Xolo Win Q900S Issue : Network Problem Work Order #[protected] ****** Do not buy Xolo Phones, please*****. I do not want other to feel the pain... Best phones are from **Micromax I initially had speaker problem, visited Xolo service center twice. Later had *** problem with network, ** Gave my phone 30 days ago for repair. I spoke to 13 agents of Xolo, they say its under repair ( Is that an Aeroplane to repair for 30 days) Now, they want me to wait for 15 more day ( ** so, 45 days for repair***) I have also gifted the same phone to my friend ( now in Germany & he also has the same problem) Note : They are selling the same model online, but they don't have the same model to replace my phone

      Sir, I have Xolo Q1200 mobile which IMEI no. [protected]. I purchased mobile on[protected] so it is in warranty period.In mobile have many problems such as - 1.Auto Switch off, 2.heat problem 3.Backup problem. I gave the mobile set on Xolo care center on[protected] which work no. is[protected]. They updated the software of the handset and the set was dead after update. They told that handset will be send to Noida which will take approximately 15-20 days. The baterry of the phone is inbuild battery & After On[protected] they gave me a old set with so many scratches so I refused to take it because my phone is brand new & the lamenation of that phone was covered. They gave me a new job sheet which work sheet no:[protected].It is our first experience with your company XOLO & I hope it will not a last. I am not satisfied with your service so how will I suggest to others. We had called your head office many times but have no result with it. Without phone it is very inconvience as you know it very well. I hope you will look into my matter seriously otherwise I will have to take legal action against your company.         Dear Sir/Ma'm, I, the customer of Xolo q800, want to raise one que against service center. I gave my phone to service center for changing front and rear body of the phone. Before giving in repairing my phone display was proper, calling sensor also working well, but when I received back from service center after repairing I received phone with damaged display and fault in calling sensor too. The que. I want to raise is who is responsible for this? I am who gave my phone on trust that service center will increase durability of my phone? or The service center who gave me my phone with lots of fault in that? They told me to check all functions running good before I gave him to repaired And I also checked and all my function was running well. When I was telling him that my display is damaged then he said that he already told me for this but actual he didn't told me like that I will received damaged phone. I gave Rs.1400/- for changing body both the side. And with this expense cause me more expenses in future too. Who will bare my lose due to carelessness in repairing the phone?           Purchased XOLO Q 3000 online from Sundaram Infotech, Prathamesh Complex, Building No H, Opp vatika Restaurant, Mumbai, Nasis Highway3, bhavany By pass Road, Bhiwandi, Maharastra Pin 4213012 as per my order dated 16/10/14. Now the device is becoming too hot and the charge in the battery is reducing suddenly.Charge becomes empty within hours. Please make arrangement to replace the system at the earliest.Otherwise I shall be faced much inconvenience personally and officially as I have been using the said cell phone for my official purpose too.The nearest Service Centre is I Tech, South Bazar, Kakkad Road, Kannur-2.             I am receiving Cell Broadcast Messages unnecessarily for last 4-5 days, day and night. I am unable to un-install or even disable the application named "Cell Broadcasts" because such an application was pre-installed in my XOLO Q1100 Smart phone. Please help me out in solving my problem at the earliest. The attached screenshot image is just the number of messages which I have received within 10-125 minutes.

                i bought xolo hive 8-1000 from jan 2015. after i change sim card suddent inside sim hardware was broken that is not my mistake. i just normal. so i went to xolo service card for repair. so they saw my hearding aid (deaf). then i ask them that i have warranty paper then they don't accept my warranty cause xolo company don't accept warranty. i m so shock.. but i saw they accept warranty from other normal person. so bad cheating. they said that i have to pay 3500 for replace sim place motherboard. :-X. they said that mobile will complaint repire within 1 hour. i feel how possible so fast repire... i might think they are cheating with me for fund. after done repair so horrible and something wrong inside noise and not so good network internet... i m really very disappointed... i really love xolo hive 8 still now so bad. don't mind me that i m deaf that why they are cheating with me. i know well but i keep patient suffered. i[censored] going help me for this then i will thank u... company name: Infotel Services address: 1, ekdalia road near ballygunge ac market contact manager: Abhishek lachhiramka.

                    Credit Note against damaged handset First Time I had given handset for the first time to Abhishek Technologies (XOLO customer care) in the month of Nov-14 for the problem of automatic on/off even in case of 100% charging. After receipt of handset from XOLO care centre, problem for which handset given continued. Second Time For repairing of mobile for same problem, I had given again to Abhishek Technologies (XOLO customer care) and they put the handset for two days for inspection and return to me after saying no defect found at customer care level. Third time I had given handset for the same problem via work order number [protected]" to RF department from Abhishek Technologies (customer care). I received my handset since 10 days from date of submission. After receipt of handset, within two days of normal working, same problem continued. Also New problem of Disturbance in Outgoing calls started. Forth & Fifth Time Again given to Abhishek Technologies (XOLO customer care) for solution via work order number[protected] to RF department for repairing. Still not found any solution. Sixth time Lastly given handset for repairing to new Service centre named “shreeji Communication” (Old service centre closed) for above problems via work order[protected]. They put my handset under observation for two days to find out actual problem and returned it on third day. After using a week, problem for which phone given start again. Warranty of my handset over in the month of May. I already given handset for different or same reason number of times but no solution was found from service center level. Now suggest what is the final solution of my handset? Hence Issue Credit note of Rs.11, 999/- (Invoice attached) so that I can buy new handset from market otherwise I will file complain to customer court for bad handset service.

                      My name is A.Anandbabu from Coimbatore- Tamilnadu. I am purchased Xolo Q900 (Rs.12100/-) and I am submitted a mobile for repair purpose in F1 Info Solutions, Coimbatore-TN. The Work order No.[protected]/[protected]. The mobile not able repaired by xolo factory team. After 25 days I am received replacement mobile Xolo Q900s (Rs.9999/-) from Xolo factory team and received dt.[protected]. (That mobile already 2 months used mobile)

                      After 2 months the replacement mobile xolo Q900s repaired and I submitted in F1 info solutions, Coimbatore-TN. The Work order No.[protected]/[protected]. Problems are Contacts are not able to save and delete, all Contacts not displaying, Camera Hanging, Battery problem, Display blinking, Call conference not able to make. I am clearly explained to Mr.Vinoth- Service Engineer[protected] about my past mobile repair process. The service centre executive checked a mobile and they are ordered spares from factory. But the spares not dispatched from factory on 4 days. I am mail to the xolo customer care mail team Mr.Anuj patwal ([protected]) and explained all the details. He is processed my complaint and the mobile sent to xolo factory and repaired and return to service centre.

                      I examined that repaired handset, but the mobile shows same problem, Contacts are not able to save and delete, all contacts are not displaying (in 250 contacts, 91 contacts only visible). Every time I need to restart the mobile to get all contacts. Not able to make call conference. Service centre peoples are tried to solve, but not able to solve. I am return the mobile to service centre executive Mr.Vinoth. The 2nd work order No.[protected]/[protected] created and the mobile sent to factory.

                      I am mailed to Mr.Anuj patwal, regarding the same problem continue. I am requested the customer care peoples to issue a new mobile for replacement. But they are not accepted, they are processed for again repair the handset. I received a call from Mr.Pradip- xolo[protected] outbound team regarding feedback call. I am explained the all problems what I am facing and I requested to issue a new replacement mobile in another model not in the Q900 models. He said that I am forwarding to my head and they are process your request.

                      I am mailed to Mr.Anuj patwall, regarding the call from Mr.Pradip- Outbound team and the request of new mobile for replacement. I am enquired the xolo toll free number customer care executive Mr.Krishnan[protected] reading the problems in my mobile and the call received from Mr.Pradip- outbound team. He is enquired to Mr.Pradip- outbound team and said the Mr.pradip is forwarded the replacement mobile request to the concern factory team head, they only process your request.

                      But Mr.Anuj patwall, rejected that replacement request. I am informed to Mr.Vinoth-F1 info solutions, Coimbatore regarding this type of issue and he said write a mail to Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo service engineer (Ph:-[protected]), Coimbatore region. I am put a mail to Mr.Karthikeyan regarding my issue. He is also enquired in service centre and sent a mail to customer care factory team.

                      Mr.Anuj patwal rejected the replacement request from Mr.Pradip-Xolo outbound team and sent a repaired mobile to the service centre. Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo service informed this problem to his head Mr.Swaminathan- Xolo head- South zone. He said this time you check mobile in service centre and give a feedback to me. Again I visited the service centre dt[protected] and checked my mobile xolo Q900s. The mobile was not booted, I am tell to the service centre engineer Mr.Vinoth. He is also checked that mobile after change the new battery, but the mobile not boot. The Mr. Vinoth informed this type of continue issue to Mr.Viswanathan-Xolo south zone head and the mobile video (not booting) also sent for proof.

                      As per the xolo company policy, if any problem comes continuously 3 times, factory team issue DOI-Special case certificate (The certificate for Mobile purchase bill amount. This Information got from F1 service centre). But Mr. Viswanathan-south head not approved to issue a DOI-special case certificate and he is insisting to send again to the repair process. But I am not accepted for again repair process. Because 35 days already over in repair process.

                      I requested for a new replacement mobile Xolo 8x1020 (Price Rs.8499/-). Mr.Vinoth forwarded my request to Mr.Karthikeyan- Xolo Coimbatore and Mr.Swaminathan- Xolo south head (process by phone call). Mr.Viswanathan approved for new replacement mobile xolo 8x1020 for me (by phone call), then only Mr.Vinoth-F1 service created a 3rd work order No.[protected]/[protected] and the mobile sent to xolo factory. After that Mr.Vinoth-F1 service informed me regarding Mr.Viswanathan approved 8x1020 replacement and the Q900s mobile sent to factory. Once the factory people got the Q900s mobile they are dispatch you new replacement mobile 8x1020. This all information process are well known by Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore.

                      The courier (DTDC- V[protected] reached xolo factory dt[protected] and I am informed to Mr.Vinoth-F1 service and Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore. Mr. Karthikeyan going to Delhi meeting and he said to contact Mr.Vinoth. Mr. Vinoth says that Mr.Viswanatha- Xolo south head is not given a confirmation mail for replacement mobile xolo 8x1020 dispatches.

                      Now, Mr.Vinoth-F1 service, Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore & Mr.Viswanathan- Xolo south head not given a details about mobile dispatch. Mr.Karthikeyan says it will take another one week time. No one pick my phone calls, They only sent sms to me. The replacement approve given by Mr.Viswanathan to Mr.Vinoth is by phone call only.

                      Already 45, still now the mobile not dispatched from xolo factory team. I am regularly follow up with all peoples but no use. They are all don’t care about this issue. They are thinking consumers are , they are helpless.

                      I am wasted my time to visit the service centre 5 times and regularly call to them and mails to all the peoples in this 45 days. But they don’t care about this. The xolo factory team customer care head Mrs. ASHU madam also known very well about this issue but no use.

                      I have the mobile not boot video and mail communication with all peoples and sms copy with Mr.Vinoth-F1 service and Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore. But approval got for replacement of xolo 8x1020 from Mr.Viswanathan –xolo south head known by Mr.Vinoth & Mr.Karthikeyan only (Their internal process).

                      I very much disappointed in Xolo mobile service. I am not have the strength to fight with Xolo care if any future complaint araise. so, i don't want the Xolo mobile further. I need an Money Refund of Rs.12100/-. I am going to take Samsung/ Sony/ HTC mobiles. they are well known to treat customers.

                      After that I am sent a breif mail to Mr.Vishal Seghal- Director of Xolo. He is forwarede to Mrs.Monika- Customer Experience, she enquired to all the above mentioned Xolo persons they all not accept the replacement commitment.

                      After that they dent old Q900 modelnmobile. But that second replacement mobile also problem.
                      First time I am given a Q900 for repair work in the warranty period. After one month only I got the replacement of Q900s- 2 months used mobile ( Imei No.[protected]). That mobile have the warranty from[protected] to[protected]please find detail in Work order No.[protected]/[protected].

                      After 55 days you sent a 2nd replacement mobile Q900- 5 months used mobile( Imei No.[protected]). This mobile have a warranty from[protected] to[protected] Please find the detail in Work order No.[protected]/[protected]. That 2days back received mobile also problem.

                      The two replacement mobiles also now in warranty period. But Mrs.Monika madam says mobile warranty is expired and we able process repairs the mobile.

                      Already the below persons are wasted time in olden days in mobile issue,
                      Mr.Anuj patwall- Xolo mail team,
                      Mr.Sandeep dey- Xolo mail team,
                      Mr.Pradeep- Xolo outbound team,
                      Mr.Krishnan- Xolo customer care,
                      Mr.Karthikeyan- Xolo service,
                      Mr.Swaminathan- Xolo south head,
                      Now Mrs.Monika mam now wasting days and forcing to accept the problem mobile.

                      56 days over now, 4 work orders created, 4 times mobile repaired, 8 times visited the F1 service centre to check mobile and return, 2 replacement received but the mobile are problem.

                      Work Order Details are,

                      All the details about my mobile problem already sent mails to you.

                      The work orders & replacement certificates & Mobile bill attached with thus mail for your reference.

                      DOA- Certificate for Rs.12100/-. To purchase a new mobile today.

                      If you all taking decision to issue the old problem mobile to me, I am not accept that mobile. Hold that mobile in your side and consider that handset as a Free Gift to Lava International from me.

                      Customers only suffering this type of activities. The last 56 days so much followups and time waste for me. I am not submitted the handsets on without warranty period.

                      All mobiles have an warranty. The attached work orders show that.

                      Please consider this is urgent basis and spend some time for me and take immediate decision and revert back with the final solution today.

                        Sir I have Xolo a600 mobile.which IMEI no.[protected] . I purchased mobile on[protected] so it is in warranty.In mobile have many problems such as - 1.weak net work, 2.heat problem 3.touch problem I give the mobile set on Xolo care center[protected].which work no. is[protected]. he said that your mobile set send to noida .which take 10 days. sir i am also gave my mobile two time in your Xolo care for above problems . one time your service person update software and second time change the touch of mobile on[protected].and give me in three days . and now have same problems so sir please replace my mobile phone.vipul kanani [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                          my xolo q1000s get cracked so i gave it to xolo service center at beed on 22 december 2014.they gave me the jobshit of it having notification number[protected].Now before 15 days ago they says me that my phone is lost by company and company will gave me new smartphone.They says they will give me xolo hive 8x 1000 which is having lower specifications as compared to xolo q1000s so please give me same handset or another of same price.

                            Dear sir / Ma'am You can find the whole story what was happened with my mobile since last nine months… I got replacement of my Xolo Q1100 (IMEI no [protected]) My XOLO Q1100 is having problem since past 9 months. The problems are 1) Weak Network on sim 1/ sim 2 2) Poor camera quality 3) Auto switch on/Off 4) Play store did not open and hang These problems are consistent since past 9 months and this is 8th time I am giving my handset for repair. Whenever I approach to the service center they fix the problem and return it to me but that problem was not fixed properly. WORST Service & Response By XOLO The Workorder Numbers since I submitted my mobile to XOLO Customer Service are…. [protected] date 19/07/14 [protected] date 07/10/14 [protected] date 01/12/14 [protected] date 12/12/14 [protected] date 09/02/15 [protected] date 13/03/15 [protected] date 23/03/15 [protected] date 07/04/15 Now you suggest me what I have to do….I really disappoint with xolo person….as well as XOLO Brand. as per your mail my handset is ready for dispatch from your side, its good to know... the customer care at bhopal, received the same and keep that for trial for few days. unfortunately the customer care at bhopal is telling me that still the company engineers are not able to fix the problem, hence they returned my handset again for some repairing work. Now my new work order no is:[protected] again i m reminding you that this is HIGHT TIME, THE CUSTOMER CARE SEND MY MOBILE TO REPAIR... and i m not happy to tell you that atleast 30 to 40 times i gave my mobile to local customer care office at bhopal, but still i m not able to get my mobile repaired. from your side you always assured me for good service, but fail to keep your words. if it is not possible for you people to repair my handset than kindly exchange with a NEW ONE. still my mobile is under the warranty period that is up to 27/04/2015, and if you people are waiting for the expiry of warranty period than i have no hesitation to say that I WILL CLAIM IT IN CONSUMER COURT TO GET MY RIGHT.. PLZ UPDATE ME ASAP... Hoping Positive Response from you ! mobile no [protected] [protected] Thanks.

                              Mobile : Xolo Q1000 Opus, IMEI No. [protected] 1st workorder No. [protected] dtd. 10.03.2015. 2nd workoder No.[protected] dtd. 18.3.2015. (Received on 30.3.2015) 3rd workorder No.[protected] dtd. 10.04.2015 Sir, I have purchased xolo Q1000 Opus mobile which is under warranty period. When i m faced problem regarding charging pin, hence i had given it to Bright Communication (Xolo customer Service) on 10.03.15. After 7-8 days they told that mobile required to be sent to company at Noida and hence they had given 2nd work order dt. 18.3.15. Further after to many correspondence with the company and with Customer Service Centre, return my mobile on 30.3.15. But it found that the problems which were not arised earlier, arised after repairing. Another two problems arised i.e. Power switch not worked properly and handset not working properly and after 7-8 days the phone is totally dead not not worked. Hence, again i give mobile at Brigh Comm (Xolo Service Centre) and they told that again required to sent at company and received sms that it will take 30 days (10.05.2015 approx time of repairing) which is beyond companys terms and condition (as per T&M it is 15 days). I have communicated so many time with xolo customer care through email. but every time they reply below... " Dear Mr.Patel Greetings of the Day! Thank you for making us aware with your grievance. I am facing problems of camera not working after 9 months.And we submitted the xolo handset a Xolo centre(Surajpur)Greater noida on date FEB 2015. About 20 days they gave us different problematic handset.We again gave them back the mobile after 2 days for solution.And we request them to give our original handset.Again after 10 days they us same problematic handset.                                     Hello, Since last 1 1/2 months I am chasing up wit XOLO for replacement of Faulty Handset Unit. It was agreed by XOLO to replace the faulty handset per return mail and phone call as well. Till date I haven't received any firm solution from XOLO. Pls.                                       This is to inform you that I have given my cell before 2 month for repairing and I got work order no.[protected]. But after 2 months nobody is resposing me and when i contacting to service center they said your mobile is desptach and deliver to you within a week, while waiting a week i still don't get my mobile. And when I contacting your service center at bharuch they said we are not aware of your mobile, and said kindly contact customer care only.                                         i have purchased Xolo Q600s from MEHER communication, Dehradun on 7/7/2014, since the very beginning the set creates problems as its not functioning properly, as so many complains filed and it works normally for few time after that it agains works improperly, finally i have complained and handed over the mobile phone to XOLO care at dehradun work order no.[protected]. but till today the problem is unsolved and because of this so much of inconviniencei am suffering kindly look into the matter as soon as possible for necesary actions. these thing also lessens the dignity of the company in the market and the concerned person asking for the additional sum to replace the set, this is very serious note to be taken Kind regards Avnish Bhatt
