Dear Sir/ Madam,
On 20.10.2014 I purchased XOLO-Q 900S (IMEI NO: [protected]). Work Order No:[protected]. I made this purchase at Kore mobile at (shop no. B/12, Ground floor, Sector- 21), Gandhinagar, Gujarat as Rs.8800/-. Unfortunately, my mobile phone has damaged due to an accident and its Touch pad damaged.
To resolve the problem I went to Xolo care available at Gandhinagar (We care Mobile Service, 106, Forst Floor, Shalin Complex, Sector-11, Gandhinagar-382024. Gujarat) and given my mobile for repair as on 06.04.2015. As now today (21.04.2015) Wecare Mobile service person called me and told your mobile accessory has not available in company, so now you can choose either take back this damaged mobile or you can pay[protected] Rs. to company will provide new upgrade mobile. But I am not able to afford that much amount.
So, I require you to confirm whether you will arrange for replacement the damaged item or will reimburse me for the cost of mobile. (Still it is under warranty period)
I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.
I look forward to hearing from you by return.

In addition, we request you to kindly pay visit to any of our XOLO service provider nearest to you and share the work order number with us so that we can provide you the exact estimate amount after post diagnose by the service centre.

Is it normal for a phone to catch fire? Is there any place in India where there is no voltage fluctuation? if so, how many complaints of fire related issues would have come by now? How many times have we all overcharged by an hour or more? Mind you, this phone was left for charging only for 3 hours max.
If I knew that it was normal for a phone to catch fire or cause me harm, why would I purchase it? The fact is they don't even consider knowing that it is under the warranty period.
Being a genuine customer, I found this very unsatisfactory and disappointing. Now, not only will I not recommend to anyone but I feel like I want to sue the company - reason!! The fire almost killed me since the fire happened while I was sleeping.
Add guess what? I'll receive another computerised message following this (this has been the case with most of the request which I shared with the customer care.
