Redmi note 5 pro purchased in August 2018 through flipcart but now a round spot in right side in display is shown like rainbow. Photo already uploaded.
Please see the issue. I am not getting proper service in serampore, West Bengal for that issue. If possible, please replace otherwise solved the problem. It's look so bad. My handset was only 7 months old.

    I have given my redmi 1s mobile to unlock mi password as i have forgotten the password. The phone is in the service centre with the bill and my i'd proof.. A week back but still these people are not able to unlock the phone and the service centre people are asking me for the mobile box.. My complaint is to xiaomi please look in to this my job sheet no is wxin[protected], i have also made my complaint to the customer care service centre, but they are also delaying from there side

      I purchased the redmi note 7 on 11th feb from mi home around 9:30pm and the next morning i. E. On 12feb i started making call and whole day there was a problem that my voice was echoing on the other side and moreover it was overlapping and at a time my voice was not audible to the other side and there voice at a time is not audible to me.
      I took the phone to mi service center and deposited the phone for there observation and took a roller (Redmi 4) from them.
      On 13th feb i made the call from that roller phone given to me which support single sim volte and whole day it was working properly, when i reached service center they told me that you switch off the volte in your note 7 and it will work properly, but why should i switch it off when the lower grade phone is working properly on the same condition but anyhow i have to leave being unsatisfied.
      I approached the customer support on same day i. E. On 13th feb and they told me to go to mi home from where you purchased the set and they will replace it, when i reached there they told me that we are not liable to change it unless the service center give us the due certificate and then again i made a call to customer support and but it didn't connected due to problem in handset, again tries and anyhow i reached the support and the guy assured me to go to service center and make us a call from there, i told him that they are saying that it is working with jio and not working with airtel and if you want it to work in airtel then you need to switch off the volte but he assured me that will take the things in your favor.
      Next day i. E. Today on 14th feb when i went to service center they straight way denied replacing it and customer support guy told me that you should have purchase it online, offline it creates problem and this is on a recorded call because you guy's record the call.

      Now from 11th feb when i first raise the complaint, i submitted it for observation with 20hrs.
      Just tell me you people are making me run here and there and making a fake promise.
      I have been totally frustrated with all these things, moreover i have used note 6 pro but i didn't faced any problem and gave it to my mother.
      I was going to purchase note 7 pro for my sister and i stopped being my issue is not resolved.

      Anyways, i have decided to approach the consumer court, because let us say it's working fine whenever your technician is checking it, let us suppose okay it's fine but i being a consumer who has not even use it for continuous 24 hr and when i want the same set, same color, why would i approach you.

      Moreover once your service center guys are saying use it without opening volte, but why when it supports volte.
      Even the mi home guys have said that ask the service center guys that they should issue a due letter.
      Third your customer support says that purchase it online, means you people are fooling the public who are approaching your mi home or your trusted partner.
      Where is your 10 day replacement policy.
      Where is your trusted partner value.

      This message was just to make you aware of the harassment every consumer is facing here-in.

        I bought the redmi note 7 pro on the day of launch. I've been plagued by issues since the beginning. I cannot shift pictures or videos between sd card and internal storage. Anytime i do, they're getting lost. Cannot locate them in the file manager. Half my pictures aren't even showing up on the sd card after inserting the sd card into the phone. I don't know how or why this is happening. But there are no issues with my sd card as it worked fine on my previous phone.

          Delhivery team has taken the pickup of my mobile POCO F1 on 7th March and till now today 12 March, the site and the customer care people saying you have to wait 24 hours, They have taken from pune and still the shipment is in pune, Also the Mi customer care is not looking into this issue where they have initiated the pickup, I don't know whether I will get my mobile or will lost it.

          They are making fool to me, no courier will take 5 days to send parcel from pune to Bangalore.

          Mi Selected the worst courier brand even they know how much customer complaining about this courier,

            Hello,

            I purchased the mi selfie cum tripod stick from the mi store - punjabi bagh, delhi. At the time o[censored]sing the product in the tripod mode, it falls down and damaged my mobile phone. Later i went back to the mi store and told them the full story about the case to the store head on the call as he was not available at the store at that time. The store manager assured for the refund against the same post some formalities he would make from his end. Also, i left the product at the store itself as i didn't want any accountability of the product condition in the future and went home keeping the original bill copy with me

            Now after two days of purchase the same store manager calls and says the product will not be refunded as per company policy stating you must have reviewed the product somewhere before purchasing it and your friend also looked the dummy kept at the store. However, i asked them the product sold to me is not that something company claims as the customer can use it as a tripod.

            I urge you to look into the issue. Mi support is worst, i called customer care and spoke to store manager. Nothing positive.

                    I have purchased my redmi 6a cell phone in mid january and after nearly 2 months it got bended or tilt and i dont know the reason for that. When i complaint about this problem in their showroom the illetrate facility arguing with me and told that it cause 5500 rs for repairment but actual cost of phn is around[protected]. The model number is in warranty period but they are not replacing it.

                      As i am purchased xiaomi mi note 4 since it's just being purchased 1 year back i am unable get resolved the heating and hanging issue on my mobile and i am having the warranty for the same xiaomi dealer is not able to resolve my issue bad service oriented as well company is unable to fix the solutions for the same.
                      Kindly atleast get me exchange for the same and take consider my concern on immediate basis and proceed for any legal consideration if possible and do the needful

                        Have bought mi 4 and getting only 1st call and 2nd call hearing problems when i am making to a person, after disconnecting 3rd able to connect. Went to mi service center and taken rs. 180 and done servicing and promised that will be resolved. But same issues from same day. Does anyone look into this or shall i move on to someone where can be done

                        I have been facing this issue since 2 months from receiving the product. I have requested the mi service care through mail, reverted with a option which was not resolved. I think company sell the products only and they don't serve. I have sent multiple mails at that time but not received proper response. Before this complaint also sent mail but reverted to go again to service center. I think they don't required existing customers.

                            I have purchased Mi Tv 43 inch on 4th march 2019. I have Appointment for installation on 6th march 2019.
                            But no one came for installation. When I talked to customer care they talked very bedly and told they have rescheduled Appointment for the next day 7th March 2019 and even today no one is came and when I talked to customer care they Answered the same that they rescheduled for the next day.
                            This is really bad service experience from Xiaomi india.
                            No one is answering, no one is solving the issue.
                            I am afraid that they will do the same duing service.

                                I am awaiting for urgent delivery through order id [protected] which is due on 04th mar 2019, alredy i have send verious mail for delivery purpose, no proper resopnse getting from your side. Each and every time you people give me track id[protected] which is not updated since 3rd mar 2019.
                                Im feeling very regretted, why i have choosen mi store for purchase mobile when i am in emergency, same time availbale so many other option for online shopping liake as amazon, flipcart. These people give gives each and every update regarding delivery through mail, massage. I am very much surprised still no any interest shown by mi for sending email or massage regarding order.
                                Please cancel my order and refund my amount.

                                It has been over a week since i ordered Mi notebook 14 horizon laptop still the laptop has not even dispatched out of the warehouse. The mi team in the chatbox doesn't seem to bother too. Every time i give the order id email and other details like an ###. Had huge respect for Xiomi seriously 😔. Still the product is not dispatched. I have paid the money and i am the sufferer here.

                                    No update on my refund. They don't have have any intention to refund i am approaching consumer forum for suing mi india, because of there awful service customers are subject to mental agony.

                                    I found lot of complaints in consumer forum regarding refund issues of mi india which clearly shows that they are breaching law causing high customer dissatisfaction with worst service.

                                    I have called/email/chat with the support but every one will tell to wait and the robots would be better in answering the questions that the support team.

                                    The phone is shipped through ekart logistics and i don't find any option to contact them. Transport company: ekart

                                    I am ready to file physical complaint to consumer forum, its not just the money of the customer but the time and mental agony. There website doesn't show any progress of the return and i cannot find any person from mi who can help with the issue.

                                    I have followed up with Xiaomi India frequently and the refund issued as per the standard days.
                                    Such worst experienced, product has been returned on 25th Mar 2019 still I have not received refund .
                                    Customer care officers not informing tentative refund date also as they also don't have idea about it.

                                      Tv model mi led 32inch newly bought 3 months before..
                                      It works nice when i connect with redmi note 5.
                                      When i try to connect with note5, it shows the tv model name in phone and it only shows connecting icon on tv screen. The wifi in phone automatically gets on and off many times but it doesn't gets connected. At the same time device availability also gets off and it shows the unavailable with the device name

                                        From the start, the display of my phone is not appropriate, it's having two lines on display. I went to authrosied service center but they keep on saying that we have not spare display, when they have they will fix it. But from that its one month over but they havenotresolve my complain.
