My name is manish kumar chauhan and i have been using xiomi redmi note 5 phone in blue colour since 7 months. I m residing at delhi. I have used many phones of redmi. The problem occurs when on holi i. E 21.03.19 my phone blasted in my house. Fortunately it was lying on the table than. The phone's lower portion was destroyed rendered it useless. Its screen is broken alongwith lower part. I do not know the reason behind it. I went to xiomi service centre in janak puri delhi but they said it was not blasted but damaged because of my fault. They said that it would cost 6000 to repair the phone. But i think company should repair my phone immediately as it was not my fault in it.
I could got injured but fortunately i survived.. It is first job of xiomi to repair my phone in this case but they do not. You are hereby requested to plz replair my phone at the earliest. I am attatching herewith the pics of my phone alongwith its bill.

Dear Manish,

Just wanted to say that you had a narrow escape. Nobody including the Company wouldn't have agreed; instead they might be trying to put it under your fault smartly. Unfortunately it is very sorry to say that it has taken the life of an 8 year old girl from Kerala 2 days back. Its also a 3 years old Redmi Note 5 Pro which was blasting while the girl was watching videos in the phone. It was giving the effect of a Bomb Blast for the neighbors they were seeing the little girl lying with the shattered face :( This Girl and Grandmother was only present in the home when the incident took place and they had went to the kitchen for taking water during that time. Her parents were outside that time. She had lost four fingers and head was severely damage. Forensic team informed it was the damage happened in her brain caused the immediate death. Normally this could have happened due to the over heating if the phone was in use while keeping it on charging. In this case that was also not happened. Forensic and Police investigated and found girl was lying in the bed during this incident and there were no plug points to charge the phone. If anybody see that phone after the incident will not believe that's one cause such an injury and death. There were some damages in the display only and doesn't feel which had made such a terrific explosion. This is really dangerous. I just searched after this incident and found your post. You can see this incident in the news. It is happened in Thrissur district of Kerala. Its a shock for everyone.

    Hi my name is sai form hyderabad, to day morning i cam mi service centre near kphp road no1 mi service centre at 9.30am, shop open at 10am,
    Staff came but they are allow inside until 10.30 i ask to sit inside but they said no i'm dissapointed on the behaviour, receiving of the customer is the main important. My opinion next i will buy or not suggest mi mobile to my frnds or coluges

      Hi

      I have a purchased my POCO F1 in october 2018. Since october 2018 to now, I have had dead pixels in the upper left corner of the screen first time in december, when I got my screen replaced. Then in february, when I got my phone replaced and now avain in march, where they are telling me that they will replace the screen again.

      Is there any other solution to this? I don't want to get into the same cycle again and again.

        I made a purchase of mi tv 4a pro 43 inch on 17th march after talking to mi team on 17th march. She told me that amazon prime video and netflix would run on it once you install apk file on your laptop and run in on the mi tv. But i have been doing it since yesterday and it is not working. Once i called amazon prime and they told me that mi tvs do not support this. So am not able to see netflix and amazon prime videos on this tv
        I was misguided by your team on 17th march and i asked her specifically that i want to see amazon and netflix on the tv then i ordered the mi tv 43 pro on the same date asap because your lady executive told me that. Please check your records and get back to me asap.

          I purchased a Mi Note 5 Pro in late October'19 but within a month dust started depositing in the rear camera. I went to the service center but they failed to give me a permanent solution, instead they just cleaned the rear camera and send it back to me. Even I called customer care and described about my problem bt they funnily replied that keep your phone away from dust, which was really a very disappointing answer from Xiaomi. Till date i.e. 5 months since the purchase of the product I have visited the service center for more than 4 times to clean my phone's camera which is really a very huge problem for me as after the warranty period they will start charging me for the cleaning purpose. So it is sincere request to Xiaomi to look upon my problem and gave a appreciable solution to this i.e. the replacement of this defective product as soon as possible.

              I am very disappointed from you i rased installation request for today 24th march (9am to 12 pm) but no body call me or come at time.

              The no. You provide me is switched off i am trying this no. From morning. I called your customer care but he didn't give me solutions.

              The call center agent advice me to wait till 2 pm. Why i have to wait? When i scheduled the time slot of my preference. I was waiting for the service engineer till 12:15 pm but no one call me or come

              I think the mi dont want to help people after sales service they believe in sales only.

                Regret buying mi tv, as it wont allow to run any standard apps like zee5, which is built-in app, though we can't play zee5 content.. How pathetic, it is. Zee5 is built-in app, still its not working from beginning. Contacted customer care.. Things not fixed for the past 6+months.

                Nasty useless worst remote, not even comparable with other brands.

                Customer care too hectic, its just for name sake. Useless. Called mi customer care, no use. Called flipkart customer care, its really useless.

                Hectic installation process.. We just wanted table top installation. 3 days completed. Called execute 3-4 times, no use..

                  I want to make a complain that the video on this mi set is not being played on the notch... Which makes me very irritating. This problem is being raise by other mi users such as mi note 7 users. I talked about this issue to customer care but they ignore by saying that a new update will be coming soon but still there's no response. Now i think that i have been traped from mi company... Inspite of regular complain not a single response was given by the company side

                    Sir, dated 19/03/2019 my mi redme3sprime mobile was switched off automatically. When i did it on it was on but not for longer. Then i reached mi service center situated at dhanshree tower-1 vidhyadhar nagar jaipur. After seeing mobile set they reply me it has software updatation problem. I ask them to resolve problem. Then i was asked to wait for 1/2 an hour after waiting for 1 hour. I was asked that there is some problem in updating software, so please take the mobile set tomorrow. I said ok, but next day when i reached to take my mobile, they said that motherboard of mobile has to changed. Now i want to ask that when the first time they told me some problem of software update then why next day some other problem of motherboard. Are your centers not so trained that they can not tell real problem first time to see the mobile? Is it not the cheating with your customers? Should it not be treated unfair post sale service?

                      I ordered redmi note 7 pro on 13/03/2019 from the mi store. It was added to card and i was sent to payment page. I paid the money and it was debited from my account. But when i went back, they said there was error. I have already complaint in mi store not be respond my complaint.

                        I own a red mi note 6 pro. I bought it 2 months back. The receiver speaker is not working. I went to the authorized service center at kalyan nagar bangalore 4 times and they were not able to fix the problem. It's highly disappointing and frustrating to waste my time at the service center. The engineers are not able to solve such a simple issue.1 st time they said it was a software issue and fixed it. Within 7 days same problem. Nest time they said it was a hardware issue and need to be fixed but part was not available. Then when i went they said it was problem regarding setting fixed it again same problem was repeates within 1 hr. So i am already frustrated with the service.

                          [protected] is order number delivered to me on 14 march having bluedart tracking id [protected], but till date on my mi account it is showing as return rejected . Please mark it as delivered so that i can get invoice for which i have paid. Or please refund me my money i[censored] cannot provide me with invoice.

                            Since morning my phone's battery decreased to around 20% as per usage & then it was switched off suddenly. After that i'm charging it but it's not getting charged instead it is automatically showing 50% charge & is stagnant at that percentage since today morning the phone gets switched on only when it's in charge otherwise immediately switched off.

                              I ordered your phone redmi note 7 pro via flash sale on 20/03/2019 from the flipkart app. It was added to card and i was sent to payment page. I paid the money and it was debited from my account. But when i went back, they said there was a backend error and the product was out of stock. Phone was very urgent and wanted that phone. Can you do anything about it?
                              I have purchased smart band but it is very poor product and not charging properly please return this product and pay my money back...this product is not good and working properly
                              Sir I ordered for mi power bank 20000mah and it is buy one get one free but I received only one power bank and kindly return the product.

                                I have handed over my mi phone to guduvancherry service center on last week thursday for display lines problem. But till now i have not received any phone call from the service center i have made direct enquiry in the service center regarding my mobile service status and they inform to take back my mobile without rectifying the compliant error and service person is requesting to take back the mobile in the same condition and is compelling us to close his job card with out error rectification.

                                Kindly solve this issue at your earliest.

                                  I brought note 5 pro in april 2018. I had very high expectations from this device but i am disappointed with performance of your product.

                                  Once i had problem with receiver speaker. Problem was solve by service centre which was situated at kota, rajashthan. Now i had again problem with that same issue. Now they instructed me to go to same service centre to solve problem which quite impossible for me. Your good self claiming for global services, is it so?
                                  I had many issue with my handset same was identified by you in your record. I have problem with my camera, receiver speaker and same was address by me too your service centre executive in february and today[protected] it self. But i am not getting satisfactory service. So here with this mail i request to concern about my problem and give satisfactory solution. I am frustrated by visiting your service centre on daily basis with different issue. I am requesting you to solve my problem as soon as possible

                                        I am facing issues related to bettery drainage for my MI BAND HRX. According to company, it should work for 15 days. But my band's Bettery drains out in 6days. I have also completed to customer service store. I have visited store several time to get replacement for my product. However every time they have provided me a defected piece. After passing through all of this I have complained in customer care number but they are just providing me a long process to follow every time. Not giving me a proper answers.
                                        I am too much tired from all this process. Few days before I visited customer service center one last time. But instead of replacing with new piece, they are just blaming me that, it's somehow my mistake and also misbehave with me. I have submitted product their, but they are saying that we will replace but we will provide no guarantee on product.
                                        How this is valid? Currently they are just wasting my time because I have few days left to complete my one year warranty, after that they will not take any responsibility on product. So please help me out. I need solution as soon as possible.
                                        I am using mi note 4 but when I try to use BSNL 4g on this device then it was working so I also visit BSNL customer care but they tell me that your MI note 4 device is not supporting this frequency so please suggest me a way how can I use BSNL 4g in this device
