Hi Job sheet number:[protected] IMEI No :[protected] Model :Xolo Q900 Problem :Touch not working I have purchased my Xolo Q900 mobile on May/2014. For touch problem, I gave my XoloQ900 white color mobile for service on 13/01/2015 in SPS Electronics, Chennai. I gave my mobile without any scratches and demage in SPS Electronics for service. i went to get my mobile, they said, you got replaced mobile Xolo Q700s+ black color (with lot scratches and also its old mobile). i said " i am expecting my XoloQ900 white color mobile with touch working condition. I don't want any replacement. I won't accept my any replacement mobile. I hope, Xolo will give my XoloQ900 white color mobile without problem. Please don't want any replacement mobile. i need mine. " and i called lot of times to customer care. but they are telling still under repair . i dont know whether they are having my mobile or not. i need my mobile please help on this. I have attached my scan copy of job worksheet.

      i purchase a xolo A-600 set on 21/10/2014. Day after i feel that the set touch is not working properly and i contacted to the shopkeeper from where i purchase set. But he ignore me and told that the set is working properly and he did not told me about the change of set within one week. After not satisfied with the phone, i tried to trace the service centre details and i found the name of Mayank service, uttam Nagar New Delhi and contacted within 7 to 8 days. I contacted Mayank Service, Uttam Nagar and there Mr.Pankaj who was telling that he is a service engineer, i told him all the problems that i was facing in phone, and he told me that your set will not be changed and you have to leave your set for minimum 20 days to repair. After purchase of set within a week was to be changed but he refused. When i ask the number of seniors of Service centre and he told me that he can go anywhere even to the court but he will not change your set.Sir is it my mistake that i have purchase the Xolo. I am fed up from the set or from the service centre behaviour who did not attend properly and still i am facing the problems in my phone. I am a defence personnel and do not have the more and more time to visit your service centre. Sir it is requestd to please get the set change which i am facing the problem from the next day of purchase of the set.         i am buying xolo q900 mobile past 8 months.my mobile two times problem occured.1st time speaker Problem this problem solving more than 30 days.now second time touch not working.i submit the mobile 11th feb 2015 for more than 30 days still now didnot received my mobile.my mobile quality was very poor so i need a new phone or extention of my warrenty or quick solution .i am waiting for your responce...

          Dear Sir, i have purchased Xolo opus3 mobile in jan2015. it is just worked on 15days. I have already submitted my Xolo (opus3) phone at your service center sec - 18 Noida on 17 Feb 2015, to resolve software issue only(work oder no[protected] in good physical condition. the issue in my mobile software problem. But I reached to pick my phone from center I found display is not properly fitted and have scratches also. When I ask the care representative about this he said that he repairs/replace display accordingly. And ask me to collect the same on 9 march 2015. But still no progress found in this matter till now.               Hi sir/ma'am, I have purchase your Company Phone Xolo Q600S before six month but continuously facing problem on my mobile, first problem is First Slot not working so i went to your service center for these problem and it resolved but second problem create is WI FI connectivity. Description of Problem :- I have connect WIFI so use approx 20 min connect but not use Internet regarding same problem i have go three times your Service center for resolving time given 15 days but not resolved till date. So I want to Know about what is doing your service center employees...and i am not satisfied from your service if any clarification my side arrange call back to me timing 10 am to 12 PM Mobile no.                 I have purchased new Xolo Q 1000 opus 2 in September, 2014 still today my phone is not performing well, some screen problem, speaker problem, hanging problem etc I am facing. I have twice given my phone for repairing at Ahmedabad service station but nothing was done, i am facing many problem and suffer huge lose in my Profession due to this Phonne. Please either exchange me this phone or returned my money with my loss. or I will file Consumer Complainant against you at Ahmedabad.                   my mobile xolo Q7005 imei no [protected] मेरे मोबाइल में touch का problam था xolo care me दिया । mobile जब मुझे return मिला तो imei के अलावा sab change था । 3 year old mobile हो वैसी position me tha .imei number bhi duplicate likha huaa tha . Is [protected]. i have purchase a xolo q700 mobile in 10/10/2013 it has a display problem when I submit it into xolo care 1/10/2014 they can issued me a new mobile xolo q1000 opus 2 in place of old mobile because they have a shortage of components. But after a some time this mobile has a power switch problem due to moisture when i submit it into a service center they told me to receive this mobile next day but when i reach the service center after 2-3 days they told me it has a full board fault and we can change full board of your mobile phone please contact us after 3-4 days xolo company promise me if you have any problem this mobile please contact us my workorder number is[protected] now i cannot require any other set or my old set please refund me all money because your all mobile has some kind of problems

                        My phone was taken 25 days back, i was told maximum 15 days phone will be returned back. Now for last 10 days i am trying to ask them for a return or replacment, but no information is coming from XOLO. THey are not even pushing & giving a fixed answer of they dont know & every time i call they say it will be returned in 3-4 days, these 3-4 days are not coming & next day same answer is provided.

                          This is my second work order for the same complaint of Q900s mobile.

                          Old workorder closed by the xolo care automatically (but the mobile problem is not solved)

                          Mr.Sandeep Dey & Mr.Anuj Patwal in Xolo care (Mobile.No.[protected]) is not respond even a single time. So many mails i sent to them and call to them but no reply from them. They are don't care about my complaint.

                          Mr.Pradeep from Xolo care outbound Team (Ph.No.[protected] dt[protected] contacted me for solve the problem. Till now the process status is not informed for me.

                          21 days finished for mobile problem. Till now the xolo care peoples are not solved my problem.

                          my mobile is one mobile from the 1000 customers for Xolo. But only one mobile for me.

                          I am already requested for replacement of new Box piece mobile other than the Q900 serious (models).

                          Xolo care is able to solve my problem or not?.

                          If they are not able to solve they why they running the customer care for their products.

                            Sir I purchased a mobile xolo a 600 on 21.10.2014 from Jain Communication Nehru Market West Sagarpur New Delhi - 46 even the day after of purchase i am facing the problem of touch screen as it was not properly working on taking the photo. I approached the shopkeeper on 22.10.2014ut he did not solve my problem and not given me any satisfied answer. Even after i searched the service centre o[censored]ttam Nagar. I contacted the service centre Mayank Services, WZ-168, 1st Floor, B Block Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar on 28.10.2014 but their the Service engineer Mr Pankaj, age around 18-20 did not attend me properly and not solve the issue of my phone. Sir it is requested to resolve my problem whereas my set was to be replaced within a week time, the service engineer Mr. Pankaj of Mayank Services, ([protected] mobile no. Of service centre) did not attend me properly or not tell the process of replacement within in a week. Sir it is around 6months of purchase of mobile i am still facing the problem of same.                                         I given service for my (XOLO Q1000S BLACK; IMEI [protected])in service center deu to some problem followed by poor battery backup, call sensor not working. At date 10:01:2015 Thay will replace my mobile in date 19:2:2015 (XOLO Q1000S WHITE; IMEI [protected]) in service center not given service report and so i confused it genuine or not. they given hand set only in service center now my problem is replaced mobile (xolo q1000s plus white) battery problem when charged it cannot exceeds97% and dimention of mobile display changed and so much of hanging please replace my old model (xolo q1000s black) thank you.
