I gave my handset xolo q3000 for repair on 22/1/2015
work order no. :[protected] at suraj enterprises, j.m. road, pune, maharashtra.
expected delivery date they told was 29/1/2015.
but today they gave me another work order number again and my handset is not repaired yet.
new work order number :[protected]

can you please tell me when it will be repaired or replaced ??

    I have given my Xolo 8X-1100 to below mentioned service station for repairs on 14th January. As promised, my phone was to be repaired under warranty and expected date of delivery was[protected]. Today when i checked with the service station, they said it will take 15 to 20 more days for the repair as it is not repaired yet.I can not wait another 20 days and then tell me that it again take time to get the spares.         That I had purchased a Xolo Q 610s model on Nov 2014. My phone battery is not working properly and discharged in few hours. Service centre told us that battery is swalled and is not covered under warranty. But as per terms and conditions no warranty for physical and liquid damage is given . As per my complaint my battery is neither physically damaged nor it is liquid damaged. Your service centre just harrasing the people and not provide genuine warranty. Kindly go through the matter and reply as early as early as possible. Failing to which pressuring me to knock the doors of Consumer Court. Thanking You, Puneet Mittal Advocate Pb. & Hry. High Court.             Respected Sir, I Purchased one Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone, through on line i.e., Sanpdeal vide Item Code 01774368, Order No [protected], Sub order No. [protected] for an amount of Rs. 13, 400/- and the said item was reached me through Blue Dart, Srikakulam Branch vide Invoice No.35DAB5/14-15/963 dated 11.04.2014 and I paid the said amount of Rs. 13, 400/- and took delivery of the same. After open the box I found that the screen of the Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone broken immediately I contacted your persons by phone bering phone No.[protected] then your person informed that he will send a courier person to took back the said cell phone within 2 days but he did not sent any person to me hence I approached the person in charge of Blue Dart, Srikakulam Branch and requested to sent back the said damaged cell phone to you for replacement which is in the warrant period then the person in charge of Blue Dart, Srikakulam Branch state that they did not receive any intimation from you and advised me to show the damaged cell phone to the authorized service centre at Visakhapatnam. As per the Advise I approached the authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam. The person in charge of authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam took the Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone and check it and he decided that the screen was broken due mis handle during transport and there is board complaint to the said cell phone. After verification of the receipt and other document, the person in charge of authorized service centre changed the screen of the said cell phone but he did not rectify the board complaint hence due to the board complaint I face many troubles to the said cell phone repeatedly. Then I again contacted your persons by phone bering phone No. [protected] but he did not take an action regarding to this complaint. But no action was taken then I again approached the authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam for necessary remedy to the said phone. The person in charge of authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam took the Xolo Q100 Black, and informed me that he will send the same to the company for necessary repair after 10 days he sent a SMS massage stating that the same repaired and ready for delivery then I approached him and took back the same from him but the board complaint to the said cell phone was not rectified properly hence I am facing same problem. I here by informed you that the warrant period of the said phone is going to expire shortly Hence I hereby request you please take necessary action in the regard and replace the above said Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone as early as possible Thanking you sir, Your’s Truly, P.Srinivasa Rao, Campus Incharge, Sri Chaitnya Techno School, Mahalakshmi Nagar Colony Srikakulam.

              I bought Q1200 on 28.06.2014 after 2 months suddenly battery started draining like anything i went to service point serviced center to check on this, they told battery has got bulged and its has affected the display also and submitted my mobile on 26.08.2014 they told 20 to 25 days after 25 days when i call service center they are telling another 10 to 15 days its in factory when i call xolo care they tell it is factory and its under repair and it will take few days we will escalate to our seniors . Nobody is giving time line. Area ASM his no. is [protected] is disconnecting phone. If this is case and no wants to take a responsibility where should the customer go. I want my money back. If you can't provide proper deadline to the customer. I got a new phone on 30 Sep 2014. After exactly three months (27 Jan 2015)again the battery has bulged and again I need give the phone for repair. Myself and five of my friends bought the same model that is Q1200 paying Rs.12999/- and all the phone has same problem every one has given for service and got an replacement. I was the first person to come across the battery problem and got the replacement. Now it's my second time got the same issue. I agree that there might be 1 in 100 phone i[censored] have that problem, every phone has the same problem and till it's covered under warranty it's ok afterwards who pays for the service. The service centre people say that battery is having only six months warranty. It's not the battery problem but it's mother board problem. I request Xolo people to stop this model and people who have this fantastic model ask for replacement to some other model. I request Xolo change exchange my phone to some other model.

                You can find the whole story what was happened with my mobile since last six months… I got replacement of my Xolo Q900T (IMEI-[protected]) with XOLO Q1011 (IMEI-[protected]) and further with XOLO Q1010i (IMEI-[protected]). And xolo person ensure me that replacement mobile was totally brand new. But replacement mobile was also having problems like Proximity sensor issue, Hangs Up & the most important mobile was dead. Apart from this some additional problem occurs in my mobile while service – Auto-Rotation not working, Notification Light (Top left corner on screen) also not working, Mobile goes automatically shut down, Slow operation/ mobile hangging problems. Submitted phone here 2 times, but not able to repair, they lied to me every times that phone has been repaired. When I complained to Mr. Akash he simply replied that-” please submit your phone to service centre, I promise you this time I’ll give your mobile totally ok in condition.” Anyway, Ones again I submitted my mobile to XOLO service centre with workorder no.[protected] on dated 30 October 2014.                     Dear Sir, My name is rajesh kumar i have used mobile xoloa600 last few days i have face problem in mobile touch so i went your pitam pura service center in Delhi. your mobile engineer check the mobile and find mobile touch is not proper working so he advised me change your touch i said ok but told me time period is 25 to 30 days i am shocked 25 to 30 days long period without mobile. so that i purchase spice mobile Rs.3000. Sir i send my mobile in 07jan-2015 but no buddy update me when i collect the mobile.                         I had purchase xolo q1010i (white) at 01 nov 14 but after 1 month there was problem in SIM detection, problem was in one slot so, I had submitted my handset at xolo service center as on date 04/12/14. My work order number is[protected].After so many follow up i had received xolo q1010i (black) handset on 13/01/15 (after 40 days). I had submitted xolo q1010i white colour but i received black colour handset, but i need same model xolo q1010i in white colour, so i had resent my handset on same day. My new work order number is[protected]. Still present, i not received my handset back (approx 2 months complete), I contact customer care they said that your handset is under repairing, but the handset was new and it does not need any repairing, it is just to be replaced with white colour same model. I need same model colour replacement only. So kindly replace it on urgent basis.

                          I have tekan this phon on 8/12/2014 xoloQ2000L imei no [protected] after some days thevphonw wasnt working properly the service of the phon wasent working gallery camara has stop 23/12/2014 i had gone to the ghatkopar castomercare sarvice center they told that thee motherkit has bin distroyed compeletly thee empolyoe over told the phone has to send noida for riparing m will come after 10 days workout no[protected] ... On31/12/2014 they gave me the phone the customercare told that now the phone will work proparly but again after the some days the same problam occur i when customer care ghatkopar butt that sarvice centre has stop i would request u to please replaced the peice...

I am living in shahdara new delhi-110094 I buy a xolo play 8x-1100 on 25 december 2014 through snapdeal from 2 weeks after puchasing i having battery some battery issues like swicthing off my phone when battery remaining 40 percent so i visit xolo service center of bhajanpura delhi on 21 Jan 2015.They told me that my phone's battery is swalling so i said to replace because it is in 6 months warranty but refuse to do so
                                  I am Ravichandran from Chennai. I bought XOLO Q1000 OPUS mobile from Universal Mobiles Velacherry on April 2014.In December (15.12.14) month touch was not working and i went to the service centre Deprosys T.Nagar and they dismandled and told that it was a water lock problem and it will not come under warranty i agreed for that and i asked them to limit service/spares charges with in Rs.1500/.I gave my mobile with battery. After 21 days they called me to collect the mobile i went there and ckd found battery is charging and the battery % was not going up, and the battery jack was not fit with the charger jack.prior to this service it was perfectely allright.I went three times to solve this problem but it was solved by your service centre.Hence i went to another XOLO authroised service centre S.P.S Electronics in Vellachary they opend the mobile and said my mobile battery has failed.Prior to the service (Deprosyes) my mobile battery was in good condition and battery charging connector was also in good condition.I could not use my mobile and it is still in warranty

                                      This is to inform you that I have purchased a xolo Q700 mobile set in 04/12/2013. I have faced many problems in this mobile set that's why i have complaint in your service centre "Electro Vision, Avadh Plaza, Bareilly" dt. 12/11/2014. The service centre puts my mobile set and given me one month time for rectification the problem. Then i have received (5 December) my mobile set but the problem is still same. Again I have complaint to service centre in next day regarding this same problem and submit the mobile set. As per given status by service centre, the mobile set send to company for replacement on dt. 17/12/2014. Now the service centre give us a new brand set Q700S+ on dt. 01/01/2015 but I have not received it due to low features and down value. I have again complaint to service centre regarding this new mobile set for low features and down value. The service centre against send this new mobile set to company against notification no.[protected]. Now You are requested to solve my issue and provide us a new mobile set xolo Q700 at the eatliest.. A lots of time are already passed away... If the company is not providing a same model set then provide us the above model mobile set as a same value and same features set at the earliest... I am waiting for your positive reply...

I have submit the handset at technocare solution pvt. ltd ( xolo servece centre lagpat nagar) on 01.11.2014. service centre employee is not giving my handset and he say that the mobile is manufacture defective. and then he give old handset. sir please reply my question, if i have to use old handset then why i purchase new handset and why i pay total cost i.e. Rs.9200.
