    i am using xolo smartphone xoloQ610s, and am using xolo secure in my phone, i had set a security pin in xolo secure but it is not accepting that pin and not unlock, and it is not functioning. and i had use the power key+vol up key for factory data reset but it is asking for xolo secure turned off. i am unable to do. plx help me to resolve it.

      But reference to my complaint if all the possible i am not going for repair as it warranty will expire in two months if again phone will got crash and same problem will happen then my phone will in unused and my target of buying phone will be worthiless . SO please request you to get it replaced or refund for the same as i don't want to get it more repair. If above things are not settled by the xolo then i will take a prior action on that. If i will go again and again for repair then what is the value of buy a new phone ?? instead of this i have to buy old phones . I am really unsatisfied with buying xolo phone as i in future i will not suggest xolo to buy.. Please revert as soon as possible as phone is relies in factory as per f1n1 services gurgaon near by pnb office. My contact details are [protected].

        I have given my Xolo Q900 to below mentioned service station for repairs on 12th December. As promised, my phone was to be repaired under warranty and given back in the next 20-25 days. Today when i checked with the service station, they said it will take 1 more month for the repair as the spares are not available.I can not wait another 1 more month and then tell me that it again take time to get the spares.           It's being 1 month of buying this phone and it's start creating display problem (blinking). But when i took it to the service centre ( Tej plaza complex Hazratganj Lucknow ) then they asked me to keep it for 12 days so i gave it then after 12 days when i went back to service centre then they told me that your phone problem is solved but when i checked the phone then the internal memory was low from the actual internal memory so again they took back the phone and they did something in phone and this time everything was gone ( when you switch on the phone then it just so the xolo tag )

            Sorry to inform about inconvenience caused to me. I am totally dissatisfied about the service as I have already been replaced with wrong handset after one month of waiting. now the same replaced phone has got same type of problem. and I have been told by service center executive to wait for one more month for repairing.             I have purchased a Xolo Q1000 OPUS on 19.3.14 . Since then it has been given three times for repair to Xolo service centre at F1 info Solutions & Services P, C/o Best Services, Shop No.G1 & G2, New Delhi, Delhi-110034 either for touch or display etc not working. Fourth time again mobile has been handed over to said service centre. The service centre says charging jack has been broken. I said that you may charge for it though to my best of knowledge except charging I have not done anything. Its display was also not clearly visible. The service centre has given me job sheet showing they will charge Rs 3075 for Jack and display. I showed them the original purchase receipt.Still they say it is not covered in warranty on some pretext/
            story known to them. Sir/Madam my submission is when one year has not elapsed from date of purchase and mobile has not fallen/ damaged how the service centre can charge on both counts.. IMEI No. is [protected]. Mobile was handed over to service centre on 27.1.2015 (12.27.59). Workorder No.[protected]. Sir I am a senior citizen requesting you to look into firstly from the angle mobile set appears defective from the beginning asking problems and problems repairs.               i had cell xolo x1000 .it was having various problem so i went in care n submited the cell phone it is in warrenty period ...the care employer tlod me it will be delivered after 25 days . . .it came but after 25days but it was with same problem ..i had talked with care employe he did not respond gudly he replyed with a rough language ... nw its almost 2 months ..n problem is not yet sloved. n xolo care called me n saying to pay 10000 ... but, why should i pay the phone is still in warrenty i had not got any respond from der ...and delivery date was 11th 2015 but i had not got any response

                I have xolo pla y 8x 1100.It automatically switch off with battery still containing 40 to 50%.It show 100% charged after charging it for half an hour or for 5 minutes.Sometimes it does not start after pressing right side button. Sometimes battery slow down from 50 to 25% & 100 to 9% within minutes and automatically phone switched off. When i charged it, phone show 45% instead of 1%.I have got my phone from snapdeal on 3 jan 2015 and on 9 to 10 jan phone show batter problem.My phone no is [protected]

                    Dear Sir, I have new xolo q3000 mobile IMEI no.[protected] purchased invoice no. E446B6/14-15/8043 dt : 13/09/2014 and have problem of touch screen is defective or not working so i give at communication merchant, XOLO authorised service centre at surat gujarat against work order no.[protected] dt 04.11.2014 for repairing against company warranty. After 25day company return me old used piece with IMEI no.[protected] which was on different owner name. so i not accept this piece due that was old used piece as well as differ owner name. I contact XOLO care about this issue So company suggest me to re visit service center and share a new work order. So i taken new work order[protected] dt 27.11.2014 against i want my own handset or brand new handset. Then xolo care contact me from phone no +[protected] dt 27.11.2014 time 12.30pm that company is commited to solve your complain with in 10 days or before 05/12/2014 and give me to my phone after repairing or new phone. Till date this complain is not resolve, i contact xolo customer care he can also not given any solution of my complain. XOLO not give any reply of my mail or not give me a phone. I kindly request to solve my complain as early as possible to do needful for this. and give me my phone or new phone against work order no.[protected]. And the time period of complain is already over too much. Kindly i request what i have to do and which date and time i get my phone.                     This is ordinary common reply given to all. This is not a solution. Pl solve my issue as early as possible.
                    Pl give my handset after repairing if repairing is not possible give me new handset though my handset is new. After 76days of repairing till date why not return my handset

                    Battery not available

                    My Xolo X910 battery is dead since last one month and the battery is not available in service centers. I have complained online, but in vain, Can anybody see to it and make the battery available?

                      I have bought a handset Xolo -900 on 1-Mar-2014 from the shop Jasmin Mobile Vadodara with insurance as they have promised me a lot at the time of purchase. In the month of November the handset has started giving me trouble with touch-pad & I have submitted it into nearby xolo care (Fatehgunj-Vadodara). They have given my time frame of 30-35 days. After 5 days of submission I have got the call from Xolo care that they don't have the part(touch pad) & they were giving me a marketing offers that we don't have the part so you buy a new handset & we will give you discount of Rs. 3000 on the purchase of any xolo mobile. I have refused the offer & asked for my repaired mobile or/a new piece or/my whole money back. They had directly refuse my request and put the phone down ( A perfect example of pathetic service). I have complaint regarding this to the Xolo care where I have submitted my mobile to get repaired. Your customer executive has ensured me that he will solve my query and complaint about the incidence to his superior. After completion of 35 days now your Xolo care executive is offering me some used Xolo 900s on behalf of my mobile. I am frustrated with the service offered by your system & if I wont get my mobile within 3 working days than I will complaint in police station as well as consumer forum regarding the same. I am attaching mobile bill, insurnce paper & the receipt i got from the xolo care along with this description.

                        sir, i wish to complaint about my xolo q700i IMEI no. [protected]. 2 months before i submitted the phone to service centre of xolo : Sai Communication U196 1ST FLOOR MAIN VIKAS MARG, SHAKARPUR, DELHI-110092. CONTACT NO.[protected]/[protected]. I submitted because there was a line on display and touch panel of the phone was not working properly. They submitted my phone and send it to repair centre and when they returned it after 20 days, they swapped my phone with someone else of same handset. Motherboard was of mine and body was of someone else. IMEI no. was same as of mine so i took it. after 2 days i noticed there is a problem of battery and network issue. so i again went to the same xolo service centre. They again said that it will again goes to repair centre. I gave it to them. after 25 days they gave me phone and after using 7 days i noticed, this time touch panel is not working. i went to service centre again and explained them my problem after checking the phone They said it will again goes to repair centre. i said them that i already gave you 2 times before but problem is not solved . so they said that you are not behaving properly so we will not take your phone for repairing even though i have not said something wrong to them. I contacted xolo customer care and told them that their service centre denies to submit my phone even though my phone in warranty. First they agree to submit but then denied and said we will not submit and when i questioned why? then they gave lame reasons. Customer care executive said that let him talk with the service centre employee . service center employee said to customer care that my phone is working properly and start telling a lie to him. He himself checked that phone and said it will go to repair centre but now he was saying that my phone is working fine and start smiling in a sarcasm way. My phone warranty also about to ends. I need help so that this time i can get my phone repaired.

Your service centre replied me that you will get your mobile at 01 Jan 2015 but still i din't get my mobile. I have visited most of time the place but they didn't give me satisfy answer. It is my waste of time. I need to back my phone Asap otherwise i will complaint to consumer court.                           I have updated software from your laxminagar service centre in delhi & they charged me Rs. 250/- but they had not given me the bill as your executive told me we didn't provide bill for software.

                            Dear sir, i submitted my XOLO Q1010i for repair of my broken touch screen on 15th november2014 for which i have to pay rs 3550(as considered out of warranty repair) for a TAT of 25 days. after numerous followups, finally on 10th dec2014 they were offering some repaired Xolo Q1010i(white) as replacement to my original handset.I denied the offer and they took it back and entered a re-call for new black handset as replacement. they also told me it will take another 25 days or so to get may handset. I as a customer loosing my warranty without using my phone(excluding my other personal loses too). i want my handset in good working condition asap.who will compensate this loss. definitely your company. How will it be compensated is to be communicated to me.

                              Respected Sir, I Purchased one Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone, through on line i.e., Sanpdeal vide Item Code 01774368, Order No [protected], Sub order No. [protected] for an amount of Rs. 13, 400/- and the said item was reached me through Blue Dart, Srikakulam Branch vide Invoice No.35DAB5/14-15/963 dated 11.04.2014 and I paid the said amount of Rs. 13, 400/- and took delivery of the same. After open the box I found that the screen of the Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone broken immediately I contacted your persons by phone bering phone No.[protected] then your person informed that he will send a courier person to took back the said cell phone within 2 days but he did not sent any person to me hence I approached the person in charge of Blue Dart, Srikakulam Branch and requested to sent back the said damaged cell phone to you for replacement which is in the warrant period then the person in charge of Blue Dart, Srikakulam Branch state that they did not receive any intimation from you and advised me to show the damaged cell phone to the authorized service centre at Visakhapatnam. As per the Advise I approached the authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam. The person in charge of authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam took the Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone and check it and he decided that the screen was broken due mis handle during transport and there is board complaint to the said cell phone. After verification of the receipt and other document, the person in charge of authorized service centre changed the screen of the said cell phone but he did not rectify the board complaint hence due to the board complaint I face many troubles to the said cell phone repeatedly. Then I again contacted your persons by phone bering phone No. [protected] but he did not take an action regarding to this complaint. But no action was taken then I again approached the authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam for necessary remedy to the said phone. The person in charge of authorized service centre located at Gurudhwar, Visakhapatnam took the Xolo Q100 Black, and informed me that he will send the same to the company for necessary repair after 10 days he sent a SMS massage stating that the same repaired and ready for delivery then I approached him and took back the same from him but the board complaint to the said cell phone was not rectified properly hence I am facing same problem. I here by informed you that the warrant period of the said phone is going to expire shortly Hence I hereby request you please take necessary action in the regard and replace the above said Xolo Q100 Black, Cell Phone as early as possible Thanking you sir, Your’s Truly, P.Srinivasa Rao, Campus Incharge, Sri Chaitnya Techno School, Mahalakshmi Nagar Colony Srikakulam.

                                I have submitted the phone for service on 28th november, 2014 and was promised to return back within 10-15 days but till now i have not received it yet.everytime i go to service center each time they give the feedback that they will call me whenever the phone is ready.next time i will not tolerate this and will take the necessary step to get it back....

                                hello sir, i my self keyur suthar from bharuch Gujarat. i had purchased xolo q2000l mobile from snapdeal in August 2014. after purchase of 1 month there was problem in mobile software so i contact xolo service center & they reset my phone & reset all software.after 1 month o[censored]se there was again problem of touch. mobile's touch key not sensing so i had given it to again xolo service center on 1st december 2014. after 15 days they gave my mobile back its touch problem solved but they had create three more problem in my phone. 1) phone flash light not working. 2) phone's inbuilt memory getting decreased to 8gb to 2 gb. 3) android system has stopped msg arrived on screen frequently. so i had given it back to xolo center on 17 th december2014. but till today they are not giving me proper answer & not telling me status of my phone & said me please wait. after purchase of mobile i had given my phone 3 times to service center & this time from last 1 monthmy mobile was in xolo service center. & not gave me reply. please help me to get my mobile back.

                                    I bought Xolo 8x-1000 hive in August-14. Accidentally, its screen got damaged. I paid stupid Rs-4500 for that. When this phone was given back to me, its SIM 2 Slot was not working. I checked same at their service Centre outlet and complained for same. They blamed on me that it was broken by you and again you would have to pay 80% of phone price (i.e. around Rs 10500). I got shocked and back to my home with same problem. Now, its memory is showing 3.9 GB instead of 16 GB. This is bad experience for me. Suggesting to not purchase Xolo phone. Its better you go for Blackberry / noika / Samsung etc.
