    Sir I have Xolo a600 mobile.which IMEI no.[protected] . I purchased mobile on[protected] so it is in warranty.In mobile have many problems such as - 1.weak net work, 2.heat problem 3.touch problem I give the mobile set on Xolo care center[protected].which work no. is[protected]. he said that your mobile set send to noida .which take 2 days. sir i am also gave my mobile two time in your Xolo care for above problems . one time your service person update software and second time change the touch of mobile on[protected].and give me in three days . and now have same problems so sir please replace my mobile phone. i have not any mobile pls vipul kanani [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

      1st WO No.[protected] dt.06.02.2015 - Xolo Q3000 handset submitted with Vighneshwar Service Centre for Camera replacement mobile received on 17.03.2015 with broken condition & with worst camera & hence new wo generated 2nd WO No.[protected] dt.17.03.2015 again mobile received with same faults & broken piece dt. 26.03.2015 & hence again 3rd WO generated 3rd WO No.[protected] dt.27.03.2015 and now there is no response from HO team also/.. when i am calling on [protected] the madam only answers i will check on it. everytime same revert or else sometime i m busy in meeting pls call on tomorrow.. i m on leave pls call on Monday. Totally frustrated answers are getting from her. Please look into this & kindly try for replacement of my handset Thanks & Regards Hema [protected]

        My name is A.Anandbabu from Coimbatore- Tamilnadu. I am purchased Xolo Q900 (Rs.12100/-) and I am submitted a mobile for repair purpose in F1 Info Solutions, Coimbatore-TN. The Work order No.[protected]/[protected]. The mobile not able repaired by xolo factory team. After 25 days I am received replacement mobile Xolo Q900s (Rs.9999/-) from Xolo factory team and received dt.[protected]. (That mobile already 2 months used mobile) After 2 months the replacement mobile xolo Q900s repaired and I submitted in F1 info solutions, Coimbatore-TN. The Work order No.[protected]/[protected]. Problems are Contacts are not able to save and delete, all Contacts not displaying, Camera Hanging, Battery problem, Display blinking, Call conference not able to make. I am clearly explained to Mr.Vinoth- Service Engineer[protected] about my past mobile repair process. The service centre executive checked a mobile and they are ordered spares from factory. But the spares not dispatched from factory on 4 days. I am mail to the xolo customer care mail team Mr.Anuj patwal ([protected]) and explained all the details. He is processed my complaint and the mobile sent to xolo factory and repaired and return to service centre. I examined that repaired handset, but the mobile shows same problem, Contacts are not able to save and delete, all contacts are not displaying (in 250 contacts, 91 contacts only visible). Every time I need to restart the mobile to get all contacts. Not able to make call conference. Service centre peoples are tried to solve, but not able to solve. I am return the mobile to service centre executive Mr.Vinoth. The 2nd work order No.[protected]/[protected] created and the mobile sent to factory. I am mailed to Mr.Anuj patwal, regarding the same problem continue. I am requested the customer care peoples to issue a new mobile for replacement. But they are not accepted, they are processed for again repair the handset. I received a call from Mr.Pradip- xolo[protected] outbound team regarding feedback call. I am explained the all problems what I am facing and I requested to issue a new replacement mobile in another model not in the Q900 models. He said that I am forwarding to my head and they are process your request. I am mailed to Mr.Anuj patwall, regarding the call from Mr.Pradip- Outbound team and the request of new mobile for replacement. I am enquired the xolo toll free number customer care executive Mr.Krishnan[protected] reading the problems in my mobile and the call received from Mr.Pradip- outbound team. He is enquired to Mr.Pradip- outbound team and said the Mr.pradip is forwarded the replacement mobile request to the concern factory team head, they only process your request. But Mr.Anuj patwall, rejected that replacement request. I am informed to Mr.Vinoth-F1 info solutions, Coimbatore regarding this type of issue and he said write a mail to Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo service engineer (Ph:-[protected]), Coimbatore region. I am put a mail to Mr.Karthikeyan regarding my issue. He is also enquired in service centre and sent a mail to customer care factory team. Mr.Anuj patwal rejected the replacement request from Mr.Pradip-Xolo outbound team and sent a repaired mobile to the service centre. Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo service informed this problem to his head Mr.Swaminathan- Xolo head- South zone. He said this time you check mobile in service centre and give a feedback to me. Again I visited the service centre dt[protected] and checked my mobile xolo Q900s. The mobile was not booted, I am tell to the service centre engineer Mr.Vinoth. He is also checked that mobile after change the new battery, but the mobile not boot. The Mr. Vinoth informed this type of continue issue to Mr.Viswanathan-Xolo south zone head and the mobile video (not booting) also sent for proof. As per the xolo company policy, if any problem comes continuously 3 times, factory team issue DOI-Special case certificate (The certificate for Mobile purchase bill amount. This Information got from F1 service centre). But Mr. Viswanathan-south head not approved to issue a DOI-special case certificate and he is insisting to send again to the repair process. But I am not accepted for again repair process. Because 35 days already over in repair process. I requested for a new replacement mobile Xolo 8x1020 (Price Rs.8499/-). Mr.Vinoth forwarded my request to Mr.Karthikeyan- Xolo Coimbatore and Mr.Swaminathan- Xolo south head (process by phone call). Mr.Viswanathan approved for new replacement mobile xolo 8x1020 for me (by phone call), then only Mr.Vinoth-F1 service created a 3rd work order No.[protected]/[protected] and the mobile sent to xolo factory. After that Mr.Vinoth-F1 service informed me regarding Mr.Viswanathan approved 8x1020 replacement and the Q900s mobile sent to factory. Once the factory people got the Q900s mobile they are dispatch you new replacement mobile 8x1020. This all information process are well known by Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore. The courier (DTDC- V[protected] reached xolo factory dt[protected] and I am informed to Mr.Vinoth-F1 service and Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore. Mr. Karthikeyan going to Delhi meeting and he said to contact Mr.Vinoth. Mr. Vinoth says that Mr.Viswanatha- Xolo south head is not given a confirmation mail for replacement mobile xolo 8x1020 dispatches. Now, Mr.Vinoth-F1 service, Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore & Mr.Viswanathan- Xolo south head not given a details about mobile dispatch. Mr.Karthikeyan says it will take another one week time. No one pick my phone calls, They only sent sms to me. The replacement approve given by Mr.Viswanathan to Mr.Vinoth is by phone call only. Already 45, still now the mobile not dispatched from xolo factory team. I am regularly follow up with all peoples but no use. They are all don’t care about this issue. They are thinking consumers are , they are helpless. I am wasted my time to visit the service centre 5 times and regularly call to them and mails to all the peoples in this 50 days. But they don’t care about this. The xolo factory team customer care head Mrs. ASHU madam also known very well about this issue but no use. I have the mobile not boot video and mail communication with all peoples and sms copy with Mr.Vinoth-F1 service and Mr.Karthikeyan-Xolo Coimbatore. But approval got for replacement of xolo 8x1020 from Mr.Viswanathan –xolo south head known by Mr.Vinoth & Mr.Karthikeyan only (Their internal process). I very much disappointed in Xolo mobile service. I am not have the strength to fight with Xolo care if any future complaint araise. so, i don't want the Xolo mobile further. I need an Money Refund of Rs.12100/-. I am going to take Samsung/ Sony/ HTC mobiles. they are well known to treat customers. Today 51 days finished but no response from the above peoples.           I have purchased Xolo Play 8X 1100 phone on 27th December having IMEI number [protected]. in last three months I have submitted my phne 6 times in services centers including two times repaired from xolo company as well. But my phone is still not in working condition. i the problem is same as it was on first day. I have escalated so many times in customer care but no action has been taken so far. Every time they repeat only one thing to deposit phone again on service center. I am not understanding how many times, I need to submit my phone in service center. Please take some appropriate action and resolve my issue. I purchased this phone to use it not to visit in service centers. Looking forward for necessary steps. Feel free to call me at [protected] . I purchased mobile on[protected] so it is in warranty.In mobile have many problems such as - 1.Network error, 2.heat problem 3.proximity sensor not working. 4.brightness problem.                   I had bought xolo q 1000s plus mobile before 5 months and unfortunately i lost its sim tray/adaptor. I had noticed this to service center and company before 3 months but there is no reply from them. very very poor service from the service centre as well as company. they are not even responding to the complaint. Really dissapointed with the companys behaviour. my mobile which costs 14000 is useless without sim tray and the company is not providing the sim tray or adaptor to my xoloq 1000s plus mobile.

                    To respected person, I broke my Xolo q700 screen accidently ! I went for repair or replacement at NEW PARIEK XOLO SERVIC CENTER at kusum complex, new jagnath 20, yagnik road rajkot the authorised one They said me touch and display both have to be replaced ! which will cost 3200/- (price of phone 9800/-)!! Still i paid being helpless they said this model is not available so we will give you xolo 1010i and it will take 20days max as we have to send it to delhi office i agreed to pay amt 3200 and get replaced they kept my phone for 25+ days and when i called them finally they said come and take your cell i went they gave me my q700 model (fst sign of cheating) Then when i show my screen it had few plastic at edges like they sticked glass with glue or something i ignored it when i show in light the screen inside glass had straight line design means on display i asked guy at window about it and he said it will go in few days i trusted it n went home gave cell to person using it n those line have note gone yet (second sign of cheating) !!! Then today the screen is blured i cannot read anything nor can see anything its totaly blury and its like now display got worst and finally after putting all together from plastic on edge till this i can use commonsense and say that the service center had cheated me and puted duplicate display and glass also may be. Its my request to eather give me new cell or repair it with orignal dispaly and screen and i will not pay a penny now ! Bad you did Xolo and this service center are not for cheating consumer they are for helping and maintaning trust of brand. Help ASAP Thank you

                      Sir/Mam, I have bought a "Xolo-8x 1000" from sec.22 chandigarh on 7 oct. 2014 . It is a dual sim phone. Cost of the phone is: Rs. : 13500+1000(insurance). From 4-5 march 2015, it's 1 Sim slot does not detecting the Sim, then I went to customer care centre "F1 Info solutions" sec 32D chandigarh. They told me that this problem can't be solved here.This phone need to be send to DELHI Head Office.And it will take about 1 week. I agreed. After one week when i got my phone back, it's sim slots does detecting the Sim .But... After that a new problem arises, there is a problem with sim network's. Sim network don't come.Again i went to customer care centre "F1 Info solutions" .Again They told me that this problem can't be solved here.This phone need to be send to DELHI Head Office.And it will take about 1 week. Again I agreed. On 31march, I got my phone back, but the problem is not solved. Again the sim network does not work. Both the sims are absolutely right, they are fine i[censored]sed in another phone. But in this phone no call can be made. After the struggle of 1 month, I have the phone with same problem. I also have insurance of this phone. Kindly help me refund . PLEASE HELP ME.

                        Dear Concern, I was submitted my XOLO QC800 tab on 21 Feb 2015 and today and main issue was display and hardware related. As per local service center observed in 3 days( in three days they observed issues properly at their end) then they found hardware issue resolved at service centre but they had to change display also so placed an order to H.O. BUT after few days they got tab display by courier but I do not know how that display was not suitable for that Tab and without my permission again they have created another job sheet.                         One thing I would like to share with you after complaining on 1 Apr I got a call from this [protected] and he assured me I can get my refund of the product and 2 transaction Id's provided by him but unfortunately I was not able to make the transaction and discussed with him for the same so he told me there may be issue with this id and he asked for my A/C no. With IFSC code, I provided the same on 6 Apr for transfer the Amount.

                        But last 2 days nobody is there to respond...on this no..????? I request you to kindly update me for the same...I want replacement or refund.

                        Is this service of XOLO...???

                          I purchased 8x-1100 xolo mobile handset on 13.2.15, and it stopped working within 20 days of purchasing . Now company and service centre is saying mobile needs repairing at higher centre . Already one week passed in repairing mobile by xoloservice centre kamdhenu tower Bhopal. Now they are saying 15 days are further needed repair it . Probably company is selling defected piece that gone bad within 20 days As a customer I should be given new hand set as replacement because service centre is unable to correct it.

                            I have given my XOLO 1010 i mobile (IMEI - [protected]) for repair (Charging Problem and battery was not saving) in XOLO Care (Yash Services, Code 1300403) at Narnaul-123001 (Hry.) in January 2015 and they, after repairing, change the battery and charging unit, give it back to me in evening on the same day and said that problem has been solved. But next day I went again there as the problem was not solved and after repairing again they gave it back to me in evening of the same day by saying that now the problem has solved. But on third day (January 2015) I went again at the same XOLO Care as my mobile's problem was not solved and they said that I would to deposit my mobile with them and they will give it back to me after 30-45 days as they don't have the faulty parts (Charging Unit / Patta, battery etc.) with them and they will send my mobile to XOLO Company for repairing or replace my mobile. When I asked for providing me any mobile (spare / backup) because they were asking a very long time for repairing my mobile and no one can manage such a long time without mobile. But they said that they will not provide any spare mobile. So, I came back by saying that In these circumstances mostly people don't repair their mobile with you as you say to every customer for 30-60 days for repairing. I also said that if they demand the parts (as needed for my mobile) from the company and when they received that part, they can call me. Now on 20.03.2015 I went again at customer care centre and told about my mobile problem. They said that the two sets of parts (as needed for my mobile) has been couriered by the company and they (XOLO Care) will received the courier in coming 2-3 days and my problem will be resolved then. So I deposited my mobile vide JOB Sheet (Workorder No.[protected]. But next day (21.03.2015) I got a telephonic message from there that the company has not couriered the Parts and they will send my mobile to the Company and my mobile will come back after repairing / replacing after 4-5 days. When I call them after 6 days, they said that the mobile will now come after 45-60 days. Hence, It is requested that please repair / replace my mobile at the earliest and also answer my below mentioned points. 1. Why the above mentioned care / company take such a long time (30 - 60 days) in repairing or replacing the mobile by the company. 2. When they (Yash Servies), after Checking on their system, said me that the mobile parts has been couriered by the company yesterday and they will change my mobile's faulty parts after 2-3 days. But why the said me on the next day that the company has not been couriered the parts. (So please check at your end that the parts were couriered or not) ? Please do the needful at the earliest.                                 I have purchased a mobile XOLO Q 1000S on 03.08.2014 through online. Since the touch screen not working, I have given my mobile in M/s.Bird Enterprises, Authorized service center for XOLO mobiles, Salem, Tamil Nadu on 25.01.2015 for repair. Job sheet No:[protected] / 30.01.2015. After prolonged correspondences made over phones, toll free numbers, e.mails a person from Xolo care, Noida has informed me that an alternate mobile will be given to me. But even after two months i have received. Now they are telling that my earlier job shhet was closed and the new job sheet Number is[protected] / 16.03.2015. How they can tell that the spares for my mobile XOLO Q 1000S within one year. Kindly clarify.

                                  Dear Sir, This is to bring your kind notice that again this handset not working and got switched off at 15th march 2015 and due to my office busy schedule not able to go service center and when I called them (lajpat nagar service centre) they confirmed me that they do not service xolo here because they close the services of xolo and gave me kalkaji service centre address and I am really do not understand how can company make fool o[censored]s because past one year I got twice replacements and still your last replaced handset works only 3 months and which kind of product you are making only you knows kind do the some strong action against my complaint and hopping this time company will not give me this kind of defective product.                                     Sir I buy a xolo 8x 1000 mobile on 26 oct 2014. after this my set was dead on feb i go service center on 21.02.2015 they received phone and send to main service center. and told me after 15 days set will be ok but they send my phone on 15.3.2015. when i received phone network dose not come so i told this they again received the phone and again they send main service center and expected delivery date is 03.04.2015.                                       Respected Sir, I am an owner of XOLO TABLET QC800 IMEI No. [protected]. I bought it on 24/05/2014 from a dealer of your company i.e. Bagga Communications, Palam New Delhi (Bill enclosed). From the first week of the purchase of the tab it started occurring lots of problem. It become dead anytime in between even it has full battery charge. At that time I was posted at Indo Pak Border at Ramgarh, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan..in Border Security Force. I was unable to use it properly since I have bought it because it always have problems.. When I came back to Delhi during the month of March'2015 we sent many mails to XOLO care but no proper solution was concluded. The xolo care replied time and again to visit the xolo service centre for solving a problem. Therefore I have submitted the tab in your service centre located at Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on 16/03/2015 (copy enclosed).. They kept the tab with them for more than 10 days and called us on 27/03/2015 that the tab cannot be repaired. After this when we asked for some solution they said that they issued a DOA certificate No.[protected] Copy enclosed) to me and advised us that we can get our tab replaced with the another one of the same model or refund our total bill amount through dealer. At that time we told them that we doesn’t have the box of the tab with us, they replied that it doesn’t matter you can still get your tab replaced or you will get refund bill amount. But when we went to the dealer the dealer refused to replace the tab without the box. When we again called to Mr. Sandeep (Owner of Service Centre Uttam Nagar New Delhi) he arranged a box on 28/03/2015. Today on 28/03/15 when I visited to Bagga Communication Palam New Delhi with complete accessory of my above mentioned Tab. They said that they are unable to give a replacement of the same amount and agreed to give the product of xolo Rs. 6000/- and I denied as per guidelines of xolo service centre ..Suddenly I called to Mr Sandeep and passed the same information. Finally Mr. Sandeep gave us a option to give XOLO mobile Phone. Omega 5.0 from the dealer.. When I was taking Omega 5.0 model the Bagga Comn Palam, New Delhi denied and advised to wait till 30/03/2015. Finally, I am in the opinion of the following :- a) I paid Rs. 10100/- to purchase your tab. since purchase I am totally irritated with the tab. b) I have been mentally tourchered by Xolo since last one month. c) I spent more than Rs.5000/- to visit here and there, phone calling, mailing, discussing with all the staff of Xolo, Bagga Comn for getting the tab repair or replaced. d) Since last one month I am feeling very week my health due to high BP. e) I have loosing many of my works as I run before the repair/replace of the tab. You left no option in front of me except going to legal authorities...as well as to publish in all media for such type of service and defected product of XOLO sold to consumers..                                         I purchase xolo play 8x 1100 from local store ..and in a 2-3, days i got dust in rear camera i do complaint and also visit to service station they not ready to replace. And said it's normal isue and after cleaning lens you will no face this isue again but in a arround 15 day i face this isue again and that time once again i went to costmer care and once again they give me my cell back after cleaning lens ...and now my rear camera lens fully scratched with dust and arround 5 time i visit to service station for lens cleaning and now they descibe this isue as a physical damage and before few day mic stop working and after repairing mic i got one new fault in desplay some spot not show proper colour contrast after repairing my cell in service center
