hi, I bought brand new xolo q1100 on 11 apr 2014 with imie [protected]. My mobile problem description is keys not working and touch pad broken. its been over a month since 03 nov 2014 i have given for repair. i contacted service centre several times and customer care twice for only false assurances that mobile will be repaired in just two days. it has been very problematic for me without a smart phone since then . Kindly rectify ASAP.

thanx for the delayed service.i got my phone repaired after long wait.Now I seriously doubt the transparency of charging for services.my service centre charged me Rs 3800 for which he didnt give any bill

      i submitted my mobile set Q700i for repairing at technocare service centre New Delhi on 18/10/2014. But till date I could not get my mobile. Every time they are seeking time for 3-4 days. Is it the way of providing service. Now a days of technology the service should be completed within 24-48 hr but this service centre has not done the job in about 2 months time. The IMEI of mobile is [protected]. Hence it is requested to replace my handset with new one as soon as possible.

      Received XOLO Q1011 without any accessories. What I will do with mobile without accessories. Only mobile has been given and that too in open plastic. is this the way . The XOLO Q700 I should have been replaced with XOLO Q700I. THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. THE COMPANY ALSO CHARGED RS 3200 FROM ME. THEY KEPT MY MOBILE FOR TWO MONTHS.
      HECE THE JOB DONE AFTER SO MANY QUARY IS NOT SATISFACTORY. THE ONLY MOBILE WITHOUT ACCESSORIES IS USELESS.

          Xolo Customer Care not responding well. No Manner for talk to customer. I have an Xolo Q800. Primary Camera was not working . When i went in CC of Xolo they told me that you will got your mobile after 2 month.and they are not providing me a phone for the same. Till the date I am using to this phone without camera. Service Support is very bad. i don't have any words for your service center. Xolo can be fail in Indian market with this kind of support. Sonu Klaynia

                Hi, I have purchased a XOLO Q3000 (IMEI: [protected]) mobile on 21.07.2014 and from the beginning, I'm facing problem with the battery (Warning message: Your battery temperature anomalies, please remove the battery). Due to my busy schedule, I'm not able to go to the service centre till 25.07.2014. When I went there on 26.07.2014, they did the software update and gave my mobile back to me in 20 minutes. And again on 08.08.2014, while watching a video in mobile, display suddenly stopped working and I'm able to hear only audio from my device. So, I went to the nearest XOLO service centre (Service Point, Jayanagar, Bangalore) on the next day (09.08.2014) and gave my mobile to them for repair. (Job Sheet No 1:[protected] I have repeatedly called the service centre people to track the status of my mobile. They said that it will take some more time to repair the mobile and finally on 23.08.2014, they told me that my mobile cannot be repaired and they have swapped my handset with another Q3000 (IMEI: [protected]). I thought that my issue is resolved and the real issue started when they swapped my handset. When they gave me the new handset, it looked like an used handset and I had an argument with them. They convinced me that it is a new mobile received by them from Noida. Having belief on them, I accepted the handset and left from service centre. Again my problem got much increased due to the replaced handset. Its performance is much more worse than the earlier one. On 18.11.2014, I went to the same service centre in Bangalore again to resolve the issue with my mobile. The job sheet number as per the XOLO records is (Job sheet No[protected] and the problems mentioned in the job sheet are regarding battery backup, not receiving incoming app notifications and automatic switch off. On 20.11.2014, I called the service centre to know the status of my mobile and they replied back saying that they are sending my handset to Noida for repair. On 29.11.2014, I received a call from Bangalore service centre stating that my mobile is ready and I can take my mobile back. I'm shocked to see my handset which has got its screen replaced and the total steel outline was scratched away by the service centre people. I didn't accept the defective mobile (scratched steel bead) since the problem mentioned by me in the job sheet and the service provided by them didn't match at least 1%. So, I called the toll free number again to confirm the service provided by them on the job sheet and they asked me to repeat the IMEI number. When I told them the IMEI number, he told me that it is not my mobile and it belongs to some other person (Rajesh Kadia) in RAJKOT. So, that means, the handset replaced by XOLO to me on 23.08.2014 is really a used handset. As per the instructions given by the person I spoke to over the toll free number on 29.11.2014, I rejected the handset and asked the Bangalore service centre people to create a new job sheet stating that I'm rejecting the handset and I need a replacement with a new handset. The new job sheet number is[protected]. (Job sheet No 3). My concern is that I have lost the trust on the brand and I need my money back.

                The mobile is still facing all the problems.. I didn't understand the standard of service provided by you.. The amount spent by me for purchasing it is 16100/- and the amount spent to give this mobile in service centre these many times is 2000/- and still counting...

                Shame on you Xolo..
                XOLO - in my opinion, it deserves a negative rating..

                  i bought a new xolo 8x1000 but after 25 days there is some issue like bubble on screen and sim1 not working i got it to service center and they call me that in your handset is a major issue and we will sent it to to delhi service center after 16 days they call me that your hanset is comes to our service center and recieve your handset but when i insert sim same problem again sim 1 not working and also that day they says that we will send it to delhi again nd my handsets body fully scaratched by 4 side of screen by service center and now till i dont get my handset back... my imei no. is [protected] and my workorder no. is[protected] and my mob. no. is [protected]

                    I bought XOLO Q2000L on 11/08/2014.My phone started creating problem.Used to show pop ups " unfortunately android stopped or whatsapp stopped" etc and sometimes a caller used to call but i was unable to see the name of that caller. I gave it to repair center on 24/10/2014 at Spricon technologies at Rourkela at STM complex near hotspot. After repairing i received my phone on 08/12/2014 ie.today. Your company service is bad taking lot of time to repair. IMPORTANT COMPLAINT: Phone is at good status presently but 8mp camera quality has become worse after repair.Now what should i do? Service is worst. Now i want new set (or) immediate service without any delay for improving my camera quality to original quality.

                      In my mobile their were screen break and touch screen problem.which i was submitted to nearest service center to c com telecommunication pvt l .my mobile xolo play 6x 1000 with imei [protected] .i have submitted on 20 october 2014 with job no.[protected] still not get response while after visiting to service center i get fake respond but when i call at consumer care of xolo, i get to know that i have submitted on 25 november 2014 with new job or workorder number and said me that i will received within a week . still i did not get response and i want my Mobile back with justice.i beg you help me !!!

                        HI Friends, I have very bad experience with Xolo mobile, I have purchased a Xolo Play 8x 1100 phone in Sep. 2014 but there was a dead pixel & white patch on screen, that phone was declared as DOA by Xolo that is ok, Now I have received replacement device and that phone also having the same issue, I have also reported the same thing to Xolo customer care but no one was ready to listen the issue. I used that phone for 2 months but dead pixels were increasing day by day then I have marked some mail to Xolo Ceo and some other peoples, after 2 days of follow ups my 2nd phone also declared as DOA but they can't provide me the same handset with same White color as stock is not available. As I can understand they shipped their handsets from china in limited stock only and selling in India with big margin. I request you guys don't ever buy a Xolo handset they are not doing any quality and safety test on their devices because problems increasing day by day. Really pathetic product and service.

                                On 06.09.2014, I purchased a new phone, Model No.:Q1000S Plus and IMEI No.:[protected] for XOLO which has guarantee period. i submitted the mobile in the service centre on 14.10.2014 since the phone was not working(i.e., in dead Condition). They Told me that the mobile has to be sent to New Delhi for servicing. I received the phone after service on 04.12.2014. When i received the mobile i was shocked to find that my new phone looks too old. The internal memory has been reduced to 11.35 GB which on purchase was 32 GB.                                   i have submitted my Xolo Q2500 hand set for repair on dated 15.10.14 with job card no[protected] regarding problem in display after 2 month of purchase at there service centre at pathankot they told me after week that company is not sending parts to them so they have to send the hand set to company for repair. After 1 month i got a SMS from xolo that my hand set is repaired and sent back please collect from service centre. when i go to collect my phone found display broken service centre ask me that they have booked the complaint in company that set is received broken in courier. On date 29.11.14 i have visited the service centre and ask about the phone they said they have not received parts from company till date. i ask him to give the set to me. they return the set to me and punched on my job card that the set is handed over to customer but not marked that the set is return to customer with out repair. now i am going to put case in consumer court regarding the issue.,

                                        i had buy my XOLO Q 1000 opus handset in jan-2014 and its touch scree stop working on 5 nov-2014.i complain in service centre and they told me that your handset will go to NOIDA service centre and its touch panel will changed, and also told me that it will take 1 month.after one month they told me that you come and receive your handset.when i go to received it its colour is changed my handset was WHITE its change to BLACK.it was not new handset but REUSED HANDSET by some one else.and as i insert SIM card i received SMS that i have used the stolen handset.Also there was sms and, photos and so many data inside the HANDSET.the service centre person was also shocked and told me that " aaj kal company yehi kar rahi hai uska phone mujhe aur mera phone use".then service centre persons give me the contact no of some one at LUCKNOE centre and he told me that " aapko to ab isse hi kaam chalana padega"phone is of Rs 9750.00.Actually service centre gives me the handset of other people.having diffrernt IMEI no which is crime.i want either company change my handset with new one or refund me my money.
