    I have purchase a new XOLO Q1010 IMEI/SL NO.[protected] from Wizard Digitek Computers Pvt Ltd. C-6/232, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi- 110053, India. Invoice No. 25714 dt 15/05/2014.After 3 month this set is getting problem.This set is sent for repair to the authorised service center Bajaj Tele com center Ajmer Rajasthan morethan four times and till date with service center.complain detail given below. 1.18/07/14 Job card No. [protected] mic u/s. 2.07/11/14 Job Card No. [protected] Charging 3.15/12/14 Job Card No.[protected] Battery not save, Battery automatic in minus, camera problem. 4.26/12/14 Job Card No.[protected] Battery problem. 5.29/12/14 Job Card No.[protected] Set off, not responding. Now I request to chang my set with new one or refund my money.

      I did just replace my LCD, i show price in xolo site, there is very cheap spare parts price and when i went to xolo care there was approx 600rs high price then xolo site, they give us very high taxes, extra service charge, And, My phone is repaired well, they gave me phone just replace LCD screen, not check anyother parts, i have issue of battary charging, during phone switch-on, my phone is not charge rather than decrease charing, and during switch-off phone phone is charged but very low speed and from computer phone is not charged. so give me best solution.

        hello, My cell phone is xolo Q2000 IMEI (Slot1) [protected] I had Purchase a phone last 5 months ago And on/off switch & camera is not working Properly. i'm just open a camera and show me a pop up (Unfortunately, Gallery has stopped.) and no any kitakat update available... your Laxmi Nagar staff is very poor...           From Muralidharan V Calicut Sir, IMEI NO ;- [protected] I purchased a xolo 910 black on 02 Jan 2013 through online. After eight months, due to software problem handset got replaced by your authorised service center at Calicut. I received new Q1010i ( IMEI NO- [protected]} set after one month. Now this set is showing display problem. No light is coming on the display screen. Only able to receive incoming calls.I got frustrated due to the problem on handset. I was quiet happy when i purchased xolo set one year back. Because it was functioning well initially.After replacement also it was functioning well. I have used it very carefully. Never it fell down from my hand. Despite handling carefully, now the set is showing display problem. I am totally unhappy with this XOLO set. Some times i am thinking that company is supplying faulty sets through online and through shops also. I will be greatfull to you if you can consider this as a special case and repair this set under warranty because the old set took one month for replacement.

            my set is xolo a510 in new set issue of hanging i send it for repair but after one month it come dead i told to replace but he told me to back to repair factory and it come with 3 issue camera not working sensor nor working network problem and i send back but 20 days my set is not delivered kindly help

                The Xolo service center in lajpat nagar, New Delhi, under the name of TECHNOCARE SOUTIONS, it's been more than a month since I gave my phone, XOLO Q900s, for a broken display change and they haven't been able to get it repaired. I submitted my phone on 22nd november and its the end of december. Xolo is a good company but there service center and there services suck big time. Whenever I call at the center, they repeat the same memorised sentence " It will be done in 7 days. You'll get a call when it gets repaired ". I have been listening to this stupid sentence for the past 1 and a half months. They should feel ashamed about themselves. Because of such kinds of issue, people prefer buying a samsung or a nokia. Atleast there services are good.

                  I have XOLO Q500. My work order number is[protected]. I have submitted my phone on 21st November, 2014 to Abhishek Technologies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I got a message from company on same day that my Expected delivery date is 15th December, 2014. Its 30th December, 2014 still my phone is with company only. And more over my phone's warranty is getting over on 10th January, 2015. Still you are not able send me my handset then Extend my warranty. I called 10-20 times in customer care but they are not available. As well I got the number of Mr. Patel from Abhishek Technologies Who is Manager of Xolo of Gujarat, Even he is not picking up the call. I texted hime twice of my problem but no response from him too. Is this your service ? Please tell me the confirm delivery date of my phone. Hoping and waiting for your positive response.

                      Hi, With reference call ID 1180847 I have 3 problems with my mobile. (Ref. No having my IMEI no) 1. Mobile having only .95 G for rom (internal memory). that means I can use 0.9G for install applications; After this I wont download and install applications. What I have to install more applications??? if, There is a option that move to SD card, why you gave 12 GB of memory if there is no option for that move to phone storage. 2. If my phone not suitable for 4.4, why you are giving 4.4 update and actually I bought this phone because of 4.4. but at the time of purchase no 4.4 available with the phone. Its ok. Anyway it is available now. After update, phone is not working and i visit 3 times to service center for degrade to 4.2. Let me know my phone support 4.4 or not? if not, why you are sending update for phone. (Check my case sheet for why i visited the service centers- among them we dont know when KPHB service center works? Khiratabad center response is good) 3. Recently I am getting "battery temperature is anomalous, remove the battery". Here one thing i dont have much apps running. I called to your Customer care, they told me that just disable the message.The message coming because of battery temperature is going up. Why dont you replace the battery. If some thing happens you feel the responsibility??? Please reply with mail as soon as possible. and finally let us know, is there customer support people having any information about problems and phones expect "sir visit service center, they will assist you" (if call record with you please check) Regards Chaitanya PS

                      as per you comment, i was given my phone to customer care, on 9th of Feb, today 18th Feb, i didn't get any information from xolocare. the notification number is[protected].

                          hello, i had hang, touch and camera problem in my xolo mobile, so i contact service centre, they said that they had to submit mobile and send it to company, so i did it. I submit my mobile to service centre and they said that i'll get my mobile back in 10-15 days or maximum 25 days. But 25 days are over and they still saying mobile is in company, they don't have the parts & they need time. I'm really frustrate and really very much dissatisfy with the service.                             I bought Xolo QC 800 Bill dated : - 24/09/2014, Bill no 35955, IMEI no [protected]. This is to inform you that in the month of April 2014 my screen ( touch pad ) had got damaged and same i had given for repair at your authorized service center address - Micro Mobile Vile Parle ( Mumbai ) . After rigorous flow up i was been made to run from pillars to pole and finally after charging me Rs.4500/- they gave me my Tab after one and half month. For some days it was working in normal condition few days later it started giving error for SIM Card detection, I took the issue to the same centre on 2nd September 2014, but this time i was told that it will take minimum months time for repaired, As i did not have any option but to wait, i agreed and waited for the revert . After a month on 1st October 2014 i received message from sender - ADLAVAMO ( '' Dear Customer expected delivery date for the product submitted Vide- Notification No.[protected] will be 14/11/2014 for any query call us at 91 [protected]" ) I tried reaching on the above no. for more than fifty time but could not get through so I personally visited at your Vile Parle centre, I was shocked and surprise to know that this time my screen ( Touch Pad ) is damaged and it is send for repair to the factory and it will be given to me after one more month. I would like to have clarification as why and how my screen was damaged, to understand the same again I visited several times at your centre but no one was interested to attend my compliant so I approached your customer care id - [protected]@xolo.in on 8th October 2014. 3 days later on 11/10/2014 I got below revert : (Dear Customer, Thank you for your Email. Inconvenience regretted, as we have checked the status your complaint is under process. We will try to get it resolved ASAP.care For further information, kindly call our toll free helpline[protected]Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 07:00pm) Regards, Xolo-Care ) After 2 months ( Time given to me by your customer service center) today I was hoping that I will get my Tab, but again I was shocked to know that my screen is broken and the SIM card is not dectecting. After going through above matter I hope you understand the concern and the pain i have gone through. The purpose of buying this Tab from reputed brand like you was completely defeated, I as a consumer had faith that your customer care and service center will provide reasonable service but it is painful to inform you that the overall response from each unit was pathetic and help less. regards manoj yadav ([protected]@rediffmail.com)

                                I purchased xolo Q2000L with 4.4.2 and 8gb internal memory, however within week I started getting Insufficient memory message taking in to consideration that I haven’t installed single 3rd party app. I learnt that memory for app is only 843 MB out of 8 Gb internal memory (843 for Internal storage & 5.4GB for Phone storage, the inbuilt app is exhausting entire 843 MB of internal app storage memory of this handset is. Configuration is very poor. I tried all possible me to resolve the issue from net i.e, I've moved maximum applications to sd card, delete cache etc., buy still the memory is not sufficient for phone. Now I am not able to get the SMS & issue with call log and many more basic memory issue. I have submitted the phone to service center but they denied for resolution & customer care is the worse to customers as they mentioned to me don’t call us with this problem & they can’t fix it as per them its factory configuration issue & nothing can be done to resolve the same. I feeling i have wasted 9500 rs on the XOLO phone Please do help me to get replace or payback Thanking you Akshay [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Ihad given my xolo smart phone for repairs at Thane city service centre, but to make money, I was told that the said phone is physically damaged from inside of devise damaged. But I did not damage the said handset. neither I dropped it nor accidently happened anything nor there is any child use by which this hand set is physically damaged as claimed.. I just inserted ear jacks about 8-10 times about 2 months back. but it got damaged. How come so limited use can cause physical damage ? But still I was not interested in using ear jack I stopped it and started using mobile. But now this Handset's Battery is not getting charged properly. Battery charger is o.k. because the same battery charger works fine with other handsets. Also Outgoing Calls were not getting connected properly. After 3/4 attempts outgoing call gets connected and I am charged for all the calls. Sir, again I say that I have not damaged the said handset, but perhaps XOLO Co. sold me a defective piece. So pleas repair it under warranty, or replace it with another one.

                                    Dear Sir, I am using xolo q900s mobile phones it display was brokened after i will go to xolo customer care in bellary, karnataka. that shop name of makkam service centre (xolo service centre) contact no-[protected]. he told pay the advance i will order your mobile model display with touch pad with in 7 days will solve your problems but still i did nt get any responce, after that i call to xolo customer care also they also not given response .then what i do please give me good responce for me i am waiting for your reply

                                      Hi, My self Pranesh from Bengaluru(Karnataka-560066). I took the Xolo Q1000 White on 7th May from Amazon. When I took the handset I got a display issue and I visited local xolo service center they took the handset and sent it to noida for additional repair . They took almost 20-25 days to get it back. Now again I got a problem about battery backup. And even I purchased new xolo q1000 battery from flipkart but issue was with handset, so i went to local xolo service center and explained the issue on 9th of dec 2014. And they sent it to noida on 11th of dec 2014. From that day onwards daily I am calling to customer care and asking about the mobile. Daily they will tell as "Your mobile is under repair at Noida" and then they will tell as " we have escalated your issue you will get back your mobile very soon" . So kindly let me know how many days they need to repair. You guys will give the warranty of 12months in that 2months mobile is under repair and that too present at Noida service center. Please do the needful.

                                      hello, i had hang, touch and camera problem in my xolo mobile, so i contact service centre, they said that they had to submit mobile and send it to company, so i did it. I submit my mobile to service centre and they said that i'll get my mobile back in 10-15 days or maximum 25 days. But 25 days are over and they still saying mobile is in company, they don't have the parts & they need time. I'm really frustrate and really very much dissatisfy with the service.
                                      So, please do something to this matter.
