dear sir / mam, I have submitted my phone 5 times in XOLO uttam nagar branch, the same problem again and again coming. yesterday after 15 days i have taken my phone from XOLO service center and today it is again dead. These guys not taking it seriously, the phone is just 3month old and 5 time is gone to XOLO's service center but my PROBLEM is still not resolved by you. I had told to their executive that please change its motherboard but they haven't done the same.

    I am disturbed around 5 months. i am mailing company continued but they did not respond I submitted my mobile Q2000 which is under warranty to the service point, kanpur(authorised service center of XOLO at mal road shivas technologies shop no.301, 302). The mobile had a problem of auto back. The person there told me that it will take around 15 days to repair and come back. Then they send my mobile to noida center on September 2014. After 15 days when I called I got the response that the mobile is still under repairing. After around 1 month and constantly passing time. behavior of service center is not good.i get my mobile unsatisfactory condition scratched. they changed my mobile other modal . It has been almost 5 month without my phone. I want my phone back repaired as early as possible with my lost warrnty or else Xolo returns my money or they can give xolo Q3000 mob only.       I had purchase a Xolo Q900s w3014 on oct 2014 from Ebay online seller. After using it for a 2 months

      Issue 1: I faced was that on either incoming or outgoing calls I could not hear the person on the other side. I could only talk to the person on the speaker phone.

      Issue 2: I am troubling with 3G network and mobile network issue.My mobile data is not at all enable.I need restart or shutdown mobile frequently.

      I took my cell phone to Xolo service Center SPS electronics, Velachery, chennai Xolo service collection point on Jan-2015. The front mike has been resolved.But still i have issue with mobile data network and network issue.They are saying every has been resolved but not yet and mobile screen also damaged by service centre.I asked them but they are saying we are not responsible for that we dn't do anything.But previously my mobile screens are good conditions only.This is the contact no[protected].Because of that issue now i am think I should not have taken this decision of going for a Xolo phone. The service has been so poor that I would not be recommending this to any of my friends. I have been using this small Samsung phone which has never given me any issues neither with product quality nor with service. I you really wish to sustain in the Indian market you have to relook into the after sales service. My only request to you is to please keep your phone and refund the amount hack to me as I cannot be running behind the service center people anymore and get run around.

          I was submitted a xolo handset model name 8x1000 to lucknow electric service faizabad . when i was submit he say that yesterday u will come and take u mobile phone . So i will go yesterday then he say that it was a physical damage and i will charge Rs. 6500 for repairing even my mobile phone is on warrenty period . When i was submitted my mobile phone he will take my mobile phone for checking after a half hour he will come and say that everything is normal u will take your mobile phone yesterday .

            I bought Xolo 6X1000 mobile on 2/8/14. But after two months of purchase I encountered the problem of hanging and automatic switch off. I took my mobile to Xolo Service Centre about 10 times for this issue. They submitted my device for 2 times only. Rest all other times they just formatted my device and returned. But still the issue of hanging is not resolved. I am a working professional and I can't visit the service centre again and again. I also wrote a mail to Xolo Care but they are not at all responding to the mails. An automated reply is generated for visiting the service centre. I want my device to be replaced now not repaired as I have already wasted a lot of time in all this. Looking forward for a positive action. Regards, Deepak Kumar [protected]

              I mailed three time on Xolo care but didn't received any response from that side. I submitted my handset Xolo Q900 on 24 January, 2015 in Jaipur and on 9 February i got call from Noida that my cell phone vill be replaced with new handset. I wish that i should be paid my amount back which i paid for the handset. my workorder number is[protected].

                  Hello Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Xolo handset (Xolo Play 8X 1100) on 15 Dec 2014. They were giving Gift with some suggested handsets like Q 1020, 8X 1000, Q1010i and Play 8X 1100 from 6th Dec. So, I applied for the same on 28th . This scheme of JBL headphones got ended on 30th Dec and started one more time after this. After the click on last button, a message was shown that was saying that "Please check your registered mail for updates". Till now, I haven't got Headphones. And not even a Single Mail from that JBL offer. I called Xolo Customer care Three to Four times but they didn't even know of the offer. I even shared my concern with Xolo's Facebook page. They just kept saying "Please wait for sometime. Your handsets will definitely reach you". I also talked to Xolo's JBL offer care at [protected]@xolo.in but to no avail. Now they are not even replying me after 2 emails from them on 6th and 7th Jan. This is all I have to say. I'am also having the screenshots of the "Registering JBL headphones Screens". Please Do Something Useful. Thanks.

                      My Xolo handset win q900 is not working properly. i purchased this set in[protected] and with in 3 months i have faced 4 times complaints regarding ear speaker, screen damages (by mistake of service centre). i am sending the set to service centre again & again for repaire and service, which cause me a lot of problem and inconvenience. so, kindly replace my set. please revert me as earliest possible.

                          We have purchased a xolo q 1200 from Dombivli on 22.06.2014 for Rs.12000/-. But due to some problem in battery it was sent to service centre for repair in Dombivli. Please find below address of service centre. We had contacted Mr. Tushar Patil (Cell- [protected]) head of service cetre in dombivli. Mr. Tanviq - Branch SAles MAnager (XOLO) (Cell- [protected]).                             Dear Team, I had purchased xolo Opus HD on 31.01.2015, it was really bad. I faced some issues ( Hang, Downloading & Touch) from 1st day. Same am submitted to service center and he says for software update. I totally agree for that. Again 2nd day same issues faced & same happens, software update. I was really fed up with the unite, because 3rd time problem faced. Finally am gone to service center and want replacement but Mr. Vikram denied for the replacement. Let me know ... 1) What the replacement criteria ? 2) If DOA policy is under 7 days, than why ASC has denied it. I was surely disagree to software update on daily basis, finally wants to replace my set and it is my apologies to you pls provide as am want.                               I gave my handset xolo q3000 for repair on 22/1/2015 work order no. :[protected] at suraj enterprises, j.m. road, pune, maharashtra. expected delivery date they told was 29/1/2015. but today they gave me another work order number again and my handset is not repaired yet. new work order number :[protected] can you please tell me when it will be repaired or replaced ?

                                i want my money back as i have paid 9500 for xolo q900.its 3rd time my mobile get defected.its worst service centre worst mobile i have ever seen.last nine months i have used it 3 months only.so u get that mobile and give my money back.my work order no is[protected].it is at deccan jm road pune service centre.if i doesnt get any action i will complaint to consumer forum on wed 4th feb 2015.

                                    Hi sir my work order number is[protected]. I have submitted my cell xolo q 1200 phone at 6 jan 2015. Still not received i have facing problem again and again. i have come to service center at least for 6 times in a month for the same issue.What happened if i have to submit yestraday one person called about this he said we will clear it 24 hr but still not yet done is number [protected]. and only display charges is 6.000rs still warrnty is their Thanks&Regards anil kumar [protected]

                                      Still the problem is not resolved after receiving handset from the repair centre, still the same problem gets hanged up frequently and automatically gets off and hanged up. So not all satisfied after taking this handset from day one many issues, many times this handset has gone to repair centre, still this is not getting resolved last time I had mentioned please change the model or else return my money back, but not response.

                                        Hi sir my work order number is[protected]. I have submitted my cell phone at 16 jan 2015. Still not received i have facing problem again and again. Imei [protected] i have come to service center at least for 3 times in a month for the same issue.What happened if i have to submit xolo mobile every time for a long duration it ' s impact my business . You people promise me to get it resolve till 22 jan it was a simple mic issues. Please take immediate action regarding this . Today 29jan i got a call from service center . Mr wasim please wait at least for 8 days because again we require to submit your mobile to the service center. After communicate with toll free number i was answered that the issue was resolved please collect your device from service center i have send mail again and again [protected]@xolo.In but no response . Response me on my mail [protected]@gmail.com .
