I am Abhilash Halder. I submitted my Xolo Q1010 handset to Xolo Care, Hari Om Services(Code[protected], Noida Uttar Pradesh-201301 on 31 jan 2015 to repair my charging jack defect. On 7 feb 2015 they returned my handset but gave another defect in my handset. My phone's 'ear speaker' stopped working. So I had to submit my set again stating new problems.(They gave me its Workorder Number[protected] Now it's been almost 30 days passed, I haven't got my set back. I have called the XOLO customer care[protected] almost 7-8 times but neither they are telling me any expected date to get my set back nor they are letting me to speak with their seniors.

    Dear Mr.Sandeep Dey & Mr.Anuj Patwal,

    Regarding the work order number[protected] / Dt.[protected] for Xolo Q900s (Replacement mobile problem),
    As per your mail dt[protected], the shipment was received in F1 Info Solutions, Coimbatore today 28-02-15 at 11.50 am. I am visited the service centre and check the mobile, with in two hours I found the following problems,
    1. Contacts are not able to Save and Delete. (Every time need to restart the mobile for saving & deleting contacts.
    2. Not able to make the call conference.
    The service centre manager Mr.Vinoth also sees these problems in mobile today, and he tried to rectify. But the problems are not able to rectify. So, I am not received that Q900s mobile. That mobile returned in service centre and the above said work order number was not closed now. Mobile now in service centre only.
    If I am using this mobile on regularly, the following problems also comes one by one,
     Display Edges blinking
     Camera Hangs at the time of opening,
     The display buttons are not work some times.
    These are the problems already I informed to you. This shows factory peoples also not rectified my mobile problems. You all are using my mobile for research purpose.
    Today[protected] my Half day is waste because of visiting service centre.
    Customers are not an to waste their time to visit the service centre and follow up with the customer care.
    I don’t want the Xolo Q900 series mobiles. I need the Replacement of New mobile Xolo 8X-1020(Box piece) or return the money RS.10000/- immediately.
    I want the result today without fail and need replacement or money on Monday.
    Please check with the service centre and take immediate action.

    Mr.Sandeep Dey & Mr.Anuj Patwal given commitment also failed.

    Dear Mr, Pradeep & Mr.Anuj Patwal,

    Mr. Pradeep call to me on 28-02-15 evening, I am clearly explained about my replacement mobile Q900s problem (After repairing also). And he says we give the replacement of new mobile after getting approval from our team and the same will be informed to you on 02-03-15.

    But still now i am not received the communications about replacement of new mobile from both Mr.Pradeep & Mr.Anuj patwal. What is the process going on in XOLO.

    I am already sent the mails yesterday[protected] regarding the new replacement mobile options to choose, but no reply from your end. I call to the toll free number and informed regarding this commitment to Veena madam yesterday.

    Still now i am not got any status from XOLO care executives. Who can take responsibility to solve the problem, I don't know. I need the new replacement mobile (Box piece)before[protected] with out fail.
    I will hand over the old mobile charger, Headset and back panel to the service ceantre F1 info solutions, Ganapathy, Coimbatore - TamilNadu at the time of receiving new mobile.

    Take action immediately to solve this problem.

      I am manoj kumar.Actually my mobile (xolo a500s) display glass was broken.I gave my mobile to the lava service center near by(SIVA MICRO SYSTEMS, no:210, first floor, vellore city centre, anna salai, vellore-632001, cell:[protected], ph:[protected] I gave my mobile on jan 5th.Didnt get any call by the service centre.i called every day .after one week they gave my phone where the glass was not fixed properly.i paid 2350 for the display glass.I asked the men working there he told that it will be fixed automatically.(12th jan) It didn't get fixed i went again(13th) told the problem they told they will fix.they fixed white display glass for my black phone.i accepted because they told that they don't have black glass i[censored] want u wait it may take few month.due to this delay i accepted. got on 17th.but my call censor was not working.went again on 18th to return the mob.they again got my mobile filled the job sheet & fooled me again and again after one week i went on 23rd, got my mobile took home. network was not receiving properly.they took worked on the mobile by telling me to wait.gave the mob but the display way flickering ...some shades were visible..i showed them they saw they told to give the mob and go.. I called daily one day they said that fault in the mother board of the phone.will send to company. today is feb 28..nearly 2 months..still i didn't get my mobile. I called today ..they gave the number of the owner ..its [protected] I asked him about this..he is asking another 2500 for changing the motherboard.i told him that i gave the mobile for the glass broken problem what's there with motherboard, it was working fine before i gave.. for that he s speaking rudely to me..is this a justice??is that my fate to pay the money and waiting for my mobile for 2 months?? please solve this issue !!!

        Model no. Xolo Q 600s was purchased three months ago. For last two months its not working well . I gave it to the Xolo care on 14.02.2015 the notification no. Is[protected] it comes after 8 to 10 days .After receiving it i have check it and the problem was same At the next day again i visit to the care. They have format it again and software it . After 15 minutes its show again the same problem of emergency calls only but the signal strength was full. as well as the tower of the communication company was on the top floor vodaphone but still it was showing emergency calls only.then i calls care again he asked me to give it again to the care in Shyam ji complex ANA communication Bahadurgarh 124507. I just want to ask the new phone is not working after it comes from your care now the 2nd time its visiting to you now the notification no. is[protected] please take a suitable action.

          Hello, I had Purchase Xolo Q3000 Handset during May2014 and this handset is still under warranty. There are major concerns which i am facing while using this handset. Pls. note Major Problems Faced enlisted below:- a) Network Problem:-Weak(Poor) Network on Sim1/Sim2 Both(already confirmed by your Xolo Care Centre that there is Problem in Handset) & this handset need to send to Noida for further analysis/rectification which shall take approx 2 weeks time as confirmed by Bright Communication today over telephone. Pls. note I also tried by replacing the same SIM into other handsets where I was getting Full Netwrok which itself proves that there is something wrong with the Handset. b) Weak Batttery Backup:- Battery Gets dischagred within 4-5 hrs even after charging 100%. Pls. note there is no any apps running at backend. c) Handset Hangup:- Many Times the Handset gets Hang and very difficult to Handle. I have to either Restart the handset or Power Off and then Power on the same. Pls. note this Handest was purchased (On Line Purchase Amazon.in) through Paragon Telelinks Pvt.Ltd.vide their Inv. No.MH[protected] dtd.05th May'2014. I had handover My Handset Xolo Q3000 to above service centre on 21st Feb'2015. Enclosed Work Order No.[protected] dtd.21.02.2015. Details of Xolo Authorized Service Centre as mention below:- Bright Communication G-13, Lakshya Complex, Opp.L.I.C.Office Vadodara, Gujarat-390002 Contact No.-[protected] LOOKING TOWARDS ABOVE SO MUCH TROUBLES, MY SINCERE REQUEST TO XOLO TOWARDS REPLACEMENT OF THE HANDSET WITH A BRNAD NEW ONE WHICH SHALL EXPECTED TO PERFORM AS PER XOLO'S PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS.

            Dear Sir, My Name is Awadhesh Kumar My Mobile Model No. XOLO Q700s My Mobile No. IMEI No. is - [protected] My current work order No. is[protected] Service center Detail: Ahed Enterprises, Allahabad, UP, India Inline image 1 Problem in hand set, Battery suddenly goes discharged and charge with in 30 sec to 5 min full 100% charged. Means Mobile battery have only (1 min to 10 min backup only) status show 90 % but suddenly shows 10% and suddenly switch off all activity take only 5 to 10 min. It not possible to do continue calls for more than 5 min it goes switch off. While charging it from 0% battery to 100% charged within 30 sec to 5 min. This problem is not resolved by xolo care time from 3 month. We are suffering with same problem and near about 5 time they made job sheet. 2 times they send to Noida for board replacement but they fails. What service center and your Noida xolo care team Do as per Ahed Enterprises. (1) First time to Service Center They told your battery is faulty change the battery. I change the battery but problem was same they submit the hand set for 10 to 15 days after 10 days when i collect my hand set I check my hand set same day problem was same. (2) Second Time to Service Center They told your mobile board is faulty its need to change we have to send it noida it takes 20 Days. I said ok change after 20 day they give me back my hand set and they said its ok now I take home and when i checked it the problem was same. (3) Third time to Service Center They told me we will recheck the board and its need to update software it will take 10 days. I said ok do it but check it properly at your end and then call me After 10 days i go back now your hand set is ok we will checked it at our end i said please recheck at my end but they said no its ok just full recharge your batted for 24 hours and then switch on your hand set, I do the same but problem is same my mobile battery suddenly drain and charge. Then i call to xolo toll free No. xolo care[protected] and told them what the service center were doing with your valuable customer. They are misguiding them. They are not properly responding. Worst service Engineer who was not able to check what was the actual problem. Your xolo care agent told me go to the service center and call to xolo care no. and ask any person of Service center to talk to me. I go to xolo service center and make call to xolo care but when i ask them to talk with xolo care team they refused to talk in front of your xolocare agent at that time your agent was on call he listen all activity that they were not ready to talk with the xolocare agent. When i force them what is the drama i am going to court then one of the person was speak with xolocare agent. after that i log a complaint for this misbehavior by service center and ask them to arrange a feedback call. Your agent told me to submit your hand set we are sending it again NOIDA if possible we have to replace your hand set on urgent basis. I do the same. on 23th feb and 24 feb i talk with your agent for the feedback on my handset and complaint but NO CALL BACK CALL ARRANGE . and they told me your hand set is ok you can collect from service center. I told them please take the conformation from service center he told me yes it confirm your set is ok collect it. (4) Fourth time service center ON 25 feb i reached service center they told me we have checked it thoroughly Now your hand set is OK. I said to them no this time check it at front of me. They were not ready but when i force them that i was suffering from 2 month with same problem they ready, they placed my battery in my mobile with in 30 sec my mobile goes switch off. They said take it home and recharge your set is ok. I said No. charge it at front of me they start charging hand set with in 30 sec battery status start showing battery 100% charged. THE PROBLEM WAS SAME Now they old me your battery is faulty. i told them i have two battery and this was new and one checked buy your service center. Then they check it there own batter (New Sealed battery) but the problem was same. Then they told sir it may be send it again to service center for Board replacement. i said to them you already do it Then they told me It may be replace with other hand set It will take 20 to 25 days. I call to xolo care and told hole satiation they told me to submit your hand set. We tried our best to do it fast if possible we will replace it. At the same time Mr. shushant srivastav Regional service manager of XOLO CARE reached at service center i told them hole satiation. They told me we tried to replace it. (5) Fifth Time service Center At present my hand set was at service center For more 3 month my mobile was on your service center. from this 3 month i fed-up with chasing with xolo service center allahabad and by your xolo customer care team. TILL DATE NO CALL BACK CALL ARRANGE FROM XOLO CARE. The XOLO CUSTUMER WAS SUFFERING WITH THE EXPERIMENT AND TESTING ON HIS MOBILE BY ALLAHABAD SERVICE CENTER ENGINEER AND YOUR XOLO CARE NOIDA ENGINEER. For same problem you people submit 5 time hand set think it. My hand set warranty expires on 6-3-2015. you are forcing me to go to consumer court for solution. Sufferer Awadhesh Kumar [protected]

              Work Order Number[protected] IMEI NO.-[protected] MY EMAIL- YASHASHVARAJ.[protected]@GMAIL.COM SIR/MADAM, I am from lucknow, (U.P) I had Purchased “XOLO PLAY 8X 1100” Its Been past 3 months where my handset always malfunctions… though that its been 4 times when I gave my phone to service, 3 months and 4 service..its kinda irritating… is this the work I have to do? Use mob 15 days n give to service 1st time my phone replaces due to sensors..anrd the replace model which I got in that camera was not working correctly then 2nd time when I gave it to service .. I dnt knw what kind of service you all gives my phone was same nothing changes the said PCB changed Camera lenc changed… if that was then why my phone was not repaired… I hav given my 1st job sheet picture in that mobile you can check also I have given that handset again to service… n this is my second job sheet above… and what kind of peoples you keep on your service centre who dosnt know anything… I was keep saying my camera doesn’t take near by object clear in macro position or macro mode… they keep saying MICRO mode Micro mode, U can See The jobsheet .. n the English they spoke “CAMERA QUALITY POOR” “ZOOM NOT WORKING” “CAMERA PICTURE NOT CLEAR USING MICRO MODE” “PICTURE ZOOMING NOT CLEAR” What the hell is with them I don’t have these problems, My problem is “My phone camera is working as fixed focus not taking the accurate point view that is what we say auto focus… far images are good but when I click on the near by object it doest take focus image it work as fixed focus” that wat I was trying to say to these but they havnt listend me I dont know whats the problem with them…the work? Here the work is too lazy I mean give them food… for just a 1 minute help they take half n hour… for just a suggestion they keep fighing “ki hame kya pata jo campany se aaya ab tum jaano” the hell with XOLO branding… || Wo so ever is reading my message I want is to plzz for the last time please help me give me a correct handset… and if this time my handest malfunctions or any major problem I simply put on a case…its not fare I have a lot of work to do. 4 services in 3 months it’s a joke making here? Am quite disappointed the kind of service you give I waited 20 days so that my phone comes but what I see is its not repared… it that a joke 20 day u kept my handset and still not repared.. now I have given back if after 20 days I doest come a fresh new… ill simply put a case no matter what happens… Now Kindly Obey My lines, Don’t Take As a joke…It’s a customer n Its Your Duty To Keep Us Satisfied… THANKING YOU.

                Above mentioned set was purchased online through amazon.in vide invoice no. KA-BLR[protected] dated 6/7/2014. Set works properly for 4-5 months & thereafter started to gave the problem of auto off. Lastly, In Dec.2014, set was handed over to xolo authorised service centre M/s. The Key Pad -Guwahati for resolving the problems. In Jan.15, after one month service centre handed over set to me saying problem has been resolved & when I asked them to give me test check after inserting my Sim & Memory card in mobile, I found that set was giving the same problem. Then your service centre informed me that set will be replaced by the co. and it will take 5-10 days fro replacement.For the last one month I am in touch with service centre, but till date neither they have provided me new set nor they have repaired my old set. I am facing lot of harassment due to your service center attitude.I am staying 600 kms. away from Guwahati & it is not possible for me to visit service centre daily for fallow-up. Now, service centre people are saying that they will see the problem.This is the horrible situation & even after two months XOLO co. is not resolving my problem & today at 2.30PM when I contacted your customer care person he misbehaved with me. I have e-mailed about this to xolo co. I request the forum to take-up the matter with co . Hopping a prompt action from your end. BALBIR SINGH DAB

                  In Jan.15, after one month service centre handed over set to me saying problem has been resolved & when I asked them to give me test check after inserting my Sim & Memory card in mobile, I found that set was giving the same problem.

                  Then your serivce centre informed me that set will be replaced by the co. and it will take 5-10 days fro replacement.For the last one month I am in touch with service centre, but till date neither they have provided me new set nor they have repaired my old set.

                  I am facing lot of harassment due to your service center attitude.I am staying 600 kms. away from Guwahati & it is not possible for me to visit service centre daily for fallow-up.

                  Now, service centre people are saying that they will see the problem.This is the horrible situation & even after two months XOLO co. is not resolving my problem & today at 2.30PM when I contacted your customer care person he misbehaved with me.

                  I have e-mailed about this to xolo co.

                  I request the forum to take-up the matter with co .

                  Hopping a prompt action from your end.

                      I am received a replacement mobile Xolo Q900s(2 months used mobile) dt[protected]Rs.9999/-) (Old repair mobile Q900-Rs.12100/-) after 45 days. Now the Xolo Q900s mobile arising problems one by one. The details are,

                      The Work Order No.[protected] / Dt.[protected]. (Work Order copy attached with this mail)(IMEI.No. [protected])
                      Problems are,

                      1. The sim contacts are not displaying. (Stored -250 contacts. Display- 230 contacts only). Every time I need to restart the mobile to get all contacts.
                      2. Not able to Delete and Save the contacts.Every time I need to restart the mobile to save or delete the contacts.
                      3. The camera is hangs when opening.
                      4. The display lights blinking in the 4 side edges of display screen and hangs the screen display.
                      5. Battery charge quickly drying.
                      6. Not able to make conference calls.

                      If possible to issue any new mobile (not used) like exchange. I will bare the extra amount. Because Q900 comes problem and Q900s also problem.

                      My home to service centre around 50km up and down. I am not able to visit the mobiles comes problems continuously. Today i need the exact status for my mobile without fail.

                      (My old Work order No.[protected]for Q900), IMEI.No. [protected] for your reference). If you have my Q900 mobile please send that to me. That Q900 mobile is very good compare to the Q900s mobile (now i am using).

                      The service center (F1 Info Solutions & Service, Ganapathy, Coimbatore -TamilNadu) Manager Mr.Vinoth given a commitment to return the mobile Xolo Q900s on[protected]Maximum)(After repairing). But the spares they are ordered (dt[protected] from Noida store still now not yet shipped. Then how they are give a mobile to me on[protected], how to honor their commitment.

                      Already i am informed to you regarding the last issue for my mobile Q900. After 45 days only i got the replacement mobile. Because the spares are not available for that mobile. At the time i am put a online consumer complaint then only the service center peoples are taking immediate steps.

                      i am not have any standby handset. I am using my sim in my friends handset (Because the sim card are now in micro sims suitable for Q900s).
                      Last time i am given for repair work Xolo Q900 (Rs.12000/- worth) mobile and you given replacement mobile Xolo Q900s (Rs.9000/- Worth)( Factory testing department used mobile. Not a new mobile )
                      Now that mobile also problem with in 2 months. At the time replacing mobile from factory side they are given a guaranty for that mobile (Mobile is in good Condition). But now the replacement mobile also problem.
                      I am not like to face the problems all times. I need the permanent solution immediately. Every time i am contact the service centre day by day and the mails sent to customer care for status of my mobile. This is not my duty.
                      I am very much disappointed in Xolo.
                      All other brands are taking maximum time of 7 working days to finish their major repairing work or replacement.

                      13 days is finished today itself . I am enquired in customer care today[protected] and given a request to issue a phone with in the week. And they are forwarded he request to the concern department.

                      In local service center technical peoples (F1 Info Solutions & Service, Ganapathy, Coimbatore- TamilNadu) already tested and they said the phone is have the problems of Display, Software, Camera & Battery . And the spare for this mobile is not available now .

                      Now the factory peoples are checking the same for the last 3 days. Till now the exact status of the handset is not informed to me. Now the status is showing only Under Repairing on last 3 days.
                      One mobile phone (already given a replacement mobile) needs how many days for repairing time?.
                      Everyday i am call to the customer care Toll free number[protected] and Care - Mail team Mobile No. [protected]. But still now they not confirmed the exact delivery date of repaired mobile or another replacement.
                      Every time i am facing this problem in XOLO.

                      I am purchased Q900 Last year, that mobile is submitted for repairing and i got a replacement mobile after 45 days. (the consumer complaint already sent to the xolo care.
                      The replacement Q900s mobile also problem with in 2 months. I am already given a request to xolo care executive Anuj patwal regarding, issue a new mobile XOLO 8X-1020, XOLO Q1020 etc (i say if extra amount comes i will pay). No reply for that.
                      Till now what mobile sent from factory to service centre dt 25-02-15 details are not known by the toll free executive and service centre peoples.
                      At the time issuing replacement mobile (factory testing people 2 months used) xolo care peoples given a guarantee for Q900s is not comes problem. But with in 2 months lot of problems comes.
                      This type of problems come what can i do. I am not have the time to continuously follow up to service centre and customer care.
                      I request you to issue a new mobile (for Replacement).

                      Dear Mr.Sandeep Dey & Mr.Anuj Patwal,
                      Regarding the work order number[protected] / Dt.[protected] for Xolo Q900s (Replacement mobile problem),
                      As per your mail dt[protected], the shipment was received in F1 Info Solutions, Coimbatore today 28-02-15 at 11.50 am. I am visited the service centre and check the mobile, with in two hours I found the following problems,
                      1. Contacts are not able to Save and Delete. (Every time need to restart the mobile for saving & deleting contacts.
                      2. Not able to make the call conference.
                      The service centre manager Mr.Vinoth also sees these problems in mobile today, and he tried to rectify. But the problems are not able to rectify. So, I am not received that Q900s mobile. That mobile returned in service centre and the above said work order number was not closed now. Mobile now in service centre only.
                      If I am using this mobile on regularly, the following problems also comes one by one,
                       Display Edges blinking
                       Camera Hangs at the time of opening,
                       The display buttons are not work some times.
                      These are the problems already I informed to you. This shows factory peoples also not rectified my mobile problems. You all are using my mobile for research purpose.
                      Today[protected] my Half day is waste because of visiting service centre.
                      Customers are not an to waste their time to visit the service centre and follow up with the customer care.
                      I don’t want the Xolo Q900 series mobiles. I need the Replacement of New mobile Xolo 8X-1020 or return the money immediately.
                      I want the result today without fail and need replacement or money on Monday.
                      Please check with the service centre and take immediate action.

                        Dear Team, My faulty handset has submitted in XOLO service center for repair on 26th Dec. 2014 (before 3 months). I have send 7 follow up mail for my faulty hand set but still XOLO team failed to repair my handset Q2000. Team provide me new work order number for lot of time. As per discussed with team they offer me Q2500 replacement of Q2000. I bought handset Q2000 for Rs.13, 000/- and company replace my handset with Q2500 (cost Rs.11000) which is less in price as well as specification (Internal memory, camera etc). This is unacceptable deal. Kindly provide my handset ASAP with extended warranty or provide me new handset with same specification. Hope you are taking request on priority.                                 I Purchased XOLO Q600, having IMIE no. [protected] and [protected] Sr no. 0600013J032500 during Dec-13. My handset has problem with XOLO secure and flashes error message immediately. It is not allowing to do factory reset because of XOLO secure. I am unable to disable XOLO secure as mobile is giving error message Error message are : Unfortunately process com.google.gapps has stopped. I went to your both the service centre at AHmedabad. 1) M/s Abhishek Technologies, Drive in Road at Ahmedabad and 2) Shreeji Communicatio at Vastrapur. They do not know about uninstallation of XOLO secure and factory reset. They suggested me to throw XOLO phone and purchase new mobile set of another brand. I wrote mail to xolo service center. The asked me to talk toll free number. I called up toll free number. They asked me to visit XOLO service center. It appears that XOLO company is cheating customers by selling third class quality of mobile handsets.

First time Oct'14 facing problem on speaker sound and submit Xolo Care, Jalpaiguri-solved this but after one month facing same with head phone problem.Next time on 27th Jan 2015 submit for solved this but still now not repair, yesterday give the set but problem same as. How many days I will suffering from this, whereas my warranty period near. 6th Feb'15 call me from your head office and said "solved the problem as early as possible and may change mother board." Yesterday when Siliguri Xolo Care give me the set, there is no change mother board, only repair, and not solved.Do the same as early as possible. Don't care that Siliguri Servicing Centre, I will paid Rs.10, 000/-(Ten thousand only) for this Hand Set but fully useless for me, they don't give me any hand set for use.I am facing problem. Please do something .

                                    Dear sir, mam Value: my phone value is Rs-11999 rupess (work order no[protected] Dear sir, I bought xolo q-900 phone 27/09/2014 after using 10 day problem was start it. phone was hanging up & heating up and last time phone got dead and I went to xolo authorized service center in Ghaziabad which is at Hans plaza (chauhan Communication) they said phone is having software problem they will check my phone after 2 days and asked me to come after 2 days but they took my phone on 28/01/2015 ( WORK ORDER NO[protected] to repair after checking they said my phone mother board is dead they will send my phone to Noida for replacement and i will get new handset with in 15 days. After following up after 14 days they said in Noida they dont have any spare mobile to replace ( what the hell). It will take more time to get replacement. After that I call customer care to know the status of my phone they said my phone is under repair i said that your phone will be repair in one week. It’s true that xolo customer service is worst I trusted this upcoming mobile company but I gain very bad experience after purchasing xolo product.                                         Sir, My Handset Xolo One Purchased on 13 jan 2015 has a manufacturing defect. Its camera is not working properly(its display gets sometimes black or white lines)..but by pressing by thumb just below the Back Camera it is working properly. I submit this phone 2 times at your Service Center, Civil lines, Allahabad, Submit Notification No.[protected] dated 13/02/2015..he is just screwing some screws and return it..same day..but it again gets on its same condition...kindly replace it urgently beacuse its only one month old..and how i can i recommend someone to buy a xolo product..Contact [protected] Gmail [protected]@gmail.com
