I had ordered an order for the XOLO Play tegra note last year Serial number[protected] and had given it for servicing on[protected] in the XOLO customer care in Hyderabad. My work order number is[protected] I was informed by the customer care representative that my XOLO tab was beyond repair and he returned the piece after sealing it in the original box The representative promised a DOA within 1-2 days however we've not received the DOA yet, even after a week. This inconsiderate and unprofessional behaviour is not what we had expected from XOLO. We expect a supervisor to look into this and resolve this at the earliest. Else we'd have lost faith and XOLO and will never buy anything from XOLO and will share our experience so that other people are warned. XOLO Brand is doing Frauds and playing with its coustmers.The tablet that Mrs Suruchi Bhargava returned is repacked and sold to me by XOLO through Amazon(I have a bill for the same).The company put anather sticker on box to change the manufactering date.This is a serious issue and the company is cheating its coustmers. I have the proof of the box and tablet with same serial no.(Image attached) as mentioned by Mrs Suruchi in her complaint.I am going to raise this issue on a big level with all my social Media and viral a video soon if my issue is not resolved.Contact info- [protected]

    Hi Team, I don't know how far this is going to taken seriously, as I been punished to purchase Xolo phone, I have been treated so badly and so upset, this is my job sheet no.[protected], My phone stopped working on 24th April 2015, I went to the service center on April 27th 2015 and gave my phone, it was with on year warranty, they told within maximum 15days it will done, I waited and kept calling and following up, they kept on telling parts hasn't come yet parts hasn't come yet, then yesterday when I called they told me that the parts have stopped coming and they have to send the phone to Noida and they will give it to me 15 days later I was so pissed off, I don't have phone since April 27th 2015 its so difficult to contact people around, the customer service is so sick he kept on telling that sour process that's our process I was on a call for 45 mins he asking to connect to the service center and they kept on blaming each other and who is paying the bill me and gave me this manager's number [protected] he spoke to me so rudely I told him am at the verge of going and filling an FIR he is like go to consumer court its better and then he tells no matter how much you talk you will get your phone only when it comes this is how people are treated sick service sick customer care, everyone is blaming each other or the company, I just want my phone back how much should go about fighting for it, my bill is 500rs for calling you guys, if there is any decency I think someone will reply and do something about this.

      every times phone get hangs and even the internal app memory every time becomes full even after uninstalling all the apps the customers care people are not helping saying that throw your phone in dustbin.i have wasted my money on this phone only 6-7 months old is the phone and its creating lots of problem.i want my money back or exchange my phone with other new phone.

        Sir, i Had bought a xolo q1200(black) on[protected]. IMEI no [protected].To my utter surprise the battery got damaged within 10 months i did send the phone to the service centre here in siliguri and they said me that there is only 6 mths warranty on the battery. so i asked them to replace the battery at cost and they asked rs 1100 from me at my utter surprise whereas the xolo website is showing the price as 699 only. still i asked them to replace it and now they say that there willnot be any warranty on the new battery. I am hugely dissapointed by this. shall i throw away the phone for which i have paid rs 12728 within 10 months of my purchase. i really fill cheated by the company and urge you to arrange solve my problem at the earliest. regards sumit agarwal [protected]

From date of purchse i had given it for repairing more than 4 times .but stil it is not working properly . i truly fade up of this nd i cant affrd to purchase costly mobile phoNes regulaly ineed my money return back .. Till this date it had inccured so much reparing after the warranty void i ll not b able to afford its repairing cost i had given for its service 4 times n till todays date3 months my phone is in service centre only . imei no.               Dear Concern,

              I have bought Xolo Q1010I August 2014 with IMEI No. [protected]. This handset was not working properly with starting. I have visited two times xolo customer Care at Bareilly, UP. They ha've deposited it approx 10 to 15 days both time but after repairing its not working properly. It's touch is not working on middle screen, it's functions not work properly. when I complaint Again at xolo customer Care at Bareilly they replied that you ha've to deposit It again for 10-15 days. I am irreated with this handset & also with the poor service of Xolo customer Care. Request you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

                It is intimated that we have deposit our Xolo 6X 1000 set for repair on 28/04/2015 to Excellent service centre -jabalpur, but we have not received our repaired hand set till date, and service centre is always asked set are pending due to spare parts is not available. we have feel very inconvenience without my phone & your service is very poor because you are unable to arrange spare parts within 15 days . Please do the needful.

                    Dear Sir I am deeply disheartened from the customer care service of this company. Inspite of communicating my problem through personal visits and phone calls to service centre and emails to reach.[protected]@xolo.in no solution to my problem is made yet. I have submitted my insured mobile with Damage claim through Apps daily no. as AD_D_11045_2502116 dated 11/04/14 at f1 solutions pvt ltd, SCO No. 274, sector 32 Chandigarh. Response regarding repairing work from your service centre was not positive to my problem. Answer from their side is that spare part is not available in the company. As one month completed on 10th May 2015 still there is no assurance from service centre that mobile set will be repaired. Employees at the desk of F1 solutions gave me the mobile no. [protected] (Mr Sandeep) but he is making procrastinations also.                       Myself swati chuttani. My mobile no is [protected] and email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.I bought xolo 8x 1100 handset with IMEI no [protected] on 29.11.14 from Himalaya Photo store, sector 22 Chandigarh. Approx after 4 months I faced problem in outgoing voice. So I submitted my mobile to xolo care i.e Manav Enterprises sector 11 panchkula on 24.03.2015 with order no[protected]. After my repeated reminders and mails the company provided my handset on 25 April with damaged screen. When I objected they said they will replace it in 10 days meanwhile I could manage with that handset only. But on 28.04.15, I again submitted that damaged set to xolo care as that screen was not viaible . Again they are asking to wait more time for the defect which was not there. Company claims to settle defect in just 15 days.while I am waiting since 46 days and now I have no faith though my cell is within warranty. Plz help.

Here is Almost 25 Days passed but I have not received any positive response from your Side. It is Very harassing, and it is 6th or 7th time when my phone went for service. After 9 months of Purchases, I had less used my phone then your service center. I submitted to xolo service centre and they informed me the mother board is faulty and needs to be sent to the company for repair. this process will take 15 days. upon completion of 15 days I called the CC and answer was as always its under repair. first they asked me to wait for 15 days and now they ask to wait forever. there is no timeline. what kind of repair is this. what are they repairing a SUBMARINE?.. its not the worst deficiency in service but more like aggrevated panchayat kind of company. even govt offices in india work more efficiently then these money sucking companies. only thing is they are not realising the competitiveness in indian market. they would not know what hit them and they will become beggars. serve the people whom u sell ur product or else there will be no one single person left to buy your product. xolo workordrer no:[protected]

                            Your acknowledge doesnt transform into resolution. there was no issue of acknowledging the issue by XOLO. the issue is there is no ETA to begin with. The product is being made by XOLO and it is now with XOLO to repair. what kind of mobile phone takes more than 15 days to repair. In this new world where we live even repairing the most sophisticated machinery doesnt take 15 days.
                            You will adress the issue and let me know at the earliest thats what you have mentioned. can u be specific about EARLIEST.. a day or a year? You dont even have a courtesy to call me and let me know instead copy and paste the templates stating how sorry you are for my inconvinience which u r not.


                            For further queries and feedback contact us u have mentioned. Who on right mind would like to contact XOLO are given the turnaround time and NOCARE attitude.

                                I have had purchased a mobile hand set "XOLO" make, model 8X1000, IMEI No -[protected], on 3rd February 2015 (copy of invoice enclosed) The mobile handset is unreasonably not working from 18th April 2015 onwards and it has been handed over to the manufacturer's authorised service centre in Kochi (work order details attached fro your ready reference) My mobile handset is still under warranty stage as per manufacturer's sale and publicity details, unfortunately the service centre is asking Rs. 6700+450 for servicing the handset, even after the device is under the offered warranty and I hereby acknowledge and undertaking I am not violating any conditions regarding void the handset's warranty.

                                    Dear Sir, So many times i visited xolo service centre for Battery but every time they said that they dont have battery and when i call customer care, he told you will get battery within next 10 days. 3 times i genereted work order no But three times i Had not received battery.and on forth time maxcom service center manager told me due to credit issue we will not raise new work order no and you will not get battery from this service center and I told him to give this in written, then he had given the same although i was paying them extra money.i want to new battery with free of cost from maxcom service centre and also xolo has to discountue the service with maxcom due to fuaudness from maxcom employee

PCB and touch have been changed but problem is continue..
