    Xolo care replace my phone I Merajuddin Ahmed bought xolo Q1010i phone (which is under 1 year warranty) on 26/June/2014 and bearing IMEI no [protected] and after 6 months the phone started stopping and shutting down frequently while playing games or using apps so I visited xolo care which is located at khartabad and gave my phone to xolo care officials for repair. After one month they gave back to me another phone saying that my phone Q1010i could not be repaired. The phone that they gave me was old and damaged. I returned that phone back to xolo care officials and from then onwards Iam going to xolo care almost every day but they are only making excuses. I do all my work through my phone and going in huge losses because of the shoddy manner in which the XOLO executives are behaving. I request the concerned authorities to address my issue at the earliest.

      sir, I bought XOLO Q 1000(Black) on 06/09/2013 from flipkart(OD[protected]), from the day of purchase itself i had issues like phone is getting heated up while charging and i consulted with local XOLO service centre and they told its quite normal only continue using the mobile.After six months just my battery warranty got over phone was dead, And in customer care they checked and told have to change new battery.Since they didnt provided new battery for almost 6to7 weeks i bought from amzon.com and phone was workin.Now again the phone was heating up and is dead now and service centre they told phone's motherboard is the problem have to change it and it will cost almost near to the price of phone instead you can buy a new phone. I trusted your brand and bought your product and its like every year i have to buy new phone.i cant afford a new phone of around Rs.13000 every year.i want replacement from XOLO or my money back. Expecting a reply from XOLO.Thank you

          I Have given my mobile xolo q2000 (IMEI No.[protected]) in warranty period for repair at xolo service centre in Trivandrum (Kerala) on19th Dec 2014.This is the second time that I have given for repair.4 months back I have submitted my xolo q2000 BLACK mobile(charging complaint) but I have received WHITE mobile back.Now I have submitted for net work complaint.I request you sir please I want my Black mobile returned.

            My name is Saurav Kumawat I have submitted my Xolo Q2000 to a service center in thane (Mumbai) for repairs, on 11 Oct this year. It (the phone) is under warranty . (work order no.[protected], IMEI no. [protected]) i have submitted it for touch screen and display defects. As conveyed by their executive phone will gets repaired within 12-15 days. Today even after 72days. The service center replaced my cell with Xolo Q2500 on 10-12-14 and retained to me but this offer i have not accepted this offer. I have rejected on that time because As per your offer of phone replacement of Xolo Q2500 is not Convinient to me. Because the specifications does not match with my previous device Q2000.and Ever the price and mobile looking dose not matches. looking is much boring You offered Xolo Q2500 market price is only 10000 and specification is not good compare with my device and my previous mobile price is 14000 and specification is better then this product. such 13mp camera, internal space, looking, display etc. If you want to replace the handset please make me a offer. I can't refuse. The price should not vary and neither the specifications. My choice is such Xolo 8x1100 or Xolo omega5.5 . It is of the same price and specifications of my previous device. I also told to service center if you cannot fulfill the demands please repair my previous device provide me the same after that service center made a new job sheet (Workoder no 989987) and retained the mobile to the head office. And conveyed by their executive will gets new replacement device within 1 week but I didn't got back any cell till now. More ever XOLO customer care executive is also unable to give any satisfactory answer. I will not get any answer from your people in couple of hours, than i will have to move my plea to the CONSUMER COURT. I will take legal action on you. Your service is very very very poor. I conveying you strictly give me total premium of my cell otherwise replaced my mobile phone. because 3 month warranty is also less in this process. i am facing a lot of problems by not having my phone. I hope you understand my problem and you will solve my issue as soon as possible. I am waiting your reply. I have never faced such pathetic customer care service from any product till now.               I have purchased XOLO A-600 mobile phone on 7.5.2014 vide Bill No.3233 with IMEI No.[protected] in the name of my daughter NITISHA. The hand set started creating problems and the same was shown to XOLO authorized service centre i.e. MAYANK SERVICES, WZ-1688, Ist Floor, Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar on 13.09.2014. They kept the mobile hand set for one and half month and replaced the same with old one on 25.10.2014 with new IMEI No.[protected]. Again after one week another problem occurred in the hand set and the same was shown at Mayank Service Centre, they again replaced with another old one vide new IMEI No.[protected] on 5.11.2014. Again on 29.11.2014 sent to service centre and they delivered on 4.12.2014 but the problem was not solved. Then on 9.12.2014 the hand set was sent to them, they assured the problem will definitely be sorted out and the set was delivered to us on 20.12.2014. I am surprised to see the hand set, it was returned again as it was (without solving the problem). You can see that since purchase i.e. 7.5.2014, the hand set was in XOLO’s service centre for about two months. Kindly take up the matter with XOLO either they should refund my money OR change my hand set with NEW ONE.

                  Respec.. ted sir I had purchased xo. lo 1010i on 29 june 2014 just after few days there was problem with the phone it was getting switched off i got . it repaired in the xolo service center in Tumkur karnataka they had sent it to main office got phone after 20 days. Next again problem with battery and battery was replaced on 6 nov 2014 job sheet No.[protected]. Now again there is problem with the mic given it again to service center on 20 dec 2014 job sheet no.[protected]. how many times should i roam about with these problems again and again cant d manufacture replace it with a proper working device even after these repeated problems in the device. i am losing more money in travel expenses than that spent on the mobile. Kindly replace The handset and provide me with a proper working one. IMEI NO. [protected]

Work order Number :[protected] Customer Name – Chaitali Rathod Mobile Number – [protected] Model Name – XOLO Q2000 IMEI No. – [protected] Warranty Status – Yes XOLO Care Detail Code – 1300132 Name : Macro Mobile I Bought this mobile phone on 19th January, 2014 from an authorized dealer, and while using the same, I have faced certain problems which I already taken to service center. Within an year, I have been to service center for 3 times due to different issues and still I am unsatisfied with the service. 1) The charging point was loose due to which I was unable to charge my cell phone 2) Cell phone stopped working and when I gave my cell phone to service center, I got it back after 20-25 days. 3) Recently I have given my cell phone as there is auto touch problem and display color problem. Currently my cell phone is with xolo authorized centre from 10 Nov 14. & yet no positive response from center nor from Service centre The cell phone has been send to Delhi main hub for replacement. it is been now more then 40 days no response from center.                         That I am the owner of Xolo A600 with IMEI No. [protected]. I was having touch Screen Issues with this mobile and got it to the authorised service centre (JMV TECHNOSOL, Kalkaji) for repairs on 11/09/2014 and they issued work order No.[protected] The service centre representative assured me that the phone would be returned within 20 days as it was under warranty. That I had a similar complaint against the same customer care people for which legal notices were duly sent and consumer complaints have been filed in District Consumer Forum and the same is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble District Forum. I had informed the service centre representative regarding the same and had requested them to give me a standby phone to which they issued me a mobile handset A500, with IMEI No. [protected]. It was only when I started using the standby phone that i realised that it too was defective. I was frustrated with the constant lack of attention and deficiency in service meted out to me. That I was compelled to buy a new phone of SAMSUNG make and model. That I had contacted the owner JMV TECHNOSOL, Mr.Ritu Raj, I contacted Mr.Chandan, Area Manager of XOLO Mobiles. I also approached the Service centre representatives on number of occasions. Until date i have not received my phone. Around October 15th, 2014, I received a message on my mobile phone stating that my mobile is ready for pick up. On October 31st I had visited the service centre where they gave me a white second hand mobile handset which was in extremely bad shape. I had requested the service centre representative to give me a black A600 as originally the handset which I submitted was also in black in color and was barely 2 months old. I was assured by the Service Centre that I would be given a factory replacement model of the same make, model and colour which did not happen. That i was constantly visiting the service centre on regular internvals as I had experinced their exceptional after sale service befor also. That in the month of December i was informed that TECHNOSOL, waas shifting its base and had sttopped dealing with after sale service of XOLO mobiles. After keeping my phone for nearly 90 days they told me to go get a new work order from LAJPAT technocare.(technocare solutions pvt ltd e 26 central market lajpat nagar ). When i refused they said that they will generate a new work order and give the same to me then I can collect my replacement handset. The service centre people from JMV called me, and took my standby phone and the old work order, gave me a new work order from lajpat nagar and asked me to collect my phone from there. on 11th December i was utterly humiliated in the Lajpat nagar customer care centre where the receptionist was extrmly rude to me. I was made to stand for an hour and the same phone, white in colour, 2nd hand piece which was rejected by me earlier was given to me. When i protested they took my old work order and phone, generated a new work order and asked me to come after 10 days too collect the phone. Work Order from JVM TECHNOSOL, 1.[protected]/9/2014 2.[protected]/12/2014 3.[protected]/12/2014. There has been no proper service provided to me as a consumer even though there has been a similar case of deficiency of service in the past by XOLO.

                          Dear Sir, This is to bring your kind attention that I got the replacement of my handset on 13th October 2014 and faced again problem with the new handset (1010i) so that I submit the handset again for service on 1st December 2014 Now I got the confirmation from service centre that my 1010i handset having mother board and some other internal problem so due to that company decided to replace that again. But when I checked I found it was not mine because it has too much scratched and looks ruffle used handset which staff trying to give me. My question is if company repaired that handset than I should get my repaired handset or if replaced than new handset when I asked these questions to Ms. Amrit and other staff their answer was quit socking for me as per them “They are not suppose to give any answer if I want to take the handset than its fire otherwise I need to speak with customer care number[protected]” which is mention on my job sheet I felt humiliated and helpless so back to home. Today I spoke to customer care and they convince me to take the action against them and gave me complaint number 1102603. I Request you please do the needful and take the issue seriously and Check the CCTV Recording on Past Saturday (6/12/2014) because this kind of service should not expect from reputed company like XOLO rest of the details are given below.                               I am facing a lots of problem with my XOLO Q1010, i tried to go to a service centre but came to know that all the centres near to my city had moved from their place and there is no response from the customer executive nor service centre. I have been calling everday to the customer care but they never give accurate answer.I have send several emails, but there is no response. I am very disappointed by the service of xolo and lost my hard earned money and would never recommend any1 to buy the xolo phones. if you people can not give the service then why are you looting the hard earned money o[censored]s. If i dont get reply on my handset back i would move forward to take further action to the consumer court. I need prompt and exact reply about my handset.

                                I purchased Xolo Q7001 in January 2014 even when I hadn't heard of this company before. Within 7-8 months I faced a severe problem with this phone. It used to shut down on it's own and won't start until it felt the need to. At times, it won't even start for days together. I took it to the nearby service station and they advised me to update the software and change the battery. I did so and still wasn't able to get past this issue. The next time I went to the service station, after a brief checkup they said it will have to be sent to the company, either for repair or to get replaced. They assured me it will be back (either repaired or replaced) within three weeks. After more than a month, I thought of posting my sad story on Xolo Facebook page, to which there is no update whatsoever. I even wrote to [protected]@xolo.in but received the same lame and perhaps automated reply. To that, I replied asking a simple question and I haven't heard back from the [protected]@xolo.in team. Suddenly, I received a call from the Xolo call center (preferably from Noida, from the guys' arrogant accent). He informed me that my mobile phone has gone beyond repair conditions. Further, he said he has a lucrative offer for me. Offer was "if I purchase a new Xolo mobile phone, I will get a discount of 2500 INR". I was disappointed, upset and already frustrated. I asked him on why he felt I would go for a Xolo phone especially after receiving this kind of filthy treatment from Xolo? More so because my mobile is still in warranty. If you can't repair a mobile phone you've manufacture and if it's well within the warranty period, it is your moral duty to replace it with a better model. If you can't then there's little or no value to your so-called 'warranty'. Much to my despair, he replied "Agar aapko repair karke chahiye to wait karte rahiye" and simply hung up on me. This is freaking annoying. Only I know how I'm controlling my emotions and maintaining my language as I'm writing this. This company still has a long way to go but looking the amount of complaints and despair among its customer, I seriously doubt it will. I just want my phone repaired or replaced with a higher/better model. That's it.

                                    Feedback for post sale service by xolo- I am very sorry to state that xolo is having very poor post sale service. Not only I am disappointed by the service which xolo provides, I am also very much disappointed by the unprofessional attitude by customer care team. Neither they responds to your mail nor they call back you. I have given my mobile xolo q700i in warranty period for repair at xolo service centre on 18th october 2014. Its 2 months now, I haven't received it yet. Initially xolo team gave excuses but now they dont even bother to reply to mails. Will never recommend xolo to any one. Hoping that xolo will take action so that someone like me will never suffer like this.

                                        Hi, I bought a Xolo mobile phone Xolo Q900S in Sep14. IMEI number [protected]. The display got broken and I gave my handset for repair to Xolo service center in Bangalore on 7-Nov-14. The job card number is[protected]. They promised me that within 2 weeks they will repair and will give my phone back. Its been 5 weeks and still whenever I call them they say that it will take another 10 days to repair. This has been ongoing for past 20 days. I have called them 5 to 6 times already. Today I called the Xolo customer care number and they said that they cant give me a date when my phone will be repaired. I would like to register a complaint in consumer court, as this is not acceptable. They must compensate for keeping my phone for this long and pathetic service which they provide. Sachin.
