out of warranty main hi repair hoga. Mother board ka cost bhi unho ne 5000 btayea hai. Mai 3-4 bar visit kar chuka hu service centre mein vo muje koi bhi answer nahi dete. Amritsar service centre ke staff ne bhi mere saath bahut badly behave kiya. Speacily lady staff. Please help me.

                                  I ordered redmi 6 pro from mi app on 16 april 2019 around 9 pm. The phone that i ordered was black in colour, 3gb ram which i bought for rs.8999. The product reached today on 19 april. But the product which i received today was old and tampered and the seal was broken. The phone itself was in a pretty rough condition. I, hereby want to exchange my product as soon as possible.

                                    Regret to inform you that i have bought redmi note 5 pro on 31st march 2019 through flip kart. But mobile mike is not working while during the call. If i using headset or loudspecker then only my voice audible for callers. Immediately i went to mi service center on 8th april 05.55 pm at egmore branch, they said changed mobile mike hereafter wont get any problem. But nextday itself i am facing same problem only. So that again i went to mi service center at kodambakkam branch on 13th april. Bcz my office and home located at kodambakkam so that center only near to me. But there only lady staff said "you go again egmore". I am asking why i should go again egmore service center all its mi service center know after that store manager mr. Bharathiraja came outside he is telling come monday will resolve your problem. So, again i went to kodambakkam branch on 15th april they said we sent the mail to respective department once got any reply from them will inform you. But still they didnot contact me all are telling lie. This response i got from there. What is this?? Worst staff and managers there. This is the way you serve to the customer. I am really sad about service. My mobile under warranty period so that only your staff doing stupid customer service?? If you expecting paid service?? Thats also no problem i will pay money is not problem for me. Worst response and customer service in kodambakkam branch particularly that lady and mr. Bharathiraja (Manager). Take the necessary action against them. Really felt bad. Decided not to buy any mi models in future, also will not suggest any of my friends to go for mi models. Let me know what is solution?? If you cant solve the problem means surely i need replacement. Really sorry to say solve my problem otherwise i will go media and blast your mi brand and service i am not theatening you i am a media person only. So surely i will do. Expecting positive response here.

                                      Rohit bansode from sion, i visited your nearest service center for replacing my mi router 3c but the is not available at service centre if sion as well as near by stores
                                      I kindly request you to solve the problem regarding product availability on store. The product is not available in ghatkopar, vikhroli, chembur, etc.
