    I had purchased xolo q600s on 18/8/2014. from starting their was problem in that, when i saw my phone to service center they were making excuses and not solving the problem, i had shown my phone minimum 5 times in service center and they had submitted my phone but they didnt solved my issue, at last they send my phone to service center to be repaired properly and i got phone back after 15 days but the problem was same and one problem was added with the earlier one. so again in made complain in service center and they told me to again submit the phone but now since 4 days i am not getting any kind of positive responce. when i am sending mail to companies mail id then they are not replying me.       sir may xolo Q900T was stolen on 17/11/2014 . I also complain to may near police station but they say that inform your manufacture company they trace the mobile through IMEI number. So please trace may mobile number is use before stolen is - +91 [protected] and may mobile IMEI no - [protected] / [protected]

        Hi, I have submitted my phone - Xolo Q900 IMEI No- [protected] to Vindhvashni Communication, Patna on 6th November 2014. On 7th Oct I received an SMS stating my mobile is shipped to Noida for Repair and the expected date of delivery was 29th November. Notification No[protected]. Since then I have contacted Vindhvashni Communication 2 times, the answer I got was that they have raised a ticket and will update in a few days. I also called up the Customer Service No of Xolo where also the status is the same.. "Your mobile is in Noida" On 24th Nov & 25 Nov. I called the Customer Care to receive the same response. I insisted on a Ref no so the Gentleman have applied Ref. No. On his suggestion I had mailed to Xolo as well.Just to receive a very prompt reply that my "phone is in Noida" No update till now. Today also I received the same status when I had called up both Vindhvashni Communication and Customer Care. "Phone is in Noida" PLEASE HELP...

        My phone has repaired, but has changed fully, sent to them a black colored mobile, but got a white colored display phone...a white and black combination, front side white, black side black! this is the responsibility of the xolo mobile company...what shall i do?

        I purchased xolo q800 mobile in the month of june 2013. i received some complaints from my friends they cant hear clearly in my voice.so i think i need to service the mobile .

              I bught a xolo q1000opus2 smartphone on 11.11.14 from e_store shope no.A31, basement, penta menaka, marrie drve, cochin.31, kerala, india. When i started using it i found it is showing very low signal strength (Range) in 3g services. I tried the same sim in my other xolo smartphone a500s lite where it showed very good signal strength.(Q1000 showed only one bar where 500s lite showed full bars). I contacted the xolo care cochin, they issued me the do certficate and i replaced the phone from the same shop. The new phone imei no. Is [protected].( the first phones imei number i didnot noted anywhere)
              But i got the same complaint in the new phone also. Since i am comfortable to work in xolo a500s lite with the same sim it is sure that it is not because of the network problem and understand that it is a common complaint of this particular model.. Now i dont know what to do, therefore please help me to get rid of this situation.
              Please give me another model xolo smartphone within the same range. My mob no. [protected]

                hello sir/madam. i (Hardeep Singh) bought xolo q900 set whose invoice no is 295 and series no is 29435 nd i paid 11, 000 rs for it. it was working properly for 2 months but after a while it started creating problem in its wifi and bluetooth connection.i visited serice centre of xolo at ROHAN TELE SERVICES and service centre code is 1300367.i submitted my phone in that service centre to get my phone repaired from company and i recieved a job letter and job letter no is[protected] and i got my phone after one month and when i received my phone after when i examined my phone den my problem of wifi and bluetooth was resolved but the touch was creating problem which was working correctly when i submitted before.the problem occured that is i used to touch sumwhere and it happens sumwhere else and its earspeaker filter was also ripped and it was not working properly also and the major thing is dast when i submitted my phone it was formatted but when i received certain no of apps were installed on my phone.It seems to be like used by anyone else.when i came to know about this problem then again visited service centre on 7/11/2014 nd then they again submitted my phone whose job sheet no is[protected].now i am not satisfied with the phone and services too and i want phone to be replaced with that phone whose range belong to my phone bill.i am enclosing softcopy of both job sheets. and my invoice also. so plz do some action regarding it.

                  On 11/2/2014, I purchased a new phone, Model No.:A500s and IMEI No.:[protected].Unfortunately, the product does not work as intended. While the phone starts up fine, it turns itself off after just five or ten minutes of operation. Now, it has stopped taking the charge as well. I am disappointed because I have paid for a phone that is clearly not in working order. As I purchased the phone specifically to save time and effort, this is unacceptable to me. I paid cash for the phone, and thus prefer service in return.                       I have submitted my Xolo Q800 mobile for repair on 12th Sep 2014, at a Xolo authorized service center name Siri Communications in Hyderabad.I was told that it will definitely be repaired and returned in 15 days (otherwise I wouldn't have given it because they took my friend's mobile for 4-5 months). But it has been more than 2 and half months and here is what they say. Xolo Care: We have already dispatched the handset, you can collect it from the service center Service Center: We did not receive you handset yet. Why would we hide it if it was received!!! The service center guys never answers the calls. When I went there the 2nd time I took the guy's personal mobile no and he now doesn't answer on that number as well. The service center is far away from my place and I cant always go there to find out the status. Now the Xolo care suggests me to go to the service center and call them from there. Ridiculous!!

                      I have done like you suggested. Now I got a Q800 with my problems solved, but it has a different IMEI number, meaning it is replaced with another mobile. Now this mobile shuts down every time after using for 1-2 minutes. So, you people just gave another customer's phone(which has this shut down problem) and who knows, you might have given that person my mobile(without repairing) and so on, because they are unaware of the problems. So, you people actually do not do any service, you just replace one another's phone and that is it?

                        Dear Mr. Bannerjee, All details have been shared with with you on 20-Nov-2014. In short, Q900 new white handset under warranty given for repair in Siliguri (Workorder no.[protected] dated[protected] with Warranty status "YES") and after 1 month the service center is returning an old black Q900 mobile - they received from Noida. You assured for new replacement (White colour) after the set will be returned to your Noida center. Last 3 days, i am trying to get a new workorder number but the XOLO Siliguri service center has not provided the same stating - LINK is down. Please look into the matter for early solution. Contact number of Siliguri service center is [protected] and [protected]. Details provided below: I purchased one XOLO mobile Model: Q900 (Colour: WHITE) worth Rs. 9210.00 from Flipkart on[protected]" in my name. Order ID of Flipkart: OD[protected] dated[protected]. The handset has 1 year warranty (Invoice and Warranty Policy attached). The handset suddenly got faulty - Total DEAD (No Power on and so No Display) on[protected]. The handset was deposited to XOLO service center at Siliguri, West Bengal (Service center code: 1300410, Name: SERVICE CARE, Contact: [protected]) on[protected] by my wife"Änjali Paul". Workorder number provided is[protected] dated[protected] with Warranty status "YES" in my wife's name. My IMEI number is also mentioned in the workorder: [protected](Attached). After 1 week when contacted, they told that the handset has been sent to Delhi/Noida for repair. After that again contacted 3 times but no update. On 19-Nov-2014, a SMS received that set has been repaired and to collect from service center. When my wife visited the service center, they showed 1 BLACK OLD SCRATCHED XOLO Q900 HANDSET WITH SOME DIFFERENT IMEI. She refused to take the handset. The service center people told that this set has been received from Noida. You have to take this. From last 3 days, trying to get a new workorder number. Please help to close the issue.                           I have given my phone to repair under warranty at Xolo service center on 8th Oct and was told it will take 25 days however i have still not got my phone even after 45 days, I visited service center numerous time but no solution and after waiting for so long on 18th I got msg from them that my phone is repaired and when I went to collect I was told company has given me new phone new model that is Q900s and it had dual sim option however 1 Sim slot is for gsm and 1 for wcdma Sim slot (my phone is Q900 with both gsm sim slot n both my num are of gsm network) so refuse to accept that now they telling me again it will take 25 more days for any resolution... They also give xolo area sales manager number Mr Bhokta [protected] however his num always come busy for 24 hrs I don't know if they have given me fake num...This is harassment I was thinking of legal option however I came to know about you guys...Plz help me out My workorder num:[protected]

                            i baught xolo 8x play 1100 within 20 days its mic got complaint when i gave it for repairing they told it will take 22 days minimum to get it repaired. so for that 22 days i bought an another xolo q610s because i am professional i need smart phone for my work.from day 1 itself its back button key is not working so i gave back to seller they replaced the item but replaced item got the same complaint.i want a compensation or extend my mobiles warrenty.or replace both my mobiles.when i contacted them they are tell sorry thats all.

                              I bought a xolo q1200 4-5 months ago. But i am faceing problem from next month first its cemara stopped working then its battery starting to expend now my phone is not working. I gave my phone to your service center on 27 october. And i called them yesterday they told me i have to pay rs7000 if i want to make it working but i never charrged my phone in night and i only use it 4 to 5 hours a day then how your battery expend. It means you use a poor quality of batteriesin your phone i never face this problem in anyother brand phone. My imei no is [protected]. Please do the needfull.

                                With reference to your SMS dated[protected] delivered by you to my phone number [protected], in which you stated that a new q1010i mobile is sent to me free. But your service center charged me Rs.1575/- . I paid the amount and collected the mobile. But, the service center owner is not giving me the proofs of your billing. Can you please provide me the details of charges and cost of spares or other charges, if any. Further Iam eager to purchase one another mobile Q3000, but hesitating for and about these kind of service lacking. Please, reply me soon.

                                  I Mr. Jayant attarde had purchase XOLO Q1100 ( IMEI : [protected] ) in May 2014. On 10 th Oct 2014, I faced screen issue in same phone so I went to Media Enterprises ( Xolo service center) I surprised that Service center doesn't have parts available to service the phone. They told me that we need to send phone to Company for screen replacement. To check the status of Phone I called up service center where nobody picks the phone. ( very shamed ) Some how I got contact no of Mr. Prashant Gurav who is I think area manager but he is also not picking up phone. I called to toll free no ( Customer care ) First time a guy from customer care said phone is still in Noida factory for Checking and when I asked for ref no of this call he told me that system is down .( which is expected answer) Then again after some time i called that time I asked Mr .Kartik who was call attender, saying that if phone is still in factory then kindly provide me Phone replacement because 20 days to just screen replacement is bulsheet. He took down feedback and gave me ref no which is ( 960921 dated[protected]. On 1 nov 2014 when I called again I got reply saying still phone is in Noida factory. I had a discussion with Viswa and Siddharth on last week. Viswa told me that I will receive mobile in 2-3 days. But it is more than 2-3 days and still status shows packet is in dispatch only and both Viswa and siddharth are taking calls. On 17 th Nov I received email from care as below: Greetings of the Day! Thank you for addressing your grievance to us. This is to your email dated 17/11/2014, regarding your XOLO Smartphone. We would like to inform you that another handset(Q1010i) has already been for dispatched from our end. Further, we would like to request you to kindly provide us some time our service centre team contact you shortly. Also, we would like to inform you that you may track online through DTDC docket number: V19078792 For any further query or feedback, please contact us at [protected]@xolo.in I told to give me same model which I owned. Its my humble request to provide me a replacement phone from Dombivli Service Center and you also agreed on that.

                                    Hi, I have submitted my phone - Xolo Q900 IMEI No- [protected] to JP Telecom Vashi on 18th October 2014. On 21st Oct I recieved an SMS stating my mobile is shipped to Noida for Repair and the expected date of delivery was 29th October. Notification No[protected] Since then I have contacted JP telecom 4 times, the answer I got was that they have raised a ticket and will update in a few days. I also called up the Customer Service No of Xolo where also the status is the same.. "Your mobile is in Noida" On 14th Nov I called the Customer Care to recieve the same response. I insisted on a Ref no so the Gentleman gave me a Ref no - 1019737. On his suggestion I had mailed to Xolo as well.Just to recieve a very prompt reply that my "phone is in Noida" No update till now. Today also I recieved the same status when I had called up both JP Telecom and Customer Care. "Phone is in Noida" PLEASE HELP...

                                      I had given my phone on 12/11/2014 to VR Services (Bangalore) saying my touch digitizer was broken. They checked the phone by turning it on. It worked and they said they will give me a call about the quotation. But they didn’t, I kept calling them for quotation. Finally they gave “1900” for replacing the touch digitizer including labor charge. Just to confirm when I will get the phone I called on last Friday (14/11/2014). They said I will get it on 17th of nov (yesterday), I confirmed the charge as 1900 again. I again called on 17th to check the status.. they said it will take another week. I again confirmed the charge as 1900. They said yes. Today I received a call from XOLO Care asking whether I confirmed for 3900, I said no but then they redirected me to the manager and got disconnected. I called the xolo care again and an assistant (or someone I don’t know) said he is busy right now and he will call back. Then I was little worried and then I called the service center to confirm again about the price.. Now he is telling mother board needs to be replaced!!! What the hell????? And he is suggesting he will give another phone (A700) for 4k. Is it a XOLO care or second hand seller shop.. I have the call recorded.

                                      I have already talked to them.. They say i have to pay ~[protected] to replace the mother board or they have a second hand mobile (A700) that i need to purchase for 4000rs... I went with touch digitizer problem thats it... It was working very well before that... Now they are saying i have to replace the mother board.. i want XOLO care to directly step in and talk to the service provider and fix this...

                                        Its hardly 6 months from purchasing my new Xolo A600 mobile and its creating lot of problems to me. After reboot mobile it is not detecting Sim Card in one time until i reboot it 4-5 times. My two memory cards (Sandisk-4GB & Toshiba-8GB) are corrupted bcoz of this mobile. If i open more than one applications then automatically it use to exit all and come to main window (main wallpaper). I would not suggest to buy this mobile.
