Hey ..I trusted this brand(XOLO) and considered it as a premium brand, But when it comes to service, u rank so low, because when we submit any phone, we have to beg for it to get it back, Lol.I had submitted my Q700s 3-4 days back, for a simple touch prob which can be repaired in 2-3 days (usually), but they are saying it will take 7-15 more.I still cant understand why are you making these things so slow? My frnd got his phone after one Month !!! Jobsheet.no[protected]

    workorder no[protected] model no- xolo q1010i I submit my phone to xolo service center on 27-feb-2015 in Eshopee, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Today the date is 27-march-2015 and i still not get my back. It still in company under repair. so i request to despatch my phone from company and whenever i call to service center to do something the person from that service center name- Iqbal patel shout on me and just give opposite answer to me. so take some action against him...

      I have visited Xolo Mobile Service center at Ranchi on 14.02.2015 to get my mobile phone repaired as the mobile screen has been broken as it fells from my hand . There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. After so many days when I called them they replied that the accessories which they sought from Delhi is not supporting so we have to send it to Delhi, again after getting one message of delivery I have been confirmed that it has again reached Ranchi then I called the service centre then it was informed that they received the mobile set then at the same day which was after one month and five days days I reached the service centre I was surprised to see that the mobile colour which has been converted into white from black when I refused to take the delivery they told me that you have told us to do so, which is not true. Again on the same day they told me that it will take more one week to change it to black on which I agreed but when I called the service centre today then they are telling that they are not supposed to change the facia of the mobile and you have to take it as it is. They are asking for Rs 3250/- as repair cost which I am ready to bear but not for the white one I need it again in black. Now more than one and a half month have passed but company is not willing to get my mobile phone repaired and handing it over in the same condition. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Xolo is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture. The main purpose behind my complain is that the are simply harrasing the customer and compelling them to complain against them.           Dear Team, Below is my case history and i want it to get resolved ASAP. I bought a Xolo handset model XOLO Q500S ( for Rs. 5500/-) having EMI No. [protected] in the month of August 2014. Mobile started to hang recently I found some other issues like display error, application running error in short set was totally become wasted so i submitted my phone to xolo care at Ludhiana ( Punjab) Named M/s Shahi Communication on dated :[protected] and get it repaired and received on dated :[protected] After one week wifi function mobile connectivity functions becomes disabled and i found that my hand set was not repaired by any professional team as there were two screw very loose that caused display get detached from mother board every time i have to tigtened up screws. Due to this once again i submitted my mobile to same xolo care center. on yesterday dated :[protected] They gave me work order sheet no.[protected] and to confirm the status after one week. Today when i approached contact person in xolo care person said he would repair the set shortly at his own and would not send it to xolo company for replacement. I also contacted xolo company care no but they are not giving any proper information and asked me to only to contact local service center. I am suffering since last one moth. I want to lodge complaint against company as they made me very suffered in this one month I have visited service center five times which is 27 kms far from my location one side. Pl do advise me how can i proceed for consumer court. xolo company executive named Ms Minakshi asked me to local service centre and to let talk to the xolo person at my own expense. Pl for god sake pl help me I am ready to even 5500 equivalent to my hand set cost to proceed for legal to teach a lesson to xolo company Regards I SHALL KEEP POSTING THIS ON EACH AND EVERY SOCIAL SITE AND SHALL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET PERMANENT SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM.           Dear Mr. Sandeep,
          I just spoken to local xolo service centre after your call to reconfirm that whether my issue has been resolved or not.
          and for your information set is lying with them in same condition as it was submitted on 25th.
          I I informed on phone that handset was damaged at the bottom edge of left side due to which screw can not be tightened up and they are not ready to replace the part. Still xolo company asking forcefully to collect hand set.
          I shall not accept set at any cost until i get a replacement. I have visited 5 times xolo care. I shall not go any more.
          Even after your assurance if i to be there and hand set found damaged/cracked this time I shall definitely go to consumer court along with the set. Its my commitment.
          I have paid 5500/- for a brand new set and suffering since last month and paid more than 500 on fuel and 24 approximately out of my office working time.
          Till date xolo has not replaced my set. Worst after sale service in world. Pathetic service.
          Till date I have approached Mr. Sandeep Dey, Ms Monika Aggarwal, Mr. Mahesh and just spoken to Mr. Pankaj.
          But still problem unresolved.

          Xolo Mobile — glass broken and touch issue

          recently i have purchased xolo win q 900s windows mobile..unfortunately my screen glass was broken..and should replace screen glass with new one..my query is how much it costs? please reply me..

            I brought a Xolo Nvidia Tegra Note on 27 Jan 2015. I was really impressed with the device and its performance though it had some battery issues which I ignored. But on 18 Feb 2015 I was in shock when I found that my device is not at all responding. I tried resting the device and nothing worked. I lost all my data and the device was totally dead. Finally took it to Xolo Authorised Service Centre in Malleshwaram on 20 Feb 2015 and the guys over there examined and told that nothing can be done and this device has to be replaced and I submitted it. On 24 Feb 2015 I got a message from Xolo With the Order Vide Notification Number :[protected] and also said the Expected delivery of the device is 10 March 2015. Till date I have been Contacting the Customer care and Service Centre and they all say they have no update on the device. Xolo Customer Care is one of the worst ever Service. Being fed up talking to the agents I asked them to transfer the call to their manager to which they flatly refused. Im contacing the service centre on daily basis but still they say No UPDATE ON STATUS. Really really disappointed. I have spent my hard earned money and now looks like I put into a Drainage called XOLO.

              Dear Sir, I have purchased xolo Q 2000 cell in march 2014 and its going to be only max 6 months from the that time, in this period only it had started hanging, unable to download applications, slow processing on pressing keys, network issue, gets instantly heated up and gets automatically on and off. I had given it 4th time for repairing before the expiry of warranty that is on 12th march 2015 in Aditya Enterprises, Malad west, Mumbai.They had told it will get replaced within 15 days. Today when i had called in toll free customer care number regarding my mobile Handset status, they told " we are seeing and in process and there is no limit of time still of giving it back. Being in professional job in bank i have been facing many problems.Customers having my number is only reachable swiched off i have no other cell to use my number.Please sir, see towards it its really important for me.so, we want replaced mobile handset and further we will not going into troubles of these issues.My Handset IMEI No is [protected] and work order no.[protected].Kindly look into this matter and resolved at the earliest.

                I bought a mobile XOLO Q700 by October 2013. After 7 months of purchased, the original battery of device was swollen up. As it was going to out of warranty as per told by retailer. Now, after 6 months and 6 days, the battery is again, the battery is swollen up. When I asked to the retailer, the concerned person told me to contact customer service center. As per concerned person of the customer service, they can't do anything as just warranty period is passed on from the date of purchase. The original battery is charged around 600/- INR. How can anybody bare up to Rs. 600/- for 6 months or more elaborate to say Rs, 100/- per month for only Mobile battery maintenance. This is very disgusting & prevent anybody to buy any XOLO devices. Kindly, do needful as soon as possible.

                      I have visited the service centre at Bhavnagar, Gujarat after servicing twice in Vadodara service centre. They have checked and said that my instrument will not be able to work and then asked for payment of 200 INR. Then I told them about our mailing communications. They have returned my cell phone in as is condition and suggest me to go for Service Station, Vadodara where previously it's been checked. At present my XOLO A500S IPS IS DEAD FROM LAST TWO MONTHS. Now you tell me what should I do. Just check our previous email communications where I clearly mentioned that it's not possible for me to visit service station again and again. Now please let me tell that what should I do with my instrument. I suggest that I send it to you by courier service, you check out with it and send back to me as because I'm not getting genuine service from this service centres of Vadodara and Bhavnagar. I would like to inform you that I am moving to my native where only Vadodara is nearest service centre and I don't wanna go there again and again. Now it is irritates me. Please don't let waste my hardly earned money. Now please close this issue, or take my instrument with you.

                        i face problem of purchase of xolo q1000 opus but some problem in charging slot mobile not charging properly, i already reach xolo service station on 18.03.2015 at 10:50 AM submit mobile on that date. but till the date not any reply from xolo care vadodara and xolo company and within 5 days I did not know what happened with mobile and what process going on. I call to morning (23.03.2015) xolo Vadodara they said part not available and mobile send to company for replace this part. They also said company not provide part as per requirement and also they already 40 mobile pending same problem so, this type service I do not understanding. Xolo company big market area cover but like this type service not acceptable. Sorry to says dear sir/madam I not acceptable this type of service Please resolve my problem as early as possible.                         i am disappointed about u r xolo service

                        i am given my xolo mobile to u r service center, when i ask him to what happen to my mobile status they not responding me i till 22 days, kindly slow my mobile problem as will as possible thinking sir /madam

                            Hi Mr. Sehgal, Pathetic Service. I gave my phone in Maninagar, Ahmedabad Xolo service center 15 days back. Inspite of giving my phone back, they are calling me and asking me to buy Xolo 1000s at 10, 000 INR extra payment. As i was afraid before buying Xolo regarding the reviews and service standards, it stood true. Very pathetic service!!! If i don’t receive resolution in 2 days, i will escalate it to social media like facebook, whatsapp, twitter etc..

                              i have a xolo play 8x-1100 xolo secure is configured as a device administrator and i am unable to deactivate it i am unable to use any screen lock method other than pin and password, which is very inconvenient even resetting xolo secure did not help i tried deactivating secure lock screen from xolo secure settings but even that did not work, it shows that it has been deactivated but then there are still only two options being shown on the security lock settings (pin and password), others are still unavailable please give a good solution

                                I had a problem when I brought new Q900T mobile as the speaker volume was very low and I complained at the Sangeetha mobiles where I brought my mobile in June 2014. They gave me back in 1 day though still I face the volume problem.

                                My Phone is dead in the month of December 1st week, I tried to give at another service center at Kukatpally, hyderabad. They said that the previous job card was not closed, so they cannot open a new one.

                                When I enquired at the Sangeetha mobiles they said they will resolve it. They told me that the old job card was closed and they gave it again at the XOLO service center khairatabad on 2-Jan-2015.

                                I waited for about 25 days, each time when I asked they said it will take a week. Finally when I enquired this at the service center they now saying the old job card is not closed and cannot repair my phone now.

                                My Phone is dead for almost 4 months now and I'm still being said that it will take 2 more weeks and that too they didn't guarantee.

                                I tried to reach customer care - everytime saying we are working on it and will update and then there is no update from their side.

                                  Hi, I was give my xolo q3000 at service center on 9/02/2015. As per the job sheet no[protected], same day i received the message that it is delivered to service center and collect it. I called to service center, they told that it is sent to factory. Again i called to service center with above job sheet no, it was delivered to service center. I called to service center person (Pavan), told me that the problem is not resolved and sent to factory and given another sheet no:[protected]. But I dont receive any message/information on thisWITHOUT NOTIFYING TO THE CUSTOMER HOW PHONE IS SENT TO FACTORY OR HOW HE CREATE NEW CASE ID ?I called to customer care with second case id, , they telling that it is opend on[protected]. what happen to in between[protected] to[protected]. I am keep on calling to customer care and service centers daily. finally i confirmed with customer care phone is deliverd to service center on [protected]. from the delivered date, i didn't get any call from service center that they have my phone. every time i called to service center they are saying courier not yet came / call me after some time / i will check and inform to you. same answer i am getting from the service center person.finally on[protected], i called to service center at 7PM, he tell that your phone in service center and collect tomorrow. I requested that wait for 15 mins. he told me that " no sir till 7pm we are here, and closing now. i will sent phone with my person collect in the middle, i will sent his phone by sms". i waited for 30 mins and called to service center land line. same person pickup and told me " one customer came thats why we here. i will sent office boy phone number" but i started and reached 7:50 pm - shop is open.I asked for my mobile. I was totally stun he just taken phone from his pocket and removes the sims and giving to me. IT IS TOTALLY CHANGED. I GIVEN WHITE COLOR MOBILE AND HE IS GIVING BLACK COLOR MOBILE. One surprising thing is i opened the battery, the sticker is showing my imei numbers and color white. but the phone is block. i refused to take the phone. i asked him how the phone color changed, he replied that it is came from factory. i told him i need my phone back.regardign the above issue, i called almost 10 times to customer care, they are simply replying that check with service center. I even arranged conference call with service center person. I called service center person on[protected], as per the discussion, mobile will sent to factory and in mean while he will arrange a mobile for use. Now[protected]:58 pm, i dont have any information that he sent mobile to factory or not. and he just called me that dont come to service center as no mobile is available. I know that my mobile parts and body is replaced. How company will replace one color mobile with another color mobile with same imei numbers? that i dont know!!!customer care persons are irresponsbly telling always contact to service center and arrange call from there. How many time i need to visit service center and how many times i will arrange conf. call with them? my mobile is totally changed where i have to go and to whom i have to complaint.As per the call ref. no 121891 with customer care, telling it will take another 7 working days. who can reslove this? where i have to go? I hope you can understand my problem and give my mobile back to me. thanks chaitanya

Same shown in your service centre(Shakthi incorporation. Receipt 1528 on 04.03.2015). firstly he not accepted it since it is purchased online, later after argue and showing invoice he accepted for repair. even repeated calling he is saying spares not came it will be delayed. I came to know after calling u r[protected] that he has not logged complaint itself. Now he is called again saying it has to be sent HO and it will get delay of 20 days and charges above Rs1500/- Previously saying it is connector damaged may charge around Rs350/- Now he is saying stupid reasons to hide is mistakes . your people cannot have rights to call him then tell me whom to contact or to contact consumer court.                                         As they given within 15 days battery got bulged(damaged)
                                        again told charge will be Rs.1280 and waiting for battery from20/06/2015.
                                        But still handset is in warranty and cost battery is only Rs.749.89 in there official website.
                                        But they are charging Rs.1280.
                                        Better refund than battery replacemet on non-warranty.
                                        I am keep mailing Xolo but they are not responding to my mails.

                                        Distending of battery occurred due to which touch screen got demolished. Replace the battery as soon as possible. None of the xolo service center had battery of xolo X-1000.
